Iyengar Yoga Center of Raleigh: what do users think?
Colby Purvis: Alixe is a great teacher for the Beginner Yoga class.
Sean Riley: I've been practicing Iyengar yoga with Graham for approximately three years, she is an excellent teacher and now friend. Graham will take you at whatever level you are and help you gain more mobility and physical confidence.
Carolyn Davis: I have been practicing yoga under Graham since shortly after she opened her Raleigh practice in 2008. Graham has given me tools for a lifetime. With her step by step gentle reminders, I know I’m entering into and coming out of each pose in the correct way. I hear her voice correcting my posture even when she’s not around. She provides alternate poses depending on the physical challenges I’m facing to help me get the most out of my class and to ensure no harm comes to my body. She is an amazing instructor and no one comes close to the structure and setting she offers. I’m forever grateful.
Ginger Deason: Graham is the best yoga instructor I've ever had. I started yoga with her in 2008 due to my scoliosis and back pain, and since then have taken classes in a number of different cities, yet have never had a teacher as kind, dedicated, and caring as Graham. Her instruction is straightforward and engaging. She isn't as harsh as some Iyengar teachers I've had. Since I left Raleigh I really missed her, but with the pandemic I have been able to take her online classes and they're great too! If you're even thinking about signing up for her classes, DO IT! She's the best! Thank you, Graham! 3
Jungin Hwang: Graham is a kind, sensitive, and knowledgeable instructor. With her 16 years of experience in teaching, she provides individualized instructions for all abilities and her verbal instructions are very clear and engaging. She encourages everyone to bring awareness to the body in alignment with their capacity. I highly recommend Graham's yoga classes to anyone who wants to experience yoga in a safe way and also have fun !
John Nardini: Can't praise this yoga studio enough. I started attending classes in February 2020 as a complete novice to yoga, but it has now become an integral part of my daily life thanks to Graham's amazing instruction. Graham is able to give every single student a very personalized experience that precisely fits their needs, even during online classes. Would recommend this studio for anyone interested in yoga! And sometimes her dog joins the class :)
Siobhan Millen: Graham is the best! She shares her extensive knowledge with her students in a calm, inspiring, safe class, geared to the abilities of each of her students. I have practiced with her for over a dozen years. She is simply the finest teacher I have found. And a really kind person to boot!
Jessica Kasinoff: I have studied Iyengar Yoga with Graham Williams for eleven years and find her to be an exceptional teacher. Graham's passion for Iyengar Yoga is admirable as is her commitment and dedication to her continued learning. Whether in the studio or on Zoom, Graham offers focused instruction so that I always come out of of class feeling more present, integrated, and embodied. Graham has the knowledge to support me through times when I've had various injuries. Her kindness knows no bounds and her sense of humor is lovely! Graham goes out of her way to support students and sincerely wants all of us to have the best possible experience. Her wisdom in managing classes during this Pandemic is masterful. Graham has offerings to meet various levels of personal preference for safety. Graham brings her full heart to her instruction: I am fortunate to be Graham's student!
Beth Peters: This is a yoga studio dedicated to sharing the Iyengar method of yoga, an alignment-based prop-intensive form of yoga. There are classes available for all levels of yoga experience. I have done classes in this studio and all necessary props are provided. For over a year, I have mostly done the classes on Zoom because I am in Fayetteville. Graham is a highly trained, incredibly professional and conscientious instructor. I feel that I get as much individual guidance or modifications on Zoom as I get in the studio. I highly recommend Iyengar Yoga Center of Raleigh for your yoga experience!
Debra Ward: I have been practicing Iyengar yoga for 15+ years and was so happy when I moved to Raleigh to learn that an Iyengar studio existed. Graham is an excellent teacher, she will work with you if you have any injuries or specific needs. Many of the other students in my class have been attending her classes for a long time and have only positive things to say about her and her teachings. We are very lucky to have her in Raleigh!
Jody Probert: Whether you are new to Iyengar Yoga or a seasoned Yoga student looking for an alignment-based practice this is the studio for you! Graham's knowledge, expertise and authenticity of the practice is unmatched. Her attention and assistance with students in the studio or virtually is amazing, along with her warmth and sense of humor keeps students coming back!
Emma Montaldo: Iyengar Yoga Center of Raleigh is a hidden treasure. The authentic true yoga is taught here. I have been practicing yoga for almost 30 years. This is the first place I found where I can practice with confident that I can learn not just yoga asanas (poses) but also self satisfaction . The instructor has your well being in mind and give close attention to each practitioner. This is very important to yoga practice as proper asana (pose) is the key a good yoga learning. I am only sorry for not finding them sooner. A great place. I recommend for every one who wants to practice true Yoga.
