Neighbors are horrible! blasting music from their cars at all hours of the night and leaving beer bottles on the ground.Inside of the apartment the toilet was leaking water from the base. I had called numerous times to have someone come fix the toilet. Each time I thought it was fixed the toilet would leak again. I lived on the 2nd floor and the floorboards were loose and weak. I always felt that I was going to fall through the floor. The building is crawling with roaches. I had pest control visit the unit 5-6 times. It doesn't matter how many times pest control visits but the roaches will always come back. I have kept the place clean at all times. It did not matter, roaches appeared. Also the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor were made of wood and it was decaying. They built new stairs but in the process of building the new stairs the workers would leave nails, blades, and trash on the ground. It is not a safe environment for children and pets.The only reason I chose this place is because at the time I had recently moved to Raleigh. There were no available units in other higher quality apartment communities until months later. I could not wait that long. Those higher quality apartments charged the same amount of the monthly rent as Enclave at Crabtree.I am so glad that I have left this place. The city of Raleigh had sent a letter to my mailbox stating the entire complex will be shut down. If you are looking into giving this place a chance please look elsewhere. It is not worth the ridiculous monthly charge of $1300. It is robbery. I repeat this is robbery!!! Enclave at Crabtree is not what their slogan states "Live Beautiful". It is live "Live Horribly"

The neighborhood wasn't the best as the neighbors I had were very loud, some crime kept taking place, it was sketchy to walk around at night and the walls were very thin. My complaint would be the management, they did not take care of any issues we had in the term of the lease or complaints about our neighbor when threatening us almost daily. We moved out back in August of 2022 and are just now receiving notice about move out fees. We received a random bill for 1K with no detail, and when I asked for details such as photos and a breakdown of the "damages" they claimed, they could not back it up. Instead of reaching out directly to us, they waited almost a year to notify us and sent it to collections. I would have paid any fees around the time that we moved out, but the fact that they waited almost a year after we moved out and sent it straight to collections is not okay, and I will be disputing everything. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone else, but I'm sure it has. Management has no effort to communicate with their residents and love to push things to collections for us to deal with them instead. Just for this reason, and how they screwed us, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless you want to be bombarded with move out fees for things that can't be backed up.

Try not to unload anything heavy from your car, you will be walking 100-200 yards to your apartment, as there is barely any parking available for actual residents. I have not seen a towtruck here a day in my life. Note: that Renovations were rushed and sloppy, Fireplace mantle isn't even present, unit had water damage upon moving in, and it took multiple months to get one kitchen drawer replaced. Fun times

We really liked the prices and layouts of the community, but could never actually get a virtual tour to happen. The leasing team dropped email communication with me after I let them know I was interested in touring. I scheduled a tour online and when no one showed up for it, called the leasing office only to be hung up on. I tried booking again and called ahead of the scheduled virtual tour - I wanted to let the team know I booked it just in case there was an issue receiving notifications when people schedule online. Someone answered and said she'd hop on to a tour and send the link over shortly. I received no email with a link, and when I called back several times, no one answered.I figured I'd give it one last attempt in case there were just a lot of technical issues happening. I called back a couple days later, and sent a couple more emails expressing my interest in the quote they had sent me. Still nothing.We gave up on looking at this community. If the leasing was that difficult to navigate, we didn't want to imagine what being an actual tenant felt like if there was a maintenance emergency. But since then, we've received plenty of "are you still looking?" automated emails that don't seem to have a human running them on the other end.Good luck trying to get in!

I can only speak to my experience with the touring/application process because ultimately I decided not to move here given the issues I ran into with it being next to impossible to get anyone to respond to any emails or text messages I sent. With the exception of when I emailed to book a tour, no one ever got back to me when I had questions or wanted an update on my application status. Even when I had decided to rent elsewhere I called and spoke to someone on the phone and my message did not even get relayed to the appropriate person.Thank goodness I discovered this lack in communication before I had signed a lease. If things were this frustrating just while applying, I can only imaging what difficulties I could have run into if I had decided to move here.

