UNC REX Hospital: what do users think?
Valerie DeFazio: I can't understand the 3.1 stars. My mom has been in the hospital there for the past week. I have to say, all the nurses and everyone in the ER and on the 3rd floor west side has been absolutely amazing with her. Just 1,000 % great. With me also as a visitor that was there ALOT. It was so much easier knowing the high level of care she received. Down to the people who delivered her food. Everyone.
Aseel Mahdi: Is very bad hospital all the receptionist is not good and they have bad behavior and tell them my son have pain they don’t care I am watching 2 hours even see the doctors
catty cox: Dr. Marcella WILLIS GRAY. YOU ROCK! You have renewed my faith in your facility. Every single person in your crew rocked. The nurses anesthesiologist aides and behind the scene's people that schedule and make sure that all the information is exact and intact for everyone to do their thing and let's get it done. I am feeling liberated. And freed. Still healing. And being happy and well can do wonders. Woo hoo. Thank you. Thank you and thank you from the bottom of my little stitches. Lol
Joseph Hsu: This is specifically about the birthing center. We delivered our baby here and love love love the nursing staff. They basically make the world go around and are what made a difficult delivery amazing. They don’t get enough recognition.Whole birthing and postpartum process was very well thought out and really had the families in mind. The hospital itself was also good. Our experience felt very supported from an room/equipment/bed point of view too.
Andrea Hurst: I had a day procedure in the hospital itself. I found the whole experience very impersonal and like a rushed assembly line. The nurses and others moved in and out so fast I was even left with blood dripping down my arm after a blood draw. Not a great experience with the anesthesia and still waiting for that report and no one followed up. The minute I opened my eyes almost I was rushed to get dressed and get out. A few of the nurses took the time to say a few words. I ran a high fever afterwards but I will say someone did answer the phone there and help get me to a person to talk to about it after the UNC Rex Digestive Raleigh doctor's office would never answer my call or return it. It is sad to see the state of today's healthcare system.
Scott Buckley: Excellent care. Highly professional staff and very thorough care. Great hospital!
1Beauty USA: I was an outpatient for eye surgery, We traveled there. Doctor & Staff treated us like family. Made sure that I was comfortable before and after surgery, not only me they made sure my family was comfortable as well... I must add...Dr. Brian P Lehpamer is an AWESOME eye doctor who cares about his patients. If you are ever in need of eye care he's definitely the trusted one!! Thank you, Thank you Dr. Brian & Staff!! " UNC Health REX Hospital #No1" Stay Blessed!!🙌
Terry Horne: This hospital is awesome best care and folks ever. We’ve had four family members stay here for COVID to heart related issues. They were awesome. I highly recommend this hospital and we live about 45 minutes away. Well worth the drive. Rex are you starting to slip with the care you once were given????
Rubrick Perez: The slowest rapid response I've ever experienced in my 12 years experience of working in a hospital. Nurses are slow to react in a patient's critical condition same with the so-called rapid response team. It took them almost an hour to finally give a lopressor to my dad whose HR was 136 and BP was already 169/117. HFNC was only given when the patient's O2 sat dropped to 60 eventhough I was already asking for it since the very start my father was having difficulty breathing and literally gasping for air and begging for oxygen. They are swifter to call security on me and fill the floor with security personnel when I was only trying to call their attention as my father's vitals are off and nobody was coming inside the room to respond to the call RAPIDLY. This happened June 11, 2023. Same thing happened with my brother last night, June 14, when he was assigned to look after our dad. It took them more than 30 minutes before coming to the room and assess our dad. Their reason was they were reaching out and trying to get a hold of the doctor to take some orders before going to the patient's room when they're supposed to be in the patient's room and can make that call while evaluating the condition of the patient. Why are they SO SLOW when they're supposed to be responding RAPIDLY? Isn't it why they are called Rapid Response Team in that they are expected to respond rapidly in an emergent critical condition or situation? What are they waiting for? Are they only gonna act when the patient has already died? Why are they not acting proactively? Most nurses are not nice. They don't know how to empathize. Why don't they try even for once to put their feet on our shoes, much so to the patient's shoes so they would feel how we feel? Now I understand why your overall rating is only 3.1. It makes sense to me but there is still room to change and improve. Try doing this, provide GENUINE care and love. Empathize and put yourselves in the patient's and family's situation. Honestly, I would give you a rating of -2.
