jpw tgj: Very nice and courteous staff, but the mosquito treatment is worthless. We opted for the monthly mosquito yard treatments this year to see if it would give us at least a little relief this summer. It did not. It almost seemed they were worse this year if that is possible. Their regular pest service is acceptable.This is an update as of 7/8/2023. My wife is the account holder, this is why the owner does not have this email in their system. We went ahead and tried the mosquito service again this year. It was a total waste of money. Our last visit the tech was there less than 5min. He did not spray our outer bushes on our .25 acre lot with TINY backyard. In fact his spraying was very low effort. They were here less than a week ago and I have been getting destroyed by mosquitos the last few days and today.

They are a family owned business who truly care about their customers and providing them with excellent service. Unlike other pest control companies that try to push expensive, and often unnecessary, service contracts, AAA have never tried to sell this to us. It is there if we want it but we have asked Tommy to simply come annually and do a single service (for a very reasonable price) and that has kept bugs, ants, etc away from our house for the entire year. He is very honest, thorough, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. His wife, Kelly, who runs the office, always answers the phone quickly and is friendly, helpful, and great at scheduling when it's convenient.

Brandt Levitt: Edit: I am updating my review of this company to 5 stars due to the prompt and friendly responses from the owner, Tommy in response to my previous criticism below. Tommy took the time after I emailed him to provide photos of the damage and answer questions about the extent of the damage and a justification for the high cost of termite treatment. It turns out the problem was quite small and limited to just one area of the property. While they don't comment on the damage from the infestation, Tommy was able to provide me answers about the whether it was an active infestation, the size of the infestation, likely source of pests. He was also able to explain that the very high cost of treatment is justified because they would treat the entire property, tear up crawlspace encapsulation, use hundreds of gallons of poison and spend ten hours doing it.Original: I had this company do a termite inspection for a house I am buying. They provided a single page with a handful of checkboxes that indicate termites or no termites but no more detail. There was also no opportunity to ask questions about the degree of the infestation or mitigation strategies. Further, they provided a quote for treatment that was about 3x higher than the average for the service and 7.5x higher than the lower end of the averages of the service. In my own research I watched some video's Tommy had posted on YouTube about termites and treatment. I thought it would be a good idea to get the opinion of someone that was outside my area so I called Tommy. There staff was very professional and Tommy was happy to speak with me. F M: Joe is the best tech we’ve had! Joe always does a great job! There was even a time when we were on vacation and Joe had left our house after a regular service. I had texted him when I got a notification that he was finished, to see if he could spray our garage because we had recently found a lot of ants. D’Andra Duhaney: I’m sorry I’m not able to be among the mass to leave a 4/5 star review BUT this has been nothing but headache since the 1st visit.The salesperson made a great pitch and we signed up for the annual service. Someone came out for the 1st visit and that was great, he was professional and thorough. Fast forward to 2 weeks after he left. We’ve been seeing ants like never before and we’ve been calling them for over a week and NO ANSWER. We’ve called and sat on the phone for over 1 hour trying to get to someone to schedule a visit and the reps keep giving us the run around and transferring us. I’d love to have given them a great review for everything but trying to get through to someone for help after the 1st visit has been a nightmare.