This building is also constantly being cleaned and it is kept in very good shape which doesn’t go unnoticedThe amenities - let’s just say all my friends only want to hang out at my place lol the rooftop is super chill and a great place to meet neighbors and make friends. Awesome roof deck to grill out and chill by the fire pit. The gym has everything you need and the pool is very nice and well kept. The views from anywhere in the building are beautiful. It’s a really great way to see the cityThe convenience - I basically never drive anywhere. There are so many nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Skyhouse even helps you discover what’s around by posting places on their social media! There are always events happening in Moore square park across the street or on any of the blocks close by. Also you can DoorDash or Uber eats literally anything to this location lolOverall a great place to live! 10/10 would recommend

Ashley Caples: I absolutely love living in this apartment building! The view from my apartment is simply breathtaking - I never tire of looking out over the city skyline. But that's not the only thing that makes this building special. The SkyDeck is an amazing feature that really sets it apart. With a fire pit, corn hole, and plenty of space to relax and unwind, it's the perfect place to spend time with friends and family or just enjoy some quiet time alone. And the best part is, the views from up there are even better than they are from my apartment!But what really makes this building stand out is how safe I feel here. From the moment I step inside, I know that I'm in a secure environment. The fob key system ensures that only residents and authorized visitors can enter the building, and the fact that you have to scan the key to access specific floors in the elevator provides an extra layer of security. Plus, the staff here is amazing - always friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my decision to make this apartment building my home.

SAHAJ MARWAH: I moved here last year from nyc metro and I had never been to Raleigh before in my life. I instantly fell in love with the city and its vibe. Skyhouse Raleigh had a big part to play in that. They were really welcoming and friendly. The building has really nice amenities and amazing views as you can see in the photos haha. I am a big fan of their monthly events like yoga, kickboxing, holiday parties, trivia nights etc and always look forward to them. Highly recommended.

Ryan Bristow: I’ve been living at Skyhouse since September 2022, and I can honestly say Skyhouse is one, if not the BEST apartment complexes Raleigh has to offer.The staff really do care about the residents. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents feel safe and secure. They are very attentive to detail and are available to address any questions and concerns. The concierges are literally the GOATS! They are always on point and never miss a beat.I’ve lived in other complexes in Raleigh on Glenwood and there has always been a problem with car theft because of a lack of security. Skyhouse has secure parking with closed gating, security cameras, and only resident access on the weekends. I never have to worry about whether I locked my car at night. Not to mention every guest must go through the concierge before being let into the complex.The amenities at the sky house are top-tier! I’m really excited to hit up the rooftop pool this summer. If you have a pet like me, you’re in luck with a friendly dog park all within a short walking distance. If you like to go and have fun, there is literally something to do in every direction. So long story short, if you are new to Raleigh and looking for a place to live this is the place to be!

Rep5590: I moved into Skyhouse Raleigh 3 years ago and it has been my favorite place I’ve lived. The building is in a prime location downtown and has some of the best views in Raleigh. Skyhouse has everything I need with great amenities and it feels convenient to live here. The staff are also very friendly and never fail to make me welcome.

Corey Jones: “A HOT NEW BOMBSHELL HAS ENTERED THE VILLA!” The bombshell isn't me (others may disagree lol), but it's Skyhouse Raleigh! Being at Skyhouse has been one of the best experiences ever! Located right in heart of Downtown Raleigh, you have so much access to amazing local eateries, state historical sites, cute coffee shops, and we are only a 5 minute drive from the bars on Glenwood (or a 20 min walk for those crazier nights). On top of that, the views from the apartment units are absolutely insane and such a SLAY, which is by far one of my favorite aspects of living here. My roommate and I especially love the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms and living rooms (depending on your unit of course). However, the best aspects of this apartment is for sure the top floor amenities. The gym, the SkyDeck, the Club Room, and the pool are all on the top floor (23 floors above the ground) with mouth-dropping views. Emphasis on the SkyDeck and pool!! Both of them have immaculate views where you can over-look the whole Raleigh skyline. The gym and Club Room are inside, of course, but they also have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to look over the city as well. Also, I don’t know if it’s just me, but the walls in this building are pretty thick. I have not had any noise issues which is pretty rare in apartments especially ones located in a city. On top of that, the residents here are all so nice! I have made some pretty great friends which makes this place even better! Lastly, the whole faculty and staff here are so kind and make an effort to get to know the tenants! If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to talk, they are always an open ear which I definitely appreciate. I have lived in many gorgeous apartment in cities such as Miami, Atlanta, and Tampa, but the Skyhouse Apartments in Downtown Raleigh has by far been my favorite place to live. Overall, this place is a 10/10!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! LOVE IT HERE!!!! TOTAL SLAY!

