    adrian parrish: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The employees were on their phone the whole time . One employee was literally lying on the couch when we came back to ask for a refund . We ordered a small shrimp and paid 16 dollars. What we got was six burnt small shrimp with way too much seasoning on top of that they didn't have the condiments we asked for but charged us for them. They told us we couldn't get a refund, that we needed to call some number that they didn't pick up when he had clearly just got off the phone with the manager but wouldn't let me speak them. They do not care about there customers or try to fix their mistakes.

    Alex Fuller: I have 2 vouchers for fish dinners bought through Living Social for the New Birch Drive location and I printed them off like I have done for years with all the ones purchased for all merchants thru Living Social. I drove 20 minutes to redeem the vouchers and was told that I MUST use the electronic version (which of course I didn't have since I had the printed version). I gave them the vouchers for 2 meals since I don't plan on returning again to try and redeem.

Also was asked if I wanted any condiments while ordering, I said yes to all of them. Then the lady hands me the food and gives me no condiments. Had to remind them. Food was good, just not enough bang for your buck.

    Richard Moore: Got a small order of F&C from their food truck. The cod was dry, and the fry seasoning is in fact very, very sweet, contrary to the owner responses here--like a highly sugary variant of Bojangles seasoning. Malt vinegar or a touch of tartar sauce would have helped the flavor greatly, but no condiments except ketchup packets were available. I am sure the owner will also ding me with his usual retort that they don't advertise boneless fish, but there is a huge difference between finding a few small bones in a portion of fried cod fillet (understandable) and getting a mouthful of bones in a single bite as I did. Here's a tip: Learn the basics of the dish you are serving and what patrons expect to receive when they order it instead of telling everyone they're wrong.

It didn’t take long to come out & they even showed me my plate before I left to make sure everything was right. Maybe I should have stuck to something fried, but the Broiled Seafood Platter was just ok, at best. The fish and shrimp were overcooked to the point of being dry, the rice was undercooked, and the asparagus was improperly trimmed, thus being chewy on one end. The service was ok, but our soup never came out, and after waiting 15 minutes, our entree's arrived. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment, which in light of all the positive reviews, is a bit disconcerting. If you know food and service as I do, don't put too much weight into the other reviews.