Philippe Gradt: Do yourself a favor and join this yoga studio. Graham is an outstanding instructor and a wonderful person. This is not your typical yoga class at the gym. Lessons are carefully planned and you are working towards specific poses and goals. Definitely recommend!
Patti Sadler: I wish I could give more than five stars! Graham is so great. Dedicated, knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated to her craft. I always feel better after going to one of her classes.
Nancy Kitchener: Graham is passionate about her practice and sharing it with her students. She was patient with my many physical limitations. She always suggested alternate poses.
Sasha Depew: Graham is simply amazing! She is professional, caring, and quick to notice if modifications are needed. I found Iyengar yoga after suffering from regular back and neck pain after a car accident. It has been a life changer for me. Having such a knowledgeable Iyengar teacher such as Graham has been invaluable! I highly recommend this studio!
Perla Antillana: Graham is extremely knowledgeable. She carefully observes the alignment of each participant, to ensure a correct position.(Graham carefully assists us according to our ability & gets us to our next level). I have made it to Level I, I’m very excited. With each instruction & correction my flexibility & energy flow has improved. Stronger core, too.
Page Marsh: Graham is a wonderful teacher sharing her passion for yoga which makes it positively contagious. Not only does her enthusiasm lift your spirit but her knowledge of Iyengar yoga empowers you as a learner; she also remains active as a student herself so she walks her talk. I highly recommend Graham if you are new to Iyengar yoga and want to learn in a setting in which you will be challenged but will always learn safely avoiding injury. We learn to practice and live our yoga which brightens one’s inner light. I find in life a teacher can simply make anything special; Graham is this teacher. Grateful to have her spirit and her knowledge enhance my life.
Adriana Zafirova: I've been doing yoga with Graham for many years, starting in 2012 when we moved to Raleigh. Back then I was looking for a teacher that can help me with my back problems, to not further injure myself, but keep practicing yoga in a safe and beneficial way. I found her and I never wanted to look further. She is very knowledgeable about yoga asanas, yoga philosophy, and helps you exercise your body but calm your mind, and be present in everything that you are doing. Graham provides multiple modifications and adjustments depending on her students' needs. I was also amazed how well she navigated the classes during Covid. Doing zoom yoga classes is not an easy task but she is doing it great. Graham is engaging, shows and explains very well the poses and how to use all the props, and gives you corrections looking at the small windows on her screen :). Thank you, Graham for all that you do!
Maggie Heraty: Iyengar Yoga Center of Raleigh's main teacher, Graham, is incredible. I have been a student of hers for years now and feel so lucky to have found her classes. She has helped alleviate my back pain, improve my flexibility, and be more aware of my posture and breath. I often leave class impressed by how well she is able to juggle giving individualized attention to many students while keeping the class moving. Classes with her are fun, relaxing, and challenging (in a good way) in equal measure!
Sheryl Madden: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityGraham embodies the true authentic teaching of Iyengar. She is just what I needed to deepen my yoga practice. She challenges me in all the good ways yoga needs to be challenged while being safe.

Yoga Inspired: what do users think?
Erica Vogel: My absolute favorite experience at Yoga Inspired was the aerial yoga for beginners. A few of my friends and I signed up for a Sunday morning class and had an absolute blast learning the basics and hanging from the silks. I definitely recommend this as a girls day out - grab your girlfriends and go out for brunch afterwards. We had so much fun, and endless things to talk about after because it truly is such a unique experience. Also, I love that it isn't hot yoga! I feel like with all of the rage around hot yoga, it's nice to go to class, practice, and leave feeling like I can go out into the world without needing a shower first. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and people of all abilities can come to classes at Yoga Inspired and know that the teachers are ready for them.

Yoga Inspired is a welcoming, inclusive and safe space. The teachers are very knowledgeable and welcoming to beginners though more than experienced yogis- offering modifications and adjustments as needed.I am very thankful for Yoga Inspired and am always grateful when I can walk through the doors and practice yoga there.

One of the best instructors that I have ever had! The location was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed myself and plan on taking additional classes in the near future!
Mary Hall: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWonderful studio and very welcoming instructors! They've adapted very well to 2020 with outdoor classes, zoom classes, and small, masked studio classes. I'm doing the Yoga Certification program with Anil and he is amazing!
