Kenneth Greene: Remind you of your appointments. They have been fairly priced so far.
Chris Coker: DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY. THE CURRENT VET HERE DR. SIMON IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. YOURE BETTER OFF GOOGLING YOUR DOGS SYMPTOMS AND MAKING YOUR OWN BEST GUESS, BECAUSE THATS WHAT HES GOING TO DO!
Jill Clarkson: This is an excellent staff. The only issue I have is that when I attempted to refill my cat’s flea, tick and heart worm medication they informed me that they require a health exam to refill the medication. My cat is 5 years old and in good health. When I questioned their requirement I was told that they needed a client/patient relationship (which we have because we received her 3 year vaccinations at their facility), I informed them that we did and then they said it was illegal which at that point they just seemed to come up with an excuse as to why they could not sell it. I understand they are there to make money, but requiring a health exam for flea, tick and heart worm prevention seems excessive.
Cheryl Howard: Very kind and compassionate!
Lisa Medlen: Raleigh Community Animal Hospital has been my go-to veterinarian for several years. The entire staff is amazing, caring, thoughtful, compassionate, and above all, professional people who love pets! They make you feel welcome the moment you step through the door and they treat your furbabies like they are their own. Dr. Miller is truly one of a kind and I’m so glad she joined the RCAH team. She is incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent, never rushes, and communicates everything clearly and with ease. And she makes it a priority to keep your pet as stress-free as possible throughout the appointment. I am so happy with the level of care this team provides and want to thank you all for taking great care of my girls!
Elle W: For over eight years, the RCAH team has taken care of my sweet, sassy cat. Every single team member showed me and Jojo amazing kindness and provided the highest level of care - I knew they always had her best interest at heart. And if you need a place for your pet to stay while you travel, their boarding team is phenomenal - I would not have trusted anyone else to care for my senior cat as well as they did.Yesterday, I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl after 17 years. The RCAH team displayed unparalleled compassion and kindness through this difficult decision. They brought us into their comfort room, talked about next steps, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. It was all so very peaceful.I cannot thank the RCAH team enough for their kindness, knowledge, and support over the last eight years. Jojo was always in good hands and I am so grateful for each and every one of you.
Zach Morrison: Wouldn't recommend this place. I had to pay 54$ dollar fee to just set up appointment for my cat. We wanted them to give him a shot and they couldn't even do that. All what they did is do blood work. So I had to pay 200$ and they never even gave him his shot. They even said they couldn't cut his nails cause our cat wouldn't let them. Lol. I've definitely been to better vets than this.
Melissa Etchison: Thorough, excellent service, knowledgeable, caring. Just moved here from out of state. The high ratings are very accurate.
Melanie Hamilton: The facility was very clean and did not smell .The animals looked very well taken care of.
Graceanne Piner Piner: After trying four different vets in the area, I’m so grateful for running into Dr. Beecroft. He is the absolute best! So kind and the best at his job. 100% recommend.
M. L.: The vets and vet techs are so kind and friendly.
Dillian: I love this vet office. Everyone is super nice. Been going here a little over 6 months. Only thing I have issue with is the prices went up since the last vaccination round, so it went outside the cap of our pet insurance. But with inflation, I get it. It didn’t go out a crazy amount, but the vaccines went up, exam went up, etc. BUT. Still worth it.
Samuel Smith: Found a lost dog & our dogs vet was able to track the owner by the chip. Dog was reunited with her hooman.
Grace Pittman: My dog Josie has gone to RCAH since she was a puppy for both boarding/daycare when necessary and vet care! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. They treat Josie like their own, and that is evidenced by how much she loves to visit! They also treated me with such compassion several years ago when my former dog unexpectedly passed- I had our first appointment booked but hadn’t made it in yet when it happened. The staff was incredibly kind to me and even sent a card even though we had yet to spend a dollar with them. Josie and I will be lifelong clients from that alone!
Sabrina Diaz: I absolutely love this place. These people genuinely care for you and your animals. When I had my pet chicken’s they were there and provided the best care possible. They consoled me when I had to put my chicken Elly to sleep after she was attacked, they helped save my chicken Amy,helped our cat Bugsy and will now help with my new adoption Mila. When Elly passed I was an absolute reck and felt like they were the only ones with compassion when she passed. I even received a card from the staff after her passing. It was the absolute sweetest thing ever! I have heard so many horror stories from other places & I will not trust anyone else with my pet other than this location. PLEASE bring your baby here. This is the SAFEST place you can possibly bring them.
Kevin Singer: Good communication. Friendly staff and vets. Accurate and transparent pricing. I've never felt like they're trying to "upcharge" me. Highly recommend.
Nancy C.: Dr. Beecroft was kind, personable and quick to follow up with a summary of my senior dog's bloodwork including recommendations for additional diagnostics. Requested estimates were provided immediately. Also no guilt trips or pressure for additional services that are not in my budget currently. I feel they are reasonably priced as well. A very good experience.
Rachel Bond: We had our first visit with Raleigh Community Animal Hospital Friday and had a great experience. Landon became best buds with our long haired chihuahua Buffy and made her feel so safe and comfortable. She has always been a nervous girl but Landon made her feel right at home. Dr. Simon was very thorough and kind, even though Buffy didn't quite warm up to him. Overall we had an excellent experience and look forward to bringing Buffy and our cats to this vet in the future.
Jo Herzfeld: The staff there were very friendly and all cared for my fur baby like it was one of their own ~ I was very impressed with everyone there ~ this was my first time going there with a severely injured dog ~ it was well worth the drive there ~ will be using them as a vet with all of my fur babies ~ can't say enough about this place ~ would highly recommend them to everyone I know and talk to ~ they even followed up several week's after to check on my dog. Very Very impressed with this Animal Hospital. Thank You for taking such good care of my dog!!!!!!!
Crystal Tate: The staff and vets are wonderful. They take great care of my very old Black Lab. They are also compassionate and caring. When I thought that my dog had some serious issues and broke down crying, the MD gave me a hug and reassured me that my goodest boy would be okay. I appreciated that. Lastly, it's the most affordable animal hospital/ boarding facility that I've found in Raleigh.
