Cycle Gear: what do users think?
Dennis George: It was ok. First time at the store (to buy a helmet). I asked for help and told sales rep my budget and immediately tried to sale me helmets almost $150 more than what I said my budget was and kept doing with different helmets. Kind of felt I was being ignored and just wanted to get me to spend as much money as possible (that’s how I felt anyway). I did plan on going back the next day because there was no books (manual/proper care) included but I ended up exchanging the helmet for a different that I saw. That was an easy transaction and very satisfied with that. But overall, it was ok. I don’t mind trying to up sale a little but at least address my budget first. But I’ll most likely still revisit for other gear as needed.
Robbie Hanna: People are really friendly and have good knowledge about what they talk about
Joey Harward: Ordered the wrong tire from Revzilla, and got it exchanged here the same day. Zero hassle. Jacob was a great help. Thanks again!
Melissa Watkins: They wwnt above and beyond to get what we wanted, including ordering it from another location for quick delivery. Great Job! Thanks!
Rob Izzo: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped my wife and I make an informed decision for new helmets and communication units. No high pressure sales and no pushing us toward a specific product. Prices were good as well. In a time where most are buying online it’s great to be able to walk in a physical location and actually try on the item we are looking to buy.
Megan Fish: Went in after looking at some stuff on the web. Wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but after speaking with staff I had a much clearer idea of what I was after. They put in the order for me online since they didn’t have that specific item in store. I snagged a few other items I’d been mulling over and all in all great staff, and easy shopping experience for new gear and accessories.
Victor Poole: Very helpful staff with plenty of selection.
Rosie S.: Always, the place to go for cycle stuff! Friendly, helpful, good advice, huge selection!
Christina Edwards: Great place for Fox Racing Gear!
Calmese Calmao RVA: There is a big selection of different helmet style's and the service is Excellent, Cycle Gear is now my store to Gear- up, excellent service i purchase my helmet, a jacket gloves & Cardo Packtalk Edge and they installed it great place Looking forward to get my tires replaced.
Scott Enberg: The staff was extremely helpful with helmet selection Style fit and functionality.
Jeremy Campbell: This location is an excellent spot for anything you need. I've been able to get in and get out without any hassle and the staff is always ready to assist when needed!
Robert Brame: Lindsey was an awesome salesperson. She’s was knowledgeable and courteous. She went above and beyond to help us out on our purchase!
Ronnie: Excellent experience shopping in store. Found my helmet and was out within 20 min. Got a great deal on a Shoei RF1400. Will shop again.
Richard Carpenter: Great service, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of gear.
Izaak Carson: The employees are always extremely helpful. I'm still somewhat new to riding, so I have asked my fair share of silly questions. The employees are always very helpful and polite. Good prices, and incredible selection of products.
Nicole Lunsford: First time going there and the guy that helped me was great! Greater me when I came in and assist me throughout my time at this store. Great place! Will definitely be visiting there again!
Baka Boss: Needed an inner tube and needed it put on. Had me in and out in 12 min. Love this place
Bruce Valley: Professional and capable people. They not only have many items available they can get you most anything you want. Had my tires changed while I waited after a walk in. Had brake pads for my BMW. My new go to cycle shop
Larry Witt: The manager at the CycleGear in Raleigh was the absolute greatest. He assisted me with my warranty issue and installed my bluetooth headset perfectly on my helmet. I definitely recommend this guy - he takes pride in his work - I just don't know his name - but he has been the manager there for quite some time.
Timothy Stocks: Very helpful without hesitation. Gave time to explain how to use the product. Will come here again. My son was very impressed. Wish customer service existed like this everywhere else I shop.

MotoMax: what do users think?
J H: Quick service, usually drop off and pickup same day if they can work me in. Friendly staff. Work on older bikes without hesitation. Motomax is always my first call! Thanks for the great service!
Robert Beals: This is one happy customer. The service was great and I wanna thank y’all for helping me out.
