allisa w: I was attracted to Casa De Luna because of the nice sized apartments for an okay price. There are some decent things about it (neighbors are nice, the area is nice) but overall it’s best to avoid that place.There’s huge water bugs all over the place (you’ll see so many scurrying around the sidewalk at night and in your apartment all the time). Allegedly they have some sort of pest control, as it is an extra monthly payment with rent, yet it’s always the same amount of bugs & I had to continually spray for bugs myself the whole time I was there.I had many issues when it came to maintenance. If you’re told that maintenance will come in a day or 2, expect it to be at least a week. Once maintenance does show up, they usually do a bandaid fix, only for the exact same issue to happen again in some weeks or a month. I had water leaking in one of my rooms causing my carpet to be soaking wet for at least a month or two (“fixed” multiple times, only for the issue to happen again, wait for maintenance for minimum a week, them put another band aid on it, and then repeat). Same issue happened when my freezer stopped working: I had to practically beg them to replace my fridge after the 2nd or 3rd time it had been “fixed” only to stop freezing & me have to throw out all my food again. Took at least a month or 2 for them to finally believe me and replace it all together. Dishwasher also broke/leaked multiple times.Lived there for a little over a year and finally decided enough was enough once a leak from some bursted pipe in above apartments had water running like a faucet from the ceiling at 2am in 3 different rooms of my apartment. Emergency maintenance was also extremely rude.The front desk lady, I think Griselda was her name, was so rude an unpleasant every time I had to come to them for maintenance issues- as if I was the problem when all the stuff I had no control over broke. Nothing gets done unless you keep calling every other day after putting in maintenance requests, and even then the issues are almost never permanently resolved.In summary: the cons of staying there completely outweigh the pros. All the issues that will arise living there will cause so much stress that it just isn’t worth it & as soon as one issue is fixed, another one arises.

Connie: I've lived here 7 years only because I can't afford to move. I've wanted to leave within a month of living here. It has turn over management 3 times in the 7 years. each time the Quality of management has fallen. They don't maintain the property causing many injury's to tenants. I have a open lawsuit right now. The Pool has been open 1 time yet we still pay for the amenity can't use. Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, I spend an additional $160. a year for chemicals to control them in my apartment. I have never had to live with bugs. They don't repair to original status, they put a band aid on it and we pray we have no repercussions from it. Electrical substitute used parts not for the type of product it is. Could and has caused problems. I thank the Lord there's been no fire, yes there has been in middle of night forced out of bed due to smoke from furnace, during winter. THEIVES I've had to install CAMERAS due to people they let into the apartment for repairs. Even neighbors I step out side for a minute, they are watching, run in and grab what they can run in living room even to bedroom taken my wallet other expensive Items. Today they patched my carpet with another color not matching, I'm so upset it's taken me 4 hrs. to calm down with medication wine. I pay $800.00 always on time except 2 times due to time that I receive disability check which is on the 4th rent is due on 5th they hit you with $36. late fee ,no mercy. Yet they give you jack leg repairs. They advertise LUXERY apartments I think NOT. ONLY IF YOU CAN"T AFFORD ANYWHERE ELSE ,DON"T MOVE HERE.

From day one we started have a lot of issues so i decided to get a lawyer, when we was ready to get the case ro the court i found that they have a new administration, they promised to fix the problem but they not...to not make it long....on the end they charged me for a roaches extraction and other things that i haven't done damaged....i don't recommend this apartments for other many reasons...very loud, music, party's every weekends, assaults, poor maintenance, very dangerous place, DONT WASTE YOUR MOnEY

Sugen: I would give this complex 0 stars if allowed. While filling out my application, I put down $250 for application fees and a security deposit for one of their apartments. Despite my application being accepted, they couldn't offer me the apartment I applied for due to circumstances with another branch and was scheduling me to move on 3 weeks later than originally planned. When I expressed my displeasure in this move, I wished for a return of all of my fees since this location wasn't going to be a fit. It's been 2 months and the amount of unprofessionalism this apartment complex has is infuriating. They never call you back, their office hours are spotty. I'm honestly extremely close to making this a legal matter as I do not like it when people play with my money.Don't give this complex a single penny of your money, you won't ever see it back.