Aniya Bradsher: I was a resident here for about a year and a half. All I have to say skyhouse has been 10/10 the best apartment complex I’ve stayed in Raleigh, NC. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful from the ladies in the leasing office, to Justin, Ms. Terry and Robert always taking care of me, to the maintenance crew just being top tier. I have absolutely no complaints. Even when I wanted to renew my lease but due to personal accommodations and preferences in floor plan I decided to move up the street to another high rise. However, to compare the two experiences nothing can touch Kane realty/skyhouse their hospitality is just different which makes your living experience so much greater than all the rest of the apartments in downtown. I am so grateful to have been a resident. Also, the views here are amazing. Truly felt like home. Thanks so much for everything! 🙏🏾Update: I absolutely just could not stay away. I ended up moving back to skyhouse, and I love everything about this place. I finally feel at home and over the moon to see the same exact staff, with a few new faces again. Everyone was so welcoming and my move in was seamless. They accommodated me in every possible way and I am so grateful for every single person that works within the Skyhouse community, your efforts do not go unnoticed. This is hands down the best apartment complex in Raleigh, NC. Skyhouse is 10/10 a place that I would recommend making your home. You will not regret it.

This is the best complex I’ve ever lived in, great amenities & location + the views from the roof are amazing (see photo, it’s not edited at all). I feel safe in this building thanks to the concierge/security and all the employees are super friendly and helpful and give great recommendations. They also plan cool events for residents (like yoga + wine, movie nights, trivia nights, popcorn in the lobby, etc) so you can get to know people in the building.

Matt Reynolds: I should have listened to the reviews of how bad this place is. The new management I hear is catastrophically bad.. didn't know about that until a friend told me after I took a tour. When I was brought on a tour the leasing agent was very unprofessional and all the units smelled of mildew. No thanks. There are newer communities going up with staff that know how to be professional and apartments that won't make you sick. Lease here at your own risk.

Kaitlin: No recomendaría vivir aquí. Este es el lugar MÁS costoso en el que he vivido y el PEOR lugar en el que he vivido. No se deje engañar por el bonito diseño y la entrada, el lujo se detiene allí. La administración es incompetente, prepárese para hacer un seguimiento constante de cualquier problema que pueda tener y pase a diferentes gerentes que no se comunican o siguen las mismas expectativas. Escuchas todos los ruidos de tu vecino. Tuve que mover unidades debido al ruido excesivo de nuestros vecinos en la planta superior. Nuestro aire acondicionado no se enfría correctamente en nuestra nueva unidad y se niegan a hacer reparaciones después de que un técnico profesional de calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado lo revisara. Los apartamentos reales son agradables, sin embargo, la estructura del edificio hace que escuches TODO de los vecinos. Podía escuchar a mi vecino de arriba como si viviera conmigo, literalmente podía escucharlo si hiciera algo tan simple como estornudar. Además de esto, antes de mudarme, me aseguré de tener un recorrido con la administración para que estuviéramos en la misma página con lo que se cobraría, ya que vi tantas reseñas aquí que indicaban que se les cobró de más cuando se fueron. Me aseguraron que eran muy justos al respecto. Estuve en el apartamento por casi 2 años y me cobraron $400 adicionales para "limpiar" mi apartamento. Antes de esto, estaban tratando de cobrarme $ 600, pero llamé y milagrosamente ya no pudieron cobrarme la tarifa de la alfombra que reclamaban, lo cual es preocupante por muchas razones. Además, tenga en cuenta que no tenía mascotas, un reloj en la pared y soy una persona muy limpia. Jacquie T: We love living at Camden Carolinian Apartments! We have been here since March 2021. The community is home to people of all ages and interests and everyone has been very welcoming. The apartment designs are very "current" and residents coordinate regular events and other opportunities to get together in the Clubhouse and other common areas that provide the ability to meet your neighbors. Management was very helpful in facilitating the leasing process and with all matters that come up. They also schedule food trucks, serving a wide variety of different cuisines, to arrive out front for weekend brunches or evening dinners generally at least once a month. Also, we have two puppies and have found the Camden Carolinian community to be very pet friendly. Our pups love to stop by the leasing office on the way outside for their walks to collect their daily treat! But probably most important has been the attentiveness to our service requests. Sal, the maintenance expert, has been very professional and efficient at dealing with any issue, big or small. He recently came to our balcony and carved a mud wasp nest out of our wall and placed it in a bag to humanely remove the nest. It's very nice not to have to deal with these types of things on our own! We would highly recommend this community to others that are looking to rent a luxury apartment near the beautiful "Five Points" area of Raleigh. Especially those who may be dog or other pet lovers!!