Josh Mendoza: You call when they say its open, press 1 for sales and goes straight to voicemailI guess they don’t want new business
Tim Core: I've bout my 2nd bike from them and they have good prices and nice bikes. The setback is you have to wait for your bike to get service. But it usually doesn't take longer than a couple of days.
Christopher Heath: They have the best selection on used bike motorcycles in in the area they also have one hell of a staff that works on the motorcycles. The managers and the owner of the place are also great people they will do anything they can to help you then was like we like to work on BMW motorcycles and I can't really blame them they are kind of a pain but they sometimes make an exception for just small stuff if you can help them help you I would recommend them anytime. I plan on buying my next here in the early spring, I recommend you doing the same.. ☺️ so if you're looking to finance the motorcycle that's definitely the place to go they got really low payment plans that anybody can afford it is a must-do coming up in this spring go get you a nice bike and put you a nice little honey on the back..
Rob Woods: Brought in a bike for a trade and after an hour or so of price negotiations landed on the trade plus $850 out the door. I call the next day to see when the new bike is ready and I’m told it’s now $2000 out the door. That’s not how I like to do business with people.Edit: Red, the mechanic is awesome and really understands customer service. I want to be fair.
Añthoñy Massey: Great place. Great deals..great customer service
Patrick Gallagher: I've been going to Moto Max for years for parts and tires. I've always had a great experience. I keep going back. Nice people, knowledgeable people, and I get what I need every time. And they don't charge a fortune. I'll keep going back!
Dennis Coon: Had an issue come up from a previous service of the bike a few months earlier in the year. When I found it, I brought it back and they were extremely helpful, jumped on the issue and made it right. This was my first time at this shop with my softail and was expecting denials and an argument but was surprised and happy how things went. I have not experienced this type of honesty and service at a shop before so for now, they have a customer for life! Michael was very helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Natasha Epelle: Good place, fair pricing, definitely can find you all motorcycle parts you need or order them for you. only thing I didn't like is that the mechanics are more chatty and helpful than the actual sales people.
Bjorn Lothbrook: I bought a 2003 HD ultra classic from Ashtin and Kyle. I had a few mechanical issues but they made sure my bike was good to go. Great customer service, Dustin and the other guys are great techs in the shop, and overall amazing experience!! I will only buy bikes here! They make it easy and stress free! I love this shop and I love my bike!
Jess Wiggins: Great place.would recommend to anyone looking for motorcycle or atv
Tony Laws: Went to buy a bike and was directed to a 2007 Honda VTX-1300. I was told it was like new less than 9,000 miles. I bought it and paid cash. Waited for my tag. They had to give me a dealer tag because the temp expired. This is probably not legal. Then I put gas into it and discovered it had over 29,000 miles. I called and told them I was bringing it back. They took it back and said it was a mistake on their part. I said I would return and maybe we could deal on another bike. I returned but the owner said no deal, just a refund. I even told them I would pay the difference for a more expensive bike but I was just given a check and shuffled out the door. I got my money back for the bike but not the saddle bags I bought from them. I also made about 6 trips from Holly Springs to North Raleigh. I think the owner was afraid of the legal issues with them filing the title with incorrect mileage. I reported it to the dmv anyway.
Richard Brown: Felicia is the best at Modormax she’s is so good to work with.
Z Rosing: Got my first motorcycle today with some amazing help from Rebekah and Ashton. Rockstar team over at MotoMax. Would happily do business with them again in the future when I decide to upgrade :) Thanks again folks!
