Michelle Andrade: Horrible service!!!! Run away from this establishment DON'T walk. We ordered boots a month ago and not one associate notified me of the back order dilemma and has no information as to them arriving. I have called more than 12 times to either store and no one will answer the phone. This is is poorest excuse of a professional business and deserves a to be closed.

Finally drove 30mins one way because they are the only authorized Tuff Toe distributors around the area, only to be ignored for 10 minutes before another associate walked into the door and mumbled something vaguely resembling "canihelpya". When I asked if they had any brown tuff toe, the associate informed me they were all out of the brown due to allowing the product to expire. Then she chuckled. I knew I made the right choice with my Thorogood boots, and I'll be buying tuff toe from the distributor.All of this because they can't be bothered to answer the phone. I should send them an invoice for my time

Luke Dabbs: DO NOT USE THIS STORE.I began my saga of sadness with this store in June of this year. Clara was pleasant and helped me as well as she could. I wanted the 2415 Traction Tred, but they didn't have my size. Clara recommended size 10 and promised to order them for me and that they'd be in within a week. I waited two weeks with no call back from her. I called her after two weeks and she admitted she forgot me and never ordered the boot.She then ordered my boot and I came in a week later to try them on. In the store they felt right and seemed to fit, but what she didn't tell me is how big they break in. Within a week, they were loose, so I emailed her to let her know I needed a smaller size exchange under the 30-day exchange guarantee. She said she would order 9 and 9.5 and email when they were in for me to try them.Within a couple of weeks, she said she had the 9.5 for me to try on. I tried them and confirmed I would need the 9 Regular width boot. She told me they should be on their way and that she would call when they arrived.I waited for another month for a call, but nothing. I called them many times for an update over this period, but this store WILL NOT answer their phones. I had to resort to using the Durham store as a go-between to get any answers from Raleigh. After over two months, I had heard nothing about the status of my order.I was able to finally get through their phones yesterday and was informed by Christine that my shoe had been there and waiting since August and that they had called me on August 6th. This was either a lie or a malfunction of their phone system, because I never received any calls or messages from them.I went to the store that day to get the boots they said they had for me. SURPRISE! They STILL didn't have the boot I specifically asked for and had ordered me the wrong size (9 Wide instead of 9 Regular).TO TOP ALL OF THIS OFF, Christine (short, older blonde woman) was the absolute rudest employee I've ever met at any retail store. On the phone, she said "we don't answer our phones if we have customers in the store because it's unfair to the customers in the store". When I met her in store, she barely acknowledged me and seemed entirely inconvenienced when I asked her to please bring out the boots she promised me on the phone. When I expressed my extreme frustration with the situation and that they couldn't manage to order the correct boot, she dismissively said, "Yep, you and half the country". SHE. IS. THE. WORST and should be fired or find a non-customer facing job somewhere.As of this moment, I STILL have the wrong boots and Christine says she'll "attempt" to order the boot I requested over two months ago.If you take nothing else from this review, please do not patronize this store. Until they figure out how to achieve competence, communication, and consistent courtesy, they're not worth anyone's time.If you're looking for Red Wings and you live in the Raleigh area, take the extra time to drive to the far-superior Durham store. Save yourself the heartache.

haste 266: I love Red Wing boots but absolutely despise this location. I've been in the store three times in the past six years and have had complaints about the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff each time.I recently went into the store on 8/14 and I was the only customer in there. I was not immediately acknowledged and the two employees continued chatting with one another after I walked in. The lady finally spoke to me and seemed annoyed she had to come out on the sales floor from behind the counter to "help" me find a boot.Long story short, I left and went to the Durham location and Angel was a huuuuge help in finding a pair of boots that met my needs. Props to the Durham store for being a great Red Wing location with amazing customer service. Next time I will drive the extra 20 miles and just go to the Durham store.