Joe Janeczko: Facilities are nice and maintenance team is outstanding, but the management of this building brings my rating down to one star. I would go lower if Google let me.When I asked why I’d be paying another $700 on my way out of the building (beyond a 12 calendar month lease), I was told “that’s the way apartments work” “you are lucky we didn’t charge you further into your move out month” and “you should have read your lease more closely.”Every interaction I’ve had with the management team in 2 years has been passive aggressive and condescending.If you are younger than 40 years old, this is not the place for you to live in Raleigh.

When it was the mark the people in the office were horrible and now they decide to have new people take over, paint and change the name. the office people are even more horrible. If this could be 0 stars it would be. I am completely fed up. Phone dosent get answered, maintenence request takes weeks on end to complete. Literally for just an oven light bulb change. For the rent to be so high it's ashame

I waited patiently in case they were out on another tour. Once it was 10 minutes past my scheduled tour time, I called the office number. A person off-site answered and informed me that she didn't know where the people were, but they didn't have a tour before me, so there was no reason for them being late. I waited for some time in the 90° heat before going to wait in my car. The person who helped me on the phone also took down my number to have the office call me when they got back in. I returned nearly 30 minutes past my scheduled tour time since I hadn't received a call still and found the employees sitting in the office. Walking in felt like there was almost a haughtiness about the staff as they looked me up and down and hesitated to greet me. I said hey I was supposed to have a tour today about 30 minutes ago." No apologies, just "take a seat." I explained how I was interested in the rent special that I'd seen both on apartment list the app and on their personal website only to be told that the "special" was a "glitch in the system" which has now been fixed (soooo I drove almost an hour from false advertising). The person helping me cuts me off when I stated the pricing I saw online to say "mmm yeah we only have this price point" and shows me on the monitor a price $300 above what I saw online. I politely explain that that's above my price point but thank you for your time and she says in the most ingenuine tone of voice "mmm yeah I'm soooo sorry but we don't have anything for that price point." So if you have time to waste on false advertising and staff that acts like they never got out of a mean girls high-school mentality, and standing for 30 minutes in the 90° heat is your thing then by all means tour Alister. But if, like me, that's not your cup of tea, I suggest going elsewhere.

Dominique Robertson: Where do I start? I moved here last year and it was called “the Mark” and it was THE ABSOLUTE WORST! But, Mill Creek took over and they really have turned things around here! Like a full 180! They painted the property, fixed light fixtures, power washed, etc. everything is new and I love it. I had neighbors that were constantly fighting upstairs and a month later, they were removed! Coming from a leasing agent like myself (Drucker and Falk) I can honestly say Mill Creek management is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Nicky has worked with me so patiently and I’m truly greatful for her and the rest of the team. Marquis the maintenance supervisor is very attentive as well. Communication is key for me and that’s one thing they have perfected. I hate that they have to take on “The Mark” reviews which is why it’s so low but in due time, this will definitely be a 5 star property!

The sticker said your car will be towed on Monday if you do not get it renewed. The office knows the DMV is not open until Monday, but said they’re towing the cars ON Monday.They make no sense and now everyone has to find a place to move their car.-----------It is now May 2023, and the property is having the building painted. The painting company randomly stops for a week or two, and then starts back up. Last week the office told us they were stopping the painting due to a "warranty issue".However, 11:45 AM today, the office sent an email warning that cars are going to be towed if they don't move for the painters.... so now in the middle of the day, residents have to stop work and go move their car or they will be towed at "owner's expense".Why are residents being punished for this office's lack of planning?

Jennifer Bonilla: Terrible overall experience. The apartment complex always has trash all around the community and the apartment is just painted over for your move in. Work orders are never completed and if they are it will take a few months. Be sure to make several copies of your keys because if you ever need a spare the office will not have it. When it came to our move out they were not helpful at all. We work until 6PM and I let them know that and they were not able to help us so they charged us another day. They also charge you for any work/cleaning that they have to do to your unit once you move out. Never experienced anything like this from previous apartment living. Literally a nightmare. You’re paying thousands of dollars but get treated like you don’t pay anything.Terrible experiencia en general.
