Yasmin Monroe: I went in this store today and have never felt so disrespected in my life. There was a gentleman (I use that term lightly) at the front of the store talking to a woman (She was white. I make that point for a reason). I am not sure if she was a customer, but this man, who I later found out was the supervisor, never said hello or acknowledged me at all. This same man then came right in front of me on the next row and stayed on that row facing me for about 10 minutes (I felt like he was watching me), but he still did not acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help. I honestly would have ignored all of this, but after looking around the store about another 10 minutes, I went back to the original aisle I was on to make sure I didn't want to purchase another pair of shoes. There were two white women on that row with me (Very close to me). The gentleman I previously mentioned asked both of those women if they needed help and walked right past me. I am African American and I am not one to immediately go to the race card, but I have never been so blatantly discriminated against in my whole life. I immediately put down the shoes I was considering, went to another employee who was stocking a few rows over, and told her what happened. I asked her who the gentleman was and imagine my surprise when she said he was the supervisor. I regrettably did not get either of the employees names, but I couldn't let this go without leaving this review. This review should have been no stars instead of one. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Brad Gold (NCNYChief): I usually shop for shoes at this place because of the selection as well as the price. You can always find a good deal on shoes. On this particular trip I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe and found one but it was a slightly over what I wanted to pay. I still decided to buy it. When I got to the register the cashier stated that these could be on sale and checked for me and sure enough they were. I saved about $25 and walked away. Very happy customer. I will continue to shop here when I need any type of shoes or sneakers or boots. Thank you, DSW!

He noticed me trying on some shoes and made some casual pleasant conversation then when I went to do my exchange he helped honor a discount I was previously promised by customer service. I was afraid they wouldn't be able to honor the discount in store so I'm very happy he was able to help me out and despite it being close to closing time him and Jannah remained friendly and didn't rush me. They didn't have anything I could use, Rep was very nice referred us to DSW next Shop Plaza! We got to DSW were Wowed by the Size of Store, Rows & Rows of Fabulous Shoes comparatively Priced! The Store is a huge Warehouse, mostly "Help Yourself" but friendly Staff is available if need help! My Daughter assited me in finding several assorted Brands to try on! But "Croc's" won out, with room for "Good Feet" Orthodic and Cover Insole! Was Comfy with a Back Strap that slid over the Arch to make a Fabulous slide in House Shoe, Love them! "I'm So Happy" I'll be Back!

I called to ask when they were going to decide to close today and they said the plan was for 8 but because people called out today it could be earlier. Soooo even when calling to confirm I could show up there at 5 and they be closed...send all your inventory to Triangle Town location and just close.

Clay Stanfield: This is the 3rd time I have stopped by this store. Today it was at 6:30PM supposedly open until 8. Previous two times it was 5 on a Sunday. CLOSED with sign on door. I get it, although update your hours (although perhaps that’s why this is being done). Total distaste for DSW and any store, the manager should work if you don’t have staff (I manage a restaurant so I very much understand).

Kedeidra Dupree: I went into this shop on today and there was a man (potentially the owner) and a female employee. The customer service that I received was a little weird and uncomfortable. They followed me closely around and stared at me oddly making suggestions so I left. I then came back after thinking it over to buy a pair where the man started whispering to girl while looking at me. I could have said something but I let it go. The experience was very uncomfortable. Will not shop here again. Customer service is everything to me.

I'm particular about my slippers and I found a pair of Cobian's that I'm a fan of. This is my new 'go-to.' I'm a fan of this store and I hope it does well.

Shadi Isleem: Love the staff here, always satisfied. They try their best to make it easy for you and get what you want, even though if it’s not at the store they can ship it to you’re house.
Lestee Foye: Terrible service. The two clerks at the front desk did not even ask me if I needed help. They were having their own conversation. I asked a new clerk to see shoes. He needed help because he was inexperienced. I left. It's a shame because I have purchased shoes from this location in the past.
Y Ali: My husband loves their shoes and footwear related accessories. They're all genuine leather and extremely comfortable for his flatter feet. The staff at the Crabtree location are also very friendly and knowledgeable about their shoes and shoe care/maintenance.J&M as a brand has a variety of offerings but their clothing is a little underwhelming. Their shirts and pants all look stylish, well cut, and feel comfortable to the touch, but many of them are rayon blends which makes them thinner and wear out quickly when compared to Brookes Brothers or Banana Republic. Their shoes however, are worth the investment.

Henry Jourdan: This place is amazing! I went into the mall looking for an outfit for a big interview I have coming up, I was completely at lost of what to wear and how everything would come together. I was welcomed by the nicest most honest person I could have met(I feel so bad I can't remember his name). He helped me find the right pants, shirt, shoes, belt, and even socks for this special occasion. He gave me plenty of options but also helped me boil it down to what would finally become the perfect outfit. He was skilled in all of his knowledge, even in how my feet were shaped to find the right shoe. I now feel ready to concur the interview and ready for such a big change ahead. I now know where to go if i ever need the right fashion advice. If you are in the mall and need help with that perfect outfit I highly advise you to go in, you will be met with perfect customer service, and expertise to help you with whatever event you might need. I Can't say thank you enough!

