Not going into detail but Abby was my service provider and she is very attentive and gives a masterful service.. The 4 star rating is for the 16 stars for Abby and the -12 stars for the post wax experienceI was charged for both services re-booked from last time. I didn't need or receive one of the services - wasn't discussed. At check out, I was essentially told the policy is "whats booked is what's billed". I asked where the policy was in writing and it isn't. Owner told me that "I must have been told he was sure" and that if not, "it's common sense". It's not posted in the salon or on the website. He was argumentative and extremely condescending. I am really disappointed, but not surprised. Never asked to speak to owner or for a refund.. just to show me the policy. So I paid for the underarm (receiving a credit for the service - perfect!).As a punchline, after charging my card on file, I asked for a receipt and was told (with a straight face) it could not be printed because of COVID, lol tf. It would be emailed. It's been several hours, no receipt. I saved paper so I guess I'm an environmentalist now.seems like a person who is not good with customer service has found great people to work him. When it was time to check out the older man i believe is the owner looks at me expecting me to pay and i give him the usual price i normally pay and he goes you are less $5 & i go since when did you guys raise your price because i been coming for over a year and i was there 4 weeks ago. He goes "oh our prices changed as of yesterday and i go it would have been nice to have been told when i checked in and his solution was " you can venmo her or tip next time" so he would rather i not tip but take the $5 price increase. Highly disappointed. I definitely will be checking somewhere else and i hope the lady who waxed me knows i totally had a full 20% tip for her until thenA month later the "owner responds" not all customers are signed up with their card on your system. Let’s not sugar coat it, waxing is awkward and painful by nature but I truly barley notice either because Mackenzie is just that good. And fast! She’s so friendly I genuinely enjoy chatting with her. Mary at the front desk is a ray of sun shine. They both make me feel like part of the fam. The memberships are a good deal and the facility is nice and clean. I'm someone who normally gets bad razor burn and ingrown hairs but my waxed skin is perfectly smooth with zero bumps or irritation. I'm so pleased!! Jaime Beard: Fui a depilarme como un paseo, ya que había dejado de depilarme cuando llegó el covid y los salones cerraron en Virginia. Quería comenzar de nuevo y encontré este lugar mientras compraba. Entré en línea y miré las reseñas y decidí darles una oportunidad. Usé el salón en Wake Forest Road cerca de Wegmans. Mi técnico fue Teblez Rowe y fue increíble. Muy profesional, informativo, mantuvo una gran conversación para ayudarme a sentirme cómodo e hizo un excelente trabajo. Compartí con ella que experimenté un servicio de muy mala calidad una vez en el Centro Europeo de Cera y nunca volví. Estaba tan complacido con los servicios que recibí allí que ya he reservado mis próximas dos citas. Definitivamente los recomendaré a mis amigos.
