We have bought 3 pieces of equipment from US Fitness: an Octane Elliptical, a zero runner and now we just purchased the Mi 7 Smith functional Trainer. He really knew his products and while he showed us all of the things each of the machines can do, he was never pushy at all; just very informative. We have ALWAYS had a great buying experience at US Fitness Products. Tom Wheeler: We recently purchased an Inspire 3.1 cardiostrider from U.S. Fitness in Raleigh. John, the Operations Manager,, spent a lot of time with my wife and I and patiently answered my questions. We tried several standing ellipticals and two seated ellipticals. Being able to actually try out the equipment made it possible to choose exactly the right machine for my needs. John could not have been more helpful, and he did not pressure us to choose any specific piece of equipment. I had purchased an elliptical 10 years ago from this U.S Fitness store and the Inspire CS 3.1 was a replacement for that elliptical. The CS 3.1 was delivered exactly as promised and the delivery people removed my old elliptical and installed the new cardiostrider exactly as we asked them to. My experience with John and U.S. Fitness was a very pleasant one. I highly recommend them.

Ron was very helpful and informative in helping me design my gym area to optimize the space with the proper machinery.I regard to the equipment, the quality of the Omega 4 is just phenomenal. It feels and looks like a luxury sports car. The pulley system and overall function of the machine has been great. After doing A LOT of research in the market, I could not find one machine that looks as aesthetically pleasing as this one.If you have the opportunity to purchase equipment from Batca, I highly recommend doing so. Travis Tourville: I am the Wellness Program Manager at Zeus Inc. and worked with Batca closely on several projects. Three of our facilities have fitness centers which are all equipped by Batca. Our facility in New Jersey was the first to have a fitness center, they chose Batca to fully equip the gym due to their company reputation and innovative equipment. As we were in the process of building an entire new plant near Columbia, SC and remodeling another plant in Aiken, SC, we believed it was necessary to add fitness centers in both locations. After speaking with some of the employees in the Zeus New Jersey location, they all insisted that we chose Batca for the Columbia and Aiken sites as well. We called Ron, the owner of Batca about the new projects and they were instrumental in early planning and equipment selection. Batca efficiently designed a well balanced fitness center that accommodated Zeus' visions for the available space. Batca simplified and helped facilitate all aspects of ordering everything that was needed for the wellness center including the custom flooring, cardio, and strength equipment. They facilitated the scheduling and installation of all flooring and fitness equipment while adapting to all construction schedule changes for a stress-free process. Nathan, who is Batca's Lead Engineer and Technician was a pleasure to work with. He and his team of technicians that were onsite were helpful and knowledgeable of the facility layout and equipment. They went over all equipment and maintenance in detail to make sure Zeus felt comfortable with the install before they left. With Zeus starting a Wellness Program this year, we chose the perfect company to work with in Batca to get our feet off the ground. Everyone from Zeus is extremely impressed with the way the fitness centers turned out and how well the equipment fits our standard. It was a pleasure to work with Ron, Nathan, and the Batca Team. If we decide to add more fitness centers in the future, we will be sure to use Batca!

Robert Schapiro: This is a long-term review. I purchased a Batca gym 20 years ago after an extensive search looking for a high quality product with correct body dynamics. I searched all the major brands and when I worked out on a Batca there was no comparison, it’s professional grade equipment. During the search I contacted Batca and they were always more than happy to take time and answer my questions. The gym works flawlessly, looks beautiful, its mechanics are silky smooth and I am able to get a real gym workout at home. My family (wife and 2 kids) and I owe a lifelong fitness commitment to Batca. As with any product if it doesn’t make you happy using it you won’t use it. Using correct body dynamics is key to injury prevention. Over the years in addition to the home gym I added a Batca bench and a dumbbell rack to match the gym. There is rarely a day the gym isn’t in use. In the 20 years of regular use there has yet to be any problems. Way to go Batca!

Tom Fochtman: I bought a Batca machine 23 years ago. Bought it thru a dealer. I had no intentions of upgrading until we decided to put an exercise room into the new wing that we built on our house. Seemed odd to pay someone to disassemble and reassemble a 23 your machine.After much research I was ready to purchase a new machine and had a thought. I wonder if Batca is still in business? I had no trouble with their machine so why want not check them out. In short order I was talking to Ron Batca and immediately applauded the fact that they were still in business. No small feat in the ultra competitive fitness industry. When I told Ron about the new room, what I wanted and my budget he recommended the Fusion 4 multi-unit machine. I actually sent him the machine and asked him to contrast Batca vs that manufacturer. I was somewhat testing him to see how he would respond and he was nothing but professional in contrasting the two machines. It was easy in my mind to pay significantly more for the Batca and I'm very glad I did.The Fusion 4 is a thing of fitness beauty, on steroids! It is much better than I imagined. I was super excited when I watched it being installed and could not wait for it to be ready to use. My wife and I could not be happier.Additionally, I've recently had a customer service incident with the machine. The installer left off 2 tiny little pieces that created an issue with one of the cables. I contacted Batca on a Friday afternoon and the installer was at my house the next morning, which was a Saturday. You could not ask for any better than less than 24 hours.If you are considering purchasing a serious exercise machine, I'd urge anyone to check out Batca and if not sure, pick up the phone and call Ron Batca. Great equipment!

Lara Mi: This location is my favorite one to go to. They have way more inventory than some others and always have enough people working. The high ceiling, bridge and escalators make you feel like you’re in the superstore location. Plenty of registers and happy crew.

Capri Rae: This location racially profiles all African Americans that comes in to shop, regardless if they have a bag, look suspicious or not. Also, the management treats African Americans employees horribly as if they don’t exist, don’t get acknowledged, causing them to seek other jobs. This establishment need to be looked into further ! It’s 2023, these types of behavior are not acceptable, can go viral on social media for awareness & should be addressed !

Bridgette Gathings: The attendant at the bike shop in triangle town square in raleigh nc was extremely helpful and he educated us on the bikes that would fit our needs. We bought 2 bikes and he made sure that they were ready for the road. Great experience we will be back for maintenance.

To top it off I waited in line because they had so many employees out doing patrols not at the registers.

I came in only needing the needle and the Manager was nice enough to sell me an extra one he had for half the price considering the fact I didn’t need the leather. Shinya A: This Play It Again Sports store is one of the bigger ones in the Triangle and because of that they have a lot more variety of equipment to select from. They don't just carry used equipment but also have some brand new items for sale too. They have a big selection for disc golf, hockey gear and skates, figure skates, weight and exercise equipment, golf clubs, baseball, basketball, and I even saw a used kayak in the isle. Overall it is a good store!

Some of them looked pretty nice but there's no way I'm going to dig through there unless it's a good deal. The stuff saw that had prices was not a great deal.

They do have some things that are new but literally anything for sports like pads, sticks, frisbees and a lot more. I always go there first before buying any equipment. The staff is also awesome. Worth the trip if you need equipment for your kids or for yourself as an adult.
