She listens to me, takes my concerns seriously, and facilitates consultations that we agree are necessary to address any problems I might have.
Charles Abbott: The doctors are great. Their billing department keeps billing for a procedure that was done by one the of their doctor's at another facility. That facility was already paid as the doctor submitted the procedure to our insurance. That was in September 2022. After 4 calls to Raleigh Medical group, we are still getting emails and billing notices.

Ed b: What a terrible experience i had today.It was my daughters yearly visit , at the check in line “ at front “ were two receptionist not busy, but i was directed to the kiosk check in , then my address was completely wrong , when i suggested to change it , she had no answer.Other lady walked behind us to the pediatric office , and stayed at the office until I was called by the nurse.then she hold us and talked to the nurse in private, while we were waiting. My felt very discomfort, and discriminated. First not willing to help, even when I requested my needs , other had made a big deal out of nothing. I appreciate that she is proactive and advises me wisely concerning my health. I finally feel like a person who is valued and not tossed aside because I am on Medicare. She takes the time to explain things to me and goes above and beyond what is required for a regular health exam. Dr. Pechter is an excellent physician, and I am so thankful that she is my doctor.
Sarah Gurganus: Dr. Pechter and Brittany West are absolutely amazing. I haven't been to a doctor's office where I have received the level of care that they give. They truly take the time to listen and understand where you are coming from with any symptoms you are having rather than rushing you out of the room. It is very appreciated and I would recommend them both to anyone. The receptionists are all so friendly and helpful. The facility overall is 10/10, really love the staff here! I am moving out of the area and will make the drive to them when necessary. Truly the best staff I've ever encountered.

Why did it take me 4 phone calls and 45 min of my time wasted calling the clinic and being rudely hung-up on to get a telephone number. You wonder why some Veterans don't trust this system.
Andrew Rogers: While driving to my appointment with my primary care provider I got a call from them stating that the provider was not working. Not the first time this happened. One nurse there is sadistic. A real monster. When giving vaccines he causes as much pain as possible. These people thrive on inefficiency. No one could work harder at doing worse. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness at all of these locations. It's good to know that I am being well-cared for.
Phillip Gregor: [I have been and I am being denied care, treatment and medications at the hand of Carl Reid MD. On 14May2021 I requestedan increase in dosage for Celecoxib (200mg) and I was told it wasn't necessary by Carl Reid MD. I also voiced concern that Tramadol may have been causing insomnia (it was) and was told by Carl Reid MD "that's not a side effect". I have not received an increase in Celecoxib dosage or quantity or a substitute for Tramadol and not even other NSAIDS prescribed to increase efficacy. The only change that has happened is Carl Reid MD decreased my Tramadol quantity and prescribed dosage (without notice or consent) and has now completely discontinued it. Before it was discontinued I filed an administrative complaint through the Department of Veterans Affairs and my requested "care" appointment was changed to an "administrative meeting" without previous notice to me or consent by me. The disgusting attack by Carl Reid MD and Randy Gervasio BSN RN was a feeble attempt to discredit and intimidate me . I discovered intentional federal medical record fraud in my records dated 22JULY2021 and requested a new primary care provider on 26July2021 and still have not been provided with one. Additionally, my medications are not correct, refillable or effective. To add insult to injury my secure messaging privilege was revoked and a Durham VA police officer called me about my messages per Carl Reid MD. Carl Reid MD entered fraudulent notes in my medical records multiple times before the specific "administrative meeting", which I have irrefutable proof intentional medical record fraud was committed. This was after years (2020-current) of being denied care by him. Carl Reid MD is a malicious and calculating liar and fraudster that has caused, is causing and will continue to cause harm to patients unless action is taken. I demand justice.]

Timothy Quinn: This is really an unfortunate last ditch effort to let everyone better understand why the VA Health Care system is endangering patient's lives and compromising their health. I should note that I am 100% Service Connected Disabled and have all the benefits associated with that rating.Yesterday I went to Duke Urgent Care in Knightdale, NC for lower abdominal pain. After urine test, bloodwork and x-rays it was discovered that I had an acute Prostate Infection and intermediate blockage in my bowel. The doctors and staff were so very kind, helpful and genuinely concerned as my visit consumed two hours of their valuable time. They prescribed an antibiotic and Colace and requested that I follow up with my Primary Care Doctor, in this case Jian Zhu, MD within 48 hours to obtain a 6 week regimen of the prescribed antibiotic as they were unable to provide an Rx for that duration as an Urgent Care facility.After 4 telephone calls with Raleigh III nursing staff, their first offer was to make me an appointment for the 31st of March. Well beyond 48 hours! I requested an appointment that supported my treatment plan given by Duke Medicine and today, 24 hours later, I was notified by someone at Raleigh III that it would not be possible to meet the treatment plan and that I should drive 32 miles, one way to the Durham VA Hospital ER if I should have acute pain.I should note that the Durham VA does have access to my charts with Duke. Just to make sure, I created a secure message and attached a PDF of my 5 page Duke Medicine Visit Summary.After visiting my local CVS and having to pay $66 for the Rx and Colace, I attempted to contact Dr. Zhu to schedule the appointment with him as I was instructed at Duke Urgent Care.If this is professional, these folks need to be removed from their positions, the VA Health Care system abolished and veterans allowed to use the Health Care system nearest their actual residence.I am so dissatisfied with every aspect of dealing with the VA. Process and Procedure should not be the deciding factor when considering a person's health. Some staff and RN's are so obtuse and disrespectful. I cannot even imaging how they have the courage to get out bed every morning knowing they are providing less that acceptable services to all veterans with Service Connected calamities as a routine practice. Very disappointed.

