Sheldon Scott: I'm a 100% disabled veteran. They sent me a bill when they were supposed to bill the VA. The total of the bill was under $250 I made a 50 payment and I told to call me next month to make another payment. But after I made the payment the total didn't go down. They trying to rob me.
Sabrina Miller: I understand I called on a holiday, which would’ve been okay if your representative wasn’t so rude and cutting me off every 2 seconds. I couldn’t explain my issue before “I’m not gonna tell you again I can’t help you cause it’s a holiday” kept coming out of his mouth. We deal with such a cruel world now when I call my doctors office I get to deal with cruel people. Let’s get it together. Ridiculous
Cristina Cervetto: Had the worst experience at the emergency room. They are disorganized l, nobody knows what is going on with your care as there are contradictory in both your chart and the medical personnel. Terrible patient care and total lack of bedside manners specially from the doctor.
john farmer: Back surgery but was treated good.
Kayla Lunduski: Overall, great. Thank you for everything - the whole team I’ve had.
Ashley Bush: I had the best treatment and experience one could have at a hospital. Dr. Shah made me feel like a person and not a number. All the nurses were so kind. Nick, Keila, etc. 10/10 recommend that emergency room!
Brent & Christine: I waited almost one calendar year to write my review.Dr. Grossi saved my life and livelihood with a spine surgery, I would recommend him as a doctor because he’s the only person in this joke of a medical system that would do my surgery….BUT I would not recommend the hospital at all. I would especially not recommend the ER with the little big man behind the desk that imposes his will and threatens to call security on everyone that comes in the door. He also actively prevents patients from laying down (there is nowhere to lay down, so much for ADA compliance in this ER). I was in full sciatic stroke and he was trying to call security on me for trying to lay flat in a desperate attempt to get my 10/10 pain to ease. He needs to be fired and someone with some actual human feelings and hospitality needs to be hired in his place.
Sheila Burke: This is a horrible hospital that disregarded patient's wellbeing and safety
Laura Molina: Brought my mother here, very rude staff, races nurse Leo in the emergency room, yelled at my mother! And a couple racial comments, towards my mother! When she got moved up stairs and she would ask for help they would take, 30 minutes or more just come help her!!!! Never again taking her to Wake Med
Wenona Young: They taking down reviews that say this hospital is no good!!Duke is the worse hospitals!!!They emergency room will not treat you unless you are near death .They admitted this too meAnd this skinny blonde nurse that works at night is very sorry and she seems very racist.
ETB 814: , and 5 months later, the billing is still unresolved. The repetitious response? Give it another 30 days. Having lived throughout the U.S., Duke Health is by far the single worst health system I’ve ever dealt with. Embarrassingly slow responses, and zero customer-centric focus…just finger pointing and a subtle “too bad” attitude.(Traducido por Google
Sparkle Mosby: my daughter and I came to Duke Raleigh. It was late at night & I understand most of the staff were tired but the Dr & nurse who took care of my daughter were very thorough, compassionate & empathetic. Their names escape me right now but I will never forget their faces or what they've done to make my daughter feel comfortable & to give her a proper diagnosis. Emergency Rooms can be hit or miss sometimes but this is the 2nd time I had to use Duke Raleigh and they pleased me everytime. If I need emergency care again, Duke Raleigh will be my first choice.(Traducido por Google

Megan: We have been going here for Pulmonology, Cardiology, and Immunology for 6 years. The wait time is sometimes long, but that's because they take their time with each patient to make sure they connect and answer any questions that the parent or child may have. I have never had a better doctor anywhere else, and we have been to a lot of them. My son has had a few surgeries at UNC with doctors from this practice performing the surgeries and they took their time with him and answered his questions and explained the procedures first. You get what you pay for, and I find that longer wait times at pediatric offices are the norm, that's how you know they are patient centered and not just moving people through an assembly line. Dr. Loughlin and Dr. Moran specifically have been a God send to us. Nurse Pam, Mr. Jim the RT, and the pulmonary nurse are all wonderful as well.