Lauren Griffiths: I booked Anil for a private small group, outdoor class for my birthday this weekend and it was fantastic! It was a pleasure setting up logistics with him and the day of went really well. My friends and I loved the class - he went at a pace we were all comfortable with, offered modifications where needed, and led us through a soothing and energizing flow. Everyone commented how great it was and that they were excited to take a real class once the studio opens. Thank you!!
Khaki Stelten: Great yoga studio, very clean and welcoming. They have definitely deepened my practice and given me the drive and inspiration to continue to grow and change on the mat.
Kathy Zappia: I didn't think I could keep up (given my age 😁) and enjoy yoga as much as I do at Yoga inspired! It has really helped my flexibility and strength. Very professional, kind and accepting staff. I highly recommend you give Yoga Inspired a try!
Samantha Smith: Became a big fan of the studio very quickly. I liked the variety of poses done in the classes; sometimes I’ll get too comfortable doing the same things repeatedly, and I felt like I got the opportunity to spread my wings a bit/get enough of a challenge without it being overwhelming. Very welcoming atmosphere and good vibes.
Deb Harrison: Wonderful space to practice yoga!
Gloria Hegarty: I love this yoga studio and that’s exactly what it is, a real studio which sticks to yoga and no other gimmicks. The owner is wonderful, and has such a heart for his clients. It’s a warm, comfortable and safe place to practice yoga with other like-minded yogis!!
Karen Bograd: Have been taking their Online classes during this trying times, and it has been a wonderful escape. I really needed time to myself, and a workout, and I am getting both. Thank you!
Ashley Katz: My absolute favorite yoga studio. The space is so clean and relaxing. The instructors make you feel comfortable and the fellow yogis are so welcoming.
Kayla Capitano: Not a fan of this studio. It wasn't very clean and staff was not friendly.
Rondi Goodman: Love yoga inspired. Calming, strengthening and peaceful practice here. As hard as you want and as gentle as you want. Warm and never stifling hot.
E R W: I hadn't done yoga in years and have been coming here for a couple of months. I've thoroughly enjoyed every instructor and class.
Emily Cochran: Enjoyed a drop-in class and their current BOGO deal! Will come back again.
Lee M: I dropped in since I’m visiting the area. A comfortable environment for any level of practice and friendly, welcoming staff. I’ll be here for a few more days and plan to return.Ps. Thanks for the free bobby pins. 😜

blue lotus: what do users think?
Robert Abbott: Best yoga studio. Inclusive and caring.
K. T.: I tried their free community class on Tuesday.I arrived early and the door was locked to protect the integrity of the last class which was scheduled until 1:00pm which I was fine with. It was freezing cold and windy outside so I was so relieved when they unlocked the door around 1:10. I asked at the desk if I needed to check in and she said yes, but to give them a few minutes as the last class was just leaving. I went to the restroom and then positioned myself in front of the front desk. The person behind the desk chit chatted with a customer for minutes on end ignoring me completely. I finally just picked out my spot and figured they would find me if it was important. It obviously wasn’t. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the front desk staff or the instructor at any point. The class was fine. No frills, no music. Possibly student led-it wasn’t clear. The front desk person sat behind the class clacking away on her laptop.I won’t be back.
Danielle Sacripante: I took a Divine Dance class for the first time in decades! It incorporated modern dance moves both on your feet and hugging the floor...teacher Glenda made me fluid and energized in a beautiful way! Great space, lovely people.
Lauren Yates: This yoga studio is too wonderful for words. Amazing space, teachers, and community.
Marla Broadfoot: Blue Lotus will always hold a special place in my heart. Before I discovered the studio, I had been practicing yoga for over a decade. I knew yoga made me feel better about myself — both my body and my mind — but I didn’t know why. Blue Lotus is where I discovered my why. That space — and those teachers — are great sources of wisdom, creativity, and compassion. I learn something new every time I practice there.
Lori Martin: Blue Lotus is not only a beautiful, welcoming yoga studio, but also a community of lovely souls -- both the teachers and the students. I was marginally interested in yoga for years, but once I tried a few classes at Blue Lotus, I was hooked. So much so that I ended up doing the 200-hour teacher training at Blue. I highly recommend Blue Lotus in downtown Raleigh for a complete yoga experience.
Kate K: Blue Lotus holds a very special place in my heart. From the very first time I walked through the doors I felt welcomed and at home. So much gratitude for this incredible studio and its teachers.
Carrie B: Blue Lotus is a special treasure of Raleigh. The studio is always filled with great energy and amazing instructors, who offer a wide array of classes, workshops and trainings that nourish body, mind and spirit. There is something for everyone at Blue Lotus.
Kristen Rae: Love this space to practice and to teach! A raleigh gem!!