Carolina Girl: Horrible place to work, worst job I've had in 12 years. Only nice thing about this place is the scenery.
Bird Tus: I have gone to this facility for a few years and it just sucks every time. The receptionists are very rude and are absolutely no help with simple issues. The doctors care more about giving you pills for the money than actually providing reasonable care.
Danette Scott: Had an outpatient procedure. They were fantastic from check in to check out. The team there worked together and everything ran like clockwork. I did not have a single negative experience. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the Dr.
Candace Williams: Great hospital! They took good care of us during my last pregnancy. Now we have a 2 month health, baby girl! Thank you for taking care of us!
Sue Moody: Rex isnt about them, it’s about you! When wandering the hall late at night to find the cafeteria and a staff members asks if he can help my confused expression, he walked me around a few corners until I could see the sign; the nutrition lady brought in the patient tray and then pleasantly asked if there was anything else she could do for the patient or family member; to a person (even doctors LOL) each person we interacted with was all about taking CARE of the patient and the family member. PLUS the medical care is something you can immediately TRUST. Thank you UNC Rex Heart!
Joe Johnson: Worst experience ever left in waiting room forever with a million sick people
Adrienne Berry: My 91 year old mother is currently in the ED. She is having a second urine sample done because the first one was contaminated by the initial - crossed with another patient's urine sample according to the nurse. Now the nurse is threatening to catherize her so that she can provide a second sample.I think we may just leave and go home.We will go to Wake Med or Duke the next time.
Kristin Matthews: Rex hospital is not as good as it used to be. They have gone downhill with their ability to provide good care, especially when it pertains to dealing with geriatric patients. My 85 year old father was in for severe septic shock. They did do a good job treating him and helping him to recover; however, there was no communication to family and his discharge was a giant cluster. I found out he was being discharged when the pharmacy needed money for one of his discharge medicines. The “care manager” leave a lot to be desired. They should be verifying a patient’s home needs with family and notifying them of updates about discharge. I am very disappointed and at this point would not recommend using Rex.
Raghava varma: Had a pleasant overall experience, when we visited for my wife’s surgery. Nurses (in our case) were polite and friendly. The procedure was smooth and doctor informed me right after surgery about my wife’s situation.I thank Dr.Inge for taking care of the procedure carefully and the nurses for their support and care. I would recommend this hospital. But I would strictly not recommend unc rex emergency unit. That place needs some help either with man power or values.
Allen Cooke: Wonderful care and great doctors!
Dessie Clark: First time being seen in ED at Rex. Never had such a good experience. Seen immediately. All staff very knowledgeable and pleasant and concerned for my issue. I can’t say enough great things about them. Highly recommend.
Mary Miller: This review is for the labor and delivery center:1.) Nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctors are beyond astounding. I wish I could remember names to give them the appropriate recognition. They were all so amazing especially considering there were 20 births the day I was admitted to have my baby.2.). Food was terrible lol…but it’s a hospital and they were really busy when I happened to be there so assuming they just didn’t have time to support all the orders3.) whoever my anesthesiologist was…you sir are amazing. Didn’t feel the epidermal at all and no issues following it’s removal.4.) beds are uncomfortable, but it’s a hospital, not the Ritz.5.) They need wheelchairs downstairs by the entry of the labor and delivery area of the hospital. Also, the man downstairs who was directing calls and sending people up to labor and delivery was pretty ridiculous….I was in labor and he made me wait while he looked up the room number for people visiting someone in the hospital. I’m like “I’m going to give birth on the floor…where do I go?” And that’s when he’s like oh you can go to the second floor…no offer of assistance when I was by myself.

WakeMed North Hospital: what do users think?
Angela Hughes: the most unprofessional and rude nurses I have ever come across
Lena Poole: Came to the ER for the first time, this one is no different than the one on new Bern been here damn near all night still haven't been seen. #Annoyedand irritatedbeyondbelief.
Johnna Martin: I was having bad stomach pains and went to the emergency room at Wake Med. My experience was UNBELIEVABLY FANTASTIC!!The staff from starting at check in and all the way to being released was amazing. The staff at this hospital is AMAZING!!!5 stars!!
