INFESTACIÓN DE CUCARACHAS, tuve una experiencia muy mala, pagué el depósito y muchas tarifas y cuando me mudé descubrí que el apartamento estaba infestado de cucarachas, inmediatamente pedí una cancelación, pero la primera mala noticia fue que ellos no me devolverá ningún dinero!!!! Desde el primer día empezamos a tener muchos problemas, así que decidí conseguir un abogado, cuando estábamos listos para llevar el caso a la corte, descubrí que tenían una nueva administración, prometieron solucionar el problema pero no... para no hacerla larga... al final me cobraron por una extracción de cucarachas y otras cosas que no he dañado... no recomiendo este apartamento por otras muchas razones... muy ruidoso, música, fiesta todos los fines de semana, asaltos, mantenimiento deficiente, lugar muy peligroso, NO PIERDAS TU DINERO

Han pasado 2 meses y la cantidad de falta de profesionalismo que tiene este complejo de apartamentos es exasperante. Nunca te devuelven la llamada, sus horarios de atención son irregulares. Sinceramente, estoy muy cerca de convertir esto en un asunto legal, ya que no me gusta que la gente juegue con mi dinero.No le des a este complejo ni un solo centavo de tu dinero, nunca lo verás de vuelta.

She did not rush me out, what she did do, was assured the people that were waiting that they would be taken care of shortly. She was awesome!! Thanks Ms. Vanessa! I can't wait to move in!!!

Ashley Ford: I absolutely love living here :) The staff is absolutely amazing and maintenance always responds within two days! They are great!
A Graham: This place is pretty nice but you can tell its run by a mega-corporation that simply pretends to care about you. Standard student housing with overpriced rent, tons of minor maintenance issues due to lack of upkeep (maintenance team is very nice and responsive however), and many little over looked details that make it clear it's "fake nice" or more about outward appearances than actual "excellence" like the company claims. Good location. Spacious rooms. Your choice.
Charan Saravanan: Absolutely infested with centipedes and roaches during cold weather and they will nickel and dime you for everything, about $300 in extra charges thrown in between move in, move out, and fees they charge. Please don't live here.
Jake McCall: Do you want to pay $800/month for small bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a weirdly long living room? Do you want constant emails about how to care for your apartment? Do you want to pay $50 for losing a small plastic wrist band that’s *required* to use the 4 ft deep pool that could barely hold a kindergarteners birthday party? Then USuites is the place for you! They will charge you for everything short of breathing on their property, please do not live here. They make it so easy to sign a lease and move in so they can charge you for every penny you own. On top of that, the apartment was a mess when we moved in, they charged us a $400 pet fee (for each pet), and the maintenance team takes forever to fix serious issues. Do not, please, do not make the same mistake we did and find somewhere better to live.
Blue Sky: This was an alright stay, I enjoyed the set up and vibe of the community but there are some cons that take away from a 5-star rating.1. Washing machines are old as hell.2. Bugs are a constant problem and pop up at least every other week with some of these bugs I never even knew existed but majority cockroaches.3. Tons of speed bumps which get annoying especially since they don't even slow half the drivers down.If these were fixed I would have likely given a 5-star rating.
Smooth Baby: To say I didn't enjoy my time here was an understatement and I still got 1 month to go. There's a huge lack of POC here. All the staff is white. (check the IG) I had a group of friends (POC) who wanted to move in but they told them they didn't take financial aid (from shaw specifically.. like how you gonna pick and choose?) plus they took mine I don't got to shaw I got to NC State!!!! Seems classist!!! If you have any questions and call you will always get a new answer. 'Lindsey' the manager seems clueless and avoidant! after speaking with BOTH of the rude girls in office at different times saying she was "busy". My mom (she has a different last name then me) finally called after my last attempt and was able to speak with her as if she is avoiding me when I pay for the apartment and it's under my name..the excuse was she was busy and didn't have a chance to call us back.. after like a week..to then give us attitude on the phone. Stuck up. Worst experience ever! Village green way nicer and more inclusive.

Bennie Locklear: Living at University Suites was a complete nightmare! The head of the front management office “Lindsay” does not care about the residents at all! She will disrespect you and lie upon your name to save herself. I was without a toilet within my residence for days without any concern or response from the front office when contacted several times! The evening bus driver is a complete risk to the safety of all NCSU students living within the area and “Lindsay” has refused to reorganize the bus to safely accommodate students to and from the college when necessary. For the rent charged paired with the complete inhospitality, it’s a complete scam! Expect Several “Unwarranted” charges placed upon your account once you completely move out!

Brooke: University Suites was a nice place to live. The apartments were pretty spacious. Maintenance was friendly and helpful. However, there were lots of cockroaches inside, the parking lot was noisy and the appliances were outdated. Walls were very thin and you could hear people talking three streets away. Fine if you're in college.
Hannah Moss: I have lived at University Suites for the past 2 years and I absolutely loved it. My favorite part about living at Usuites is the community. The staff are all so nice and they really take the time to get to know all of their residents. I love that the office staff takes the time to match you with roommates (if you need it) based on common interests. When I first moved in, me and my 2 roommates were looking for a 4th to live in a 4x4 apartment. We were nervous about having a random roommate but the office did such a great job pairing us. The random roommate they paired us with is now one of my very best friends!!! Also, the maintenance team is the best!!!!