Problems from the move in date the apartment was dirty had cobwebs everywhere, the floors had paint stains on them, when I brought this to managements attention they told me that I was crazy and the apartment was cleaned and checked then about a month later I received a survey and gave this exact example I was called the same woman apologized and said they had to change cleaning companies. The next thing was when we moved in we filled out a paper of issues with the apartment one such issue was a wobbly toilet the maintenance guy came in and was rudely explaining wobble wedges as if that is a permanent fix to this problem, fast forward the toilet broke and had to be replaced, the thing was still wobbly and held with wobble wedges talk about unprofessional especially considering the rent they want to charge you. Then there’s the “resort” style amenities laughable considering they are closed so often esp the hot tub I lived here for 15 months and it was closed for 2 or so consecutive months and then randomly for weeks at a time, then they added an amenity charge. My last big thing was after the awful move in I spoke to the assistant property manager (at the time they change staff constantly) she asked me to send an email detailing my issues when I didn’t even get a reply I realized that they really don’t care AT ALL I was like well this is not the Camden company it used to be (I have lived with the company before in a different community that was fabulous which is why we went with this property). The fact is they want ur money and want you to accept whatever BS they throw at you. Including sending emails while you are at work less then 24 hours from your move out that you need to print out a paper and leave your keys and parking pass (a window sticker) now we have to go out of our way to print this paper and get it there or probably get charged more money because they just wanna buckle and dime you as much as possible. Also was charged a cleaning fee after moving into a dirty apartment because that’s the greed of Camden now. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE, DONT LET YOUR LOVED ONES LIVE HERE.

A B: Just a warning to other tenants...if you ever want to inquire about the price of a garage, think again. They'll end up charging you for just asking the price of a garage without your consent. I was charged $125 for simply asking the price of a garage and after finding out how expensive it was I decided not to reserve it. However, I was charged $125 on top of rent without my consent. Furthermore, I was not given a refund for a mistake they made. Instead they said I'll get it credited to my account. No. I need the money you wrongfully took from me.Be wary and careful of the actions they take as it seems that money is more important than their tenants.Also agree with the other review regarding the moldy and mildew windows. They blame it on the sun and that we are facing the west but they can simply upgrade the windows if they actually cared about the well being of their tenants and based on how high the rent is nowadays. Whether I'm facing east, west, north or south it's the landlords responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy environment.EDIT: Spoke w/ Property Manager soon after the issue, he was apologetic and heard my frustration. The money lost was prorated on next months rent since they could not refund the money.

Her vibe was just so amazing. She’s even been checking in with me since the tour and still sending encouraging words and I told her that her words meant more to me than she knew but I just need everyone to know. Boyang Hu: 2022 update: (2/5)I lived at Camden Asbury from 2018June-mid 2021. The experience turned sour after a change in management in 2020. Whilst some members of staff were friendly, there were some uncalled for hostile communications from others. When confronted about it, it was acknowledged as “a mistake”.Staff aside, in both units I stayed in I experienced cockroaches. In the newer unit, I saw around 3/4 in a year. In the older unit we saw some at least every month, resorting to cockroach traps to keep them down. Walls are thin, which seems to be an issue for a lot of apartments.Layout of the units was nice, and location was convenient, being only 2 minutes from a freeway exit.______________________Original review from 2018 below:I have been a resident in this community for about 3 months now and it has been one of the most pleasant move in experiences I have had to date. The agents genuinely take their time to help you, and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful!The excellent customer service and care aside, the complex itself is beautiful, my apartment comes with the full set of amenities you would expect of a high class luxury apartment (Built in AC, in unit washer dryer, walk in closet, kitchen bar counter, balcony with outdoor pool view, full size sink with rack and extendable hose etc etc).I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to check this place out.Shout out to Chris Cooper for making my move (from California, and also adding additional tenants) a piece of cake, I couldn't be happier.

I have a faulty front door that I have asked to be replaced 3 times and they finally told me it would have to stay like that. My washing machine ruins my clothes and was told there is nothing to do about that either.

This is an outstanding place with great amenities, excellent location with easy access to PNC Arena, Golfing, Restaurants and Downtown Raleigh. What really makes this place stand out it’s the excellent service of its staff. I personally had a great time with Drew his the best at what he does, knowledgeable, kind and a great personality that just makes you feel at home. Not only that Drew can also point you to the hidden gems that Raleigh has to offer so be sure to ask him what the best places in Raleigh are and he’ll sure tell you where to go next.