Brent Dugan: I can't express how wonderful a potentially bad visit to the ER was. The staff at WakeMed North Hospital ER were nothing but friendly, courteous, respectful, and humorous! From entering the ER lobby, dreading a possible appendectomy and being greeted by [Intake Care Rep] Max, to thanking him as I left several hours later, every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and respectful. Dr. Bernard, Nurse Joanne, Nurse Vince, and others were awesome!I hope to never visit an ER again, but if I do, I'll try to make it to the WakeMed North Hospital ER!
sandy m: Never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never call back
Matt Sharpe: Just had our first baby here and the staff have been phenomenal. So compassionate, knowledgeable, attentive, etc. The lactation consultants have been so helpful in understanding our options and explaining the physiology behind different methods. The facilities are clean and modern. Parking is super easy, no big parking decks. This was one of the hardest things we've done together and the staff made it so much more manageable.
Eliecer Gonzalez: I recently visited Waked with my brother who has respiratory problems. While the receptionist asked standard questions, I felt that she took a long time to do so and did not seem very empathetic towards our situation. When I offered to answer the questions myself, she seemed dismissive of my concerns. It would have been helpful if the receptionist had taken our situation more seriously and been more responsive to our needs. I hope that in the future, Waked can provide better training to their staff to ensure that every customer is treated with respect and compassion. The security personnel asked my brother to put on a mask. My brother explained that he was having difficulty breathing and was unable to wear a mask. We then went to the receptionist to let her know that we would have to leave because the security was asking for a mask. However, we noticed that the receptionist and another person sitting nearby were not wearing masks either. This was concerning for us as we were trying to take all necessary precautions to protect ourselves and others. We hope that in the future, Waked can ensure that all their staff members follow the safety protocols that they demand on customers and take the necessary steps to keep their customers safe.Worst receptionist ever!!! Never coming back.
Bob James: Staff worked quickly and were super friendly.
Lexie Burns: My friend came into the ER complaining that she has a burning in her chest, difficulty breathing and a few more things. All they told her was along the lines of ‘youve been diagnosed with anxiety which explains this. That and the fact you’re fat’. Ignored her when her iv started to bleed and when her stomach started hurting. Her Dr. Talked to her twice in the 3 days she was there… 10min max. She requested that some tests be done since this has been ongoing for 2 months now, which as the patient she has a right to request tests. They refused. BP while sitting was 110/80, pulse was 90, while sleeping the chart showed higher rates. She was completely ignored and just told over and over again that it was just her anxiety nothing more. Oh and this morning was vomiting with blood. Only prescribed pain led that she never received and they sent her home. They clearly didn’t have the patient’s health in mind at all during this trip.
Olivia: Surgery is never a fun or fantastic experience, but the nurses in PACU were incredible, even when I had complications post-op.
blah blah blah karen: Best nurses ❤️
Kelly Stuchbury: Hit or miss. Sometimes you go and the staff is helpful and quick. Other times it’s a nightmare and impossible to catch a nurse passing by or even find out what’s going on. If you end up arriving on a good day, you can be in and out without an hour or so (depending on what’s going on of course). If a bad/busy day, you’ll probably wait three hours to get an X-ray and another 3 to get the results.
Adam Purcell: unbelievable wait for broken bones. slowest er ever
Cindy Rivas: Gave birth here and experience was terrible night nurse I had was overly rude and could careless. All but one nurse were helpfull wish I could remember her name It was my morning nurse that I had until 5. I was left alone in room for hours even felt asleep after I had my epidural at around 12am nurse and doctor came rushing to begin labor had me give birth in less than 20 minutes my baby was born PURPLE and nurse took her immediately after birth because she wasnt turning “red” as fast as she wanted, meaning my baby could’ve died due to there negligence. Asked for them to do SSN for my daughter here I am a year and half later struggling trying to get her SSN!! Terrible place go elsewhere if you want a safe delivery!
Money Team: This place is the worst place ever don't come close to shift change! They don't care about anything besides going home!!!!!! I've been waiting for 4 hours, customer service is wack, I hated to give 1 star!!
H Smith: Just concerned about privacy and HIPAA with the hall beds. My last visit the nurse was unwelcoming and the iv cause pain. A week later and my arm still hurts. I had to have her remove it. Overall you are seen right away to ensure no life threatening concerns. My treating physician was attentive as well as imaging staff.