Paul H: Great, knowledgeable, and friendly teachers who know how to teach safe yoga.
Barbara Mooty Vinson: Attractive studio. Welcoming team. Knowledgable, passionate instructors. Broad selection of classes throughout the day at various times. While I am a hot vinyasa yogi and hot yoga is not offered in this studio, I appreciate Blue Lotus's perspective and approach to the yoga practice. For those not interested in the high heat and humidity--this is the place to go for yoga.
Chanelle Murráy: Really great energy as soon as you enter! I'm not a regular attendee as I prefer my home practice but when I do, I leave more settled than when I arrived. The teachers are very welcoming as well as perceptive. Something I love about Blue Lotus is that when you check in at the front they have wooden pins with hands-on assist on one side and no assist on the other side. It's great way to let them know what I'm looking for during a class just based on how it's flipped next to my mat.
Lauren Pritchett: I had been going to Blue Lotus off and on for a few years and always enjoyed the classes. However, I became an addict when I found the Early Bird class at 6:30am and have been going religiously for almost a year. I'm more of a morning person, so this class is perfect for my schedule and desired level of intensity. Both of the teachers (Suzanne, Tuesdays / Christy, Thursdays) encourage strength and confidence in each student. In fact, I've had positive experiences with every teacher at Blue Lotus and recommend this studio to anyone looking to practice yoga in Raleigh.
Sara G: I really like Blue Lotus. They have a beautiful studio, knowledgeable teachers, and excellent class offerings.

Gratitude Hot Yoga Center: what do users think?
Andrew Hogan: Best yoga in town by far! I think I’m officially becoming a yogi. Romans skill level is so insane and Diana is also an incredible instructor. Glad I found this place
Hilary M: Friendly, welcoming staff in an intimate hot yoga studio I've been two classes with two different instructors that were very knowledgeable. Very nice touch that they offer towels for your yoga mat and for your face!
Connie Fowler: My girlfriend introduced me to Gratitude Hot Yoga and I was hooked from the first class. The teachers are very welcoming, open, and generous, and the practitioners are a fantastic community
Sara Mahler: A fabulous place to practice!!!
LESLIE BERMAN: congrats for Gratitude hot yoga center ...
Melissa Martinez: As a yoga teacher (and forever student) I am always looking for new studios whenever I travel to a new city. On a quick weekend trip to Raleigh to visit a family member, I was recommended Gratitude Hot Yoga and am so glad I went. Roman was a wonderful teacher with a gentle & welcoming energy. I felt right at home. The flow was well instructed and the perfect amount of ease and torch. I left the class feeling powerful and accomplished. I recommend this studio 1000%! If you’re in the Raleigh area definitely take the time to check this lovely studio out.
Lynn Gaskins: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityIv been doing Yoga for several years but finally got up the nerve and courage to do hot yoga. I’m so glad I chose this studio to experience hot yoga for that 1st time. My class was a once in a lifetime experience. I will definitely continue to practice yoga at Gratitude.
Heather Bell Adams: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI don't know what I would do without Gratitude Hot Yoga! I love it so much. Friendly, knowledgeable owner and yoga instructors. Challenging and rewarding class options. Clean and spacious studio. Convenient location. Y'all keep doing what you're doing! :)
Yoga Vibes YVWJ: I just moved to Raleigh and started exploring yoga studios. Gratitude hot yoga center was the most authentic yoga practice i have experienced so far. I want to express my gratitude to Roman the owner for his outstanding instruction and Laura for her warm welcome! Namaste
Kaley McClure: I started taking classes at Gratitude this year as a beginner and I am so happy I did! It’s difficult to find somewhere that you feel comfortable during the pandemic, but with the incredibly clean studio and welcoming, respectful people, I feel like I can actually let go and focus on the moment.I wasn’t sure if hot yoga would be for me. I would not say fitness is my passion, nor would I call myself flexible, but after exhausting myself with workouts that are too hard and damaging to my body, I gave it a try. Each class I’ve attended, I’ve felt encouraged and supported by not just the instructors, but also the other attendees. It isn’t about perfection, it’s about practice and listening to your body.If you’re on the fence, give it a try.
Julia Brown: I love Gratitude Hot Yoga! I've been going to Yoga places in the past but Gratitude Hot Yoga is by far the best one. Not only are the classes wonderful but I learned SO MUCH about the right posture, breathing, listening to my body, etc. from the amazing instructors which has helped me to improve my practice a lot. I'm so happy to have found this studio - highly recommend!