Andrew Kenyon: This review is long overdue, but Drew Swinford was far and away the greatest leasing agent I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire renting process, as well as being impeccably thorough in all of the information and advice he gave when my roommate and I moved into Camden Asbury. What sets him apart is how much care and attention to detail he puts forth in his job and extended to us! He hand wrote greetings upon arriving in our new apartment, always generously offering his time if we needed anything or had any pressing questions, and really made us feel as though we were more than just tenants. His constant personal communication with us helped immensely throughout our lease and his kind demeanor made Camden Asbury feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. I, along with many of my neighbors who have remarked the same sentiments, were blown away by the effort that Drew puts into his job and the people of Camden Asbury. If you ever find yourself looking for an apartment here, you can take solace in the fact that they employ one of the greatest to ever do it!
Jordan Griffin: While living here everything was great, however as another reviewer stated the lease renewal cost had gone up $500 for my unit. Their response is there’s aDiscount but said discount is only $50. They also claim they want to be competitive with the market so I did some research. For the price of a 1br 1ba 758 sqft apartment they want to charge my rent, I could get a 2br 2ba 1240 sq ft apartment elsewhere. My rent is increasing a whopping 50% of my current rent. I will gladly move to another complex and another apartment for MY CURRENT RENT to avoid borderline non-“competitive” price gouging that is being done by Camden properties.

My entire building has been evicted and all of us attempted to pay rent but was refused. I tried to give her my rent within the same month it was due but again Vanessa refused. Even with the correct documents to prove what happened they do not are. They never stay in the office at the hours specified, never answer the phone, stop responding to my emails. My apartment has mold, stairs falling apart, roaches , gnats , etc. They will tow randomly even though parking is limited and overall have the worst customer service imaginable. Matthew Fleck: Firstly, It’s a spacious apartment with a great price and it has a nice view with the pond. I was told, and have noticed, it is the quieter side of the apartment complex, which is nice. However, the apartment was far from clean when we first arrived for move-in. It took 8 people 4 hours of cleaning before it was in okay enough shape to even move into. Emails are usually missed and require a follow up, but the staff are friendly when they respond.
L S: Maybe I went to the wrong side; however, when I rode by this weekend, these pictures and the property did not align. I came across the property and took a trip to Raleigh to visit the property to get an idea of property and location as I am apartment hunting. The grass was unkept and tall, and the overall appearance was nothing like the photos. 3 starts however for location.

The entire complex should be condemned. The community is dirty. Trash on the ground in the parking lot. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash. Neighbors are horrible! blasting music from their cars at all hours of the night and leaving beer bottles on the ground.Inside of the apartment the toilet was leaking water from the base. I had called numerous times to have someone come fix the toilet. Each time I thought it was fixed the toilet would leak again. I lived on the 2nd floor and the floorboards were loose and weak. I always felt that I was going to fall through the floor. The building is crawling with roaches. I had pest control visit the unit 5-6 times. It doesn't matter how many times pest control visits but the roaches will always come back. I have kept the place clean at all times. It did not matter, roaches appeared. Also the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor were made of wood and it was decaying. They built new stairs but in the process of building the new stairs the workers would leave nails, blades, and trash on the ground. It is not a safe environment for children and pets.The only reason I chose this place is because at the time I had recently moved to Raleigh. There were no available units in other higher quality apartment communities until months later. I could not wait that long. Those higher quality apartments charged the same amount of the monthly rent as Enclave at Crabtree.I am so glad that I have left this place. The city of Raleigh had sent a letter to my mailbox stating the entire complex will be shut down. If you are looking into giving this place a chance please look elsewhere. It is not worth the ridiculous monthly charge of $1300. It is robbery. I repeat this is robbery!!! Enclave at Crabtree is not what their slogan states "Live Beautiful". It is live "Live Horribly"

