La hija del dueño había decolorado mi cabello a un buen nivel 8 de rubio en solo dos procesos antes de teñirlo de un maravilloso color gris oscuro. Eso fue en 2016, volvió en junio de 2019, parece que la hija ya no es experta en cortar el cabello, y más bien lleva a los clientes a depilarse con cera, sin embargo, traté de convencer al propietario principal del salón que tengo. más confianza en que su hija procesara mi cabello, pero insistía en que ella misma podía hacerlo. Estoy indignado y no me había dado cuenta hasta un mes después, julio ahora, lo desigual que está el rubio en mi cabello, queda tanto naranja. La pintura de la técnica de desvanecimiento estaba tan sucia y desordenada de rayas. Mi flequillo tiene una raya recta que atraviesa la irregularidad de la rubia. Luckily a friend told me about The MedSpa and Jennifer Daniels. Jennifer is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and really cares about skincare. I had an initial consultation with Jennifer. She explained everything and we went over my old and new skincare routine. Jennifer didn’t try to sell me anything or get me to book procedures/treatments I didn’t need. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. A few weeks later I went in for dermaplaning. Again, Jennifer answered all my questions and really listened to my concerns and she came up with solutions. Less than a week later my skin looks better than ever and I feel fabulous! I am so grateful that I found The MedSpa and Jennifer Daniels!

After I took a picture and sent it to them, they give me a few oils and cream and they said it will be better by time, it’s been more then a year I believe, not juts didn’t get better, I still have hair and really darker skins, those area that I got laser.I believe I paid and did 10-12 sessions.After my session was done, They never follow up or anything, I tried to be nice to them but they really destroy my skin, horrible job.Hope this help others to not fall into this place. Macy Love: Plz beware of this business, their machines are faulty and don’t work, plz take your money elsewhere. First time I started the sessions I noticed the laser they’re using is IPL, not laser, which is much cheaper but they charge you for it as laser, when I confronted them they fired the two girls used to do my sessions, bcz one of them forgot to switch off the machine after she’s done, and that’s how I knew it was IPL, also don’t expect to see any label on any of the machines, that’s very sneaky so customers never know what kind of laser and do their research, I’ve never seen such a thing, plz beware, after I confronted them they promised they will use different machine and the hair will be gone, after a year of sessions, wasting time and money, all the hair came back, not even significant results, when I tried to warn about them they blocked me from all their social media. I had both laser hair removal and IPL facial, both didn’t work no results at all, plus they are unprofessional, they don’t inform their customers about what to expect and what to take or stop taking, she told me I have to stop taking biotin after six sessions, how am I supposed to know that if no one told me before hand, they are a nightmare, they are scammers, using faulty machines, no communication at all, they’re just fishing for people who are looking for a deal from groupon, don’t fall for their scamServicios:Depilación láser,IPL fotofacial

At 3 am on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend we had to leave a roach infested airbnb and were desperate for any hotel, and the Casso exceeded our expectations at every turn. It was 3 of us in a double room for 4 nights, and they were so friendly (even at 3 am) and so helpful. I needed a place to take a private meeting 6 hours after we checked in and even at such short notice, though they don't have a business center, they accommodated me and made sure I had everything I needed for my meeting. The room service was great, shower was awesome, and we slept so well. We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of our stay, considering we had no reservation and it was a long weekend (during which time they also had a wedding at the hotel), and we never felt like we were compromising on anything or that the service was lacking. The restaurant staff was also wonderful and we used the gym one morning and found it clean and well supplied. We loved our stay here!

We get to front desk and use the same card for incidentals. Swipe, and the screen says approved, but Elijah says it was declined on his screen. We get it swiped again and it says approved, but Elijah says its declined. We call our bank and they say there is nothing wrong with the card. We go to swipe the third time after being on the phone with our bank for 12 minutes and he says "per the hotel policy I cannot swipe the card for a third time." So you mean to tell me I was on the phone for you to tell me you can't swipe the card a third time? You let me waste my time to tell me you weren't going to swipe it anyway?We say okay what do you want us to do to get the key? He says pay $75. Meanwhile I pull up my transactions via online banking. I was charged not once, but twice. I show him and he says "nope, it was declined I trust my system."And then as I'm conceding to swipe another card he says, "let me help you out, sir I'm going to ask you to leave the hotel. I'm now refusing services. You need to leave or I'm going to call the police."WOW.I say "okay sir, I need a refund for my incidentals.""Nope, I can't do that because it was declined."And then I ask for a receipt and he says "no."Shout out to The State View who put us in a lakeside view room and swiped the same card we were using at Casso. AND comped breakfast because of our bad experience as Casso.

Tayllar Gardner: We stayed this past weekend for one evening while we were in town to see the Korn Ferry Tour at Raleigh Country Club. Our room was stylish and clean! The beds are pretty uncomfortable though. We received incredible service from Craig who honored our wishes for a room on a high floor on the front side. We had read past reviews about the train tracks on the other side of the hotel - we never heard it once on the front side. You do have a good bit of noise from nightlife but that is expected downtown on a Saturday night! The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to a ton of amazing restaurants too. We will certainly stay here again next time we are in Raleigh!Habitaciones: Super stylish! Also very clean. We enjoyed the smart TV too. Matt R: Fantastic one night stay! Traveling with my family, we were greeted and checked in promptly. Our room was on the 4th floor street facing. It was immaculate comfy and quiet. Modern finishes. Beds were comfortable. Parking in the connected ramp which allows up to 8ft 2in height was convenient and great for my tall truck. We will stay again when we visit the city.

Clint Westwood: Pretty hep warehouse district hotel. Decent bar and restaurant -try the red eye gravy and biscuits for breakfast. Don't stay at the end of the hotel near the railroad tracks. We were told it is a little noisy but it comes with a nice view. Stay at the other end of the hotel, in a room not stocked with ear plugs.