Baby Gains Training: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityAbsolutely incredible! From the ambiance to the guidance of the instructor Charlie, it was the best studio I’ve visited. Highly recommend!
Amy Bonis: Luvvvv this place! Awesome instruction.
JK Mattox: Critical:ProfessionalismPlace is very dirty and the staff is unprofessional. Communication with pricing left a lot to be desired. I will not be back.
Jessica Phelps-Sims: This is my "special place."Julie's restorative class on Sunday is the perfect way to prep for the new week.
Tim & Julie Brouse: Just joined and couldn't be happier! Classes are challenging! Staff is super friendly, confidently professional and, dare I say, World Class. Facilities are clean and organized. Most importantly, the environment is hot, but not too dry and the sound system helps one enter into your yoga zone, without having to suffer through loud music. Imastay, Namaste!
B F: Best yoga classes in Raleigh. All the instructors are great, especially Roman. I've lived in Raleigh for 20+ years and practiced that long and this is the best studio hands down.
Megan Martin: Me and my husband used to go to gratitude. We loved the military discount they gave out as we are a military family. Last night my husband went and was told they will no longer be offering a military discount as they are becoming “an all inclusive hot yoga”. But yet they still offer student discounts. We will not be coming back.
Alicia Whitney: I returned to Gratitude after a two year hiatus for some hot yoga on a cold and rainy weekday and it was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the updates to the space. Not only is there one larger, combined studio, but the entryway has been refreshed and everything seems to flow much better (pun intended).I took the noon express class (a wonderful and time-savvy option for a working lunch break), and found the teacher (Maggie) to be warm, welcoming and gently helpful with my form. In addition, the studio's owner was quick to respond to an email inquiry that I had earlier that day. I already liked Gratitude, but now I might be in love. Will definitely be back soon!
Karen Sorenson: The best teachers! I always leave better then when I arrived and I am comfortable making each workout my own.
G De Joya: My wife and I have been going to Gratitude for several years now and we have enjoyed this very inclusive Yoga Community. I initially started going to yoga for it's physical benefits but have discovered over time that it's more than that. There is much self-discovery in yoga, and everyone's journey will be different. We were fortunate enough to find a community that is so warm and welcoming to students of all levels and backgrounds.

110 Hot Yoga: what do users think?
Jacob Smith: Jake is a phenomenal yoga teacher and really funny. Worth a ten star review but Google doesn't go that high! Not to mention he is very attractive
Shelby Heilig: You can borrow a mat for free which is so helpful when you’re from out of town. They also have a great 5 class deal for new members!
Tanja Repo: Lovely and 'sweaty' hot yoga studio 😅 I was visiting Raleigh and was warmly welcomed to practice at 110 yoga. Thank you! 🙏I got a mat and a towel as well and facilities are super clean. Quality teaching and teachers.
Lindsay Allen: I really enjoy the ambiance of this studio and the music selected by the instructors. The flows are great too. I will definitely be back!
Sidney Overby: I always enjoy going to classes at 110!
Chris Beck: What an amazing experience! This was my first time attending a yoga class and It couldn’t have gone better. The instructor was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The ambiance of the studio was incredible and the cold towel after the class was perfect! I would highly recommend 110 Yoga for any level of student. Can’t wait to go back!
Kela Lopez: This is a review for the Yoga Teacher Training program at 110. I completed the YTT at 110 a few months ago and I cannot say enough great things about my experience - It’s been life changing! For starters, I’m not big on public speaking, and you have to teach a community class to graduate. But after going through the program, I had all the tools I needed to teach a class so it went better than I thought it would! What’s been most helpful is the support (from Cristina and all the awesome instructors at 110) along the way with providing me those opportunities to keep teaching and building up my confidence and finding my voice in the room to guide students through flows.I definitely recommend this YTT program if you’re looking to deepen your practice of yoga and/ or interested in becoming a yoga teacher. From the mindfulness sessions to learning about anatomy, alignment, functional movement, asanas, inversion clinics, creative sequencing, what cues to use and when, and even creating playlists to make music part of the class experience, everything comes together by the end of the program. A major plus is the people at 110, I’m so glad I found this studio!
Anna Huang: This is a review for their teacher training:I looked into all the teacher trainings and picked 110 for a couple of reasons - they’re serious about moving correctly and sustainably, and they actually teach you how to teach. It’s an experience you can carry with you the rest of your life, even outside of yoga - how to communicate, how to serve, how to be mindful and present, how to grow confidence and trust…You’ll get to know the best teachers at 110 who will be your mentor for your journey during and beyond your training. You’ll make new friends who will grow with you and support you. Mostly, you’ll learn so much about yourself.Highly recommended to anyone whether you want to be a teacher or not.
