Alicia Lamb-Moody: All of the staff I interacted with were very nice, it was the food that left something to be desired.The hot/cold appetizer bar wasn't the best I've seen at a Brazilian steakhouse. Most of the covers on the hot food were actually broken, and some of the dishes had no flavor at all.As for the meats, I was never presented with the lamb which I found unfortunate. The pork tenderloin was overcooked and dry, the curried chicken had zero flavor, and the pork ribs were super tough.The picanha was very tasty, as was the bacon wrapped filet, garlic sirloin, parmesean crusted chicken, short ribs, and the bacon wrapped chicken.The floors were also very dirty. I didn't go to the bathroom, so I can't speak to it's cleanliness.Unfortunately, I'll probably stick with the better known "chain" Brazilian steakhouses as I've had a better all around experience there.

He said that they don’t make enough money at their job, and they need a lot of tips! We spent $300 + tips for 4 adult and 1 kid! Today was my birthday, I was so happy and i chose this restaurant for my birthday with my family and my wife! He made me so upset and sad on my birthday! Just one day in a year! The quality of food was amazing and i’m giving 2 star just for the quality of food and just the lady who took our order. They didn’t come to refill water for us. They didn’t took the dirty utensils from table. My mother went to ask when they close and one of the ladies responded to my mom in very bad way! They’re not allow to stop us outside after they left their job because of tips!This was the first and last time I went to this restaurant! I take this very seriously, because I don't like such people like this ruin people's day! I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Jay Carter: for our son's birthday. While the food and everything seemed more or less on par, the servers we had were terrible. They didn't bring any sides out to the table, I had to ask and then all they brought was mashed potatoes. They continuously bypassed our table with meats and when they did come by and ask if we wanted anything specific, they never brought it back to us. I-Wei Tsai (Eva): La Braza is definitely an authentic Mexican restaurant as the menu is in Spanish only and we were the only non-Spanish speaker there. We went for lunch and there were quite a lot of people. There is plenty of seating though so there was no wait.When you walk in, there's no menu on the wall but it seems like most people are regular customers there as they just walk straight up to the counter to order before seating themselves. Since it was our first time we didn't know if that's just how the restaurant operate so we just stood there a little lost. But after ringing up the customer in front of us, the lady behind the counter brought over menus and greeted us right away. The menu has great selection and things we have never seen other Mexican restaurants offer. The food was amazing and so reasonably priced! We were so stuffed and I even brought some of the food home. The staff was super nice and friendly (and yes, she does speak English)! We will definitely be returning here to try out more of their menu!

The waitresses, kitchen staff, etc. continued to pass by & look at me, but no one offered assistance. FINALLY, a waitress came to assist, but she was not friendly at all. She never apologized for my wait or did anything remotely kind. My money is green & I refuse to give it to a place of business that ignores me or does not appreciate its patrons. There's other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Melissa Wood: I want to start by saying I really love this place. It's the best Mexican food I've had so far since moving to Raleigh. The tortilla (chicken) soup might be the best I've had. That's saying a lot because I grew up in Southern California, about 20 minutes from the Mexican border. We would go to Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada and Calafia often for authentic Mexican food. Additionally, my home town (San Diego) has a huge Mexican population so there is no shortage of excellent Mexican food there either.That being said, the thing they call a California Burrito on their menu is not a California Burrito. It tastes good but compared to other burritos at least, it is healthy with grilled chicken and a wheat tortilla. If you order a California Burrito anywhere in California, you will get carne asada, sour cream, pico de gallo, cheese and french fries wrapped in a giant tortilla. It is the most unhealthy, weird and delicious concoction to ever exist and worth every future health complication you will get from eating too many. I'm not posting this to put them down. I genuinely love their food and eat there often. I'm really just hoping that if they knew what a California Burrito really was and understood it's cult like following, they would rename the healthy burrito and add the real California Burrito to their menu.
