Deiondra F: Olvidé escribir una reseña el año pasado para esta empresa, de todos modos es muy poco profesional. No le informarán que la familia del cliente canceló hasta el momento de su cita. Recuerdo estar de acuerdo con un caso 24/7. Que llegué y la familia no había tenido atención 24/7 en mucho tiempo y solo necesitaban 4 horas. Debería haber sabido que era una bandera roja. No con la paga y la molestia.

They are so nice and professional in sending fill-ins until they can find a good match for my Mom and the area we live in. Christian, who is their office manager, will fill-in if she can't find someone for the days needed. She goes above and beyond. You can tell she loves her job!! I, honestly, don't know what I'd do without them. I had no idea which way to turn. They made it all so easy for me and offer so much guidance! I highly recommend this establishment!!! They treat you like family. I would give them 10 stars, if I could!
LynneNJoe Zajac: We have been using Affordable Family Care Services for my father-in-law for the past few months as his physical health has declined to the point that he is completely unable to care for himself. We chose them because the owner, Donnie Shelton, answered the initial phone call personally and was personally available for any follow up questions. Since then we have found the office staff and caregivers to be extremely friendly and helpful. We were even able to take a week long family trip without any stress because we knew that he was in good hands for the entire duration of our much needed trip.
Chris Deuel: Affordable Family Care has been caring for my father, who has late stage dementia, for the last several years. I feel they have gone above and beyond by not only providing physical care for him, but also companionship and supporting his emotional well-being. The caregivers I have met have all been very kind and caring people. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are there with him, especially since I live out of town and am not able to see my father as often as I would like to. I would highly recommend AFC to anyone in need of care for a family member with dementia or other special needs.

Mi esposo me preguntó por qué ella salió del edificio al auto y honestamente no sabía por qué... así que procedí a preguntarle por qué no me dio mi cheque... ella estaba hablando de todo, incluyendo la luna y las estrellas, pero nada sobre mi cheque... mi esposo me dijo que llamara a la policía porque éramos nuevos en Raleigh y no conocíamos a nadie y ver si me lo daría en ese momento. ... finalmente me dio mi cheque de pago y ese fue un oficial loco ... Nunca más trabajé para esta gente loca ... qué pérdida de tiempo ... y en realidad estaba emocionado de trabajar allí al principio 😕