Dejour Oates: Updated from 7 years ago. This was a nice apartment back in 2016 but it’s roaches in every apartment. These are old units since 1970’s so you get what you you pay for. Office staff was nice back then. I originally rated a 5 but that was a month in.
Kristinia Nelson: Me & my husband just moved in this past week after the 4th of July, we applied and was approved within the week, moved in after signing our lease and are happy with the unit we were given. Ms. Deborah was wonderful and answered any and all questions asked. Being a native from the area the P.O.A I remember is nothing like the P.O.A I see today… I feel very secure with the cameras throughout the neighborhood as well as the security that ride and walk the neighborhood constantly throughout the day and night. Wish guest could stay later than 12am without worrying about being towed. I feel as if the should be able to get a gate pass or something that allows them to stay until whenever as long as they don’t spend the night, it isn’t fair to have a time limit on when people have to come and go if you play rent (but I respect the rules and how they want to keep the area safe and non violent) …wished the indoor pool was available for late night swim (for us parents that don’t get a break until night time when the kids are in the bed). Very please with everything so far, and no complaints… we mind our business and stay to ourselves to keep the peace and respect others space.

They made arrangements for me to get my deposit back. A couple days later someone calls to “follow up” Even though I already made arrangement to get my deposit back.. I had to make arrangements again. Which is frustrating.

Georges Louis: It has bee 3 years since my last review now yet another. not sure if management changed again buton top of the deplorable state of the area ( tennis court have not been addressed in 5 years, other play area have crack and vegetation started growing. indoor pool advertised as heated but it is only heated area ) on top of all of that i am really disappointed at the lease offer, i have been on a month to month for two years because i wanted to buy and i have now put that on pause; the offer i got as a 5 year tenant is way more than what is being advertised to new tenants, i would think management would want to incentivized current tenants into staying. for what they offer for a 1 bedroom i would rather move to a mobile home community
Jackie M: Good afternoon, I was visiting a close friend of mine who moved to this development. It was to have a nice pool day. The first thing I noticed was the patio/walkways were in desperate need of power washing. Both of the indoor and outdoor pools were murky/cloudy, the water was beginning to turn green. None of the return jets were running and there was quite a lot of wildlife swimming in the outdoor pool (frogs, a weird beetle that was swimming around and lots of dead wasps, roaches etc.). Someone was clearly swimming after hours because there were socks and empty water bottles everywhere. Clearly someone had moved all of the patio furniture to accommodate a larger group but did not put them back. The indoor pool wasn't as filthy but it was murky and return jets were off there as well (also the doors to the bathrooms were locked which might explain why the water in the outdoor pool was questionable). Also, the indoor pool is advertised as heated but it's DEFINITELY not; something about the ventilation system but why not fix that with the amount of rent they collect? The bathroom was very dark, the floors were covered with water (slip and fall hazard) and smelled pretty bad too. Mind you this is at 11am an hour after the pool area opens. I would think that with the money they charge (over $1,400 for a 1 bedroom??? Management can't say they don't charge that because that is what my friend pays; I've seen the lease, and the toy size washer dryer they have in a closet can't even handle a Queen size blanket).Otherwise, the actual apartment grounds seem clean and the neighbors are nice too, but I can't imagine that they do not feel the same.If you had read this far, I'll say this; With proper maintenance, the pools could be immaculate. It's a gorgeous setting that anyone would want to relax in after a long day or on their day off.I wanted to give it one star but this place truly has potential so I gave it two.Just stay on top of the maintenance (pools and communal bathrooms) and this would improve on an already seemingly nice place to live (except for those tiny washers and dryers…sorry I’m kind of hung up on that). Apologies for my terrible grammar. Thank you
Jordan Harkley: Ultimately a 2.5-3star apartment complex. Here are the good things about this apartment complex. The apartments are nice, the complex feels safe because i see security officers around, the neighborhood is well maintained, quiet place for the most part. Here's some not so great things that i didn't dock points for. I don't like the parking policy (towing for non residents after 12am) and I don't like the sketchy motel across the street. Those things can be easily over looked tho. The worst part is I had a horrible experience with the leasing team (aka Jalissa). I was quoted one price and shown that price on the website (I had photo evidence) and was told rent was going to be almost $100 more than what I was comfortable with. I felt like I was scammed for the most part because I had limited time to move and I had already paid them about $300 when I was told the "real price". The communication was also terrible because I had to hound them for a week just to get small updates of if i was even approved. It would've be easier if they told me a time frame of what to expect. This made my already bad anxiety go up because again I had limited time to move. Also the one time I was given a time frame they couldn't keep it and didn't bother to call me saying it was going to be a bit longer. I had to call them AGAIN. The communication is almost non existent and they couldn't even bother to call back the same day from the times I did call and leave a message. This complex just needs more organization with the leasing team/better staff/more staff. I'm not sure what the problem is out of those 3. As far as the scammer price goes unfortunately I just got hit with it but maybe that info will help someone out. Ultimately if you can get past the leasing team it's a good place to live.

