They are always responsive, in time, professional and call to your attention any pest problems. We only use them outside our home, not inside due to pets. This spring we have had an occasional siting of sugar ants in our house. They come and go. The technician that was here recently identified the ant trail outside and showed us. If there is any kind of problem they will keep at it until they clear out pests from where they shouldn't be. They sweep down spiderwebs from all around the outside of your home and then spray around the outside of the doors and windows to make sure no pests come inside! They do a great job. I highly recommend Capital Pest Services for any bug problem you have.

Joni Alberg: We have been using Mosquito Authority for a number of years and highly recommend them. And for those who are worried about birds, bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies we have a full compliment visiting our yard daily. Dylan has come to spray the last several times and he is terrific. We have pointed out sections of the yard with our cherry tomatoes and the Black Knight Sage (a bee and hummingbird sanctuary!) and he is very careful to avoid spraying there. It is not that the spraying has destroyed them, we just don't want to disrupt the daily feedings for these beloved creatures. We look forward to seeing Dylan again next month!

Susan Johnson Johnson: Mosquito Joe has been treating my yard for Mosquitos the past 2 seasons, they have great customer service and if I have a problem the reschedule at no cost. The Mosquito service is great. However I paid for a flea and tick (knats and other fliers)treatment for my yard and it didn't work at all. The treatment should last 3 months, I called and they came back out with "new stuff" said they identified where the problem was. Now my dog has fleas and has carried them inside! My dog didn't have fleas neither did my house but now I have 2x the problem I treated as a prevention. I have a building in the yard that sits about 12in off the ground that's where the fleas must be i asked specifically for them to treat under the deck and anything else in the yard. Now I'm really p.o'd because I will need to spend more money to treat the skin infection on my puppy, pay a service to treat inside to get where I was before they treated. I don't know the habits of fleas but maybe they went to the one place that wasn't treated or the treatment doesnt work. Either way I would suggest not to use the flea treatment for MJ!