Alex Tanskey: Great place and great community!
George Callahan: Best dang yoga studio in Raleigh. Everyone is very friendly and they really emphasize the value of moving well. I've learned so much about strength and muscle engagement, benefits I didn't really expect. Plus my knee pain is gone! Every teacher/instructor has given a positive & unique experience, but my favorite classes so far have been with Daniela, Brittani, Lucille, Cristina, and Matt. It's great having such variety of quality instruction.
Paige Hoffman: I just started my yoga journey 3 weeks ago at 110. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place and the instructors. 110 has truly become my safe place. Not only have I found soemthing I thoroughly enjoy, I have seen myself come so far mentally and physically in such a short time. I’ve never once enjoyed work out classes or gyms and such and I can honestly say I look forward to booking my next class after each visit. The atmosphere is so welcoming & judgment free. Thank you so much to everyone at 110 for making each experience better than the last every time.
Lyndsey Campbell: Great hot yoga studio with friendly instructors
Carissa Lynn Anderson: I heart this place. Thank you 110 Hot Yoga and instructors for welcoming me to your studio. Great space, organized studio, knowledgeable instructors, and peaceful vibe. I like going here because I am welcomed and feel safe practicing Yoga.
Addison Gurganious: If you are a mover you must try a class at 110!! The instructors find a unique way to use concise ques over inspiring music to guide students through dynamic and challenging sequences. 110 provides the space to get lost in the flow and connect the breath, mind, and body.Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. The studio is always spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities.
Emma Rizo: I hate to give this studio a bad review, but given their lack of ANY COVID-19 procedures, there's no way I can go without sharing my experience. When I first started at the studio, they had tape on the floor to indicate where to put your mat down. Instructors wore their masks downstairs in the lobby, but not properly (often not covering their nose, etc). In class, people weren't required to wear masks at all and oftentimes masks weren't worn in the locker room. Fine, I kept going because I paid for the month. Then there were two incidents that really disappointed me.On the MindBody app, they claimed to cap classes at 12. That's simply not true. I showed up to class once and every single spot was full. The owner Christina was taking the class, along with a couple of other instructors. She told me to just put my mat down wherever and I was appalled. I told her I was uncomfortable doing so and left. There were probably about 14 people there, even after I left. I drove to class, expected to do yoga, and was totally let down! Additionally, as the owner of the studio or as instructors, I was really shocked that they would just let a paying customer leave rather than say "Hey, I work here and can come to class whenever I want, I'll leave and you can take my spot." Not that it would've mattered if one person left given the fact that the class STILL would've been too full.A few classes later, I showed up and there was no tape on the floor at all. People could just put their mats down wherever. Since there were only a couple other people there at the time, I stayed. I hoped that it was a one time thing and they were simply replacing the tape and hadn't gotten around to it by that class. Not the case! I popped in with my boyfriend (bring a friend for free) for class a few days later and there were still no markers on the floor whatsoever. I never went back again. It's totally disappointing to see, because the instructors there are pretty good! Overall it's more of a gym vibe than a true yoga vibe, if that's your thing. Rachael Roykovich is AMAZING, by far my favorite instructor there!Particularly disappointed that I had to stop going over a week before my month long membership expired. As a student, I don't have a lot of money to be throwing around and it sucked to basically throw out a fourth of what I paid because the studio was being so careless. How they have so few negative reviews is beyond me.In summary: Would not recommend. Decent instructors, really just options for "workout" yoga, and no precautions taken during a pandemic. How they're allowed to be open is beyond me.
Barbara Mooty Vinson: Beautiful, hip, urban hot yoga studio located in downtown Raleigh, just blocks off Fayetteville Street. 110 offers varying levels of hot vinyasa classes taught by knowledgeable, passionate and skilled yogi instructors--with a special focus on proper alignment and form.Classes that are taught during the popular "after work M-F" are oftentimes full--so again arrive 15 minutes before class starts.I have taken classes and workshops there--great experience! In particular their foam rolling workshop is so helpful and informative for runners, cyclists and peeps who love other sports.Creatively designed classes indoors and outdoors that were mindfully aligned with the restrictions the COVID pandemic caused. Heads off to this the 110 Yoga team!
Justin Worlock: This was my first class with them and it was super smooth. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Thank you!
cole gillespie: I have been going to 110 on and off for years and every time I’ve visited this spot I’ve been treated with kindness and respect. The owner is so one of the strongest teachers I’ve ever met. Many of the teachers from all around Raleigh have taught here at one point or another because the owner has been at the heart of the Raleigh yoga scene for as long as I can remember. I recommend this place anyone new to yoga or new in the area. Go see it for yourself and take Christina’s or Rachel’s class. You won’t be disappointed.
