My daughter came back to the car upset because of how she was treated by Pam. She's not confrontational but I am. Especially when it comes to a service that we paid for. I called "Pam" and let her know how rude and unfriendly she was and how her remarks were unnecessary and frankly none of her business. I will be filing a complaint with her supervisor. Bad day or not, busy or not, there's no excuse for rudeness.