Amy Northington: Checked in at 1000 for a 1030 appt. Everyone has been called back to their appointment and we are still sitting here... it's 1145 right now. We were told at check in that the doc is 15 min behind. I checked with front desk after an hour and they are waiting for a room to open up. This is highly unacceptable for service. Will not be back!
Marcy Moseley: I am so sorry to read so many negative reviews. I wanted to share that my experiences over the years have been nothing but positive. My son is medically complex. He has been with UNC doctors since his NCCU stay 8 years ago. We have many appointments with neurology, pulmonology, GI, nutrition, feeding team etc ... There is no doubt that this team of doctors, nurses, and NPs, etc ... have saved my son's life more than once. The care he continues to receive is excellent. He is thriving and doing well. I have also been able to build relationships with his team over the years and I always feel like they listen to me. I am truly thankful that we have this team of medical professionals to help us!!
Mike Stellpflug: Funny, I thought our particular case of profiteering might have been an outlier, but confirmation bias is in hand! In our minor fracture case, it was most noticeable because urgent care X-rayed and indicated that it should heal fine, and then UNCH Children's Ortho refused to look at the original images and did their own, and the other leg, just for comparison... and then AGAIN at follow up, and then again, WITHOUT THE LEAD SHIELD for my poor little baby! Every time read was the same as urgent care said in the first place.. "healing fine, see you again soon"... Other than it costing thousands more than necessary, everyone was nice/knowledgeable, except for one rude handoff between upstairs and downstairs lab and the fact that they auto-schedule everything at the worst time possible and you have to wait 30 min to fix it.
Wesley Ackerman: Endocrinologist experience was great... We are now waiting on the bill, which seems to be the complaint at this place.
Va Ve: Thank you! A great physician on site.
Jamaj khalid: Very bad special when wants to make appointments by phone (no help ) everyone they transfer you to another very baaaaaaad.
Stephanie Profio-Miller: My son had a minor issue that we wanted to follow up to be sure with a specialist that it wasn’t a big deal. The doctor spent 10 min checking him and said he will be fine. It wasn’t a bad experience - The staff and Dr. Sutherland were great; HOWEVER, the bills we received afterwards were crazy. We had to pay $130 for the doctor (which was fine for a specialist) but then got a bill for $206 from the clinic (and this is after insurance). So total over $300 for 10 minutes where no tests or anything were done. From reading the reviews, I realized that this is standard practice for them. I feel like this should have been mentioned to families before coming in...if we would have known, we most likely would not have gone since it was not a serious issue. The only reason I did not give 1 star was because of the friendly staff and doctor.
Omar Rivera: We drove an hour to see the endocrinologist. We made an appointment a month in advance. We arrive only to find out the doctor is on vacation. They said "tried to contact us". That was a lie. Then tried to call back to reschedule and we said no because we arent going to risk this happening again then they get offended and rudely hang up.
irene whitt: with the results and a care plan. Then we got a follow up call on Sunday from Jess, the nurse. They even offered to facilitate a follow up appointment. Outstanding, excellent, compassionate care all around!
Marisa Wells: and just walk in any time between 8am-1pm to have her test finally done... so we pay out of pocket to stay the night in a hotel to wake up, call UNC and hear there is STILL NO GENETIC TEST ORDERED FOR MY DAUGHTER. most likely the hospital here in Wilmington had poor communication, would not surprise me. but I am extremely upset that I have been planning that doctors appointment for MONTHS to get absolutely NOTHING done but a waste of my time and money. I will be contacting supervisors for this. just ridiculous; I may be a little over the edge because I looked forward to going to a “UNC” specialty clinic. I’ve been planning and wrapping my schedule around this test since APRIL; I still cannot believe I was driving away from Raleigh without a test done for my daughter. We left the facility around 5pm and a nurse called me at 7:30 LOL. If I had waited ANOTHER two hours with an 18 month old little girl I would have been LIVID. So if I could give Zero stars I would. Unfortunately my daughter was the last patient on a Friday afternoon, clearly the Doctor was ready for his boat weekend. Something was more important than a simple genetic test order for my daughter(Traducido por Google
Endrocreactive: . Doctor is $360. 10 minute consult, no treatment rendered not treatment necessary.(Traducido por Google
Eva Anderson: Gran servicio, eficiente y rápido.