Lisa Miller: My dog Wrigley LOVES his boarding and daycare stays at Raleigh Community! He can’t get enough of the outdoor and indoor playtime. I’m happy that no matter the weather they can make him happy with plenty of playtime. Thanks boarding and daycare staff, you are all wonderful!

Melinda Burris: What a joke. Received an invoice from three years ago that was paid, for my dog that passed away over a year ago. Tried to call the office on both numbers listed no one picked up and no voicemail was set up. Found out they were closed and no one was in the building at 2pm on a Friday even though their hours state they are open until 4:30p on their website and 5p on Google. Good thing we don’t go here anymore if I had a pet that needed help they be would be helpless. Nice to see that poor quality still continues after three years, good job on staying consistent. To make things worse, the doctor has to give himself a 5 star review to hide the negative reviews.
Evan Voordeckers: Never responds to phone calls, messages. Takes multiple calls or emails to get a response. Always closed
Kelly Whelan: This isn't our regular vet; we brought our cat here during an emergency (she had an escalating upper respiratory infection). We received kind, compassionate care - the doctor took the time to explain things to us thoroughly and was very good to our kitty in a very stressful situation. And the visit was pretty affordable despite being an emergency. The one complaint I have is, this office seems to share a building with a dog daycare and the barking we could hear through the walls in the exam room was NONSTOP. (They do try to address this with music via Bluetooth speaker, which I appreciate). Just mentioning in case you have a nervous kitty like we do; it's something to consider if you're able to time your appointment for a less busy day (or possibly ask for/wait for an exam room that might be quieter).
Nancy L: Really great staff! Very knowledgeable and showed genuine care for my pets.
Verna Mino: my dog was out of his heart meds and it is a compound. I was having trouble getting it. I called the office and they had some and filled it right away. Very Very friendly and efficient. Dr. Marlin is the best.
Karen: Me and my pug, Karson, LOVE Veterinary Care Anywhere animal hospital! Dr. Marlon is the most personable Dr. I have met and we can’t express the gratitude we have for his practice, him and his staff. This is a teaching hospital where interns get the hands on experience from him directly, and they show advanced talent in their practices from working with him. Dr Marlon is the only vet there, which makes this incredibly personal for me and my baby pug. Karson almost died at age 1 when he was diagnosed with pancreatitis, I brought him to vet care anywhere and he survived.. was held there daily to hangout with the staff so they could give him all the care he needed. I am a nursing student and barley make ends meet, dr Marlon understands and has me pay what I can when I get paid. I am forever grateful for them and would never go anywhere else! I knew when Karson was diagnosed one month ago with type 1 diabetes that I was in the best hands, I did not stress I just let the staff take care of him and continued on my regimen when dr Marlon made for me and Karson. My fur child is happy and Healthy!!! Yay! Thank you vet care for all that you do for us ! 🏼❤️
Denise Fatigati: I used to go to Banfield until I was introduced to Dr. Marlon.. I am extremely satisfied with the way he takes care of my Buster he is very thorough and makes me feel very comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment.
Bonnie Latham: Outstanding Service. This review is based on initial new patient visit of two senior dogs, both with a variety of issues, to Vet Care Anywhere Animal Hospital. I wanted to transfer from another animal hospital, where I was being "up-serviced and up-charged" at every opportunity. Dr. Marlon is a sole practitioner, assisted by a number of vet interns, whom he is mentoring. His office isn't in the "high rent district", nor is it fancy on the inside, but he has up-to-date, on-site lab equipment, which shows me that he knows where to properly put his investment. He is a fantastic Vet., intelligent, dedicated, compassionate and practical. I could tell that Dr. Marlon absolutely loves his work by how he addressed all my numerous concerns in detail with both dogs, answered all my questions, identified priorities in treatments. I wasn't charged astronomically although Dr Marlon spent a good deal of time with both dogs and performed several on-site treatments. I feelDr Marlon is trust-worthy, and he is now my primary veterinary doctor. My only quibble is that it is very noisy at this veterinary practice due to the constant barking next door at the dog-daycare facility.
Bri Edwards: In the early days of COVID lockdowns we noticed something on our dog's eyelid that was bothering her. We have never, ever, made her go through something difficult like a vet visit without us there to keep her reassured, and we called a huge number of vets trying to find anyone who would work with us to find a way to maintain human safety while doing anything other than demand we drop her off to be taken back alone to an unfamiliar room for an unknown time. It seemed like in such a difficult time, everyone became more rigid instead of more flexible--seeing her outside, even looking at a picture--no one would budge, or even really listen to our request. Then we found Dr. Marlon. His practice had already thought deeply about keeping people safe while reassuring dogs and owners. First, he was willing to provide a detailed, considerate and personal correspondence about the issue by email before the appointment. Then, we found the system they set up for visits: our dog was taken to a room with full-length window where she was able to see us constantly and be within inches throughout the visit, while Dr. Marlon stayed on the phone for his whole examination, explaining everything he did in real time exactly as if we had been there in the room. Our dog was treated quickly, kindly, and with tremendous care for her and us. This experience embodied what we have since learned is true of the whole practice. The rest is history, and he has been our primary vet ever since. It is so clear that he just wholeheartedly cares for all animals and owners, even ones like us who are not his long term patients. I honestly don't know how he manages to see so many patients and still give everyone the same earnest attention - it's amazing to see and it's also every pet owner's dream! In the two years now that we've been patients, our dog has developed some tough old-age issues that Dr. Marlon thankfully diagnosed in time, including diabetes and Cushing's disease. He has been there for us through it all, including urgent calls and visits when she has a bad turn, and to help turn specialist consultations into a plan that sees her as a "whole patient." She is still enjoying her life with us, and we know much of this is thanks to his help.I would be remiss if I did not also compliment his staff for being an essential part of the same dynamic. There is a strong sense of compassion and competence among every member of the crew that makes everything work so harmoniously!  I could go on and on but for the sake of time, I will just say that I cannot recommend them more highly!
