Shandale H: Hemos pedido desde este lugar varias veces y la pizza siempre está caliente y deliciosa. El servicio de atención al cliente es siempre de primera categoría. Esta no es la tienda más cercana a nuestra casa, pero definitivamente vale la pena el viaje.

Chymistry: The best Dominos I have went to. The staff actually smiled and gave me my order right when I expected it. The staff treat their employees like human beings, and I would know, I worked there!
sam khalek: If I could give 0 stars I would! Extremely rude and horrible customer service! Kaitlynn or so she says her name is is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. When I called for delivery she tells me that’s not our store, I asked which store delivers she tells me google it and figure it out. I ask can you look up and see which store delivers to my area she states” I told you look it up and it’s not our store”. I said but you dominos and she says the other dominos have nothing to do with us and hangs up on me. I called back and she tells me “ I told you figure it out”” and hangs up on my again! When I called back and asked for a manger she says I’m the manger and you you need to order online and hangs up on me again!! I don’t know what dominos is doing but this has to be the worst interaction I have ever had with any restaurant. And from these review I can see that this is a regular thing for this location.

K. T.: Ugh. Went in to order a small pizza and two Fantas and the total was almost $20! The man at the register said you will save money if you do a mobile order. So I cancelled the order and consulted with my date. He said he would put in the order and handle it from that point. Except to use Mastercard, of course. The register guy was sweet enough to ring it under an employee discount, but no one asked his manager who began to quiz my date on his employee status, assuming my guy came up with this scheme. Being the guy he is my date did not throw ole boy under the rug. The manager would not stop and asked him who owned the store he worked at. I finally had enough and started firing back. It all culminated in cancelled order, FOUR pending charges on my account and a Downtown Raleigh Association mediator. Ugh.
Nico Long: Delivery will take 2 hours at best. I've given them multiple tries as I used to love Dominos but I will never order here again because of how awful the delivery experience consistently is. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

When I called after waiting 5 minutes a worker picked up the phone and then then hung it up. When I walked in the workers did not even acknowledge me with a hello or anything.When I stated I that been outside waiting outside for over 10 minutes in total when they have a two minutes policy for car pick up orders . The staff member shrugged his shoulders and said well you should have walked in like everyone else. I would have left the names of the workers but I guess if you work at 10:30 pm at night you don't wear a name tag . Since none of the staff members had on name tags and one the female worker had a hair net on.

Joel Cocker: What happened to common decency and basic values? While eating here on Saturday evening (with no plates btw...they said they don't have plates anymore, even though they have tables...anyhow), my family and I had to leave early. We've got 3 kids, 13, 12 and 9, and a female employee was cussing loud enough for everyone to hear it. Please train your staff to be more professional and use appropriate language, we don't want to hear that kind of trash talk and we won't be back.

Tinia Parsons: 45 minutos en el teléfono para colocar y pedir pizza y alitas. No tomó mucho tiempo recibir el pedido, no hacía nada de calor y la repartidora de cabello azul tenía una adicción. Mi esposo le dio una propina de 5 dólares y ella puso los ojos en blanco, no dijo ty o nada, simplemente se fue. Luego miré el recibo solo para sorprenderme de cómo cobraban una tarifa de envío de 4.99. Eso es ridículo. No hace falta que estuvimos en la ciudad durante la noche y nunca planeamos volver.

We attempted to call back but did not get an answer. We called the store and were told that they would reach out to the driver for info and let us know. We did not hear back for another 20 minutes at which point we called the store again and told them we would like a refund. The clerk told us the driver got a flat and another driver had to deliver to us and should be arriving shortly. As much as that is terrible for the driver, it is also not the customers fault and should not lead to the expectation that the customer eat cold food. We declined the food and asked for a refund instead at which point the food had been dropped off on our front porch. The phone clerk told us they "needed their food back" in order for a refund which we agreed to and left the food on the front porch. We were told someone would be by to pick it up and that our refund would be processed in 1-5 days at which point the phone line immediately dropped as if it was unreasonable to not want the food at this point. Extremely disappointed as we've never had issues with this Dominos prior to this incident. Once again, I feel for the driver who got a flat, but it is not the customers responsibility to then accept cold food because of this. The rude customer service was just icing on the awful cake. We will think twice before ordering from Dominos in the future after this incident.Edit: no one came back for the food. It sat on the front porch all night and was thrown away in the morning.

Big Cizzle: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I had the worst experience with a take out order that I’ve ever had. I placed the order sitting in front of the restaurant and it immediately asked me to check in once I arrived. I got the message that said the order would be ready between 1632 and 1642. Well at 1657 I entered the restaurant to inquire about why the order wasn’t ready. The man working (two other female employees in the restaurant) had an extremely bad attitude and said I hadn’t checked in on the app because his screen didn’t show it. When I showed him that I had checked in and the time it said the food would be ready then he made excuses and said it would be ready in like 3 mins. I said I was just asking a question as to why it wasn’t ready when the app clearly had a time that it would be ready. I had to go to work and would be late if it wasn’t ready. He kept talking about all the pizzas he had to make and he was doing so by himself. He stood there and continued to argue so I simply told him to go make his pizzas while I waited for mine. He got mad and canceled my order. So now I waited for 40 mins with no food before work. This is a horrible place to try and get food and the attitude of the employee was horrible as well. If I remember correctly from the app I think his name was Dewayne. But if not, he was a taller black male with gray in his beard. AVOID THIS PLACE. IF I could rank zero stars I would.

It took over an hour after I arrived for me to get my order and I felt like the cook was trying to be petty by moving slower and doodling around because he knew I was waiting.

Si pagas alitas calientes te traen pollo deshuesado. Se ha vuelto tan malo que las unidades de entrega ni siquiera entregan su comida, solo toman su dinero y fingen que lo hicieron. También podría pagar la pizza e ir a cocinarla yo mismo en su cocina. La gente pobre ni siquiera puede seguir pasos simples como agregar ingredientes adicionales. Si quiere continuar, necesita una nueva administración o mejores empleados porque ya no veo futuro en este lugar.

drew long: Not necessarily this specific location but all dominos as a whole need to start paying their delivery drivers or something bc I’m ALWAYS waiting well over an hour every single time just for them to leave the store. Then after that there’s an even longer wait til the food gets there. It’s so bad.

Even though the food was delayed Greg went the extra mile to provide professional customer service that you don’t not see anymore. If the food was on time this would be a 5 start review

quala dcersn: horrible. the delivery driver daniel charged my card for a tip more then what I gave. also gives stalker vibes. told one of the previous managers about it and he’s still working there. the current manager in the store don’t answer the phone. just overall do not recommend. my pizza I got delivered today looked like he stomped on the box before bringing it to my door. tried to call no answer. go to the store and see the manager declining calls for what idk. then they’re both just laughing while i’m waiting on my new pizza to be remade cuz I don’t trust it. won’t be back trust that. just horrible

I even placed an order while standing outside their store and they canceled it in front of me. This is ridiculous and I’m so sick of living only 2 miles away from my location not being able to get a pizza.