Ashley Hypes: I had a fantastic experience living here.Even before moving in they were super accommodating and tried their best to work with our requests (we had requested a unit on the same street as our friends and they even let us be next door neighbors).Maintenance issues were always fixed in a timely manner and we were notified if it was expected to be longer. The front desk workers were always extremely polite and made me feel very welcome whenever I stopped by. The shuttle service that goes to campus was always kept very clean and was very rarely off schedule.Moving out was super easy, they made sure you knew exactly what could be charged so that you didn't have any surprises when you got the final statement.Overall one of the most affordable student housing options that actively works to keep residents happy.
Qursheema Leigh: I loved living at university suites . Ms.Linda the property management at the time was amazing super nice . Spacious rooms very clean I didn’t have to many issues with bugs. Normal to see one here and there but that’s about all . Roommates was super friendly.
Bryce Mericka: Other reviews have mentioned it but just like others, University Suites charged me for cleaning fees when everything was left cleaner than before I moved in. The billing statement was completely messed up and they double charged me for multiple “failures to clean”. They really tried their best to get more money out of me and my roommates than was fair. The internet was horrible when we lived there and bugs were also an issue. The staff is nice, but you better check behind them to make sure you’re not getting screwed. Overall, not a great experience. Very frustrating and I will not recommend the complex to other students.
John Bagot: My son's lease ended, he cleaned up, took pictures and checked out. They charged him for not cleaning. I saw the pictures, he cleaned. So don't bother cleaning because they will charge you for it anyways. Just typical shady landlord practices.

Agent Gomez PR: Please DO NOT STAY HERE! the upper rooms have really bad mold. The curtains on the back of them facing outside have mold on them from the cool air meeting the heat from the windows. It's bad mold too we changed rooms and the new room still had it. We were planing to extend but not anymore. The night shift lady was super nice but the 1st shift lady didn't care at all about it. She acted as though their was nothing she could do. Things why I'm writing this post. 150$ is too much money to put our health at risk. Dennis Haynes: This hotel needs a serious renovation. I was a platinum member with IHG and I have never stayed at a worst room. The receptionist was not very unprofessional. She didn’t give clear directions about parking or mention anything about the hotel during checking. She basically gave me the key and told me my room number and the elevator was on 2nd and 5th floors. When I got to the room I was surprised. The room had stains on the carpet. The desk chair was worn in several places and pealing up on the seat of the chair. I have seen chairs out out on the curb for trash pick up nicer then my hotel room desk chair. Their was rust on the lamp base, desk top had water large water stains, the tile in the bathroom wasn’t clean on the walls, you could seek the shower pipe sticking through the hole in the wall.I bet I will get the same canned response from the management that they give everyone. They can’t even write a original response. He will apologize for my dissatisfaction but hope I might stay there in the future to change my mind about the place. I will not stay here again. Noel Jennings, please learn how to cut and paste. We can all see your grammatical errors when you leave your response and we can see the extra commas, blank lines, or opening greeting twice.
David Bohn: Just plain bad. Only one working elevator, lobby smells, rooms outdated, smallest bathroom you’ve ever seen. Needs a major renovation. Or just knock the thing down and start over. Only reason it’s 2 stars is for the location. Go somewhere else.
Kathryn Reusch: The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel does not actually have a shuttle from the airport, despite what certain sites will tell you. There is breakfast, and it is pre-packaged donuts or muffins or oatmeal, with coffee or tea. There is a set of drink fridges and some snacks available for purchase. The rooms pretty clearly need a refresh, but they are clean and functional. The bathrooms are set up somewhat awkwardly so that you have to practically step into the tub to close the door, and the room is laid out and the mirrors are positioned so that there is not a lot of privacy for changing if you are sharing. Not bad, but needs an update.

Went to get new cards & they went in to how they de-magnetize easily - told them it wasn’t the key, it was them giving someone our room & them de-activating everyone’s cards.Really just not pleased with this whole check in/staff interaction - it felt like they weren’t paying attention & this incident was a direct result of their actions.There is only one working elevator for 20ish floors.The rooms, common spaces & furniture were covered in rips and stains.Overall the location and price point are the only thing this place had going for it. El personal con el que nos comunicamos era "humanos cariñosos", no solo sentados allí esperando para bajarse. Comenzaré con la ubicación: ¡excelente! Limpieza: excelente sin olores. La primera vez que entramos fuimos recibidos por Laurie, Sonia y Spenser. Laurie y habló sobre todo lo que ocurre bajo el sol y los cambios de vida por los que todos estamos pasando. Lo siento, no pude verla b4 nos registramos. De todos modos, subimos a nuestra habitación y quedé muy satisfecho. La cama era increíble. Y no puedo conseguir que Lance pueda ayudar con el problema del refrigerador. Aparte de eso, no podía esperar para subirme a esa cama todas las noches. Definitivamente volveré a reservar. .

Lisa Devy: The hotel was so good, we stayed twice! On the way down to FL and back. Traveled with a large family and a puppy, so the suite was perfect for us! They are dog friendly, so we saw plenty of pups around, and their free breakfast is amazing! My kids loved the pancakes. Overall, such a great value. Front Desk was super friendly. No complaints here!Habitaciones: Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Bathrooms have Dove products for hair and body wash. The 2 queen bedroom suite with pullout couch has a separate sink, refrigerator, microwave, and keurig coffee maker.Detalles destacados: The free breakfast was amazing! They had a pancake machine, muffins, pastries, bagels, wheat toast, cheese omelets, turkey sausages, biscuits, oatmeal and toppings, cereal, fruits, Juices and coffee.

Lahna Harper: ¡¡¡¡CHINCHES!!!! NO te alojes en este hotel. El personal confirmó que se han informado múltiples casos y podrían haberse informado para la habitación en la que nos alojamos, y nos dejaron quedarnos allí de todos modos. También escuché a uno de los miembros del personal quejarse de un compañero de trabajo que no estaba cambiando la ropa de cama en las habitaciones si no parecían "sucias". Increíble.