Kat Baker: The best studio in Raleigh! Focused on strength and alignment - great classes!
Edmund Parowski: Great studio right in the heart of downtown, excellent instructors, clean studio, and great classes!
Ron Rogers: Exceptional experience. I have been fortunate to attend classes with Cristina and Rachel and they are both tremendous. Sincere, helpful and amazing. As an outsider I felt comfortable, as a novice I felt I was in good hands. LOVE THIS PLACE! Exceptional experience. I have been fortunate to attend classes with Cristina and Rachel and they are both tremendous. Sincere, helpful and amazing. As an outsider I felt comfortable, as a novice I felt I was in good hands. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Arrichion Hot Yoga + Circuit Training Raleigh (Brier Creek): what do users think?
Rabia Rana: best location, best classes, and best teachers!!!
Emily Fornek: Classes are 35-45 minutes, which is a little short to me. Although 45 minutes seems long during hot pilates! All yoga/pilates classes are hot, which is not particularly well-advertised in my opinion. Yes, it says hot yoga on the door, but plenty of hot studios offer non-heated classes. Oh and make sure to bring a hot towel because one will not be provided for you. Additionally, I don’t think the yoga instructors are certified. They don’t use the correct name for some moves (or are demonstrating them incorrectly if they are really trying to do triangle) and if you want to stay for savasana, you have to stay after class. And good luck meditating when everyone is packing up.My biggest issue with the yoga/pilates classes though is that the instructors don’t change the classes… they just parrot back the same memorized material for every class. Which makes the studio kind of boring. It’s boring to do the same exact moves in the same exact order every Diamond class. Though I acknowledge that one benefit to doing this is you can see yourself progressive in the moves over time. But still, I’d rather work the same muscles in different ways and keep things interesting. For the circuit classes, they do change the moves from class to class. The main issue I have with these classes is that the instructors are so busy doing their own workout, they aren’t watching you… Meaning they don’t provide you any helpful information about form to make sure you aren’t going to hurt yourself. They don’t even take a few minutes at the beginning of the class to explain how each move should look, what to be careful of form-wise, etc. There is a demonstration of the moves on the TV though which is helpful when you need a mid-session refresh on what you should be doing.
Alice Lutz: I started taking classes with some apprehension that this would be a "young persons" studio. I am over 60- in fairly good shape, hike a lot and have done SOME yoga. There are participants of all ages and stages in life. The Diamond and Topaz classes are super accessible, helpful, and really work to help keep my muscles "stretched" . The heat in the studio is something I crave AND find helpful. The instructors have all been genuinely NICE, friendly and helpful. Give it a try -
Bob Warnock: Always a positive experience with great staff and a family atmosphere that allows a "go at your own pace" style. A staple in my overall health for over 12 years!
Cory T.: Arrichion’s Brier Creek studio was the first place I’ve ever done yoga (hot or otherwise), but I’m a few weeks in and already hooked! The classes are diverse and challenging, especially for beginners, but the instructors are supportive and helpful. I am feeling much better physically after just a few sessions. The class times are spaced so well that there’s definitely at least one daily class that’ll work for everyone (6:15 AM, noon, and several post-5 PM options M-F, along with weekend times). The space is also welcoming and clean, and everyone I’ve spoken to in the studio has been kind, encouraging, and non-judgmental. I will be converting my promo membership into a full one as soon as I can!
Chad Robertson: I have been doing hot yoga at Arrichion Brier Creek for about two weeks and it has been amazing. The Topaz class is perfect for beginners. Great class selection, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend Arrichion Hot yoga.
Tina Coriale: Tried the promo pkg and enjoyed it so much that I am now a member and embracing the challenge! It is a challenge for me which I was looking for a yoga to bring me just that. It also helps with releasing tension from day to day activities, life, work etc… it is a faster pace Yoga. Love the “hot” yoga all the sweating and how good it is for the body releasing toxins. The instructors are amazing, helpful and everyone is so friendly! A very clean atmosphere and several different classes to choose from. Love this journey with Arrichion, you will too!
Ricci McKenna: Clean studio, great instructors, challenging classes. Circuit, strength training and yoga classes - all in one studio!
