I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE IN THIS STORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! In that other brands have better options. I’m disappointed.

Felicia Ruth: I have been in here multiple times without anyone speaking to me as I walk to the store not one employee acknowledging me or asking me if I need help. Today I went in. The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

They were working, but they weren’t (if that makes sense). I went in there intending to purchase some Wedges, but ALL of their shoes were unorganized and everywhere. I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.
K Vans: I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.
Nyasia faison: The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

Autumn West: They had a large selection of clothes, but everything is so tightly compacted and so hard to walk through the aisles that it was hard to find stuff
London Simone: Rainbow is a store that I enjoy shopping at. I'm always finding incredibly cute things. Everything in the shop is affordable. Summer outfits and shorts are adorable. The shoes are cute, and the accessories are lovely. Everything in the store is excellent.
HappyFaces: No room to move between aisles. Rude staff. Horrible customer service. Nothing that fits bigger women. Junky. No space to walk. If you deal with claustrophobia DO NOT GO HERE! Overall HORRIBLE shopping experience!

isabel Roy: nobody said anything to me entire time I was shopping and when I was getting rang up. They also left my sensor on because they were in such a hurry even though they didn’t close for over an hour.
Marcia White: The young girl that waited on us was very friendly I wish I remembered her name. Very knowledgeable about the product they have for sale. She was really awesome.
Harper “oh yeah yeah” Ku: Genuinely horrible experience at the register. Im 18 and work at the Macys next door and I cant think of any reason the employees would be this rude. I was standing for 5 minutes at the register holding my items with no line before one of the three girls in a loud conversation behind the counter noticed. She asked if I needed something in an extremely rude manner like I was interrupting their conversation. While she was ringing me up she continued her conversation with the other workers and did not say anything to me. I had to wait for her to finish talking to give her the money for my purchase and she did not say a single word to me so I just walked away while she continued her conversation. Salesperson and Cashier number #677942. I have not had an experience this bad at any store and will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in any circumstance.

Morgan Williams: Great experience with my BHLDN consultant, Grace. She was personable, informative and attentive. However, after my appointment, my sister and I walked the floor of the store and I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The other associates were dismissive and rude.
Ashley Carter (FabEllis): I visited this location with a friend today. Upon entering, I immediately saw three employees standing near the register (not assisting anyone). As we were looking around, not one employee greeted us nor asked if we needed assistance. I even saw another employee walk by me and she also did not greet me. We left because it was clear our business was not wanted there.
L S: I had the most positive experience with Rachel, store manager via telephone and in person, and with Netta, Bldhn in person at the store this afternoon. They both made me a forever customer of their brand. Anthropology is lucky to have them!!!!
Molly Griffin: I have been an Anthropologie fan for a long time, and this store is no exception. I recently purchased my wedding dress there and the process was wonderful. From booking my appointment online to buying my dress, the experience was wonderful. I worked with Nedda and she was so helpful. Super knowledgeable about the entire wedding dress collection and great to work with!

Hannah Compiano: First time wedding dress shopping and I was helped by Elani. I drove three hours for this appointment and was not disappointed. She was INCREDIBLY nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price point here for wedding dresses is surprisingly affordable considering the phenomenal quality. There was a lot to look at and I felt prioritized but not pushed in any direction. I will absolutely be returning here to buy a dress. Elani was so personable and great it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. Loved the selection, loved the experience, I will spend my money at this establishment after receiving Elani’s help this last week.

Farra Iaccarino: While I received great customer service during my appointment at BHLDN, I ordered my dress and was specifically told by the stylist that it was IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP. Four days after I place my order, I’m notified it’s back ordered and won’t ship until after my wedding. I’m a loyal and repeat customer of BHLDN and Anthropologie, but to fail like this and be told by customer service that I can have “20% off to apply to Anthropologie but not BHLDN” is horrible.

