That was FIVE minutes ago and I moved up and got in line, well before the other customer "slid in".I did my best to keep my composure until my pizza was done.After checking my pizza, I let the manager know how much I didnt appreciate the poor customer service.No apology, never took responsibility. RADIO SILENCE until I walked away from him as he gave a plastic, inauthentic HAVE A NICE WEEKEND.Their pizza is good but not good enough to be treated this way. Unprofessional.I'm an Educator. MEL H: So busy trying to leave at 12 that you can't admit that you're not going to actually make the pizzas for the order you took over the phone. Closing at 12 means you are no longer open at 12. If a customer makes an order before 12 you should take the order and make it. If you're not going to actually make the food, just say that. Grow up vs. allowing me to travel to your location knowing that Marco's never had any intention of making the order in the first place. Also, instead of repeatedly stating what time the doors will be locked (12) and what time you close (12), and asking am I really coming, simply say, it's almost our closing time and we will be unable to complete your order. Manager...in cahoots with the games.

Neil Perry: This Marco’s is terribly disappointing. My first ever order was an XL Pepperoni with extra cheese and cheese bread.The pizza had very little cheese on it, certainly not extra cheese. Similarly, the cheese bread also had very little cheese. I understand inflation is out of control and cheese is probably the highest cost ingredient but when a customer pays extra for extra cheese you should get what you pay for. I called this Marco’s after receiving the pizza. The guy’s response was “that’s how we make them” and he hung up on me.

Miranda Crenshaw: This location is pretty solid, albeit a bit slow and still working to hone the customer service side. The food is very much the quality Marco's that I love, so I have no issues there. Given time, I would think the customer service will improve. In the mean time, please order ahead and expect a bit of a wait. Be polite, it is always appreciated.

Bill: I haven't enjoyed Marco's pizza since 2016. And, let me say, nothing has changed. This is still probably the BEST (take-out) pizza chain franchise to get some pie, subs, sides, whatevs. Pro-tip... Ask what the specials are before ordering. Enjoy!

Freako Garćon: First time trying this place. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!!! Ky, Seniq, Ladavian, Cianna and Kendra were all phenomenal! They walked me through the whole process, they were kind and hilarious. I told them I usually go to another pizza chain that’s similar and they promised after I tried Your Pie that I wouldn’t , they were right. 12/10 food and service!

Fuquay Fun Finds: Only ever had takeout from here but enjoyed it both times. The seasonal pizza and salads are really good and really appreciated the convenience of online ordering! The restaurant seemed nice and the staff were helpful during the pickup process.
Patricia Barnes: We had a great experience at Your Pie Pizza. The Pizza was delicious and the side salad was very fresh and good. The service was also excellent. I love how Kendra came out to the dining area and asked how our food was. She was very friendly and even went to get some pepper and utensils for me. I noticed how she went to others in the dining area as well and asked how they were and how was their food. She took great pride in keeping the dining area tidy and it was just an overall great experience. We will definitely go back. Thank you Kendra for such a great experience and radiating joy!
Latoya Wilson: Just pure chaos. My family and I went to eat here after enjoying the day. After deciding on what to eat my sister and I asked the ladies making pizza how to go about ordering food and they did not respond so we proceeded to the register. The gentleman took our orders and was very friendly. After waiting like 30 mins with 6 hungry kids we asked where the food was. Guess what we were supposed to order with the ladies who never responded. So 15-20 mins later we were served our food, however the manager fired the gentleman who helped us while the ladies who ignored our questions went without reparations. Very unfair to that guy and I will not be wasting time at a company who handles business with favoritism. If one was let go let them all go!
Garry McCormick: Good made from scratch pies where you build your own or select from a menu. Besides pizza pies they offer salads, pastas, and gelato as deserts. Typical of today's restaurants is not enough workers for the expected crowds. I will say the two behind the counter (they deserve a 5+ rating) are good at keeping up. If coming at peak times give a little extra time and you will be ok.

SF Br: Friday, 10/04/19 was my first visit to Manhattan Pizza. When we were in the area before we noticed this pizza shop and said one day we need to stop here. So, we stopped by here for lunch. It was nice and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a small half pepperoni and half extra cheese pizza. And needless to say we were not disappointed. The young lady that took our order was super nice and polite. After taking our order she washed her hands, and proceed to make our pizza. And it was great! Now that we tried their pizza, I want to go back and try their Stromboli. This is a place that I would recommend you to stop in and give them a try, I think you will like it too.

yasmine lopez: If you know good pizza, I would not recommend eating at Benny's. The pizza is dry, pasty and tastes tough. For a 40 dollar pie, there is only an essence of cheese and just not worth the price. I attempted to address the issue after ordering two pies that no one wanted to touch after having one slice.They couldn't even bother to address the email I sent, so that shows that they also don't care . I lost out on nearly 100.00 dollars and now I'm posting this so that others don't make the same mistake.
Jonnie Chatman: It’s wild that hours of operations on the door say it closes at 12 AM yet the doors are locked at 10 PM with chairs put up etc. This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and this happen. Safe to say I won’t be a customer ever again. Get it together.
iCantLogOut: The portion is great (each slice is about two NYC slices in size - so about 1/3 of a small/medium pizza at an average chain place).The price at the time I went (06/2023) was $6 for one pepperoni slice and $5 for a cheese. There didn't seem to be any other topping options.The flavour is definitely the best I've had since moving to NC. Definitely beats any chain. It's ALMOST as good as a NYC slice (almost lol).Definitely worth it considering flavour and portion, but $6 for one slice with no drink is still pretty steep to make this somewhere you'd frequent.Biggest Con: while the food was great, the service left something to be desired; the cashier was on her phone texting while the line piled up, couldn't tell me how much a full pizza cost, and was then audibly/visibly upset when I changed the tip to zero (since she was literally ignoring the line and not providing any additional service, I didn't see a need to tip).
Jasmine Bertrand-Halidy: THIS PIZZA IS FLR THE DRUNKS. They ONLY HAVE cheese ($5/slice) & pepperoni ($6/slice). Large slices but in my opinion still over priced. However, I’m from up North so I know specialty pizzas equally as big for the same price. And much better tasting so I am bias. To come to a place with large slices priced for basic pizza is ridiculous to me. The pizza are thin slices. The dough could be better. Lastly , the place is ran by high school children. I came on a day that was not busy and all of the tables were dirty. I asked for a wet rag and the employee said we have paper towels you can use. AKA, they can’t be bothered to wipe a table on a not busy afternoon. Do not recommend there are better places with more options and better service.

Jennifer Duvroux: Precisely only order pizza by the slice, it's always been delicious. This occasion, I ordered a whole pie to have leftovers. There was so much sauce the pizza was soggy. The slices literally ripped in half from being so heavy and soggy. The leftovers wouldnt even crisp up in the oven at home. It's was disgusting and a total waste of $. The Five Point Pizza was rather good b/c they used pesto as the sauce. The cheesy bread was rather good as well.
