Kaylene Clayton: I can go on and on about how wonderful of a business Mobley's Shoes is. They have a large selection of quality kid's (and women's) shoes. My kids often get distracted, and the process of buying the right shoe size can be frustrating. At Mobley's, they get measured and fitted in a shoe without you having to do anything. Clifton is so personable and my kids just love getting measured and picking shoes to try. We are in and out in 15 minutes or less. Hassle free and wonderful shoes. Fairly priced. The store is clean and vibrant. Overall a wonderful family-owned business to support.

Betsy Johnson: Very friendly staff. Everyone wore face masks which made me feel better taking our 1 year old to find new shoes. They have a good selection of children's shoes, I wish they had more without velcro and more that were gender neutral. They sized my daughter's little foot and we purchased two pairs. There are some other stores that have kids shoes for less but I liked that Mobley's measure for their correct size and we were able to get shoes in wide.

Allie Thurkill (Sock Thief): My two year old has extra wide Fred Flintstone feet, and ordering from the Stride Rite site is irritating at best. It usually involves at least one return, and waiting several days for a response from customer service if you have a question. We were in and out of Mobley's in less than ten minutes. The woman that helped us took his measurements and recommended a shoe based on what I was looking for. The first size she brought out fit perfectly (I knew this because my son took off running through the store as soon as I got them on), so we checked out and that was it. SO glad we found this place!

William Teach: The manager is rude and condescending today, 7/2/23. I wanted to exchange a pair I bought that was a little too small, was told that the pair I picked out was only for the 1st pair for buy one second half price. It's a pain having to know that when you just want some shoes, and, instead of being polite, she was snippy and rude. It would have been easy to simply do the 2nd pair, which was only $69, but, no, she had to treat a customer with a poor attitude. So, the store will get both pairs back, and I can take my business elsewhere, somewhere that isn't awful.
Highly Blessed: Burgundy shirt was EXTREMELY rude; visited today and I asked a simple question about a croc and she was upset. I called another rack room manager on the phone to verify what I was saying about the discount, and she tried to switch her story up. Then when I was walking out she was laughing at the situation with another worker (green shirt, woman) not to mention, I was not greeted or asked if I needed help; as other rack rooms does.

We found the little girl shoes area but nothing was really in it's place and all over and there really wasn't that great of a selection. As we find the shoes she wants we start looking for the size and see a bunch of size 2s out of reach. As I start looking for employees I don't have to look far as 4 of them are within eye sight talking and laughing. As I start waving my arm at them to get their attention they scatter and seem perturbed that I asked for help.The store in general looked in disarray.

Tracy Mashburn: Associates we’re talking to each other when I asked if a particular shoe and came in a wide width. She seemed annoyed and came over pulled the tag and walked off, not even speaking to me. Came back and gave me an answer, but still seemed annoyed. The cashier was not personable at all, no greeting, didn’t even look up at us. Told her I had rewards and she just said the system was down and couldn’t give them to me. I pressed and another associate said the system was fine and she was able to find my rewards. Got the shoes home and there are 2 different sizes in one of the 4 boxes…now my daughter has to go back and have them rectify that issue. There seems to be a gross lack of customer service anymore.

David Edmonds: Myself and a Great Friend visited Ealdwine the Monday before the 4th of July, It was a terrific experience Matthew was very helpful and all around friendly gentlemen both me and friend purchased a pair of shoes, if you're ever in the Raleigh area definitely stop by Ealdwine you won't REGRET IT.

Rob Mattson: I came to Raleigh from Oklahoma for a conference and inadvertently left my dress shoes at home, making boots my only option to wear with a suit. “Rough-looking” is a massive understatement for the condition of my boots, so I went to Ealdwine for some shoe polish, and saw that the product had changed quite a bit over the past few years. I had a few questions about leather conditioner, how much polish to use, etc. (stuff like that), and Mr. Gray took the time to show me everything, on my boots at that. The difference is tremendous, and I’m not JUST talking about how my boots look now. For a business owner to take time out of his day, literally get his hands dirty, and go to such lengths for a customer who might come to Raleigh every five years or so… It speaks volumes about Mr. Gray as a person and business owner. I’m now more informed, equipped with some really good polish, and won’t feel so embarrassed about wearing beat-up boots with a suit.Another cool thing, assuming most will be looking/shopping for more than shoe polish, the store’s beautifully designed, and chockablock with some of the finest in men’s clothing and beautiful footwear. Mr. Gray personally helped with the design in many of the latter (Alden’s handmade in Massachusetts), so I definitely feel like I was in good hands, and had definitely come to the right place.Great owner. Top notch products. Perfect service. Great experience.
Jason: Let me start with I had to order from the store. Matt knows his stuff but, he knows Alden’s like the back of his hand. I was a bit skeptical on sizing as we all are but, Matt reassured me if I wear a 11 in (x) brand an 11 in Alden would be spot on. They arrived very quickly to my home with excellent communication from start to finish! I am a proud owner of Alden 405s and could not be happier, thank you Matt!

Paul McGrew: I decided to invest in Alden shoes. Initially, I reached out to a very well known online Alden retailer. My first question was answered with what seemed like a modicum of effort. My follow up questions were never answered. Then, I reached out to Jim at Ealdwine. He answered ALL of my questions, even though I know he has probably answered the same ones 3 million times. My first pair of boots didn't fit. A new pair was sent over ASAP. They even helped me when I screwed up the shipping address for my shoes. If you are going to make an investment in a pair of shoes you hope will last two decades or more, Ealdwine provides the service commensurate with that kind of purchase.