Shay Lynn: Very satisfied with my visit. I was in & out in a timely manner. I arrived about 5:30-6pm on Saturday & I was the only one there, that’s probably why. Staff was friendly. Loved the nurse Stephanie & the other doctor helping. I feel like they really went in detail about everything they were doing. Even though my symptoms are reoccurring & I know the drill, they were still descriptive & I felt like I learned more about my issue. Felt better than my primary doctor honestly. I hope other patients share the same experience!
Maverick Sands: Useless place . Don’t waste your time and money. Get treatment somewhere else.
Tiffany Ho: I went here and called to make sure that they accepted my out-of-state Medicaid insurance. I get there and I ask again, and they tell me that my insurance is accepted, and I made sure to tell them that it was from Virginia. I later get billed for the services. I call them, and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it because they put in their system that they don’t accept out-of-state Medicaid when I was told that they do. Prior to this I went to an urgent care that didn’t except this insurance so I was suggested this one and called to make sure so they provided me false information and now I have a bill to pay for a 10 minute visit.Ridiculous.
Madyson Longtin: Unfortunately my boyfriend was very sick on a Sunday and could not wait to go to his primary care doctor. We had to wait for over 2 hours to see anyone even with a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was very rude and it took 30 minutes just to get checked in. Once we were seen by a physician assistant, their only advice for stomach pain was to go to the ER if it gets worse. No test we’re performed. We waited over 2 hours just to be told to go to the ER. Won’t be back to this urgent care.
Doris M: Worst care I have ever received in my life the nurse had no idea what he was doing andkept leaving the room and he move very slowly and didn’t even do anything and charge me and my insurance company. I will never return here for anything .
Lyliana Gayoso: Waiting time is not as posted in their website. I waited for almost two hoursin the examination room without anyone coming to check or to inform what is going on.
Karl Reimer: The receptionist was incredibly rude to a friend of mine who was incredibly sick along with her two young children. Announcing loudly that she would have to work through lunch for three new cases. In a moment of vulnerability being sick with two sick children, the employees of this practice should be helping her, not making her feel like a burden.
Liz Olson: I would like to say the reception staff and the triage nurse were beyond phenomenal and extremely kind. The time I spent in the lobby was very short compared to other urgent cares that I have been to. However, I was quite disappointed in the doctor that I saw, in that I felt that my concerns were dismissed. I went to them post a positive COVID test for a very persistent cough and pain in the chest. The triage nurse was beyond kind, took a thorough history. The doctor walks in, “so you’re here for congestion troubles?” No, I’m here because I cannot breathe. After a general exam, I was told “Oh, by the way, with this new covid variant, it can lead to blood clots in the lungs; so if your symptoms persist, you should go to the ER.” As a veterinary professional, blood clots in the lungs are not an “oh, by the way” statement.Second, after I was told I’m essentially fine (update; I wasn’t) I had pretty much every medication thrown at me. After expressing concerns that I live in chronic pain and cannot go without taking some kind of NSAID, the nurse practitioner tells me “well, can’t you take them every other day?” That’s not how chronic pain works, you should know that.THIRDLY, I am a person who is on a lot of psychiatric medications. I have a history of eating disorders and body dysmorphia. After discussing my living with chronic pain, attached to my discharge papers was information that my BMI score was indicative that I was overweight, and that is the reason I have chronic pain. Needless to say, I did not take that very well, and I will not be returning any time soon. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted at my treatment at this urgent care, so don’t come here if you are mentally ill or allegedly overweight according to a biased chart.
Lesia N.Greene: I was there at 7.50am with a deep cut on my eye lid that needed 5 stiches. The doctor was an hour late showing up to work and once I finally checked in, I was told they would not even stich the cut up because it was a cat injury! What kind of urgent care tells you that! More like an urgent waste of time and money! And a really bad stain on UNC's stellar Healthcare reputation. Go elsewhere! I ended up going to an emergency room.
Ahmad Abu Alhawa: I came with fever, and they thought it may be COVID so they tested me for COVID and it was negative, my fever didn’t go away and I came back, they said they do not know follow ups and they treated me like it’s my first visit!!!