On this particular trip I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe and found one but it was a slightly over what I wanted to pay. I still decided to buy it. When I got to the register the cashier stated that these could be on sale and checked for me and sure enough they were. I saved about $25 and walked away. Very happy customer. They didn't have anything I could use, Rep was very nice referred us to DSW next Shop Plaza! We got to DSW were Wowed by the Size of Store, Rows & Rows of Fabulous Shoes comparatively Priced! The Store is a huge Warehouse, mostly "Help Yourself" but friendly Staff is available if need help! My Daughter assited me in finding several assorted Brands to try on! But "Croc's" won out, with room for "Good Feet" Orthodic and Cover Insole! Was Comfy with a Back Strap that slid over the Arch to make a Fabulous slide in House Shoe, Love them! "I'm So Happy" I'll be Back!

I get it, although update your hours (although perhaps that’s why this is being done). Total distaste for DSW and any store, the manager should work if you don’t have staff (I manage a restaurant so I very much understand).

A HOU 2: I wish I could have started recording before I did.The shoe dept., On new hope church rd. Raleigh. NC. SMH. I Normally shop here. I was just escorted out of the store, by security after only being in the store for 5 min or less. The woman was extremely mean from. The moment I stepped in the store. I started recording and all the talk stopped, but at that moment the security was being summoned. Before I could make my purchase, that I rode the city bus to make, I was lied on first, said I was asked to leave when the security arrived. Escorted out, and threatened by the play police. Embarrassing, unethical, unnecessary, and some type of disciplinary action should take place or should be looked into at this location. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

I called ahead of time to see if anyone would be available to help get my client from the car into her wheelchair and Wendy immediately said she would do so! Then, once in the store and I told her what we were looking for, she selected the perfect shoe, and then helped my client transfer back into the car. My kids often get distracted, and the process of buying the right shoe size can be frustrating. At Mobley's, they get measured and fitted in a shoe without you having to do anything. Clifton is so personable and my kids just love getting measured and picking shoes to try. We are in and out in 15 minutes or less. Hassle free and wonderful shoes. Fairly priced. The store is clean and vibrant. Overall a wonderful family-owned business to support.

They have a good selection of children's shoes, I wish they had more without velcro and more that were gender neutral. They sized my daughter's little foot and we purchased two pairs. There are some other stores that have kids shoes for less but I liked that Mobley's measure for their correct size and we were able to get shoes in wide.

Allie Thurkill (Sock Thief): My two year old has extra wide Fred Flintstone feet, and ordering from the Stride Rite site is irritating at best. It usually involves at least one return, and waiting several days for a response from customer service if you have a question. We were in and out of Mobley's in less than ten minutes. The woman that helped us took his measurements and recommended a shoe based on what I was looking for. The first size she brought out fit perfectly (I knew this because my son took off running through the store as soon as I got them on), so we checked out and that was it. SO glad we found this place!

Dane Weeks: Man, pictures or words won't do the outstanding work these guys do justice. I had the sole rip clean off of one of my Asolo hiking boots and really didn't want to replace them because of the cost and the boot being in perfect shape excluding the sole. They restored my boots to a condition that I didn't think was possible. BE PATIENT. They do take awhile. But the result is absolutely worth it.

Nicodemous: What a great shop! Great customer service with a fast turn around time!I mailed them 4 pair of Birkenstocks, 2 Arizonas, 1 Boston and 1 Ramses. The Arizonas just needed new bottoms but the Boston had a broken buckle and the Ramses had a broken toe thong and they fixed them all in a day and they arrived in the mail the literal next day in tip top shape! Even added some better (IMO) VIBRAM bottoms that are noticable thicker (I think 116 of an inch or so).If you need any shoe repairs especially Birkenstocks look no further. If you live further away no problem just mail them your repairs with your contact info and they'll Handel it all over the phone!

sad hours: I am very pleased with the service and quality! Had a pair of stilettos that I had only worn twice. Man-Mur Shoe Shop originally told me that it'll take about a week to be fixed, which is no problem. However, they called me the next day and told me that it was ready. I am so impressed! My heel looks like it was never broken! So worth the money! I will definitely be coming to them if ever needed.

When I asked why they weren’t held as I was told, their answer was “we have people tell us all the time they are on the way”….. no attempt to make it right just an offer to “see” if they could order them. Came home went on Amazon, and shoes are being delivered overnight. If this review can prevent just one person from being treated as I was today, it is worth the time it has taken to write it. Won’t waste my time nor spend any $ at this store. Worst customer treatment ever
