Upon arriving, I called the store to let them know I was waiting outside for curbside pickup. Unfortunately, the customer service representative kept placing me on hold for about 10 minutes. Despite both waiting patiently and contacting customer service numerous times, no one brought my order outside. I ultimately decided to walk inside the store to retrieve my order, only to be informed that the store was understaffed.

Erica MG: Update April 2023: this used to be my go to Pizza Hut but this last visit was the absolute worst experience I have had at any Pizza Hut and the manager was not appropriate in his response.I couldn’t eat my food because I found a dog hair in my bread sticks. When I spoke with the manager he was rude dismissive and unapologetic. He just kept repeating that they do not have dogs in the restaurant. Well duh I don’t think you have dogs in the restaurant however someone in your store fixing my pizza had dog hair on them. I plan to take it to the restaurant tomorrow to show proof because I feel the manager made me out to be a liar. To me I feel they mishandled my pizza and took no accountability. But due to The pandemic I haven’t been eating out. Today was the day that I said I am getting my pizza. I got up early and after finishing my errands I put an order in via the app which is always easy. I like that it lets you pre order which is something that I didn’t know was an option. I ordered at 10:15am and it said it would be ready by 11:15. I did not want to wait that long because I needed to get home. I called the store and spoke with Marquita and she said she could have it ready in 15 minutes and she did! Her customer service and personality were amazing. And the pizza was sooooo good. I don’t usually go to this one but I will now because of the customer service and food. Definitely better than the one closer to my house all around.

I then said how long will it take, when should I go pick up my order “? He then replies “oh 15 mins” while a baby was screaming and crying in the background. I didn’t think anything of it. However, when I get to Pizza Hut to pick my order up the worker simply said “ mam I do apologize but we don’t have a order for you”. I then showed him my phone and confirmed their number . He was very apologetic and said I wasn’t the ONLY customer this happened to today. Sadly it probably wasn’t the LAST‼️The young man was very friendly and apologetic and immediately took my order and began to prepare it. There is no telling how many “customers “ you all may have LOST due to your “ CALL CENTERS” negligence. They are getting PAUD for nothing. Dominos has a recording where you can place your order. It tells the price, time along with other information ‼️Maybe “your company” should look into this as a method to place orders when your staff is to busy and unable to answer the phone.

I went into the store and ordered it to take out and it took about 30 mins. The pizza was barely warm, overcooked, and dried out. I am guessing they took a cooked cheese pizza, threw on some toppings and put it back in the oven which would explain how awful it was. I’ll never go back to this restaurant.

C A: I like this location, it's very convenient to my home especially after a stressful day. I try to allow grace especially when staffing shortages are still high in many areas. However, it's not appealing to pick up your order and notice the food prep staff also handles the register/cash/credit cards without washing their hands. It's just gross.Side note: the staff are at least kind :)

Truth Be Told: Placed an order 11am delivery, and apparently I typed my number 119 instead of 919. Almost 2hrs later I physically go to cancel and was told they use Door Dash and refused to deliver because of the number wrong. Doesn't take a genius to simply call or email to verify. In another incident, I asked for a pepperoni pizza. Got home and there was absolutely no cheese. Just sauce and pepperoni. I did the survey to let them know and nobody got back to me. Sure, put the blame on me and take no responsibility or initiative.

Wernend: Pizza was delicious, toppings were evenly spread (save for one slice with an over-sized helping of banana peppers). The cheese sticks were good, but a touch dry, and the cinnamon sticks were exactly as expected. I went in and was hit with the smell of fresh baking pies that brought me back to when I was a kid going to a local Hut. Staff was friendly and took care of me and my order. I normally prefer Papa John's, but this is a hard performance to follow!

Bianca Reynolds: They don’t even deserve a star but that was the only way to share my experiences. This poor establishment is always messing up my order!!! I ask for Pepsi, they bring Sierra Mist, my order was supposed to have cheese sticks and they bring bread sticks after charging me extra for cheese sticks 🤦🏾‍♀️ It’s ridiculous! They truly don’t care about the customers! And then when I brought the order back, the guy in the drive thru got an attitude and kept slamming the window shut and told me to get on because he doesn’t have time for it tonight. I came initially just voicing how the order was messed up and he came sideways. That dude doesn’t even need to interface with the public. Avoid this location period‼️

Samuel Snell: Order my food from home told 30 minutes order will be ready get here at curbside pickup waited 30 more minutes for curbside pick up.. the service here sucks very very slow.. just ridiculous

Adam Upchurch: Pizza hut says it closes at 10pm on Wednesdays. Ordered my pizza online at 9:22pm and my order said it was ready at 9:40ish. Get to the place for a lady to tell me.they stop making pizzas at 8:45pm. A MESS SMH