Sharon James: this place is the rudest place have ever to get a bike / car never had a problem before not even when i get a new charger. They just keep putting us off and the people that came in were more important and they lie to you as well.;
Sakinah Martin: Best Staff every. Felicia and Kyle helped us with all our needs. They got us approved in and out in less than an hour. Come join the MotoMax Family they will definitely look out for you.
nick ilies: Very good place to buy bikes and service them. Great guys and great & fast service! 👍👍
Surgio Ochoa: This is the best place to get a motorcycle from in Raleigh everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially Felicia she gets things done and goes out of her way to make sure your a happy customer highly recommend coming here
Tili Morrison: Entire team is excellent with amazing customer service! Ms. Felicia definitely helped me out and I appreciate them for a great experience
Natalia Marsh: My husband has sold his motorcycle there about a month and a half ago, it was quick and the transaction went fine. No issues here. However, he forgot to collect the plates, and when he called them about this a few days later they assured him it will be taken care of (i.e. they will return the plates to DMV). Great, good deal. But it was not taken care of _still_ even though he called three more times (each time was either put on hold for a very long time after being reassured that this is being taken care of and could he just please hold while they check on this, or promised to be called back - which never happened). Today on the phone he was yet again assured that it’s being taken care of today/tomorrow. We shall see. (UPD: nothing happened. Ugh.)So please remember to grab your plates right away if you are selling your motorcycle there.UPD-2: The plates issue was resolved, so the real problem was communication. Added one more star for fairness.

Top Dead Center Cycles: what do users think?
Omar Algimer: They are extremely knowledgeable and you could tell the technicians love what they do. They are honest/fair and will address any questions or concerns that you may have. Highly recommendedService:Engine repair
Stuart Johnson: Shady place, word is that the owners have no actual business license for the motorcycle shop, nor business liability insurance... Take it somewhere with an actual shop space, not a barn.
R. Reilly: I recently chose Top Dead Center Cycles to service my Honda 700 because they had great reviews. I’m glad I did because they were really awesome to deal with about everything.Making the appointment was easy & the lady Brandi was so great for reminding me I’d most likely likely need the brake pads with getting the fork seals redone for a leak. They were available to trailer my bike to their shop for me at really reasonable price. Bret was was really friendly and professional and wrote down all my concerns to check with shop tech about before loading it up.Once they had the bike it only took a couple days to complete multiple things like fork seals redone, new bake pads installed, oil change, switching foot pegs out & adding a custom kickstand add on I ordered. The shop tech Tim called and went over everything they did & a couple small things he found but they were mostly cosmetic I didn’t care about.I really appreciated that they didn’t push for more work being done than asked for like a lot of places. I’d definitely recommend them & will use them again for any other bike service.Services:Delivery,Steering suspension repair,Brake service repair,Oil change
T C: Charged me for diagnostics and had no idea what was wrong with my bike I ended up fixing it myself. If I gotta pay for a diagnostic I need a result. I don't want to hear I don't know. But pay me anyway. What kind if diagnosis is that? I believe I should get something for my money. Not just hold my stuff for a week or more then tell me I don't know but pay me for trying. Btw. I only had a clogged filter.
Rafael Brandão: Entrance is hard to find as it looks as a normal residence from the road, but the service is good and price is honest. Tim is the man! Service was oil change and tires change on a ktm790
Jaron Brown: Awesome shop with great service as well. Way better than any other cycle place I’ve dealt with in the area. Highly recommended!
Cindy Tuttle: We brought in our sons KX 250 in February of this year. It took a week or so but after they performed the diagnostic we got a call with some bad news. The bike would need a cylinder refresh and piston and rings. They quoted us a price and sent the cylinder off to the machine shop. We are pleased to say that just in time for good riding weather we got the bike back along with a few tips on how to keep it in excellent running condition. We are very pleased with the service and will be telling all of our sons friends where to bring their bikes.Service:Engine repair
Benjamin Smith: Service:Engine repair
Terry Cox: Had my 2004 LTZ400 in for a motor rebuild. Initially I thought it was my valves but after the diagnosis they called and gave me the bad news. However they gave me a price and stuck to it. Picked her up and the bike runs better than it ever has since I bought it.Service:Engine repair
Peter: This guy is the best! There is no reason to find anyone else.