TC Carpenter: I took my daughter here - a student at NCSU since it was fairly close to campus. Every interaction was positive. Easy check in, seen quickly, and friendly staff - including front desk, RN and PA. They were able to handle her tests here and quick with the medication and recommended a local pharmacy. Will definitely remember for the future.
Madissen Keys: Everyone here treated me exactly the way I was hoping for. They let me ask questions and made sure to have all of the answers for what I was looking for, which made me feel like my experience truly mattered. Thank goodness for y'all!!
Adrienne Fitch: We brought our 2 year old in after she cut her fingers pretty severely. They may not be specifically a pediatric urgent care, but we had a wonderful experience given the circumstances. The nurse was incredibly kind to my daughter, and the PA who treated us was gentle and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend using this urgent care!
Kristen Cudd: Hands down, the providers at UNC Rex at Raleigh gave us the best urgent care experience we have ever had. I broke my toe at home on a Saturday evening and we arrived less than an hour before they were set to close for the night. Everyone from the person who checked us in, to the nurse, radiologist, and doctor were all very friendly and down to Earth and approachable. It was the opposite of stuffy. There was lots of laughing along the way from all of us and a big high five when they straightened my toe back into position and it made a very satisfying click! I hope to not need their services again anytime soon but when we need urgent care, our family will choose this center.
Evanna Edward: very efficient and everyone i talked to was SO nice
Yanjin Zhu: Really wonderful experience today. They treat their patients very kind and professional and efficient.
Gianni Puddy: I visited this facility at the direction of my primary care provider to see a provider at a UNC urgent care and this was the one closest locations to me on the list my provider gave me. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted by the lady at the desk assuming her name is “t” because that’s what was on the wall. I was immediately shooed away to check in at the iPad before being asked what I needed help with. Exact words when opening the window “check in at the iPad we will be with you shortly” and closed the window. Not even giving me the opportunity to ask questions. Had she done that initially she wouldn’t have wasted 25 minutes of my time. I was literally the only person in the lobby and the wait time said 10-20mins. Well after 25 minutes goes by I approach the desk to ask questions. She immediately becomes rude as if I interrupted her because I’ve been waiting to be registered not to be seen by a provider but registered and again I am the only person in the lobby. When I explaining why I was there she kept cutting me off and raising her voice saying “we can’t do anything for you here you need to go to the ER” when I tried to explain further she got more irritated and kept cutting me off. So I decided to walk out and try to contact a supervisor to explain to them the rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and just down right wrong behavior I experienced from her. At first she said the supervisor wasn’t available “right now” then when I asked to be contacted as soon as possible the supervisor wasn’t there at all. I am a patient trying to get help and you really want to make someone’s day harder by being unprofessional. I’ve been to plenty of UNC urgent cares that were actually in chapel hill and I have NEVER experienced such behavior. You are never too important to be kind. If she would have properly greeted me in the first place we could have saved 25 minutes and a negative Google review. Thankfully I’ve been to other UNC’s and I know it’s not them…it’s her.
Joey Bell: Nurses are nice! If you’re an adult and a guy Named William Howard Grant is your doctor ask for another one. The management is also unhelpful when they have lazy and disrespectful doctors on their staff. "They'll take care of it"
L Oudeh: Horrible experience. I made an appointment online since I was pretty ill with Covid symptoms. After filling out the registration papers, The receptionist told me that they did not accept my insurance and that I would be charged $240, that is, excluding the tests. My son was also being tested since he too was feeling ill, that would be another $240 plus the testing done. I had no choice but to cancel. That was upsetting enough, but the worst part was what the older receptionist said. Some older lady was complaining of the wait time and she made a comment to the fact, that the entire Raleigh town decided to come over after Christmas to see the doctor. That is so very unprofessional. You’re there to take care of patients not to make snarky comments. At least you could be compassionate to your patients. Will never go there again.

Оля Фортунатова: horrible lugar!
