Painters Of Raleigh: Do not believe this company when they tell you 3 months on a order. Was told end of May early June. Here we are end of May and getting told end of July early August. One of the most expensive furniture stores you can buy from and obviously can’t do what they say. Will never buy from this company again. Buyer be warned.

A complete fraud of a company. Don’t make the same mistake I did -read your signed agreement. You’re better off buying from Wayfair. Buyer beware!!

Holly Donato: Store displays items you cannot get or cannot get for several months. Salesman presented limited fabric choices that were downright ugly. And each fabric choice dictated different features available on the chair, as well as delivery date. Salesman presented a final figure on a yellow post-it note and only provided details when I questioned the figure - devious attempt to get me to purchase protection plan and cleaning kit. Salesman told me there’s no warranty on the motor if I don’t purchase the protection plan. I find that hard to believe. Lazy-boy used to be a decent furniture store but this experience left me with real concerns about its integrity.

I drove to EA in Cary to purchase an area rug for my dining room and fell in love with a fabric. She helped me envision the fabric upholstered on a chair that was not to my liking but technically better for the fabric. The chair arrived and it achieved my objective: of enhancing a focal point, of exhibiting the beautiful fabric, of wanting a unique comfortable chair by the fireplace. Thank you Lexie