Darryl Allen: Positive:QualityI've dropped my bike off twice for services from TopDead. The staff is super friendly and they always do afantastic job with what I've needed!Services:Tires,Oil change
James Fowler: Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueI rode it there for a carburetor leak and had to bring it home in the back of my truck made six phone calls to these people and no one ever answered the phoneService:Carburetor cleaning
Greg Contreras: Service:Carburetor cleaningPositive:Quality
Ronald Moore: Good reliable service
Jason Ary: Excellent service, fair pricing for parts & labor, and they did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I needed to replace my tires, but their distributor didn't carry what I needed, so they simply installed the tires I bought from Cycle Gear. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner. I recommend them to anyone needing service/repair work on their motorcycle or ATV.Services:Tires,Brake service repair,Oil change
Randy Hall: Positive:Professionalism,ValueOn one bike, the front motorcycle forks were fixed for a good price. Another bike was assessed and I was told it was worn out and not worth fixing. I appreciated her honesty before they spent time to try and get it running.Services:Steering suspension repair,Engine repair
boice Taylor: Awesome shop with Awesome mechanic's! I would recommend them to anyone!
Lisa Blackmon: I found top dead center cycles online after reading through all of their five star reviews. I have a 2001 Honda VTX that had been sitting. After speaking with Brandie she arranged for Brett to come out and pick up the motorcycle at my home. He arrived on time and explained the process to me clearly. In about four days I received a call from Brett and he put their technician Tim on the phone to explain the details. Once Tim had explained to me everything that was needed Brett got back on the phone and gave me the price. Once I gave them the go ahead to bike was ready the following week. When I arrived to pick it up my motorcycle it was ready and waiting for me. Timtook a few moments to explain the upcoming maintenance that would be needed on the bike and I was ready to ride. I want to thank the staff at Top Dead Center Cycles for getting me back on the road.Services:Carburetor cleaning,Delivery,Oil change
Ryan Swagert: Critical:ProfessionalismTalked on the phone to someone and was told to leave a request on their website and after submitting the request no one ever contacted me or reached out, that was over a month ago in December.
David Young: Saw this place advertised on CL so messaged them to see if they could work on a 1997 Yamaha ATV and they said they could! Brought it in and they fixed the ignition problem it had. The price was a little higher than expected, but that's because they found previous messed up repairs and had to fix those, but that's fine. A few months later, the ATV has developed the same symptoms, but told me to drop it off after I talked to them (even though they are extremely busy) so they can look into it. I'm sure they will make it right. Like others said, their shop is clean which makes a statement to me. The MAJOR point I want to make is TDCC is willing to work on older machines which it seems most places refuse to do anymore! They even seemed willing to work on my 1985 Honda Aero 50 if I ever plan to get it running again. Top marks all around! I think they are shortstaffed at the moment, so give them time to do the repairs and you WILL be satisfied.Service:Electrical repair
Joe D: Top Dead Center Cycles is a without a doubt a 5 star shop. I've got a 76 FLH that I've taken to them a couple times, most recently was to swap out my old 4 speed to a new Baker 6 speed transmission. As you can imagine with a 44 year old motorcycle upgrading and modifying is not a "plug and play" endeavor. They communicate throughout the entire process offering different solutions and associated cost with each one. It allowed me to make an informed decision on what direction I wanted to go and how much I wanted to spend. Their cost estimates were really close as well so no surprises along the way. I brought the bike home last night and.... WOW!!! The new transmission is super smooth and the bike runs great. Brett and Tim know how to do it right! The shop is clean, organized and professional. I have to give a special shout out to Tim, this guy is an amazing technician. New or old, 2 wheels or 4 wheels, American or import, he knows his stuff. The knowledge that this guy has is impressive. You can trust TDCC for quality work at a fair price no matter what you ride!!! Thanks guys!!!

Team Powersports - Raleigh: what do users think?