Paul Royster: Had to take my girlfriend to the ER here tonight at about 1am on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Absolutely NO WAIT TIME AT ALL. I was amazed. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. There wasn’t 1000 people waiting in the lobby. She was actually given pain medication and treated with compassion and great care. The doctor and nurses were SO AWESOME. Everyone really was attentive and no one had a God complex.. which is rare for a hospital. This contradicts every experience I’ve had at Duke ER. They suck!! Wake Med is fantastic!
Taylor Downs: I went in to the emergency room last night with a cut that needed stitches. I really don't look forward to going to the hospital but since I did have to go it was actually a smooth & fairly quick process.Everyone did their job and did it well. It seemed like everyone enjoy who they worked with and what their duties are . I felt comfortable from the front desk to the physician who did my which he did a impressive job. He explained to his colleagues and to myself exactly what he was doing literally every step of the way. . And my stitches are beautifully placed. Also i was in and out in about 2 and a half hours 5 stitched later.it was very clean. When I was waiting to be seen by the pa , a staff member possibly janitor came by and whipped the bathroom handle of the door at least 3 times .I was impressed based on my previous er experiences.
Amanda Blackwood: I was having blurry vision in left eye and chest pressure. My primary care doctor suggested I go to ER. I have multiple heart issues and leukemia. I was advised to stay overnight to do more test and be seen by a neurologist. I stayed from noon on March 12 and we left around 6:30pm on March 13. I had multiple tests done (chest heart X-ray, mri, ct scans and blood work). After being told multiple times the neurologist would come to discuss my results we were finally told they wouldn’t come to see us and it would be a doctor on staff. We left. Most of the nurses were nice and professional but we kept getting the run around about receiving results from a doctor. One nurse took out our iv and we walked out. With no discharge papers. Very discouraging.
Patrick: One of the worst Hospitals in the area. Staff is under-qualified the surgeons are absolute ego monsters who disrespect their staff. Management is clueless on how to run their own departments and resort to lying to patients and staff rather than being accountable for their actions. Avoid this place like the plague patients and potential emoloyees. Go somewhere else it is just not worth it to work for or be a patient of Wake Med. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.
Susan Aceti: Mummsy is home❣️. She had a total left hip replacement Monday. Mum worked so hard to stand, walk, and do the stairs. She was brought home via Ambulance right into her house. PT will be coming to her house and mine to do her PT at home. She is my Hero😍 We love Dr Rion from Ortho NC and he operates at Wake Med North. Mum got her right hip done in 2021 there and it was a 5 Star experience. This year it was a bit different as we were told there was no suite for Mum post-op. The nurses told her pre-op, so she went into surgery with that concern. She was in tears. We stayed in the PACU that night, Mum was not monitored even though she was coded for telemetry. She should have been in a suite with a heart monitor. I filed a concern and CA was with me in 10 minutes. We found a solution for the night and we were in a suite the next day. Mum was in the best care with telemetry. OT and PT were outstanding. Our Nurses amazing. Mum and I love Wake Med North. My complaint? The director called Mum and I personally to clarify and address our concerns. Go to Wake Med North, they have a huge heart for patient care.

WakeMed Cary Hospital: what do users think?
Barbara Bennett Tranello: My experience with Wake Med was fantastic. I was near death and the staff was there for everything. They are all angels to do what they do, including and not least, ICU. They all saved my life. A huge thank you to you all!
Ian Storrs: The care I received at this hospital was outstanding and the facilities were excellent. I spent time in the ER, ICU and general hospital and everyone was knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring.
FC Bryant: Absolutely excellent staff in the ER. Treated with compassion and care and attention.
Margaret Yousif: We are from Chicago on a vacation and my husband had a heart attack. Each and every single person we dealt with was off the charts amazing!! No words!!!The paramedics and the firefighters are top shelf!!!The Heart center inn is an amazing service that should be replicated eveywhere!!Thank you all at WakeMed!!!You really do it rigjt!!
M S: Wake Med Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cary really surprised me with their excellent customer service. The ladies at the Surgical Services Reception, the Pre Op nurse and team in general were great. Really good bed side manners. Also the place is very clean and welcoming. It could use some coffee/tea and filtered water station for people in the lobby area. They do have vending machines and cafeteria in the building. Very organized and smooth process. Lobby area is large and comfortable. It has tables and plugs in case you have to bring work with you while you wait. It has free parking deck and uncovered parking.
