It’s possible the goods are in the back in the store, but a lack of employees makes it difficult to unload the products. Honestly, it’s easier to order online. Andrew Lees: We've gotten balloons for our son's birthday multiple times now and the team at Party City has done an incredible job to make sure everything gets taken care of properly with our order. Delivering 75 balloons is a challenge and they were able to coordinate that with multiple delivery cars so that we didn't have to worry about it! In particular, John and Destiny went above and beyond to make sure our order was processed and delivered on time. We worked with Destiny last year as well and she's awesome! I can't recommend them enough, and we'll definitely be getting more balloons at Party City.
Ada Prudente: me and my boyfriend always come to this party city the employees are often rude. Today he was standing outside while his car was getting fixed. He had just got off work so he was in his work outfit ( obviously not clean ) waiting for me to pick him up, then someone approaches him threatening that the employees were going to call the cops if he didnt leave .. He was standing there less than 5 minute. They shouldn't assume since he is a poc that he was going to do something wrong when he was just standing there waiting for me. Do better party city !! Your employees could of left the whole situation alone and not have to threaten to call the cops for no reason! Not everyone in a work uniform is sketchy stop assuming!

Emily: Horrible service and Customer service. I had bought my sweet sixteen balloon bouquet and I was told it was a two hour wait to get them inflated. Four hours later I personally had to call them to get a notification about my ballon order and I was told they were still not ready. I was heading for dinner already and I asked the employee if I could pick them up the next day. I arrive the morning of the next day and to my surprise my ballon’s were not properly done. Half of them at the register the other somewhere else. I was horrified and upset. As I talked with them about the situation they blamed it on me for not picking them up the day I had ordered them. Keep in mind I had warned them that I was not going to be able too. Then as they took there time to inflate the balloons they start talking about football and the most random things. I believe that was not the time to play around while a upset customer was their. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this in counter was just that horrible. Hopefully they can get it together but for now I rather buy my own helium tank and inflate my own balloons.

He never acknowledged me after I stood at the checkout waiting for several minutes. He didn’t tell me the total- simply held out his hand for payment. I don’t think he said a word to me.Today I came back hoping for a better experience. Instead there was one register open and 8 people in line. Other employees were watching the line back up but it was a good ten minutes before another register opened.

Raquel Ledbetter: Came in right at 10 A.M. and the attendant was very helpful as I had to order balloons last minute for a work celebration. She was very kind and helpful and helped direct me to which balloons were available.
Jessica Vega: It’s an ok store. A lot of the stuff is all over the place and the service you get here is pretty hit or miss. I’ve had excellent visits, but during my most recent one I had a pretty rude cashier who didn’t even speak to me other than to tell me the total and to put my card in the machine. It seemed like I was an interruption to whatever else she was doing.

Sara: I wish I could leave no star..This afternoon I went in to buy a tutu for st Patrick’s day. I already knew I wanted it. It was just a matter of finding it. There were only two left. The one I picked lit up but only if I held it down. So I brought it up to the front and asked the girl to please show me how to make the lights stay on. She did try which I appreciated and then said I think it only stays on if you hold it... I said that doesn’t make sense how will I wear it out? She said she didn’t know and I said ok, maybe I can tape it on. Will I get a discount? She said she’d have to ask a manger. I asked her to get the manager. She left and came back -no manager and told me I don’t get a discount even if I was willing to fix it myself and that it’s supposed to be like that. I thought that didn’t make sense, but fine it is what it is. I was on my way out when I remembered there was a second one. I was curious and turned it on. Only half lit up but IT STAYED ON! So I brought it back to the lady and showed her it’s suposed to stay on and that this one too was broken! She then rolled her eyes at me like I bothered her and I just said well if these are broken and you won’t discount maybe you should keep them off the floor.. and I left. So so unhappy. I would’ve bought the broken one.

Nya Wilson: Great customer service and wide range of products, the t-shirt prices are a little on the higher end though.

keli phenix: i love going to spencer’s. this location is another awesome one (including the Triangle one). the customer service was awesome! they were down to earth, funny & above everything super sweet! i enjoy buying my jewelry here as they always have what i am looking for. truly one of the best stores to shop at!!to the two girls today who made me laugh, i wish i had gotten your names but they need a raise!! 100% will be returning!

David Jones: I had been shopping at the mall for about 1 hour when I decided to go in Spencer's. One of the employees told me I can't go in without a mask. I immediately left. No other stores had a mask requirement. When I called corporate they stated its up to the manager if they require customers to wear a mask. So they leave this sensitive subject up to some teenage manager, ridiculous.
Samantha Jones: If we could leave no stars we would. My husband and I were stopped at the soon by a very rude loud employee. And told we could not enter unless we had masks on. She then proceeded to tell us where we could go in the mall to buy a mask! More than one person in there had masks on below their nose! Lolo lost cause.... anyhow spencers head office told us it up to the manager of each store to decide if they want to let customers in without a mask. So we will NEVER shop at a spencers again. We will spread the word....
Connor Colvard: Entered the store and was immediately told to pull my mask over my face. They did not offer me a new one. Will not shop at Spencer’s anymore.