John Mansueto: Useless
bobbie goodwin: This has been the best vet I've ever witnessed. From Dr. Marlon to his staff- everyone is amazing and understanding. My baby, Sassafras, had some complications and they fit me in immediately every time I was concerned. 5 visits in a week to be exact. They took amazing care of her and eased my mind in the process. Everyone is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer questions. I never felt rushed or that it was a burden. I will forever stand by!!
Cindy Liu: I interned for Dr.Marlon for about a year and became a veterinary assistant during the process! He is a great mentor and veterinarian and I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about vet med from him. He is very knowledgeable about pets and tries to give the best care possible. I will continue to bring my cat to him while I’m still in the area. If you are a pre-vet student looking for some great experience before applying to vet school then working for Veterinary Care Anywhere is the place to be!
The McKoys: Dr. Marlon was patient with my timid fur baby. He explained very thoroughly what was going on with my dog and presented healthy and cost effective options. The vet techs were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient not only with our fur baby, but with my endless questions.
Ashley Curtis: 2 words!!GOD SENT!!
jermaine hash: They are awesome and they really care about my pet. They took care of my dog and they saved me about $3000 fro what another veterinary quote me. They other place was just interested in the money and Vrt.csre anywhere was just interested in healing g my dog. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!!
diane Bourbonnais: El mejor veterinario!!!
jorge navarro: No llevaría a mi cachorro a ningún otro lugar definitivamente lo recomendaría si no sabes a dónde llevar a tu bebé peludo
Ronald Delatorre: gran medico
Jeanette Cebry: Agradable para trabajar. Gran experiencia. Agradable.

Taylor Dapkevich: Originally came to Quail Corners Animal Hospital when my dog was having an allergic reaction, I was freaking out, and our primary vet gave us the cold shoulder. Called Quail Corners on a whim and the vet tech quickly walked me through assessing the situation, what to give right away, and got him seen and treated immediately. I was blown away by how calm, polite, and caring the tech was- despite my freaking out and us having never been there before.Fast forward more than a year and Dr. Morgan is our go-to vet. She’s incredibly kind, thorough, and only does what’s necessary, while working with the fact that our dog is a wee bit vet-anxious. You guys are great!!
T Whigham: Great new patient visit with Dr Posey. I’m confident that Quail Corners will be a great partner in keeping Cinnamon happy and healthy.
Jarod Rosenthal: Demonstrated excellent communication skills. We were able to work through some challenges. Would work with them again.
Ricardo Santamaria: Great professional service thanks
Edward Matthews: Our epileptic dog ran out of his prescription anticonvulsant medication on a Sunday and unfortunately our usual pharmacy was closed. We contacted Quail Corners to procure a day's worth of meds, so the dog would not be in danger of having seizures, only to have Quail Corners give us the complete cold shoulder. They claimed it had been too long since the dog's last check up and also said that since it was Sunday we would have to pay an extra fee on top of their already higher than average Dr. visit fee; only after all that would they allow us to buy the single dose of medicine our dog needed. We're not rich people (and frankly wouldn't want to contribute to the wealth of these vets in any way after the way they've treated us) so our only option was to decline their upcharge-ultimatum which left us to simply hope our dog would be okay without medicine.Still thinking of bringing your pet here? Please read on as to why you definitely should not.The reason our dogs haven't been to Quail Corners lately is due to the fact that they rushed one of our dogs into a risky surgery only to discover something that they could and should have realized from reading the dogs basic blood-work results. He had pancreatitis, something that is easily determined by a blood test at most (and all competent) vets, but not at Quail Corners apparently. Only after a 1300 dollar "surgery" where they cut his belly open and visibly saw his inflamed pancreas we're they able to determine this. No explanation given, no apology, and definitely not discount was given for the "surgery". It was and is completely unforgivable negligence on their part.I believe the most befitting single word for the treatment we have received from Quail Corners over the years would be inhumane, which isn't a word you'd like to associate with a vets office; quite literally the farthest wordfrom it.edit- In response to Quail Corners response:My wife is the one who typically takes our pets to vet visits so it's no surprise that you don't recognize my name. Your reply also seems to seek to discredit our story moreso then be an ernest attempt to rectify anything which is disappointing but frankly not surprising based on our prior experiences with your business. Furthermore I don't know how engaging you on the phone at this point could possibly be helpful; after we called needing help (a single does of medication which was prescribed to our dog by your very own office) and were blown off.The dog's epileptic condition is obviously not something temperary so to demand another vet visit (during premium-priced emergency hours, during a pandemic of all times) was and is a blatant cash-grab and proves a lack of empathy on your part. That day you were able to confirm the dog's identity and his necessary medication via your records yet were simply unwilling to help even this miniscule amount for unethical reasons from where I stand. After repeat acts of negligence regarding the well being of our dogs I'm sorry but you've forfeited the chance to garner any amount of good faith from us. The dog's is doing fine by the way; we we're able to procure a day's worth of his medication from a more thoughtful and understanding establishment later that day, but thanks for your (lack of) concern.
Emily Voliva: Vets and staff here have been consistently caring, prompt, and thorough.
Judith Larsen: Great experience at Nolas appt.Yesterday! Dr. MILLER IS AMAZING!!!
Albert Choy: Dr. Posey is great! She asks about our other cats even when the appointment is only for one.
Kim Jordan: Dr.Piver is great! Jensey was treated kindly.
Brenda Wafel: Great care for Cameron. Spent time examining her and getting to know her. Everyone was very helpful.
Kathryn Whitlock: Staff always friendly, professional and sweet to my pets.
Lazy Pirate: I feel like they love my puppy as much as I do!
siyeducation: Absolutely caring and wonderful staff and doctors. I have taken 4 of my cats there, 2 on emergency. I love the 24 hrs service, unequalled!! Thanks for taking care of our babies. I am totally happy to post this comment. Dr. Sanders & the staff are the best. We love the care they provide. They are so good with our pets. Thank you.
Verna Mino: personal maravilloso
Nancy Harner: ESQUINAS DE CODORNIZ ES LO MEJOR.

Letárgico, no comía.
Maegan Hunsucker: ¡Personal increíblemente atento y bien informado!
jodi underwood: The whole staff including the doctor is amazing. Very caring and gentle. If your pet is sick, this is the place to go!! I noticed that they have other services , such as a "pet resort" and heard a pet parent discussing the heat. The front desk was quite helpful with information about special precautions taken due to heat. Impressed!