M S: I was a little nervous to go to my bridal appointment, but Elani took great care of me! Highly recommend shopping here for wedding dresses! Very laidback atmosphere, and they do their best to make the bride’s ideas come to life! 10/10 experience.
Ashley: I had a generally good experience with BHLDN. My only complaint about the store is that you have to walk through the Anthropologie retail section to get from the dressing room to the mirrors and your appointment guests. I also ordered a dress that was delivered to me without a tag. I didn’t even realize it until I saw some BHLDN dresses posted for resale that had the tag attached. The dress looked new, but the lack of tag probably would have been an issue if I needed to return. I also ordered earrings that were delivered in a plastic bag with the wrong item description. I’ve honestly bought cheaper jewelry on Etsy that was packaged beautifully, so I think BHLDN needs to improve on that. Update: I just had my first alterations appointment and thought to add one thing to this review. I was measured by two people and told to order one size up from what I actually ordered. I went with my gut and haven’t lost weight (I think I’ve actually gained a few pounds) and the size I ordered was the right fit. It’s not tight at all and my seamstress was impressed that no tailoring was needed through the waist and hips. I would have had to pay hundreds more in alterations if I had sized up as directed. Double check your measurements with the size charts before ordering.
Quay B: Store is SO CUTE. The BHLDN shop for weddings and other special events is at this location and it's really pretty. Staff was nice when I went in. Smaller than I remember Anthros being but could be bc this one is in North Hills.
Patricia Moore: I came here for a BHLDN bridal appointment and had such a wonderful experience. It was a rescheduled appointment after I came down with COVID when I had originally scheduled to drive down. They were so understanding and accommodating in getting me rescheduled. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, offering beverages to me and my guests. The bridal collection is so reasonably priced and gorgeous. I found my dress here and was able to order it online later after giving it some more thought. Then it shipped direct to my house within 5 days when it takes most bridal boutiques at least 6 months to get your dress in. Can't recommend this place enough. The bridal accessories are also worth checking out.

Zana N Hicks: Lindsey helped me by setting up a dressing room literally with my name on it and with the items I'd picked so far so that I could continue shopping. Then, when I realized the sizes were too big she went to grab the correct sizes for me. She even let me know of the student discount which I didn't know of. All in all, great customer service and the store was very organized. Will shop again!

Staff should at least say hello when people walk in, the store wasn’t busy and I still had to walk out twice to find other sizes because no one was present. I finally visited yesterday while shopping for a blouse for my birthday. They advertised an online sale but with the variation of their sizing, I really needed to visit and try on clothing. My body has changed over the last decade and I need clothing that is trendy, functional and comfortable. Nicole was very helpful from the moment I arrived. She helped with finding sales items and using my app. Houston stepped into help me with sizing and finding styles I desire. I purchased a body suit that is very comfortable and can be paired with pants and skirts. I used my insider $10 discount and saved on top of the weekly sale. A nice gentleman helped me at checkout. I appreciate the professionalism at Express.Thank You ladies. I will return again.

Tyler Tubbs: Clothing options are going downhill fast and the staff is starting to go downhill as well. Not impressed here anymore
Lynn Renee: Crabtree Location: Love the clothes but too expensive not to be able to get customer service. When I went to the store I had to ask 3 different people a question and still could not get an answer. I finally asked one of the shoppers for help. He even tried on a jacket to try and help me figure out how the sizes ran since 3 sales associates could not tell me. After finding the size I asked if they had a pair of pants in the back to go with a suit jacket that I found. The customer is the one who told me they had a lot of back stock! The sales person went and got the pants but when I got home I noticed they were a different color and fabric from the suit jacket. Spent almost $600 on two suits and the main black suit that I went to get didn't even match. I will be taking both of them back next week and getting my refund. They had one cashier and the line was extremely long. Apparently with all the sales help they need to cross train so the cashier will have some help! The customer service is terrible. They only got 2 stars because I love the clothes and the way they fit my son.

Cambi Smith: This store is horrible with customer service. The employees don’t even want to deal with you! That’s why the Capital Blvd will never get my money again. I will however continue to go to the Triangle Plantation location since they have wonderful customer service and a cleaner atmosphere. Also the store manager is very unprofessional and pointless in overseeing anything.
London Simone: Rainbow is a store where I like to shop. I'm always finding adorable things. Everything in the shop is reasonably priced. Summer clothes and shorts look great. The shoes are adorable, as are the accessories. Everything in the shop is fantastic.
Shaunda C: Capital Blvd privies falsely advertises items. Drove across town for leggings and apparently I had to be plus size. I’m usually very satisfied but it was the response for me. We don’t carry everything we advertise. 🤦🏾♀️. So why make me drive.

Once In LeMillion: I came in with my 6 kids and the employee there was impeccable with her service. She did it quick and put each pile into each kids seperate bag. Amazing service, the best I've seen in a long time. Thank you!!!

Donna Madjar: I love to shop at Rainbow. They have clothes size 0 to plus size. I think that is very cool. My daughter found some pants yesterday that fit her perfectly. The dressing rooms are not open. But that's okay. We found what she needed and it fit when we got home. They also sell perfume. Three bottles for 10.00.I really think you would like the stuff you can find at Rainbow. From elegant and down to jeans. They have lots of really nice dresses as well. Just go and see what you think. I think you'll like it.