Ermycia Dagostino: Went in to purchase a pair of Cloud running shoes and from the time I walked in, customer service was horrible. Not sure of the associates name but he was an older male with glasses. I spoke when I walked in but he didn’t speak back but proceeded to speak to my husband once he came in after me. Maybe I didn’t look like the normal shoppers they were used to. I then asked him for a different size while he was on his computer and he walked to the back to ask a different associate to grab the shoe & went back to the computer while I waited. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Will not shop here again. Customer service is everything to me.

Dane Weeks: Man, pictures or words won't do the outstanding work these guys do justice. I had the sole rip clean off of one of my Asolo hiking boots and really didn't want to replace them because of the cost and the boot being in perfect shape excluding the sole. They restored my boots to a condition that I didn't think was possible. BE PATIENT. They do take awhile. But the result is absolutely worth it.

Nicodemous: What a great shop! Great customer service with a fast turn around time!I mailed them 4 pair of Birkenstocks, 2 Arizonas, 1 Boston and 1 Ramses. The Arizonas just needed new bottoms but the Boston had a broken buckle and the Ramses had a broken toe thong and they fixed them all in a day and they arrived in the mail the literal next day in tip top shape! Even added some better (IMO) VIBRAM bottoms that are noticable thicker (I think 116 of an inch or so).If you need any shoe repairs especially Birkenstocks look no further. If you live further away no problem just mail them your repairs with your contact info and they'll Handel it all over the phone!
Hannah Willoughby: Always have been super helpful but especially so after I got there at 5:15 and probably spent 30 minutes trying on two types of shoes. After I left they locked up- I felt awful to have kept them after hours but had no idea they closed at 5:30. Wasn’t rushed and he took his time making sure I found exactly what I wanted.

Sydney Hunnell: After reading the great reviews here, I made the decision to bring my brand new $1400 Prada boots to get the inside liner stretched out because it was digging into my feet. I completely made the right decision!!! I couldn’t be more happy with how my boots turned out. The turn around was super fast and for a great price too. If I ever need another shoe fixed I will most definitely come to Man-Mur despite living in Greenville. Definitely recommend!!

sad hours: I am very pleased with the service and quality! Had a pair of stilettos that I had only worn twice. Man-Mur Shoe Shop originally told me that it'll take about a week to be fixed, which is no problem. However, they called me the next day and told me that it was ready. I am so impressed! My heel looks like it was never broken! So worth the money! I will definitely be coming to them if ever needed.

Ta-Von Valentine: I was in the store and the store looked awful. You couldn’t really tell that anyone was there working. I eventually found Sam asked her where the non slip shoes were and she looked like she didn’t really want to help me, nor put her phone down. Her response was: “it’s on the last isle”. Eventually, another girl assisted me instead. When I got up to the register, Sam and a 3rd lady were sitting around and barely acknowledged me until I said I was ready to check out. They really need some better customer service.

Tara Johnson: I had an extremely bad experience at this store. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I tried to return several pairs of shoes i ordered online. The store would not accept my return (even though I had my shipping receipt and I was within the 60 day return window). The assistant manager was extremely rude. Also, once I walked out of the store, the store locked their doors early (they locked their doors at 8:43pm - the store is scheduled to close at 9pm). The store locked their doors early on purpose.

Yasmin Monroe: I went in this store today and have never felt so disrespected in my life. There was a gentleman (I use that term lightly) at the front of the store talking to a woman (She was white. I make that point for a reason). I am not sure if she was a customer, but this man, who I later found out was the supervisor, never said hello or acknowledged me at all. This same man then came right in front of me on the next row and stayed on that row facing me for about 10 minutes (I felt like he was watching me), but he still did not acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help. I honestly would have ignored all of this, but after looking around the store about another 10 minutes, I went back to the original aisle I was on to make sure I didn't want to purchase another pair of shoes. There were two white women on that row with me (Very close to me). The gentleman I previously mentioned asked both of those women if they needed help and walked right past me. I am African American and I am not one to immediately go to the race card, but I have never been so blatantly discriminated against in my whole life. I immediately put down the shoes I was considering, went to another employee who was stocking a few rows over, and told her what happened. I asked her who the gentleman was and imagine my surprise when she said he was the supervisor. I regrettably did not get either of the employees names, but I couldn't let this go without leaving this review. This review should have been no stars instead of one. I will be reaching out to corporate.

On this particular trip I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe and found one but it was a slightly over what I wanted to pay. I still decided to buy it. When I got to the register the cashier stated that these could be on sale and checked for me and sure enough they were. I saved about $25 and walked away. Very happy customer. They didn't have anything I could use, Rep was very nice referred us to DSW next Shop Plaza! We got to DSW were Wowed by the Size of Store, Rows & Rows of Fabulous Shoes comparatively Priced! The Store is a huge Warehouse, mostly "Help Yourself" but friendly Staff is available if need help! My Daughter assited me in finding several assorted Brands to try on! But "Croc's" won out, with room for "Good Feet" Orthodic and Cover Insole! Was Comfy with a Back Strap that slid over the Arch to make a Fabulous slide in House Shoe, Love them! "I'm So Happy" I'll be Back!

I get it, although update your hours (although perhaps that’s why this is being done). Total distaste for DSW and any store, the manager should work if you don’t have staff (I manage a restaurant so I very much understand).
