Liz Johnston: Historically, I've taken my Audi to Audi Raleigh on Capital with no issues getting an appointment. When my "check engine" light came on, I called on July 9 to bring it in but was told there were no available appointments until early September! I was told I could drop it off the following Monday (the 11th) and, as it would be a work in, they probably couldn't get to it for diagnostics until Wed. or Thurs. of that week. After a week, I contacted Audi to see where in the queue I was and got no information. Finally, on the 21st, I picked up my Audi and took it to Reliable Import Service. Mike was fantastic, polite, professional, and great communication on what would happen/when. Within a couple of hours, they had done the diagnostics, driven the car around, noted some misfiring of the cylinders, and determined it needed spark plug replacement. They completed the work that evening. When I told Mike I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the next morning, he said he would leave my car inside (rather than on the lot), as it was going to rain that night! I've had no issues with the car since picking it up and will definitely be taking my car here for all future repairs. Thank you Mike!

Bill Wade: I had the pleasure of having my 2010 Audi Q5 serviced during the week of 6/16/2022 - 06/22/2022 at Reliable Import Service in Raleigh, NC. I had been alerted by my vehicle that I was losing engine coolant, and upon inspection, I was losing it pretty fast. My vehicle has typically been serviced at the dealership, but when I called the local Audi dealerships, I was told that a service appointment would not be available for several weeks, and no real guarantee how quickly they could execute repairs. So I could be without my car for 3-4 weeks and no loaners were available. So I searched for available local repair shops that serviced Audi's and Reliable Imports had great reviews so I called them. Mike took my call and he told me they could take me right in for a diagnosis, but it would depend on parts availability how quickly they could get it repaired. I dropped if off on Thursday afternoon June 16. Friday morning Mike called and told me they had diagnosed the problem, determined the parts required, and in addition told me I had an Oil Leak that had damaged the control arms, and that needed to be repaired as well. He prepared a very detailed repair estimate, which I was very impressed with that appeared to be thorough and complete. I authorized the repair and Mike indicated that he felt pretty confident that pending parts arrival that my car would be repaired and return to me by Friday 6/24 COB which I found acceptable. I was amazed (and possibly a little nervous) when Mike called me on Wednesday 6/22 mid day and said all repairs were complete. I picked up the car that afternoon.I was absolutely thrilled with the results of the repairs. All the coolant and oil leaks had been repaired, and another amazing thing was the entire engine compartment had been thoroughly cleaned and looked sparkling new (it hasnt look this good since summer 2009 when I bought the car. This made it easy for me to verify after driving the car for a couple of days that there was no evidence of further leaking.The customer service (Mike) was outstanding. The estimate delivered was professionally prepared and 100% on point. The car was returned 2 days earlier than promised, with all repairs completed correctly with a sparkling clean engine compartment. I am very pleased I have found a local service repair shop where I can bring my Audis (I also have a 2018 Q7) and count on getting quality service at a fair price.