Steff Barrios: Very professional vets! My dog gave them a hard time at first but they were super professional and nice with my fur baby. The second time was super easy and outgoing.
Tammy Fobes: These guys are so wonderful, their service and compassion is beyond reproach.. unfortunately my baby couldn't be saved but the Dr.was so kind, honest, understanding, and she took all the time with me I needed ❤️ I will continue to take my pets here and I'm so grateful to these guys for everything..
Nikki Westbrook: It was my babys first day at daycare there today, he is a big ole 3month Great Pyrenees that weighs 40 lbs , never been around other people or animals, he seemed to have liked it but he needs more socializing with that daycare so he can not be scared around other people or animals. The staff were really sweet and took really good care of him. Thank you all for making his first day special.
Emilee Draper: The staff at North Hills is honestly terrific. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. However, this vet charges literally double than other vets in the area. You will get great care here, but you will be incredibly overcharged.
jonathan gilden: $800 for a teeth cleaning? They wont allow humans in there. If you do go here, get the price of services in writing in order to avoid the same mistake I did. Talk about price gouging. It’s insane.
Attila Didek: Watch out for their recommendations about medicine They prescribe.Without hesitation They sold medicine for 300 that costs 13-15.I guess It's typical of medicine practices...
Jordan Lindsey: cats here for their check ups, shots, etc. I trust this place and have yet to have a negative experience. One final thought. I don’t know the details of what happened (I.e.- where he went, WHY he left, why it happened so suddenly, etc.
Jaime Daly: gave me helpful options to help my sweet girl out & it worked rash gone & Bella ABSOLUTELY loves doggie daycare. She made lots of friends & loves kennel staff...see you guys soon(Traducido por Google
Ashley Ward: . At this point we just need to keep her comfortable but that's not their priority.(Traducido por Google

Rachel Hawkesworth: We love the VCA and Dr. Fox and the vet techs! Always a great experience. They know my dog on sight now and give him lots of loves!
Pamela Buzek: Excellent, caring staff and doctors. We have been with Dr. G for 43 years!
Lorraine McAvoy: It's taken me a year to write this review but I did not want to write it in the heat of the moment. I took my puggle here for 11 years, from the day I rescued him till about a year ago. The doctors at this location change frequently. We started out with Dr. Holland and how I wish she never had left. After that, I tried to stick with Dr. Ghiloni as often as I could. He was/is an amazing vet and always took the time to really figure out what was going on with Rufus. Last year, I had to unfortunately take my dog there on a day when Dr. Ghiloni wasn't in and he was seen by another vet. That visit and her horrible bed side manner were enough for me to decide to make a change in vet practices. Looking at their website, it looks as though she is no longer there, and let me reassure you, that is a very good thing. After my last visit resulted in me walking out of my appointment, Dr. Fox did call me and was very apologetic. I don't think my dog ever saw her but at least she was very nice and seemed to care.I give three stars for the following reasons:1 - Cost. They are extremely expensive as I found out rather quickly when I switched Vets. Do yourself a favor and shop around. I would get charged approx. $400+ for a senior panel bloodwork on my dog. I never questioned it as I thought it was the "norm". Maybe they just ran every test in the book and my new vet only runs what they really deem necessary but either way, I pay way less now.2 - Revolving door of doctors and vet techs. I know that's not exactly the clinics fault, or maybe it is? Not really sure but after my last run in with the female dr. who is no longer there, I could not in good conscience return.3 - Not examining old, scared, visually impaired/deaf animals in the room with their owners. I get that their exam rooms are small, however, the last visits with this awful dr., the dog was whisked away to the back and I could hear the crying in pain. He had injured his tail (limp tail) and she tried to take his temperature... when he got snippy about that, she tried to put a muzzle on him. I get they need to protect themselves but at what point do you stop trying to take a temperature when clearly that is not what the issue is. Rufus can tell good people from not so good people and that was clearly the case here.Anyway, Pam the admin was always great and Dr. Ghiloni always had a great bedside manner. I wouldn't have stuck with them for as long as I did if he hadn't (we moved over an hour away). I wish them the best.
A. Jett Edwards: I cannot say enough positive things about the vets, vet techs, and staff here. Their knowledge, kindness, and compassion (for pets and their owners) is top notch. Dr. Ghiloni has been especially wonderful to our family and gone above and beyond with all our pets, whether it was a routine visit or when treating them when they were sick.