Atlas Wilson: Came in to get helmet advise I haven't rode a motorcycle since 2004, Jerry help me patiently with all my questions. It took an hour and it was close to closing time and he was like no rush. I left and came back the next day and he recognized me, he was counting his cash register money, stopped what he was doing to go get the helmet box and made sure everything was there. Saved me some also. Thanks Jerry you are the man !!
Sean Living-Water: Rachel, Sev and Dillon made my purchase of a Zero motorcycle absolutely painless and smooth. They got me a rate that was as good as what I could have done on my own without all the hassle. The asking price on my barely used bike was below market value and they all went above and beyond to make things easy. The parts department was equally as good as the highly professional sales team, 100% committed to providing everything I needed without once trying to pressure me to spend more. More dealerships should be like this.
Denver Tucker: I love this shop, I bring my business to TPS as much as I can even though they don't service my junky old BMWs. Athena is a treasure; all of the staff here is fantastic!
Robby Galloway: Athena has helped me multiple times! I really notice and appreciate the product knowledge and the customer service. Athena gave me a realistic time frame and essentially under promised and over delivered! This location services multiple brands but if you have a Kawasaki ... go see Athena and the crew here! 👍🏻
Ronald Smith: Come up and let my man DC get you in something!!! Got 3 bikes in less then a month he’s the man!!!
Damien McMurray: Very helpful
Gabriel Deiulis: Best place in the area, everyone is really fun and helpful. Gotta leave a review for helping me find a dream bike. Best selection I could find
sharrie volpe: Such a great experience super easy. Super accommodating. DC and Sev were wonderful, as well as all the other employees who we spoke to today. Getting another bike from them Tuesday.
Abner Acosta: DC thanks for everything men love the kawasaki z400. Thanks for convincing me. I love the 🏍
Jamie Stanley: Bought a 2023 Suzuki GSX 750R from them and had the best experience. My go to spot
Andrew Ernst: Great group of people. They were very informative and helpful during the whole process. Everything is streamlined and they make sure you have all you need to get on the road. I decided to wait around after the purchase while the shop prepared my new bike, and got a chance to talk with some of the other customers and employees there. All good folks. I'm very satisfied with my first bike.
Braden Jeane: Great experience, awesome place and staff. Got exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted.
Michael Crowder: I had a terrific experience with Triangle Powersports. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for me during my purchase. I had a battery issue that we found on the day of purchase. The staff quickly replaced the battery which at the time we assumed was the issue. I got the unit home and continued to have a battery issue. I took the machine to local dealer who identified the issue. I sent the staff at Triangle the quote for the repair and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. This has not become my preferred dealership for future purchases. They did not ignore me and went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy. Thank you TPS for holding yourself to a higher standard than many others! If your in the market make sure to check these folks out first.
Ashley Stroud: I walked in to purchase a replacement clutch for my sons dirtbike and I walked out with a sweet Kawasaki Teryx 4 x 4! Rachel and Sev were both fantastic, even going over and above by loaning us a trailer to take the Teryx home. They were personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.
Jesse Parker: Went yesterday to get my first motorcycle. Rachel helped me out. She was fantastic! Showed up knowing what I wanted. I was nervous but she gave me the confidence I needed! Deff would reccomend this location as well as Rachel for being awesome!
Gary Shapiro: I was searching online from my home in Maryland for a late model blue Honda Monkey in excellent to mint condition and came across one at your dealership. After contacting Rachel in sales she informed me that she had exactly what I wanted on the floor. The bike was exactly in the condition she said it was and basically completed the entire transaction by phone which was very quick and efficient. After finalizing the deal all I had to do was drive down to this impressive dealership and pick up my bike. I would definitely do business with Team Powersports in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bike, quad, etc. Gary Shapiro
Kimberly Perez: Easy purchasing experience. Everyone there was very nice, but the waiting process at the end was long. My boyfriend loves his new bike though:)
Brad Bouchie: Randolph was very helpful, he found that my information in their system was incorrect and corrected it for me. I was ordering a part for my motorcycle and was going to the Garner store to have some work done, so he called the garner store to confirm that they had the parts for my bike and put them on reserve kudos to him.
