anthony blalock: The best part of my experience was ending it. the pickup was well handled by a gentleman in the store and delivered in a nice bag. The part handled by the staff during processing included repeated miscommunications a lack of communication between staff members and ultimately a full month to replace two watch batteries. And the price was far too high $65 to a jeweler that wasn't even on site. Somewhere in the midwest. How do you cll yourself a jewelry store with emo on staff jeweler. Never again.

Abhi S: They charge 24.99 to replace the battery. The guy was nice though. He took the payment and asked me to wait while he worked on my watch. After 10 mins he said the watch is ready and I checked it and the back cover came off. He worked on it again and this time it didn't come off. In my opinion, 24.99 is a ripoff when you can walk to Bailey's and get it replaced for free. He gave me a $5 discount though. The watchmaker didnot know how to reset the watch. I have tried the manual and checked on internet and not able to reset the chrono hand back to the reset position. Anyways, I will not use this place to get the watch batteries replaced.