Vivi D: We just moved here from Florida 3 weeks ago and visited the ER after my husband had stroke like symptoms (thankfully was nothing serious), but what an amazing experience we had. I don't know if it's because we just moved from Miami where everything is a disorganized circus, but the visit here was so refreshing. Everyone was so compassionate, friendly, helpful, informed, and caring. I can't say enough about all the staff we dealt with from the doctor to the custodian. Thank you. You are very appreciated!!
Cesar Teyuco: We have bad birth experience in other hospitals but this hospitals is the worst 😫
Kathryn C: When reports of child abuse arises they do not call CPS. Instead they send the child back to the abusive family member for more abuse. Shame on this whole hospital, every doctor, every nurse who fails to be a voice for child victims.
Sonya Kearse: My loved one is due to be discharged from the ER. The ER moved us out of our room at 11am transport was due to be here at 130pm. Put us out in the hallway. I hear other patients diagnosis and doctors and nurses talking about patients personal information. Maybe there are different rules for ER versus the doctors office when it comes to hippa rules. It is now 413pm and we are still waiting for transportation which it was a mix up with the company that handles that. The ER needs to be expanded so patients aren't diagnosed in the hallway. My loved one needs privacy and all the patients do. The hot water wasn't hot in the room I was in, it barley got warm and that might be a health department violation. Unless it only has to be hot in the room they test for the inspection. Doctors and nurses are wonderful and need to be paid a lot more.
Lori Collins: I came on a Saturday night with a broken wrist and was brought back very quickly. Everyone was wonderful Chris RN, Kelly? RT and Andrew the PA from wake ortho. Everyone worked together quickly to make me comfortable and let me get out and still make my flight to vacation
Cindy Smalletz: I came down to visit my parents, and ended up needing to take my mom to the ED and we came to this one because it was closer to home, even though she's usually part of a different hospital system. From the moment we walked in the door we got in (no wait at all) right away, and spent the night. The staff took care of us, even fed my dad and I, checked in on us often, demonstrated solid medical tests and decision making based on the results, and admitted her overnight. Her experience in the patient room was also stellar. The nurses and doctors called me when I wasn't there to update me each step of the way also, and transferred her out to another hospital for a procedure smoothly and efficiently, also with many updates. It was a complicated unclear case, and we are all grateful for coming here first and feeling so cared for by the many staff members we interacted with, from the CNA's to the RN's to the PA's to the MD's. So grateful, and probably the most pleasant hospital ED experience of my entire life.
Tim P: One of the worst hospitals I have been to. You can’t get a hold of the billing department and when you do they aren’t able to answer billing related questions they should. Billed me twice for the same visit and then deleted past transactions to negate the fact that it’s already been paid to get more money out of you. Would not recommend.
Billy Delacruz: Got my back hurt and came here, got a bill as expected, I sent the payment from my HSA account and a few weeks later I received a notice saying they are sending me to collections, I called and they say there are no records, if I check my balance I can see they took my money. Called HSA and they said payment went through normal. Now I lost my money since to avoid collections I sent ANOTHER payment. I have a 100% on time payment record and can't have this place ruin it.Is frustrating that they refuse to search my payment I can't believe at the end of the month they have this extra money and don't bother to know where is it coming from, who keeps it?
kyle white: I had a good experience. The nurses were amazing. The CNA'S were great. The doctors need some lessons on how to treat patients. The bed was actually comfortable. My room was clean. I just didn't agree with what the diagnosis they were treating me with.
cristen: IM COMPLEATLY IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE THATS GOING ON IN THIS PLACESTARTING WITH THE ER NURSE JERMY H OR M IS A RAINBOW 🌈 AND HE SENDS A BLANKET OF love LAUGHTER CARING AND ENCOUREMENT not only to the patients but the staff as well HE needs recognition ! TheDIETARY TEAM IS ON POINT they act like care takers and the food is always piping hot with plenty of optionsThe nurses and aid s on the 3rd floor are exactly what a caregiver should look like.... the caring aspect is on another Level
Ms Jane Crissman Poole: Be aware at this hospital, family is not allowed to see the patient after surgery until they are ready to go home. Drive up and leave. This is not good considering the shortage of staff. So while you loved one is trying to wake up, you are not allowed to care for them. I will not use this hospital unless no other choice staff is friendly and the doctors are nice. Just do not care for this rule
Jac K: This for sure is the worst hospital! To be avoided like the plague. Everyone is confused, constant madness, mixed patient symptoms up due to having other patients records up, wait time extremely long even when told no wait due to transfer from other hospital. Just a mess of a hospital! Honestly can’t believe Cary tolerates this hospital operating like this!