I had no idea i would understand why it’s so cheap so quickly!!I applied on Monday, with a lease start date of 5/23. Got a request for paystubs 2 hrs later same day, and sent them within the hour. I heard nothing Tuesday. On Wednesday, I CONTACTED the leasing office to see what the status of my applications was. Apparently by Jalissa i needed a co-signer, did not give any information regarding how to apply, requirements, etc. and was given end of day deadline. It was 12pm. They could’ve called earlier!$300 dollars later, i can’t get in contact with NO ONE IN THE LEASING OFFICE!! Apparently Jalissa left out the important detail that she would not be in the office for the rest of the week, and would return Tuesday.Apparently the leasing manager is supposed to be giving me a call… but i haven’t heard anything.If i was you, i would steer clear of this place. They obviously don’t want any residents!!

Asia Elisabeth: This is by far the best property management company in Raleigh. All of the staff are kind, all of the staff are helpful. Every time I’ve needed maintenance they’ve arrived within an hour. They go above and beyond to make sure that you’re taken care of. 11/10 recommend.

Riddhiman Sherlekar: I have stayed in Kings court for more than 2 years . Trinity properties is a really good property management company . They are professional , courteous and very prompt in (SENDING) the maintenance team (even on weekends sometimes)The issue is that the HVAC units just don't work in summers and the maintenance is clueless about it . we have had a couple of sleepless nights as the HVAC unit just wont cool . They are prompt in sending the technicians but that's just it . the technicians are unable to do their work and summers are horrible as every now and then the A/c does not work . They also replaced the unit but the problem exacerbated instead of getting solved. the maintenance team comes promptly next day to change the filters , clean something , give some excuses but the problem is pretty much the same every day in the summers.If you are a working professional , you should consider this as there may be bouts of sleepless nights in summer when the temperature be in the high 80's.My suggestion would be to buy your own portable A/c , fans but that would again add to the exorbitant electricity bills you will pay for a HVAC unit that is basically nothing more than a showpiece , if you are planning to stay here .Overall , good property management , nice location !

Jennifer Koch: I really enjoyed living in these apartments! Great maintenance staff and the office staff is always friendly, more than happy to answer questions and work with you. Good location for any NCSU students and reasonably priced (especially with a roommate). I've never felt unsafe living here, it's a well-kept neighborhood, a mixture of families and college students. I lived here 2 years and can't tell you enough what a hidden gem Gorman Crossings is.

Cuando me mudé por primera vez, mi apartamento tenía un caso extremo de infestación de cucarachas. Afortunadamente, después de unos meses de controlarlo yo mismo, volvió a ser habitable. Además, había un terrible olor a moho constantemente en mi apartamento que arruinó el olor de mi ropa y tardó unos 10 meses en volver a oler algo decente. Desearía que los propietarios limpiaran y mantuvieran mejor los apartamentos entre inquilinos.Además, tiene paredes y techos delgados como el papel, así que escuché cada paso que dio mi vecino de arriba y las voces de mi vecino a mi lado. Esta falta de aislamiento es evidente cuando se necesita un par de cientos de dólares para calefacción o refrigeración. The maintenance was always quick to respond with any issues and when it came time for me to move out I worked closely with John who made my subletting process very straightforward and easy to manage! The apartments are clean and well maintained, and the management team is very responsive to maintenance/repair requests(I have always received responses within 1-2 days of emailing them)
Akshay: Lived at Kensington Park for 2+ years. Very good apartments, affordable for students. Trinity properties does a great job with communication and prompt maintenance. Prefer the units closer to Trailwood Dr (their address is noted as being on Avent Ferry Rd) as compared to Brigadoon Dr, since they are newer. Apts on the higher levels are great. The ones at the lowest level have somewhat poor lighting/ventilation, and have some bug problems. (They schedule pest control on a regular basis though, to keep it under control.) Otherwise, a great place to live, when compared to some of the other horrible apts in the neighborhood.