Melvin Bell: Inspection only.
Bryson Bland: I went here for my first bike. Galo was extremely helpful. I honestly was very nervous going in. He got to know a little bit about what I wanted and listened. Could not be happier with the bike I purchased. The key is that Galo had the knowledge to go over every bike with me. He didn’t pressure me and helped me go home with my dream bike. I will absolutely recommend my friends here.
Tabor M: Don’t do service appointments. Very annoying to work with. Trying to get a tire swapped and Every answer was maybe this or that….or we can’t guarantee when it can be done.

All In Motorcycles: what do users think?
Gwen Belcredi: As a women rider - knowing a honest bike mechanic is an absolute must! Joe G is that and much more. Knowledgeable, respectful, and all around good guy. I trust him to do what needs to done to my bike so I can continue to safely enjoy riding. When I pick up my bike from All In Motorcycles, I know the work has been done right and all I have to do is ride. Thanks Joe G.
Michael Lawlor: Joe is awesome. He’s been friendly, transparent and honest. He delivered in his promise (actually exceeded) to get the bike done in a week given how much work he already had. All other bike shops won’t work on my Victory (maybe the angles are too sharp for them, and it’s beauty is blinding) maybe they know nothing falls off of them so business will be slower 🤷‍♂️. Whatever the reason, Joe just secured a customer for as long as I own this bike. And I will happily recommend his services to anyone in the area who rides a Victory.Services:Engine repair,Oil change
MrMike Knott: I would highly recommend All In Motorcycle.I won’t take my bike anywhere else.Joe is a great guy and honest mechanic.
Sandeep Janjua: Thank you for helping me out Joe.
Tamal Chakraborty: If youhave seen top gear ...yes the series ...you might remember an episode where they were droppped in the middle of gobi desert in mongolia and they had to build car from 4 boxs crayes of parts..they named it John and they said ...john is very reliable name your car John.... i would second that but just add that Joe is equally good...if you stilldid not get my drift just take your motorcycle to Joe..you will know what i meanServices:Carburetor cleaning,Electrical repair,Tires,Steering suspension repair,Engine repair,Auto detailing,Wheel alignment,Brake service repair,Oil change

Ed Mattison: Joe is always helpful and friendly even when he is overwhelmed with workload. He has a vast amount of knowledge on various bike manufacturers. If you're looking for quality service then this is the place to go.
Derrick Robinson: Work done here is A+. Customer service was above the standard. I will recommend to friends and family
Next Ride MTB: Sorry for the late review Joe. I got to give a big big shout out to him. I had a planned ride on a Saturday. On Wednesday I noticed my back tire was not safe enough to make the ride. A buddy turned my on to him. We called him. He had a tire in stock. He got me in on Friday after work and got it changed out for me.. Thanks Joe
Bob Willix: Joe is one of the few local folks that knows exactly what he's doing! He is an expert mechanic with a ton of knowledge. He brought my 1998 Road King back from a very poor place and now it's PERFECT. Highly recommend him to anyone needing an expert mechanic.Services:Carburetor cleaning,Electrical repair,Tires,Steering suspension repair,Engine repair,Wheel alignment,Brake service repair,Oil change
charles curtis: Joe was great. He worked with me and I he will be my go to guy

Mark Barbee: Services:Tires,Brake service repairPositive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Value
marc goldberger: I returned to riding after a long sabbatical.I purchased an older bike and was referred to Joe at All In Motorcycles and made an appointment for maintenance and a go over .When I dropped the bike off and met Joe and staff I was in awe of the bikes they were working on, and after meeting them I understood why they were so busy.Joe’s knowledge and enthusiasm is unparalleled. This is more than a business, it is a passion for all at All In. When I picked up my bike it was perfect and Joe spent time getting information and learning about my bike, an older BMW.Recently my clutch cable went and Joe quickly changed the cable and had me on my way. I could not believe the quick return of my bike.Thank you Joe and all at All In, it is refreshing to see a business that caters to those with a passion for riding who care and passion for their craft equal and surpasses theirs costumers’
Robert Matthews: Positive:Professionalism,ValueVery professional very nice help me out in a pinch Joe was an awesome person to deal with I highly recommend all in motorcycles and I will be taking my bike there from now on big shout-out to Joe once again for helping me on Memorial Day weekendService:Brake service repair
Matt Duvall: Joe and Brett are the best! They are both highly experienced and skilled, and I’ve never worked with mechanics more willing to spend all the time necessary to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. I ride an old basic bike and I get as much customer service as the brand new baggers and customs worth 10x as mine. Since switching to All In from another local shop, my bike is way more reliable, and the performance I’m getting from it is better than the previous 10 years. Bring your bike here, and notice the wall to wall pack of bikes from all of the repeat customers. These guys rock.