Kassondra Hickey: I am deeply saddened by the experience that my family and I had at VCA Animal Hospital. It started 2 months ago when our cat started missing the litter box occasionally and we brought her in for a checkup. The vet recommended a urine test, and that she may have either feline idiopathic cystitis or simply be experiencing stress from a new kitten entering the household. Upon reviewing the urinalysis results, the vet called and said the results were clear and that we should try to give her space and time to destress. Over the next two months, our cat began struggling to breathe, so we brought her back. At this appointment, now two months from the first test, a different vet mentioned to me that there WAS BLOOD IN HER PREVIOUS URINE SAMPLE! Something that was never communicated to me!The vet now suggested a blood test and x-rays to determine if she had any diseases. The blood test was inconclusive, and the x-rays showed fluid around her lungs. At this point, the vet recommended performing a procedure to drain this fluid in order to help her breathe. I of course said yes to this, wanting her to be out of discomfort. She then performed x-rays again but could not pinpoint the cause of the fluid buildup. She recommended bringing in another vet to perform an ultrasound. Following the ultrasound we were told that she had many tumors and lymphoma. The veterinarian recommended that we take her home for one last night to be pampered before bringing her back the following day to be put to rest. During these procedures, we were informed that our cat had shown improvement and her breathing had become easier. However, when we brought her home, we noticed that HER BREATHING HAD SEVERELY WORSENED AND HER GUMS HAD TURNED BLUE AND NEAR COLORLESS, indicating an emergency situation. Instead of spending a peaceful last night with our cat, we received her in a critical state, far worse than when we had left her that morning. IT WAS EXTREMELY DISTRESSING TO SEE HER SUFFERING, not knowing what actions to take, and feeling uncertain about whether she would make it through the night. I strongly believe that the vet should have NEVER let us take our cat home in that condition.Eventually, we found an emergency hospital where we could bring her, and we were able to put an end to her suffering. I believe that WE WERE NOT PROVIDED WITH ADEQUATE INFORMATION AT VCA TO MAKE THE BEST DECISIONS FOR OUR CAT AND OURSELVES. Had we been informed about her condition, the potential outcomes, and the likelihood of those scenarios, we would have acted differently. We would NOT have allowed numerous procedures that left her in worse condition, and we definitely would not have permitted her to suffer any longer.I think that the order of diagnostics could have been handled differently, in the best interest of both the pet and the client, to ensure that additional procedures were necessary. Instead, it felt like an attempt to take advantage of our vulnerable state with very little hope of our cat's survival. We are shattered by our loss and the treatment we received from VCA. We would not recommend them to anyone. We called to cancel the euthanasia the following morning, but they were not remorseful of discharging her, and we never heard back from the vet. It's astonishing to me that they would let a pet go home in that condition, knowing that she would have to be put to sleep right away. In total, WE SPENT OVER $2000 TRYING TO DIAGNOSE AND SAVE OUR CAT, ONLY TO RECEIVE HER BACK IN FAR WORSE CONDITION FROM THE VET WHOM WE TRUSTED.In conclusion, I cannot OVEREMPHASIZE HOW DISAPPOINTED AND DEVASTATED WE ARE BY THE POOR TREATMENT WE RECEIVED AT VCA ANIMAL HOSPITAL. We hope that our experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others, and we encourage everyone to prioritize communication and customer service when it comes to veterinary care. We would not recommend this hospital to anyone and would advise against using their services.
Abby Petty: Can't say enough about how appreciative we are for VCA, Dr Fox, Pam, Joe, the entire staff!! You guys are the real MVP'S.
Mary Lee: First, I want to Thank the great ladies and Vet that helped me today with my baby Ivy!!!!! If I could give 10 Stars ⭐️ I definitely would! I came in this morning with Ivy because she had bloody stools and diarrhea which scared me half to death, I didn’t have an appointment but the staff was gracious enough to fit Ivy in their schedule! They were so very caring and hospitable to all of my concerns! Although we believe that Ivy was dealing with stress since we are in transition of moving this staff really went above and beyond for us this is the type of staff I would want to treat my fur babies! 😊 Thank you…….
Pedro Villanueva: Excellent service for my dog 🐶
Aimee Anderson: I called and explained I have a dog with anxiety issues and the receptionist told me they don’t take dogs like mine. So, DO NOT take your dog there if it has any anxiety issues.
Karen Henning: Visited the Wilmington nc vet with a very sick pet and they were kind and helpful.
Gabriele Smith: Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Betty Lanier: Drs and staff always friendly and helpful
Ipek Ozay: They're good and very friendly. Good, experienced vets are close to you and to your baby. I've been with them for 12 years . I know they're the best 😀
Meagan Bartee: I'm just really not into corporate vets and I didn't realize that that's what this was when I took my dog here a year ago. I ended up getting talked into like care club plan which was a rip. I don't want to talk poorly about any of the employees or the vets that work there they were perfectly okay I did ask about flea and tick and heartworm meds and they basically told me to get them off of chewy or one of those places which I felt like was weird I also asked about getting a nail trim and it just sort of never happened in the three or four times we went but again the service wasn't bad it's just all the stuff that goes with being corporate. Health care for people shouldn't be corporate neither should health Care for animals I'm just sort of over it
Florice Parker: The service is always good.
Portia Moore: They always take care such good care of our doodle! Love this place!
Jay H: They did well in dealing with my brat!
Ninoska Tippett: Great staff! I love the patience of the directors, especially Dr. Ghilony! Joe is always kind and Roberta, OMG! She is one of the few people that can control my tiny aggressive chihuahua. I might not know all the names but all of them are amazing! I enjoy the visits to VCA althought my dogs are always terrified, LOL. As some human adults, they do not enjoy the vaccines but those keep them healthy.
Amy Jones: Be careful and make sure you do your research. I loved Dr. Caplin who is no longer there. I took my cat in Thursday with some urinary issues, urinalysis was done. I don't like that the results don't come back that day, it was the next day. My cat has also had 2 previous issues with Struvite crystals. He has always done well on meds that relax his urethra, etc and she discounted my suggestion when I brought it up by saying they normally only prescribe when there is an obstruction. I should have been more persistent. This is a common medication that he tolerated well in the past and pretty much one of the meds that's prescribed commonly even when there is not an obstruction. Urinary stuff is common in cats-there is kind of a go to cocktail of meds that work well generally. I called 2 other vets who agreed and would have handled differently especially knowing his past issues too. She also charged re exam fee when I went back to get results of urinalysis today- never had a vet do this. She gave me options of steroids and pain meds but she said they could not be prescribed together. Had to be one or the other. I chose pain meds. Vet leaves room and vet tech comes back with steroids and pain meds for Candy Corn. I had to tell her vet said he could not have both- good thing I was paying attention! Lastly, I called back after I left today and had a few minutes to process everything, I had some questions and I called and left a message with desk and she never called me back. I will never be going back here to see Dr. Rodriguez or anyone affiliated with VCA. I do not feel that she actively listened to any of my concerns or explained the reasons why meds couldn't be prescribed together, etc. They could have potentially harmed Candy Corn by giving me both of the meds he was not supposed to take together, no return call from them and charged a ridiculous re exam fee of $55. Almost $400 later and I am not happy with the level of care for my cat..
Lynn Renee: He llevado a mi perro allí durante años.

Sheila Briggs: Awesome
Jasmine Henry: The Dr and tech was very patient and helpful. For the 1st time my dog was calm for a vet appointment. Thank you
LaTonya Mckoy: Excellent experience.
