Only suggestion for management please add descriptions online for each item, it will make it easier for people to select something.Edited on 4/17/23: visited today & I was soo excited!! Descriptions to the pictures were added. On today’s visit I tried #8 peaches and ice cream and #24 shaved ice & ice cream. Soooo, good! Hands down the best ice cream, I ever had. We had the cookies and cream and mango popsicles, both dairy based (though there are plenty of non-dairy options, and most diets can be accommodated here), and they were delicious. The cookies and cream was the winner in my book, featuring whole Oreos, but the mango was also delicious.Prices are reasonable, and there are mini versions as well. Wonderful place, and they have another location in downtown Raleigh and a cart on the move.

Crystal Goodrich: Terrible service. The staff ignored us completely to the point where we wondered if we should just walk out then finally one of them acknowledged us. Not friendly or welcoming. Also there were tons of flies and the counter looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day.

I had a man come up to me out of nowhere and the staff noticed I was uncomfortable so she asked me if I needed someone to walk with me and she called another staff member ( I’m not sure if she’s the assistant manager) and she walked walked me out to my car to make sure I was safe. genivilalong: Super disappointing. Walked into an OPEN store with my two kids, there were two attendants STILL SERVING customers.. we proceeded to stand in line. After a couple of seconds the older attendant says without even greeting us or looking at us… We are closed, we close at 9:30. I looked at my phone and it was in fact 9:30, but I was really taken aback by their attitude. I said wow, I guess I’ll take my money somewhere else… and her answer was “fine”. If I was the owner of this store I would be really upset. Those are the moments where you can either get a great tip and a happy customer or loose that customer for life. GOODBERRY’S was AMAZING by the way :)

The guy was extremely impatient while my 7 year old son was trying to decide. Overall disappointed with the visit.The one on Hillsborough is so much friendlier.

Kimberly Miller: This location completely took advantage of us. The employee who rang us up at the register marked up our ice cream (made up his own price). When questioned, the employee laughed and told us it was the correct price. He continued to laugh over and over again. Well, last time I checked, a single scoop ice cream in a cup AND a cone with a single scoop does not cost 19 dollars! (I did find online the cost of 3 scoops isn't even ten dollars). The employee just kept telling us the single scoop was 8 dollars each. His math didn't even make sense. I questioned the employee numerous times but the line behind us was growing so we paid and left. I called the store 3 times and left a message for a manager to call me. I also emailed this location. No one ever responded. Watch your wallet if you go to this location!
