vejay ravindran: I shipped four packages from this location. After one month none of the packages had been processed. I returned to the location the same agent was there. He told me he couldnt do anything and for me to contact customer service. UPS Customer Service is the an industry joke. Everything is automated and there is no live customer service agent. This is fine if the system works however the freight tracking numbers are unique in that the are not populated in the system. I would not recommend sending anything via UPS because if there is a problem you have to navigate a labyrinth of automated agents, and this location cant help you. Spend more money at a competitor, or somewhere that has customer support.

Ms. Stallings: If I could give no star, I would. This review is specifically regarding the poorly organized recruitment process. New hires are sent emails, text messages, and maybe 1-2 calls regarding onboarding and their start date. Prior to starting they are required to purchase steel toe boots which is understandable. Upon arrival at the site, new hires were told by staff that they are unaware of any new starts. They will not be hiring until next month. When the recruitment center was contacted, they were useless and informed, and they would contact the Talent Acquisition team and submit a case #. Not to mention, the language barriers when attempting to ask and provide answers to questions was horrible. The rep at the recruitment center claimed that all new hires should have received an email regarding not starting. Yet received a text confirming the start date and time, the night prior. The rep had the audacity to ask if the "new hire" would be interested in being considered for upcoming opportunities. I informed her that I'm quite familiar with how staffing works and their process needs a serious overhaul. It is unacceptable to have "new hires" prepared to start, just to be turned away. UPS may be a great place to work, however, first impressions are lasting impressions.

Xavi Sanch: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from UPS. The driver seemed to have a habit of showing up at my door with a "Sorry we missed you" sticker ready to go without even attempting to knock or ring the doorbell. I received the notification and rushed outside to try and catch the driver or truck, but they were already gone. I then went to the nearest station to reschedule the delivery and was told that I couldn't pick up the package until the following Tuesday because of their 3-day weekend policy. This is completely unacceptable for a company like UPS whose sole purpose is to deliver packages all across the USA. It is ridiculous that my package is stuck at the station for 3 days it is unacceptable.P.S: Save the copy and paste response, it's not necessary.
Private Info: The employees here are completely worthless. I have always been able to drop off Amazon returns at this location. A female in need of a lesson in manners told me I had to take my drop off to a UPS store, today. Unless there was a policy change, my guess is she was lying/too lazy to do her job. I hope this location is closed, soon.

Steve Cogan: I had a package diverted to this service center. The customer service was fine but the building needs some TLC. The sign is faded and the inside of the store made me wonder if it was open or had moved to another location. It's barren facade is off putting. I've been to multiple UPS stores and never have seen one in this state. Corporate management needs to invest some time and money to get this location up to snuff. Again the staff was helpful and no complaints there but fix the building please.

Trevor Palmer: I swear these drivers must tip toe to your door with the "Sorry we missed you" sticker ready to go, whisper "Is anyone there?" then immediately stick it to the door and slink back to their truck. No knock, no doorbell, nothing. So frustrating. I've been here all day. Since it's a holiday tomorrow I now have to wait an extra day or pay extra to have it sent somewhere that I probably can't pick it up until 2 days from now anyway. Thank goodness this wasn't something I needed for tomorrow. Didn't even bother with customer service as there is none and they couldn't care less. I wish as consumers we had more option over which shipping company our orders came through. I would gladly take Fedex over UPS. And Fedex isn't much better.

Don Carpenter: Came into this location to drop off at package that had a dead line to be shipped the staff standing around looking dumbfounded with a line out the door. Staff is beyond excessively slow. I guess that’s the age we are in now. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. I will differently not be returning to this location again. Owner needs to hire new staff. Especially the mgr on duty

Johnn Lovel: I tried to ask the woman if I could give my package to leave it on the counter and she asked me if I was second in line. Why would I need to be second in line to drop off a package on the counter and leave especially when I have seen plenty of people do it. The issue is that you can have a prepaid, ready to go package and get there at 6:10 or 6:15 and still not make the cutoff time of 6:30 because their service is that slow. They have an empty counter on the right, why not let the customer drop prepaid packages there instead of having to was 15-20+ minutes in line and possibly miss the cut off when you don’t even need any direct service from the workers. Why do I need to be second in line to put something on a drop-off counter and leave . Why make customers wait 20 minutes just to drop and go, for nothing.

Shacora Cooper: So I was charged just over $30 for 1 box and a Non-padded polymailer (also known as a plastic bag) yesterday, which I had no choice to buy because I didn't know I needed packaging for my Amazon return before hand and it was 6:55 and they were closing in 5 minutes and my Amazon return had to be returned by the 1st (yesterday). 1. the box was $18.75 for a relatively average sized box, which is ridiculous of course. The polymailer (not padded) was almost $4. Now where my biggest problem comes in is that the guy at the counter said nothing of a $7 packing service fee and volunteered me for it and gave me no choice. I could have packed it myself, I even had tape. He asked me if I wanted a polymailer, I said yes, he immediately quickly packed the items in it without saying anything. Then I asked if I could purchase a box, he pulls it out an immediately and quickly packs my item in that and takes it away. He never asked me if I wanted to pack it myself rather than incur a charge, and never notified me that there would be any charge for packing. How are you going to not give me any option of packing it myself, and volunteer me for a $7 charge without saying anything? A $7 charge to place an item in a bag and a box is ridiculous, what is more ridiculous is that I did not have any choice in the matter. He didn't even mention the charge at all, I just happened to notice it. So over $30 post tax for a box, aplastic bag, and a "packing service" I didn't even ask for. Great.

BP Reynolds: Love this place. One of my favorite reasons for going in, and I go in when I don't even have a package to mail, is because they have the absolute best greeting cards. Plus at least one of the employees has been working there forever, so it makes them super efficient and quick to be able to answer any questions you might have.