Theresa Zadori: Our appointment was at 4 and no one came in the room until after 4:30. Then they kept coming in and then leaving saying they'd be right back. All in all we were there from 3:45 till about 6:00. Most of the time we were just waiting in the room. When trying to take blood from Capone the tech couldn't get the needle in vein on his back paw. We had him still for a good 2 minutes. Then they wanted to try his front paw and when she tried to stick him there he tried to pull away. At that point she acted like he bit my husband, which he did not. He has never bit, growled at, or shown teeth in his life. She also thought he was growling when he was making normal Mastiff noises. I also didn't like that they took Maia out to get her vaccines. They ended up bringing her back to the room after we suggested that from the beginning. The other location does them in the room. It was very clear the techs were afraid of my gentle giants. So after all of that time Capone got zero treatment. We are now looking for a new vet that is comfortable with large dogs.
Mani Bostick: DISGUSTED WITH THIS LOCATION. This location performed a procedure on my dog WITHOUT MY CONSENT. We were under the impression that my dog was going back there to get blood drawn. Instead of them coming back into the room getting permission from the owners (ME) you tell me “I just went ahead and did it” She made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt very disrespected. Please don’t go here. They tell you they’re doing one thing to your dog just to come out to tell you they did something else as well! Then it was a procedure that was preformed — I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH, AT ALL. But what could I do? They had already did the procedure without my consent.
Tawanna Washington: Everyone is always so cute but there is always new people every time I come
Heather Lamb: Great CARE. These people have their hearts in taking care of animals
Stephen Brown: First visit. All staff were very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Great rapport with dog and parent.
Jaay Rose Marie: I had an appointment scheduled for two pets on Wednesday 2/22/23. Two 30 minute appointments back to back. We got there 10-15 minutes early and still weren’t seen 23 minutes into the first 30 minute appointment. So we’d been waiting with an anxious puppy and cat for almost 45 minutes without being seen. We were irritated and left because it was a simple appointment, no shots just a check up and fecal test. If I could give 0 stars , I would. While we were leaving, a customer that was there before us anxiously asked if we’d been seen and after I explained that we hadn’t and were just leaving because they were taking too long, she said she’d been waiting for over 2 hours to be seen. We will not be returning. And what made me write this post is that I just received an email ( more than likely automated because I wish they would purposely be so stupid😂 ) that thanked me for my visit and wished we would continue coming to them. Hilarious. Good bye vet care ✌🏽
BJ McLaughlin: Dr. Allison Schnoke and her staff are fantastic. Very professional, kind hearted, good listeners, genuinely care for your pet and the pet parent. They go above and beyond.
leo leo: Brought my dog Buddie in after being lost in the woods for 4 days. They took great care of him performing all the needed test an gave him a clean bill of health.
Dion Brooks: The Pleasant Valley Vetco team in Raleigh NC was thorough, friendly, efficient and used the least invasive techniques to help my dog. I was very pleased. Thank you!!
Clop Nibs: Didn't have to wait long. Dr Allison and support staff were very friendly and made me feel good about my dogs upcoming neuter surgery. Clean room, and Yoshi got some cheese treats from the vet tech. Very nice experience. -Vetco Pleasant Valley Cary NC-
Carissa Roets: The veterinarian was able to see me on very short notice, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful! They genuinely seemed like they cared about my pet, asked a lot of questions, and listened to all of my concerns. Luckily, my pet improved greatly overnight with the medication they prescribed and some close monitoring at home. Thank you :)
A C Wilmoore: The Visit went well I was in-and-out in a fairly good amount of time
Michele Thweatt: We were making an extremely difficult decision the day we brought our pet in. The Dr and nurse were very kind and supportive as we said goodbye to our sweet baby boy.
Glen Daniel: Gente súper amable y servicial. Me encanta cómo me ayudaron a mí y a mi perro.
Precios asequibles. Todos fueron muy serviciales. Recomiendo 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Caitlin: I am from Greensboro and have tried out many different Banfield’s over the years. When I moved to Raleigh I was close to being done with Banfield and corporate vets, but this Banfield changed my mind. This is by far the best Banfield I have ever been to and I feel so fortunate to have found them. They use the “Fear Free” approach and the difference is night and day compared to other offices. It doesn’t matter which specific Vet I schedule with I know my fur babies will be in safe hands. You can even feel the compassion from their vet techs/front desk staff. Everyone here truly cares for your animals and I have such a peace of mind every time I drop one of my pets off for an appointment. They have even squeezed me in for urgent needs for my Kitty. Thank you guys I am so grateful for you all at the Creedmore location!
Pat Daniel: I stopped by recently to correct a problem with my dog's records. They said they put the correction in the system but I still keep getting these annoying notifications telling me that he's due for some preventive meds. I gave up trying to correct it with them.On a more positive note I needed some records to be sent over to a new insurance company I was going to use for my dog it took two attempts to get the exact records that the insurance company wanted but they were very responsive and send the information over right away and I'm grateful for that.
Samantha: We love this location! We have tried a good big of Bandfield’s but when we found this fear free one we new it was the one! Dr.Winstead is one of the best vets we have ever had and she does so well with my pup!! We had been struggling with some thing for a year with so many visits when we changed to this location they immediately figured out what is was and now is finally getting better with the correct meds! Will always recommend this location
Natalia Bustamante: My Fur baby Cookie is a delicate dog. She has a lot of allergies issues. Banfield on Creedmoor rd has treated her for the past year getting her with the best plan , & treatments it's been a blessing. I totally recommend them to everyone who has a dogs. They make her feel comfortable, show her love, & give her the best treatment for her. I always get a lot of information to be able to help her with her needs. It's important to keep our pets healthy and safe. I am grateful for having found a vet who really cares for my fur baby.
Judy Huntley: Absolutely disgusted with the staff at this location. My dog suffered a seizure around 4:30 today and unfortunately because of the time we were told the vet wouldn’t see us because she has to finish up exactly at 5. Anyone who has animals knows how scary these situations can be and I just am completely beside myself that they actually turned us away. Thankfully the man at the front desk was able to give some helpful advice and send us towards an urgent vet.
Sav West: Claire and the other front desk staff were incredible. Claire in specific, went above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of and done correctly. She was super sweet and relatable. Dr. Winstead was very kind and explained everything thoroughly! Clean and calm environment. Fear Free is good for nervous and overly excited dogs!