I had a 1pm appointment that started on time and went fine until I was checked out and told to "take a number" to get my labs done. After waiting for nearly an hour, I had to leave. What is the point of getting an appointment and seeing a doctor and then waiting an hour for a 5 minute blood draw???? There were people ahead of me that waited more than an hour for lab draws. Sheldon Scott: I'm a 100% disabled veteran. They sent me a bill when they were supposed to bill the VA. The total of the bill was under $250 I made a 50 payment and I told to call me next month to make another payment. But after I made the payment the total didn't go down. They trying to rob me.

Cristina Cervetto: Had the worst experience at the emergency room. They are disorganized l, nobody knows what is going on with your care as there are contradictory in both your chart and the medical personnel. Terrible patient care and total lack of bedside manners specially from the doctor.

Brent & Christine: I waited almost one calendar year to write my review.Dr. Grossi saved my life and livelihood with a spine surgery, I would recommend him as a doctor because he’s the only person in this joke of a medical system that would do my surgery….BUT I would not recommend the hospital at all. I would especially not recommend the ER with the little big man behind the desk that imposes his will and threatens to call security on everyone that comes in the door. He also actively prevents patients from laying down (there is nowhere to lay down, so much for ADA compliance in this ER). I was in full sciatic stroke and he was trying to call security on me for trying to lay flat in a desperate attempt to get my 10/10 pain to ease. He needs to be fired and someone with some actual human feelings and hospitality needs to be hired in his place.

ETB 814: Forced to pre-pay before a surgery (even with a Great PPO plan), and 5 months later, the billing is still unresolved. The repetitious response? Give it another 30 days. Having lived throughout the U.S., Duke Health is by far the single worst health system I’ve ever dealt with. Embarrassingly slow responses, and zero customer-centric focus…just finger pointing and a subtle “too bad” attitude.

Q W.: I went in on valentines day to their ER. The Dr. L. Conger didn't check my urine or blood and just assumed my diagnosis. The nurse wanted to do tests but he just said I was fine and they threw away my urine. Turns out I had a UTI for over a month! They sent me home with stomach medications -.- They didn't work. I AM still really sick bc of the lack of care by Dr. Conger I needed antibiotics. I went to WakeMed today and received blood and urine tests which showed the infection. Dr Conger needs to do tests, everytime SIR. You just guessed, literally only looked inside my mouth. Tests make an educated guess. I'd hope the Doctors employed by Duke would order routine tests for every sick ER patient. -- Turns out other people are complaining about lack of care by Dr. L. Conger in the reviews. I contacted the NC Division of Health Service Regulations and filed a patient complaint. The Duke contact webpage has a link, or you can Google if you've also received neglectful care from Duke ER.
Joe Davis: Wife had her jewelry stolen after procedure and when we contacted them about it, we were told this happens all the time. That doesn't make it okay. That makes it worse. I would not recommend coming here for anything. Stuff will go missing clearly and they will not care.
Sparkle Mosby: After a very unpleasant & unfortunate experience with another local hospital who shall remain nameless(they aren't even worth mentioning) my daughter and I came to Duke Raleigh. It was late at night & I understand most of the staff were tired but the Dr & nurse who took care of my daughter were very thorough, compassionate & empathetic. Their names escape me right now but I will never forget their faces or what they've done to make my daughter feel comfortable & to give her a proper diagnosis. Emergency Rooms can be hit or miss sometimes but this is the 2nd time I had to use Duke Raleigh and they pleased me everytime. If I need emergency care again, Duke Raleigh will be my first choice.
cierra callahan: honestly yesterday was my first time at that hospital and it was insane. I had got there and waited for 4 hours to finally get seen, they would not give me water even tho i already had my iv fluids go inside me. some of the nurses were very very rude to me. One incident was, i had two nurses in one room and i asked one of them if i can unplug the annoying beeping bed and she confirmed, 2 hours later im having the worst pain and the other nurse comes in and has a very bad attitude with me about the bed...i told her the other nurse told me it was okay but she was being so rude to me and made the main priority the bed when i was in visible pain When i started to cry she told me to stop and said "we don't do that here". It seems like nobody here likes their job and takes it out on their patients. get rid of rude staff thanks.
T Robinski: It really is a wildly rude environment, disdainful toward families with children, not where you want your family member to be stuck, even for elective surgery. Stay away. WakeMed or Duke Durham is much preferred. Illogical "covid" policies is absolutely correct.Side note- I also overheard an obviously frail and disabled elderly woman telling the staff at the front desk that she was feeling threatened and afraid of the female security guard that was posting up on her and speaking agressively when she walked in. The staff members response was "oh that's just how she stands". So there you go, that's our new standard of care. "We do what we want, no matter how it makes you feel. And you deal with it. Your feelings are not valid" is the entire vibe.
Levin Traver: Fue llevado en ambulancia por herida de bala. No me dieron antibióticos una vez el día y medio que estuve allí. cuando pedí una receta en el momento del alta me dijeron que no los necesitaba.mi herida no estaba vendada y todavía estaba llena de debree de un objeto que había estado frente a mí. Tampoco me taparon la herida ni me dijeron que tendría que hacerlo para evitar una infección grave.No hace falta decir que mi herida se infectó mucho y me llevé a un hospital diferente que realmente se preocupaba moderadamente por mi bienestar.
