Rosa Camacho: Last time I went to Pandora they told me that I was going to get 2 gifts. I got one. I went back today and I told them that I hadn't gotten my second gift. They told me, that I wasn't going to get the gift. I told them that a worker there specifically said I would. They told me "wait a few minutes" over and over again. 1 hour passed and I was still getting the same response. I asked them if I was still going to get my gift or not. They said no. I had waited an hour with horrible service and went out of that store without my second gift I was told I was going to get.
Rita-Rae' Conley: Normally I like all the staff at the Crabtree location fairly well. However recently the service has declined. On my visit 6/2 Ananeidis assisted with purchase two safety chains for my daughter at myself. The length of the visit was longer than necessary because of the length of her nails. She also failed to give me one of my charms back. I visited the store today 6/5 and the assistant store manager is telling me she can’t assist me until the store manager returns at the end of the week. I believe the first possible solution to my issue would be to check your stores inventory but the useless assistant manager is advising me that isn’t possible because the store manager isn’t there. At this point I’m prepare to return every I’ve purchased in the month of May because of Crabtree’s inability to resolve a customer issue.

I called to the store to explained my issue and they said they’re going to call me back when the girl that cleaned my bracelet got in @11. Time went by and I got no phone call and I had to drive there myself just for them to say that don’t have it and they gave me this number to call. They were very nonchalant about my issue. Please make sure you double check the workers and don’t trust them especially with something so valuable like the charms on your bracelet that means a lot !

While I continued shopping, this man, who I assume was a manager, came up to the ladies from behind that had assisted me and started yelling at them about gnome or something. I couldn't believe how this man was talking to his employees that were very helpful and polite. I don't agree with people being embarrassed and degraded in front of customers, or behind close doors for that matter. To keep quality employees, they should be treated like you want to be treated, with respect and dignity. Just so you know, you have lost a customer and I have let others that I know that go there how employees are treated. This incident took place on Saturday, 10 Dec between 5-530.

D L: I read reviews before I came here. This review was written 4 years ago and it must have been4 years agoI am a huge fan of Pandora and have made numerous purchases online and at several stores. I am not one to write bad reviews, however, this needs to be said. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this particular Pandora shop. The woman helping me could've used a lesson on smiling, but that is not the reason for this review. The true disappointment came from her coworker. She made me feel I was more of a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Her condescending attitude and the manner in which she spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. Her rudeness was uncalled for. I made my purchase regardless, because I wasn't there to waste anyone's time but to buy something. If you're thinking of shopping here, lower your expectations and you won't be disappointed.

Pandora does nothing about this! I was so sad. My husband purchased the same charm again. I was so scared to even wear the bracelet. So needless to say I now have two beautiful charms that legit have superglue on them to hopefully insure they will not come off. And if they do I will have a mesh bracelet without charms. It’s sad that pandora doesn’t insure or replace after seeing the same complaints about their products.I also have a bangle which the clasp is very weak I have several time undone the clasp without my knowledge until I hear charms hitting the floor. I’ve told my husband I think I’m done. I will never have that bangle full of charms I wanted, at least not from pandora. So I’m on the hunt for something of better quality. Which is sad because pandoras pieces are so cute, but the quality is so unacceptable, and they do not care.