Justin Galton: Banfield Pet Hospital, specifically this Creedmoor/Raleigh location, is one of the best Banfields I've been to across the entire country. Fantastic, personable, responsive Practice Manager, and phenomenal doctors and vet techs. Our experience at this location has been 5 stars, and considerably better than other Banfields in the area. My dogs have been treated with the upmost care, including without much lead-time, and we appreciate the level of care of this entire hospital. 100% Recommend!
Tim Tripp: Dr. Winsted is a wonderful doctor. I wouldn't want anyone else to care for Tasha.
sascha dacenka: Staff was on point. Dr Jordan made accurate timely decisions. Overall one of the best pet hospital I've ever been in. On top of the the staff is " FSA" certified. 🙌✔️ It doesn't get better than this location folks!
Melissa Reno: Dr. Jordan was the most thorough vet I've interacted with at Banfield in years. She caught important things other vets have not. Highly recommend.
Cheyenne Chance: Ask a young lady on the phone for information and she clearly didn’t know what was happening! I haven’t even scheduled a visit and im already disappointed with customer service
Ellen Arthur: Banfeild Creedmore are Absolute Life Savers - I HAVE to move - during the 2nd to last Hrricane I had a Waterfall comming in through my ceiling vent All night & there was never any Internal work done behind my wall. Anyway I'm a Pet Sitter & Covid was Brutal to my Biz. my Much Adored kitties needed their shots & a med check so I can move into a Great a place - which will Also be a God Send bc they have Trash pick up & I have Rhumatoid Arthritis SO my Former vets office told me they could do Nothing for me until the 12th - I tried explaining my situation ( a bit Not life story) & I called 3 days in a row Hopeing for a cancelation & Rebegged. Nothing but attitude. Then I got Smart & called Banfeild & they worked me in in Less than 48 hours& in addition Everyone I dealt with there from phone staff to office staff to the Vet was Amazing & Kind & Helpful. I am SO Grateful to them & my kitties are in Great Shape - the Vet made a special effort to tell me so which was So Great to hear. Apparently theywere Even Perfectly well behaved - and it was a Drop off- I'm SO Pleased to hear Offically that they are doing so Well & Happy/Healthy. I've Tried my Very best & I'm Etetnally Greateful to Banfeild for being so Wonderful
Kate Hurd: Wonderful staff fear free clinic Dr Jordan called personally to let me know how my cat Kobe was doing
Leah Greenwood: I was literally looking for a new Vet UNTIL I worked with the doctors and staff at Creedmoor Banfield.Jenessa, Tucker, and Doctor Ansel were the three who were AMAZING to my dog Lilly and myself today. Jenessa (so sweet and cheerful) checking us in and swooping in to get lilly back when she wouldn't settle down. Tucker, helping me pick her up and check out---explaining meds and just being a joy to speak with. And Jackie (Dr. Ansel) not only update me on Lilly's diagnosis and care but noticed consistent ear problems (she was there for an eye infection) and helped me make a plan to conquer years of yeast infections for my pup. She took so much time to talk me through it as well as suggest a way we could make lilly more comfortable next time through NO FEAR vetting and getting her an anti anxiety before her appointment.Above and beyond is an understatement for the team at Banfield CREEDMOOR. I literally switched to their office before leaving today. For the last nine years I've been a customer of the Cary location as well as the one in MB, SC. I've struggled to get appointments, have them open on time, or get consistent vets or staff. It never fails my dog is left in a kennel for long amounts of time and I spend all day worried. I've been searching for a new vet and have decided to stick it out with Banfield after my experience today. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how sure I am that the person (dog) who means most to me in the world was cared for. Thank you Doc, Jenessa, Tucker and the Creedmoor crew; see you soon!!!
Tomeka Atkinson: I'll choose this location any day over the Banfield/PetSmart locations. I was in desparate need of another Vet for my 5 month old Labradoodle and this location and Dr. Jordan did NOT dissappoint! After my encounter with her I immediately knew why she had so many rave Google reviews! She is the most thorough Vet I've met since having my pup. She even found things that other Vets missed and made sure that my furbaby was up to date on. I can also tell that Dr. Jordan LOVES animals and wants nothing but the best for all pets. After our conversation I immediately switched the this location for my furbabies ongoing care. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan and this location!
Donna Avery: I was introduced to Banfield Creedmor location when my normal Banfield location could not squeeze in my dog Thor who was having a severe eye issue...Thor was seen and is still being seen by Dr Jordan who has been nothing less than exceptional in caring for Thor. She is professional yet caring and has explained everything about Thors care with great detail and compassion. She was thorough and was instrumental in getting Thors referral to an opthomologist to ensure the best options for Thors eye. Dr.Jordan has earned my full respect and trust with Thor as I know she has his best interest at heart.
Hope R.: I can honestly say that my kitten (Rosie) is NOT the easiest to deal with. She has very high anxiety and she can be a handful at times and I appreciate that my veterinarian and tech has always been honest with me about it. Dr. Ansel is very patient with her and has been doing a great job with communicating with me, knowing I have concerns about Rosie’s anxiety with the staff. I also wanted to give a big thank you to the vet tech Emma. She has been so nice and informative about Rosie and she even took a picture of her after her spay was done while she was in recovery. She is also very patient with Rosie and I appreciate having a veterinarian and a vet tech that I know I can count on. Thank you for taking care of my fur baby. 🐾
David Evans: Cuidaron mucho a mi perra y pude llevarla rápidamente.

Shana Trapnell: Dr. Shahady is AMAZING!! We had our Frenchie scheduled for a dental cleaning. Dr. S called me shortly after drop off and advised our boy has a heart murmur. Under his advice, we postponed cleaning until further testing. Dr. S spoke to me for as long as it took, was extremely patient and easy to talk too. On the rescheduled dental cleaning day, Dr. S called with updates throughout the day. When my wife picked our boy up, Dr. S had many stitches on/around his nose from recently being bitten in the face by another dog. He was, naturally, scheduled off that day to recover from his injuries but came in just to keep our appointment, since it had already been postponed. Dr. S not only came in, ONLY, for us but never mentioned a word about it until my wife obviously inquired about his fresh facial injuries. I have had numerous dogs and been to numerous vets in/around Raleigh and I have never been more impressed with a veterinarian. Dr. S, you are AMAZING...thank you!
