libby brzezinski: was less than mediocre when it came to customer service. I had made an online order, in which the young lady at the front helped me with. She said they had one ready if I wanted to take it I could. I decided to wait and come back...30 mins later I came back and magically neither of the items I was waiting for were available. Not only that but instead of standing and talking with me directly Tanner had me essentially follow him around the store for an answer. THAT IS POOR customer service.I made sure to call corporate and make them aware. The sad part is, I work in customer service. I would have been fine if a resolution was offered. Very phony business! they are not honest with their customers and what I mean by phony is that when you place an order at the store, the store contact this person and this person goes and buy the furniture somewhere else and deliver it to the store. So imagine if the store cannot get in contact with that person for weeks or months. They don’t have a warehouse although they claim to .. I mean everything these people say is all lies and here’s the best part they don't keep customers updated. The only way to find out about your order is if you call the store and when you do, they don’t answer the phone and when they do answer, they will say they will give you a call back which they won’t … just a way of getting rid of customers off the phone. All that comes from them is LIES. So don’t deal with this people or else you will regret like I am.

Well of course there was an issue to why the manager refuse to prove match the exact item. Regardless I purchased the items. Fast forward to today 3/06/22 the store is closing and the SIGNS STATE 30-80% off entire store. My daughter was interested in a black dresser When inquired about price was told 599. We stated only needed dresser and no mirror was told 100 off. Which made it 499.00 regular price without sale at least I thought. Salesman comes back to say it’s 500 even with the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF THE CLOSING SALE. UPON MY OWN RESEARCH OF THE EXACT DRESSER MADE BY MICAH THE FULL SET WITH MIRROR IS 499.00. So the SALE THEY CLAIM TO HAVE IS NOT A SALE. SALESMAN STATES I MISQUOTED AND SHOULD HAVE WENT HIGHER Then $500. So there is really NO sale as the price given is the FULL PRICE AND FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I HOPE A CONSUMER SUE THIS STORE FOR LYING AND OVERPRICING ITEMS DISGUISED AS AN SALE. Waiting on return phone call with an update of how many pieces of furniture will be delivered. ( all 4 pieces, 1 piece, or 2 prices). Today 5/18/21 and there has been no called received for an update on delivery. This company does not keep it's word. They stated later that the vendor was not providing them with updates of when furniture would be shipped. The stories were different each time I called them.