Victoria Canady: .---------------------UPDATE--------‐----------------finally got my appointment, and staff was wonderful, patient, professional, answered my questions, sensitive, and in no way diminished my worries, curiosities, or concerns. The wait was a bit excessive but thats normal.(Traducido por Google
Simone Mendez: Sat here for two hours 4-6 and was not seen . It was 6 o'clock and I was the last person in the lobby and they close at 5. Ridiculous wait times. Won't be coming back and don't come here.
Serena Sonoma: It is absolutely impossible to get a hold of literally anyone via phone call. It’s only so much patience you can have with this Planned Parenthood until you have been calling for nearing a month to request the results of your blood testing. It’s ridiculous.

Melissa Anne Christians: Dr Waters is an AWESOME doctor, i've been with her for about 5 yrs and she supports the LGBT community
Cameryn E: Dr. Waters is very knowledgeable. I've had her for four years and she has helped me with a lot of various health issues. When I had a runny nose she took me seriously and urged me to go to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor after it didn't clear up with usual treatments. It turned out that the runny nose was cerebral spinal fluid and I needed surgery. If Dr. Waters didn't take me and my ailment seriously I wouldn't have gotten the care I needed.I also have worked with Shanel Norris who is very competent.Thank You Wakebrook Team!
Melissa Anne: Awesome as always
Joe Black: Horrible Heath care.Ray is the biggest racist I have ever met.He tries to to be a mentor, but fails at every level. Nobody I talked to liked him.Actually, I don't know what he does accept text, watch TV and gossip, lol, but sad for tax payers.Hell, he doesn't know the difference between a grape popsicle and a red one.He lectures black people must stick together, really. He never smiled and was always wrong...
Marie B: All nurses and Dr’s are very attentive and detailed. Feels like family when you walk in😇

Nicole Ferrell: Good Doctors long wait time for appointments
BETTY BOYD: My granddaughter goes there the doctors and staff are extremely nice.
Marvin and Stacy Thomas: Very caring and compassionate providers and care team! Definitely recommend!
Chandra Butler: My Dr is here and She's Great.!!
Michelle Roberts: I got a ultrasound May 5, its May 23rd I called multiple times about my results ito speak with the nurse and on one returned my call unbelievable, oh my bad one call on the 22nd of May with blood work results from 2022, knew nothing about my results ultrasound.I'm trying not to go into office cause my attitude and my pain level , looking into finding another doctor
Veronica Dominguez: I recently had my first appointment as a new patient at Advance Community, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the security guard and check-in staff were friendly and efficient, my interaction with Dr. Grace Gichuhi, MSN, FNP, was less than satisfactory. Dr. Gichuhi initially scanned me while inquiring questions on my visit. When Dr. Gichuhi learned of my medical diagnosis, they way she treated me was worst. Despite expressing my concerns about abdominal and heart pain, Dr. Gichuhi only performed a brief heart check and did not thoroughly address my specific areas of discomfort. It seemed that she did not want to examine me. I also mentioned a knee injury, which I expressed I needed a new referral due to insurance change. She fail to examine my knee and kept stating that I should return to the previous specialist who assisted me. After continuously inquiring for a referral to be able to return, she finally did it. However, if she would have examine my knee, she would not have hesitated to refer me, initially. What disappointed me further was her demeanor during the consultation. She repeatedly corrected my pronunciation and vocabulary in a condescending manner, making me feel incompetent and undervalued. Additionally, the lack of a comprehensive treatment plan and the omission of several concerns in the paperwork added to my frustration. In my experience, I honestly felt discriminative against due to my medical diagnoses and/or of Hispanic descent. Unfortunately due to not obtaining what I needed, I had to make another app. for next week with another Dr. to get the medical service I need. As a new patient, it was appalling to find out that this was not the only isolated incident. She has a pattern of treating individuals this way.It is crucial for healthcare professionals to provide equitable and respectful care to all patients, irrespective of their backgrounds.
Lerrell Parker: My visit here was very pleasant from the time I walked in and out. The security guard was very friendly and genuinely greeted everyone that came in and out. The front desk lady, Joqietter was very nice and also engaged me in conversation as she took my info. The girl that took me to the back and took my vitals Plesha, was like a little sister, she was a joy to talk to. Dr. Colin, at first I couldn't really read his energy but, he loosened up a bit and turned out awesome, maybe it was time for a lil coffee 🤣The lab nurse was the highlight of the end of my visit, I hate I didn't get her name but, we'll just call her the sistah with the starter locs. Her energy was everything an awesome aura. Thanks for a great visit to all the staff I encountered.