Kaylene Clayton: I can go on and on about how wonderful of a business Mobley's Shoes is. They have a large selection of quality kid's (and women's) shoes. My kids often get distracted, and the process of buying the right shoe size can be frustrating. At Mobley's, they get measured and fitted in a shoe without you having to do anything. Clifton is so personable and my kids just love getting measured and picking shoes to try. We are in and out in 15 minutes or less. Hassle free and wonderful shoes. Fairly priced. The store is clean and vibrant. Overall a wonderful family-owned business to support.

Betsy Johnson: Very friendly staff. Everyone wore face masks which made me feel better taking our 1 year old to find new shoes. They have a good selection of children's shoes, I wish they had more without velcro and more that were gender neutral. They sized my daughter's little foot and we purchased two pairs. There are some other stores that have kids shoes for less but I liked that Mobley's measure for their correct size and we were able to get shoes in wide.

Allie Thurkill (Sock Thief): My two year old has extra wide Fred Flintstone feet, and ordering from the Stride Rite site is irritating at best. It usually involves at least one return, and waiting several days for a response from customer service if you have a question. We were in and out of Mobley's in less than ten minutes. The woman that helped us took his measurements and recommended a shoe based on what I was looking for. The first size she brought out fit perfectly (I knew this because my son took off running through the store as soon as I got them on), so we checked out and that was it. SO glad we found this place!

They did not have a correct size of shoes and offered me to ship the one to my house. When I got home a couple days later, I saw the shoes with the correct size on the box, the the shoes was a wrong size. I did not understand how people could make a mistake like this. Don't they even check the size before shipping?Now the problem becomes that I have to return the shoes in the store since I purchased it in store. There is no way I could get a refund unless I take this shoes and show up in a store. And there is no store around where I live. Really inconvenient and helpless custom service. Will never get anything from them again.

R J Brown: I used to love and own so many clogs and sandals. But now that their footwear is made outside of the USA, the quality of their products have gone soo far downhill. My Clarks used to last for over 5 years or more. But anything of theirs I have purchased that is made in a foreign country may last 2 years or less if you are lucky. I no longer purchase their footwear. 30% of my footwear collection was Clarks until their quality became non-existent but their prices remained highly inflated. So disappointed in this company products.There 3 tiers of Clarks and most stores choose to stock the low grade Clarks. Make sure to inquire before you purchase your shoes. Want to know how to only purchase the high end Clarks and find out how to know the difference contact Lee Shoe store and speak to one of the owners. Knowledge is Power.

Carlotta: Selection was not as much of a variety as the first time I went a year ago. Mostly casual shoes. Only found 1 pair for dresses with a heel in size 11. Stil a good store to stop in if you have wide feet for men and women.
James Mcneill: Very excited when I found this store on my way to the airport as I needed new shoes. I have wide feet and it can be a hassle to get wide shoes. The selection of men's shoes was unfortunately 10% of the store. I still did find what I was looking for and made a purchase. The female employee could also use some customer service training. The salesgirl said hi to them and asked if the needed help finding anything. I thought it rude to ask one customer if they need help but not another. I walked out a couple minutes later. The wide shoe company just lost what could have been a repeat customer.

N Harris: I ordered earrings online for a wedding. I received an email that my earrings had arrived at the store. When I went to pick the earrings up the employee told me that they had been picked up already. Most places make you show ID before picking up merchandise. I’m assuming Aldo does not do that or that one of the employees stole my earrings. I contacted corporate. Corporate told me that the district manager would contact me. That was a joke. I haven’t heard anything about this situation. I’ve spent lots of money at Aldo throughout the years but they won’t get another dime of my money. Trashy service.
DAVID ALAIN PAYETTE: Fraudulent bank transaction from this store. I have never been in this store and did not know it even existed. My bank account showed a purchase for $ 187.00.

This imployee named Kadija was staring my mom down to the point my mother asked her why are you looking at me like that it was clear as water that she was upset about something but the thing is we never did anything to disrespect her in any way form or fashion point is she started yelling at us we just left no one should go through this. Never again will I enter that store if kadijah is there.

The whole time she was there, not a single bit of friendliness and when we were checking out, she looked annoyed. Before she finished checking us out, she asked her coworker to take over without saying anything to us. Maybe I'm being picky but coming from customer service, that is not how you treat your customers. Forgot to mention, the whole time she was checking us out, she had her phone on speaker. Love the shoes but horrible service and attitude

Ermycia Dagostino: Went in to purchase a pair of Cloud running shoes and from the time I walked in, customer service was horrible. Not sure of the associates name but he was an older male with glasses. I spoke when I walked in but he didn’t speak back but proceeded to speak to my husband once he came in after me. Maybe I didn’t look like the normal shoppers they were used to. I then asked him for a different size while he was on his computer and he walked to the back to ask a different associate to grab the shoe & went back to the computer while I waited. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Cedric Thrash: Grateful for the staff in Raleigh and the Durham store. They are helpful and understanding of my feet needs. Think it was Tyler, Karen and others. I highly recommend this store. Been having issues with finding wide shoes, they have helped me over the years. If they didn’t have it in store, they ordered it.