Suzanne Florey: I have really enjoyed trying out classes at Arrichion Brier Creek. The studio is clean and had plenty of room. I do like that there is a variety of classes to choose from, though I personally prefer “slower” yoga. So far my favorite instructors have been Titus and Emily. Both of them have a welcoming and calming presence. I would definitely recommend checking them out!
Michelle Poletti: You never know if you never try 😁You can take classes at your own pace. Great place to get fit!!
Cindy McMorris: This is my second home!Great staff!Wonderful music!Super workouts in each class!
Tonya Slagle: Positive:ProfessionalismBeing new to yoga, I was very intimidated to go in the first time. I walked out feeling a totally different way! Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. The instructors are the best! I have continued to go and learn so much never feeling like I am being left behind. Thank you Arrichion for challenging and fun workouts/yoga!
Amanda: Love love love it! Initially started with a special they were having to try out classes & I’ve been going ever since. All the instructors are great, classes are great + each class is different and unique. Sometimes going to a new gym can be intimidating but don’t feel that way about Arrichion! All different class levels so you can find one that fits your style, even if you’re a beginner!
Elisa Gomez: Honestly one of the best gyms in town! Clay, Jenna and the rest of the staff are super friendly and make you feel welcomed every single time! Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone who is just looking for a fun (yet intense!!!) workout!
Anna Witkowsky: Positive:Quality
Amy Osborne: I’ve been attending classes at Arrichion for over 4 years. All the classes have a uniqueness that you won’t find anywhere else. The yoga classes are hot 🔥 and include challenges like pushup and ab series. The circuit classes are energetic and fast paced. Clay and Jenna, as well as all the other instructors, make the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. It’s more than just a studio or gym. It’s an encouraging ‘family’ of wonderful people.
Kelly Zimmerman: Positive:Communication,QualityI’ve been attending classes at Arrichion for over 3 years and have loved every class. The teachers are great and it’s an amazing workout!
Taylor Kent: Best heat in charlotte 🔥🔥! Also it’s not just a stretch, you actually get a good workout too!!!
Amber Yandow: Positive:QualityFriendly and helpful staff. Unique and fun concept!
Alice Danzie: The new location at Gateway Plaza is beautiful. The virtual offerings are great. Overall a good value.
Amy Hill: This studio meets all of my fitness needs with a fantastic community of instructors and members that are very encouraging and fun to be with. The system they have designed offers a variety of classes from hot yoga to circuit training and Pilates, to address strength training as well as flexibility. Great for athletes as well as beginners. The instructors are professional, and know how to challenge the professional athlete as well as support the beginner. These classes, are HOT and aggressive, but accessible to all, as you build endurance, strength, and a tolerance for the heat. Understanding which classes do what can seem a bit confusing at first, but I've come to understand and see the physical benefits I get from each of the individual classes, when used as a system together.I found Arrichion through a Groupon when I moved to the Triangle, and after trying studio after studio, I was immediately hooked and never left. Their approach is so different from any other yoga experience in the area. I've been a member for over three years, and I still feel challenged every day, in every class, with every instructor. I am a certified yoga teacher with a degree in dance performance and an extensive background in running. I'm over 40 now, and can honestly say, that I'm probably in the best shape of my life as a result of training with these guys.

zachary steen: Jennifer's class is the best! Great clean environment, workouts are great, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
Melodye Martinez: I liked the ease of signing up and attending a virtual class. The instructor’s teaching style was very welcoming and grounded, and the class was well-paced and accessible for different levels of experience.
Meg McTurner: Well choreographed full body workout without pressure or judgement. Encouragement to go at your own pace is so wonderful.
Niki G: Great location, superb customer care, and unusual, but great and effective classes tailored by the trainers to lose weight, tone up, gain stability and strength. Enjoying the heat and the mood lighting. It is not your traditional yoga place with slow, long stretches, but it’s worth a try, if you’re looking for something new and fun! I’ve been enjoying it for over a month now and looking forward for more!
Morgan Jeter: The classes are always perfectly choreographed, so I feel I'm getting in a great workout no matter what week or class I attend. Also, the staff and members are very welcoming and friendly. Try the barre class! You won’t regret it.
Emma Smith: I went to my first class today (Flow 45) & had a wonderful experience. Olympia was very welcoming and made sure to say hello to new students. This was only my second time practicing hot yoga, but the atmosphere was comfortable enough that I didn’t feel embarrassed to take water breaks/go at a slower pace.I enjoyed the class so much that I went ahead & signed up for the four day class pass for the rest of February. Really looking forward to it! :)

I have physically felt my body getting stronger and stronger every week. Also, I’m not left feeling extremely painful or sore, like I’ve felt at other places. There’s so many classes to choose from.