Dessie Clark: Everyone was really nice and professional. Very informative with info. Two things I do have complaint about. First is nurse starting I’ve deleted like needle going to arm pit. Was digging and really painful. Could tell from angle she was starting from she was going to miss. Crystal came in and started right away with minimal discomfort.Anesthesia not happy with. Throat still sore from tube. Never had sore throat in past. Used propofol and have had multiple times with surgeries and colonoscopies. NEVER had injection of it hurt so badly. Someone didn’t know how to do. Would highly suggest some education and at least 40 mg lidocaine before injecting. It has never bothered me at all I the past. Thank you. Dessie Clark
Rob Scherer: Great care, great staff. Short ER wait time.
Latasha M: This the most worst hospital I ever encountered in my hold life . I brought my daughter here and they basically didn’t care for her properly. It’s like she was getting more sicker by being in there care . We was there for 8 to 9 hours waiting on bloodwork to come in and they just kept coming taking blood from my daughter smh 🤦🏽‍♀️, The nurse we had was very disconnected and show know caring what’s so ever. I regret letting my daughter go here never again!!!!!
Aymane Zeydan: I can’t understand what makes this hospital this slow, I brought my brother for a foot injury that took us more than 6h that’s so terrible people are sick of waiting that long i never saw this slow service before please fix your process time

renee apostol: OIG and State surveyors for fraud
The Sphinx Club of Raleigh: My 14-year-old son was given an assessment here because he was in danger of hurting himself. He is the sweetest and most gentle child. He was kept here overnight, then transported two hours away IN THE BACK OF A POLICE CAR, WEARING HANDCUFFS the entire ride. He was basically made to feel like a criminal for being sad. UNC needs to do better. These police officers need to do better. I am sickened. The only person at WakeBrook who showed us any compassion was the kind woman at the front desk. Please, please research other options for an assessment before you come here. Your child may never get over this traumatic experience and may be so afraid to go through this again that they may never tell you again if they are at risk of danger…the consequences could be dire.

Duke Medicine Plaza (MOB 8): what do users think?
Syntha Ray: I AM A PATIENT OF JUDE CARR, PA WITH DUKE SPINE AND PAIN. HE IS THE BEST. HE'S A GOOD LISTENER AND CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. JUDE MAKES SURE YOUR NEEDS MET.
Martha Chavez: Went to go see Karl M. Schweitzer Jr., MD, if I could, he would be receiving negative stars. He is by far one of the most unprofessional physicians I have ever seen. He was arrogant, rude, and judgmental. Instead of asking me how my day was, he first asked me if I could speak proper English. I was flabbergasted. He then proceeded to ask me about my profession. Terrible experience. I plan to never see him again.
Va Ve: Great team on board!
Bob Taylor: Do not meet your doctor here. Plan to spend 30 minutes once " on campus" to find a parking spot. Service trucks block the roads. The parking garage is full, requiring a U turn at the top. People drive looking for people to pull out of a spot so the line of cars into the parking structure is usually stopped waiting for someone to back out of a spot. Total disaster!
George Scott: I have always been treated very professionally by all involved. Dr. Haglund did a wonderful job on my spine surgery. The hospital and nurses are all excellent. Cannot rate this facility high enough.
Teshia Gibbs: The Worst hospital... I came here instead of wake med hoping for shorter wait... Im having severe pain to abdomen arrived@ 4pm... Waited for 5 hours no pain meds nothing not one nurse checked on me while i was layin on hospital bed in hallway..Then finally around 9 pm the drew blood and .mind you i still had to get urine sample and CT scan i only had 1 thing done in 6 hr frame..and got to the point wear i was balling in tears in front of every one bc i was in so much pain. Thw nurse finally gave me pain meds aroumf 9:30pm.... Once again i waited to the point where i checked myself out and went home...this place is HORRIBLE.