Colleen Noonan: Joe is down to earth and no frills. He doesn't start with the high priced options and work backwards to the common sense / cheeper ones. Straight shooter
Josh Rips: -NOBODY WAS WEARING A MASK-Charged 1 hour in labor to change a front tire, ridiculous-Refused to take accountability for scratching my wheel-Staff were rude and condescending-NOBODY WAS WEARING A MASKI've dealt with several shops in Raleigh and this was by far the worst. My expectations were not high going in, either.Service:Tires
098chance: Joe G. Is the best. Experienced. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy.
Christopher Schlitt: I was referred to this mechanic from a long time client I trust. I am a father and husband and I ride fast. It’s imperative my bike is worked on by a true pro. I let them do a job on my bike and was done amazingly prompt and the guys were very friendly. My ride was perfect when I got it and I stomped on it for a few hours no issues at all. I have found a very hard to find commodity in raleigh and imma stick with them..Service:Tires
James Merrill: Great shop! These guys will treat you right!

Bridgestone: what do users think?
jeff romano: The gentleman that works there on sunday is so so so niceHe helped me out of a bind that I don't know if anyone else would have done it for meLots of loves and prayers to him
Constance Smith: It was my first time visiting "THIS" Firestone, I am a Firestone customer, and I have Firestone accounts personal and fleet. Normally my experience is pretty standard drop-off car receive service. I arrived early to my 9:00 AM online scheduled appointment, register my car, go over the services I am seeking( oil change the online special and discount is the service I am requesting and expecting, along with two tires) roughly around $330-$380 did a little research before my arrival. Several phone calls and many hours later I was quoted 1,100 for the services listed,I was told for an oil change there were no other options available for my 2013 Honda Pilot for oil "I had to have the $90.00 oil change package opposed to the online special. Although, I was already using that oil based on the last sticker in the window. My tires should have cost around 153.00( I know this bc I bought my tires two at a time from "FIRESTONE" and I had this brand on the back tires. I was told they could get me a different tire for 192.00 I told them I want the type, style, brand whatever that I already have on my car right now..It felt like they were just telling me anything because I was a woman, Ibsttod my grounds, I yelled a bit about the verbiage being used, 7 hours later I was given the right tires and the standard online special oil change for 384.00. ****Ladies be careful at this first stone location. *""""""
Issac McClain: Damage present on my vehicle after service. Have to report to corporate, no action or assistance in investigating the matter. Update June 13 - no follow up on concerns with the damage to my vehicle. I was informed a area manager should reach out, but no attempts have been made. I would not recommend this place of business
Yes Hinton: I have been a customer for about 30 yrs. Everyone is always kind and take time to explain everything to me concerning my vehicle. Now my daughter is a customer.