Emily Leverett: They are friendly and they have different classes to attend
Chris W: When DR's move on, no notice no medication until you see replacement Dr, so if you take meds BEWARE, they was the reason my GMA had a stroke she ran out meds wouldn't refill meds until new Dr visit which was a month later....THEY NEED NEW POLICIES ON THAT
Andrea Williams: It should not take years to sign yes or no papers. I have a Class A CDL and was let go at my job just because my doctor did not want to take a few seconds to sign papers that i can return back to another facility. After i get my papers, this doctors office will never see me again. It should not take a whole week for something so simple.
Venessa Spence: First time going here and there was honestly no point in having an appointment... don't think I will be going back
Terrell Hilliard: Definitely do not consider if you need something done urgently. It’s going on 4 months and my mother still can’t get them to fill out her sleep apnea paperwork so that she can get her machine. She keeps calling and going down there but all she gets is the run around. Low income individuals should have access to the same healthcare and help as everyone else. This place really doesn’t care for their patients.
Henry M. Lancaster II: Quiet but effective community resource.
Mesfin Mekuria: Excellent service
Naya Frederick: Tish Folld Was The Best Nurse I Had & Would Like To Have Her As My Nurse For All My Appointments , She Is Sweet & Respectful 💓💓💓💋💋💋
Anyi Marte: Tranquidad u bueno servicio
Rachel Monee: This has been a horrible experience with this office. It is completely unacceptable that they are unable to complete simple tasks on behalf of their patients. Sending referrals with missing information and taking way too long to correct the forms and send them back. I have been trying to get a referral for home health for my elderly aunt since DECEMBER !!! They keep leaving her Medicaid ID number off the form . I am completely disgusted by the lack of care and accountability and we will be finding her a new Doctor pronto . Please don’t take on the hassle, just find another office. I would not recommend them at all!!!
Angela Brock: Advance Community Health Has come so so so very far.1. I have been under their care since 1991, and the change is crazy..2. I like the fact that they have more than 1 location.3. The doctors care has also change.4. The system of keeping up with confidence and privacy of the their patients also has come a long ways.5. I like the fact they have and in house pharmacy.6. The waiting has been cut in half.So much more....I know that I mentioned in my earlier post about how much the location on Rock Quarry has changed. However I am highly upset right nowThe story began 2.3 years ago. I was so amazed at how the office change I didn't even think about the kind of services they were going to have if you really need someone..This place is Horrible Horrific Horrible if you valie your life or your family life FINE ANOTHER PC Doctor. I went for test 2.3 years ago and do you known when they return the results? Right after a ER visit in which I end up with Colon Cancer having to immediately have surgery.. 2.3 year later I call for meds after another visit to ER where. Blood Sugar was so high it took around 5 hours to get it down.. Now I know the situation shouldn't have gotten that bad in either one of the cases however trying to home remedy the situation wasn't to my advantage however the 1st incident the visit was less than a week, the second was 3 weeks and i left pee that they probably never looked at.I m very upset I thank God he is looking out for me, because if not for him I stutter to think what might have been. I call at 8:00 this. Morning it is now 12:00 nothing but hum just to let you know it could take.up too 48 hoursI have been going there for over 25 years is this the treatment a person should get on any leave??? I called 10:33 just to get that same dum message.. It takes some time I know because it seems like no one is excepting new patients. Just don't you give up.....
Chantal Pugliese: First time as a patient in this place, the first appointment was to take information, the second was for the physical and the practitioner made the appoinment for me to follow up on my back pain, I asked the assistant if she could do the physical for me and she She sent me to say that I had to make another appointment, This appoinment supposed to be for the physical, that clown made me waste my time, many nurse practitioners in this place in the adult area as well as in the pediatric area, the name of the clown nurse practitioner is Omotunde Adeyeme she is not a doctor , and the complaint It was also set for the bosses.
Mari DeJesus Jackson: Unprofessional.
