Chris Smith: Our room was clean and put together, the bed was very comfy. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The ONLY negative thing I could say is the business they partner with for their room service is iffy. The pizza was good but the “boneless wings” were just really sad. Reminded me of poker chips or something, you can see how thin they are… overall would stay again but just stick to pizza or bring something in myself!

The hotel was close, the rooms were clean, the pool area is an amazing oasis. Very satisfied with our stay there. We need to book to bring our girl back for surgery and hopefully they will have room for us....I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Blak Masters: GREAT place. The young Latina at the front desk was BEYOND AMAZING. Made sure my little girl dog was taken cared of.
Crystal Kelly: This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!

Michele Baker: I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at the Pets Hotel. I toured multiple dog daycare/boarding facilities and I felt so comfortable after visiting the Pets Hotel. I have an extremely shy dog who has not had a lot of exposure to other dogs and the Pets Hotel staff has been absolutely amazing working with her and getting to play with the other dogs at day camp. I drop Willow off in the mornings and she is very excited to see the staff which let's me know how well they treat her. We had a terrible experience at another facility, but I can tell by the way Willow greets the staff each morning (and the way that they greet her) that she is in good hands, it's so nice being able to go to work and not have to worry about the level of care my dog is receiving.

Stephen: I boarded my cat here once and won't be returning. The cat pens have a large window facing the front desk that seems to be always uncovered, so I don't see how they can get much relaxation during store hours. When I picked her up, the employee who carried her out was lugging around the carrier very roughly as if there wasn't an animal in there, which was pretty much a nail in the coffin for me. It seems others have had better experiences, but as I said, I won't be a return customer.

I bring them here even when it is out of my way to my destination because comfort with the people makes all of the difference in the world.

Zachary Sanfilippo: Near the interstate so it was easy to get to. The staff was pleasant and professional, especially the front desk and cafe counter folks. The room and facilities were clean. While I was in the hot tub the pool engineer checked in to see if it was at a good temperature (it was). Nice gym, but the highlight for me had to be the breakfast in the morning. All the standard options were present and there were some fresh made things too that were delicious! There was a big pot of fluffy scrambled eggs, a sliced and fried maple sausage dish with peppers and a roasted potatoe option. Two thumbs up for this place!

Although it’s not a 5 star hotel, my experience was great! The front desk staff were very helpful in whatever crazy questions we were asking the rooms were very spacious, the cleaning staff was excellent, with all our needs comfortable beds, and great pillows, breakfast was above the basic breakfast of a lot of hotels hot breakfast as week as fresh fruit bagels etc… Aaron was especially helpful to all our needs! Si bien hay otras buenas instalaciones de embarque en el área, algunas cobran extra por tiempos de juego adicionales/descansos para ir al baño, lo que CCC no hace. Además, es una instalación más pequeña/más tranquila y siento que nuestros perros reciben una atención más individualizada aquí.

Entrance from the street (Hillsbroug) Room is nice enough, although the blinds only allow black out, or revealing yourself to the apartment block behind. Eek, scary for them.