Mitch Jones: Stay far away... Straight up CON JOB Check engine light, went straight for the wallet, and $400 for a mass airflow sensor. 2 days later, lights on. I Tested the old maf, and it was good. This time, $350 for a thermostat. I said no thanks and paid $120 for the diagnostic. Pulled the thermostat, and it was fine. Flushed the radiator, which was low, and whatta know. Check engine light is off.
Mark Foster: Had a GREAT experience today, customer service was 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ... polite, courteous, and professional every time I get service done. With in the last 4 months. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !
Donald Preston: The staff was very professional and concerned about my vehicle. Got me in and out when they promised.
Bebop: Jim took great care of me and taught me a lot about my car
Billy Lazer: Best customer service I ever had at any Firestone, and I have been to many. They went out of their way to save me money and get me in and out very quickly without any waits. The work was done perfectly.
Jose Carlos Huasasquiche Cubillas: Muy aparte de la venta su asesoramiento después del escaneo del auto. Escaneo del auto completamente gratuito.
Trency Thorpe: Very nice place
Gmoney: Great macanics very helpful and committed to customer service
Hemanth G: Friendly staff .. good service .. did do any other service apart from wheel alignment.
Jesse: The staff were very nice and knowledgeable, the service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it if asked :)! They were even able to get me scheduled for a same day appointment, versus needing to schedule a week or two out, the prices were very reasonable, and I was in and out without a hiccup.Just a note, depending on where you're coming from, the entrance can be a little difficult to see/get to during or around rush hour.
Reese Friesen: Arrived at 10 am for an oil change and fuel filter change. 7 hours go by and I’m still waiting; then after waiting 7 hours the oil change wasn’t even done.
Ana Casasola: Fueron amables los compatriotas y muy rapido todo 👍.
adam J: Was told I didn't need new brakes when in fact I did. Tried to sell me a bunch stuff I didn't need.Service:Wheel alignment
Rayray Montanez: Do not waste your time.My first time coming to Firestone since my AAA location was fully booked along with the surrounding ones. My partner and I booked appointments; his at 1pm and mine at 2pm. We left at 5:15pm.We were quoted 3 hours for both cars. We come back to the establishment at 3:10pm since we got a call saying that my partners car is ready. The man informs us that they are working on my car and should be about 20 minutes. What is strange about this is that my car was in fact not in that moment being worked on since I could see it in the parking lot. We waited in my partner’s car in the parking lot of Firestone for mine to finish up.I receive a call at 4:33pm stating that my car is ready to go and will be out in a couple minutes. We head inside and the man at the desk informs us that they are still looking at the car and it will be a little longer more. I don’t understand why I would receive a call saying it’s almost ready, but then told it is not. At 4:55pm they said it is ready and no surprise it was not. It was still in the air hood up. We paid and waited for my car to be returned.Making an appointment at this establishment does not mean anything. The three times we walked in to Firestone there were new people waiting in the waiting room.I highly recommend AAA (especially the Cary store off of Walnut Street) because they are true to their appointments and get the job done in a fraction of the time that Firestone took. Better service and better prices.Service:Oil change
Bianca Fogle: Could be faster in service. Every time I come here takes way too long.
Brent Spivey: Fast, reliable, and EXTREMELY helpful! Even gave me a chair to sit since it was packed. I had my pup with me and I felt completely comfortable my entire visit. I wish there were more businesses with a staff like this one. Special shout-out to Damion and Daniel for all the help and hospitality.
Jessica Archibald: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SCHEMING FOR MONEY.I went to this location for a state inspection. I was told that I had to get wipers in order to pass inspection. The only wipers they had were $50. I just gotten wipers 2 months ago at advanced auto - I absolutely did not need new wipers.I was told my options were to:- pay $50 for wipers, have my car pass inspection- not buy the wipers, have my car fail inspection, buy wipers for a bit cheaper at advanced auto, wait 60 days, come back and have my car reinspectedSo basically I had to pay $50 as my car was already pass due for inspection. Total scam.
