This is my first time working with an at home CNA company and from what I’ve been around and seen so far, everyone working within the company are individuals who strive to make sure their employees and clients get what they need! Janet Joyner: We picked Right at Home to help my elderly parents to remain in their home as long as possible. We researched and narrowed our search down to 4 with Right at Home becoming our final choice. We really got lucky because the caregiver, Sharon, that they sent to my parents was an excellent fit. My Mother trusted and liked her from the beginning. My Father has dementia and Sharon was very good with him. She took very good care of my parents. Recently we had to move my Father to memory care and my Mother to assisted living. Sharon stayed with my Father. Made sure he went with the medical transport without incident, rode in the back with him and sat with him in his new home for several hours. Because of Sharon we did not have to worry that my Father would be transported safely. That was priceless! We have been so blessed! We could not have asked for a better caretaker. She is still continuing to spend one day a week with my parents at their new home. My Mother couldn't bear to give her up completely.I gave 4 stars because the service is expensive and they are not always timely with their bills. My Mother sometimes stressed when she received a huge bill. The employees in the office are always very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a caretaker!

Antionette Satterwhite: Words cant express the hurt and pain I feel about this particular person at this business her name is Sarah. I got the job to start tomorrow for orientation for the PCA alposition. I was suppose to start school the 29th. I was having some car trouble that I expressed to her which I ended up getting fixed completely. She didn't even give me a opportunity to get that situation fixed before she went back and told the boss or whoever above that I might not be able to make it to orientation tomorrow. So somebody called and told me I got declined by the company to start based on what Sarah told them. I was so happy and did all my paperwork and had one document to bring by tomorrow I paid for a TB test today for nothing. Instead of assuming I wouldn't make it they listened to Sarah without giving me a opportunity. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER! the other ladies was very very nice to me and I thank them for there time. Can't believe they allowed hear say to block me being successful at there company.

Your professionalism, level of care, and perseverance in meeting our needs has been outstanding! All the caregivers that came into our home were excellent. Our day caregiver, Joyce, was truly a blessing to our family and went over and above to care for my dad. He really enjoyed her and said, "she was the best!" Home Choice made it possible for us to keep our dad at home months longer than we could have done on our own, which was a huge blessing to our family.

Nancy Serozi: HomeChoice provided in-home care for my husband for eight years, seven days a week, until his passing. My husband required a great deal of assistance. The owner, Brian Perruccio, was always responsive to my requests. Home Choice schedulers aimed to assign CNAs who were best suited to our ever-changing needs. When possible, a new CNA would train with one of our current CNAs. This was a definite plus. I found the staff and caregivers very compassionate and a pleasure to have in our home. I also learned a great deal about patient care from them. Having HomeChoice Home Care’s support during our long journey will always be appreciated.

Steve Lisowe: They have exceptional staff who do a great job of accommodating changes in schedules. In 3 months, we only had one last-minute cancelation, and they gave us 90 minutes notice. The caregivers were all kind and considerate, and we didn't have any problems with any behaviors or untrustworthiness. I highly recommend this company to help care for your loved one.

Eric Melvin: My mother-in-law Trudy used the services of HomeChoice Home Care Solutions for 10 years through many different states of health - from her first needs of emergency home support after a serious illness through to a successful recovery and then through the gradual transition to a peaceful death. I can say that quite simply my mother-in-law’s life during these final 10 years was made quite fulfilling and comfortable because of the at-home care provided by HomeChoice caregivers. I firmly believe that she would not have recovered and would not have had nearly as fulfilling final 10 years if we had moved her to an assisted living facility.Our introduction to Brian came literally by randomly choosing an at-home care specialist listed on the Internet. We were so fortunate to have picked HomeChoice first! Brian immediately (like within 24 hours!) put together a team of wonderful caregivers for 24-hour care that gradually decreased over time until Trudy was again 100% independent.But we found Brian’s caregivers to so economically add value to Trudy’s life that we decided to keep having them visit various times throughout the week. Having someone augment Trudy’s social life by driving her to restaurants, doctors appointments, church, shopping, etc motivated Trudy to keep up an active life. Her caregivers became her very good friends and continued to stay her friends even after they moved on to other responsibilities.From time-to-time Trudy would need more care for various ailments ranging from recovery from a flu to rehabilitation of a broken hip. Brian would always find caregivers to fill whatever hours were needed. And always in a timely (and sometimes immediate) manner. Literally Brian’s team were life savers in time of immediate and unanticipated needs.Trudy unfortunately passed away this spring of old age at 93. Because of Brian’s staff we were able to allow her to pass gradually from the comfort of her own home. This was very important to Trudy. Even with the support of Hospice we could not have done this without the care of Brian’s staff. Not to be understated...nor would we have been able to do this without serious emotional trauma to ourselves if we had tried to do it without the additional support of HomeChoice.Finally a word about the caregivers and the schedulers at HomeChoice Home Care Solutions. Over 10 years we probably had 30 different caregivers attend to Trudy’s various requirements. Some going years on a regular schedule. Some just coming in for a few shifts in a scheduling emergency (caregivers sometimes have emergency issues, too!). Amazingly we had no troubles with any of them. Quite the opposite that nearly all of the caregivers were highly professional, competent, and most importantly loving and compassionate. Nearly all of them became good friends to Trudy and some remain good friends even after Trudy’s passing to my wife and I. And the schedulers at Home Choice made sure that over 10 years we did not miss one shift- an unbelievable record of constant attendance! Somebody was always there when needed with a smile and ready to go!Thank you Brian, Jennifer, the various schedulers and staff, and particularly all of the caregivers at HomeChoice Health Care Solutions who allowed Trudy’s final years to be comfortable, more fulfilling and with an abundance of love.I will be glad to take any phone calls for references if arranged through HomeChoice.

From day one, he explained the services I would receive, his philosophy of care and how we would work together to meet and exceed my goals. He was thorough, had great communication skills and gave the exact amount of encouragement I needed. I highly recommend Matt M. for your home health physical therapy needs. I am now taking Outpatient physical therapy and they were very pleased at my intake appointment regarding my ability in "bending that knee" ! I will be requesting WakeMed Home Health and Matt M. for PT for my right knee replacement in August.

Travis Jackson: My name is Travis Jackson. I was a patient of Nurse Dee, RN. She was like an Angel sent from God to save my foot and sanity. First, she presented herself as a skilled professional with proficiency and a positive disposition. Every visit consisted of assessing my health and medication necessities. Next, she performed the essential care needed to help my foot wound heal. That process included cleaning my foot wound in preparation for a wonderful piece of medical equipment called a “Wound-Vac” to be appended to the wound. Lastly, she draped my wound in the appropriate dressings so the therapeutic process could begin. Nurse Dee, RN was meticulous and adept in her caretaking duties. As a result, my foot is practically healed and I no longer require the attention of the wound care podiatrist. Wake Med Home Health sent me Angels to take care of me in the form of Nurse Dee (and Nurse Moriah when Dee was not available) . I highly recommend Wake Med Home Health Services to anyone who needs excellent care for their health care needs.