Josh Murray: Had a great experience. The staff were quick and polite. Dr. S and Tabatha made the process smooth and helped with answering all my questions. I’ve taken both my cats there and will continue to do so!!! Would give ten stars if I could!
Grace Riley: This place is amazing for your little fur babies they have amazing prices and amazing staff a lady there Tabatha help me so great with my dog and they got the job done
Luna Riley: Great staff. Took care of my pet very well. Very good prices. I recommend!
Troy: great service, great care, and clean!
Mary Smith: I have brought my kitten here since we found her. She was super tiny. The doctors help her get healthy and now she’s and healthy girl!!! We will continue to take her here for care. The staff took care of her and were super friendly.
Isabella Gamez: This is the worst animal hospital I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Even though you pay for the wellness plans, they’re still constantly trying to get more and more money out of you. It takes a lot of trust to have people, who you think would know what they’re doing, to take care of your baby. They seem more concerned with making you pay more than what is needed than the wellness of your baby. I can understand when it comes to recommendations when your baby is sick or in pain, but when you question them on WHY your baby needs something and the benefits, they make you feel like a horrible pet parent. They basically shame you into paying more and more for things my baby doesn’t even need. Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your fur baby to this horrible excuse of a vets office.
Aprill Wilson-Donahue: They have a great staff and the Vet is very informative. He comes out to see me after her treatments and explains everything. I recently had my little dog spayed and everything went great. I really like the Dr. and highly recommend them.
carla gomez: My husky (Sky) has been coming here since she was 13 weeks old now she will be 5 years in march and I am always pleased with the service that we receive. Good customer service, kind staff and great veterinarians ❤️ thank you all for the great work you provide.
¡Recomiendo Dr. G a cualquiera! ¡Gracias Dr. G!
Bri Smith: Hermoso hospital!
Alise Walter: The Dr was rude at every single interaction, actually argued with me over the phone when I asked for blood work results. Finally switched to somewhere else and got good treatment for her. The medicine this office gave me was actually exacerbating her other issues. The cancer could have easily been removed if it had been dealt with when I initially brought her in, or when I insisted they see her again because it was growing. They ignored me and I waited too long to switch and by then it had become too complicated to surgically remove. You would think you could trust a professional, but not here. Do yourself and and your pets a favor by going literally ANYWHERE ELSE! I'm not the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but my best friend is gone and it is 100% this offices fault. I can't even believe this place has any good reviews! I suppose they could be real nice with a teeth cleaning, but if a real issue arises your pet could be in serious danger going here.(Traducido por Google

Laura Vincent: !!! Unlike the previous "vet"/biz? I feel most comfortable w the entire kind team! The quintessential "cherry on top" tho was today. Dr. Hamilton informed me Mills would not need x-rays after all. If she had not been truthful w me? I would have never been the wiser...What a FINE example of (rare?
Josh Homes: La Dra.
Megan Gooding: We love this vet! We see Dr. Hamilton- she is truly the best! She is very good at what she does and her approach is calm and supportive. She offers different options for diagnosis and treatment of a pet depending on your situation and options available. We saw her multiple times when we had an elderly diabetic cat and she helped us navigate treating him the best we could while also keeping him happy and comfortable. We wanted to avoid stressing him too much with extensive testing & procedures. She listened to us, saw the relationship we had with our kitty, and helped us navigate what was best for him while taking his feisty personally into account. Although we were able to control his diabetes fairly well, we ultimately helped him cross the rainbow bridge after he developed a rapidly growing cancer. Dr. Hamilton made it so peaceful and comfortable - just what we would have wanted. Dr. Hamilton now cares for our 7 month old puppy and Peaches LOVES going to the vet. Even when getting her vaccines she was always comfortable and happy to say hello to the staff. There’s nobody we trust more and the staff is always available to help answer questions and guide you when you need it. I’ve recommended this vet to all of our friends and will continue to do so. Thank you!
Susan Reynolds: Very patient with my high anxiety dog. During illness they call and check on her everyday. Very happy with each vet we have seen or talked to.
Leslie Dombalis: Best vet in Raleigh. Emergency care, regular wellness, pet resort, training - name it. They listen to you and are understanding; very affordable too!
Pam Bailey: Professional staff...fast, efficient...Kitty likes the staff and appreciates the nail clip and checkup !
Courd Mann: Oak Heart Vet on Person is such a great place for my little old ladies. My two 17 year old cats are high anxiety because of a bad experience at a vet office when they were little. Oak heart has a soft hand working with them and worked to get them on a sedative regimen for visits that makes things easier. They have taken great care of my girls who are starting to have kidney and thyroid disease and have taken the time to help me find the best kidney diet for my cats even when they are picky eaters and we have to go back to the drawing board repeatedly on food and medication delivery. They really are so kind and patient with the animals!
Meghan Dail: Couldn't recommend this place more! I moved back to the area and decided to take my English Bulldog back here because we were always roomed immediately after arriving - this was very important to me as he was not dog friendly, and they made so many accommodations for him to keep him and the other animals safe in the facility. He had suffered from allergies, and seemed to be getting more chronic ear infections. Dr. Sawyer suggested that I switch his food to a reasonably priced plan (because who doesn't love saving $$$ while also taking care of their fur baby?!) and his ear infections never came back. Not only is this a great location, but they're less than a 10 minute drive from their emergency vet facility. The staff there helped me through the decision to say goodbye to my little man, gave me the time and privacy to say goodbye, and were compassionate and sympathetic through the entire visit. I want to thank you all so much for caring for my best friend while I had him!
Mary Slade Duke: Took my dog here for the first time last week & they were more than accommodating. They were so good with him & made us feel like we'd gone there forever! Very personable & made sure my dog was comfortable - would definitely recommend!
Michael Iannuzzi: . I called and explained that I wanted to get him checked out to understand if he would pass the object naturally, or if he would have to have surgery. Because it was short notice, the receptionist told me it would be $113 just to be seen(emergency fee
