At times I felt like an inconvenience to them and they were a little difficult to get a hold of. One office employee named Karen specifically made me feel like I was bothering her when just having a couple of small adjustments to my quote. It was just to add a couple of totes and a grill and she was getting upset with me for reasons unknown.Besides that I'll always use Two Men and a Truck - the moving crew are always fabulous. Heather Martin: I was recommended this moving company by one of my trusted customers, and they did not disappoint! They were responsive, able to provide services quickly, and work with a last minute schedule change. The packing team of 3 men including Marcus packed all of my belongings, and this was no small feet! These guys are very trustworthy. They were polite and professional. The next day was time for the loading and unloading crew to do the heavy lifting and long haul! All I know is that Dirk and Marquel were both excellent, and they were faced with some challenges at my new place where the elevator kept breaking and it was getting late, but they hung in and got my things safely to my fourth floor townhome. Once inside they had to carry heavy furniture and a Peloton and just so much stuff upstairs in the townhome. Somebody give these men a raise! This is seriously hard physical work, and not to mention they have to make sure it’s done without damaging your belongings. I’m giving a big shout out to the actual men who did the real work! Ended up going with three and even with three - they blew my MIND with how fast everything was done! Corey, David, and Luis arrived early and HUSTLED. By the time I was finishing up my paper work with Corey, they basically packed half my items.The whole move took only two hours. Mind you this included: 40 minutes of travel time, and had to load out of a second story and load into a 3rd story (both walk ups). Susan Rodriguez: We recently moved from an apartment to a house a few miles away. I compared quotes from several moving companies. Two Men and a Truck's estimating process was pretty easy---I started with the online quote, then refined it by talking to someone on the phone.They bill by the hour, so we did a lot of prep work to make sure the movers didn't need to spend extra time before actually moving things, but Dirk, Marquel, and Chris were really efficient with everything they did do, including bundling up removable shelves and flatpack furniture pieces and wrapping everything.The movers arrived when they said they would, found our apartment without help (unlike the majority of people visiting it for the first time), graciously moved their truck several times to accommodate other tenants coming and going, and worked with extreme efficiency and competence. The move finished slightly over two hours from start time, but they only billed us for two hours (thanks!).We are still unpacking but have yet to find any damage caused during the move, and I'll be surprised if there is anything because the movers wrapped everything so thoroughly.

Sherry Hamilton: We had 2 homes, a garage and 2 storage units moved the end of January. I have left numerous voicemails, called and transferred to employee after employee with no resolution. We are missing valuable boxes and items from this move and furniture that was damaged. One of the homes we had loaded up was a rental unit and the front porch metal railing was pulled back from the home that the landlord would like payment for when the team was brining furniture out of the front door. We were not told that the trucks would not be unloaded the day of the move. One of the trucks ended up in the ditch of our driveway. Instead of having the other truck go ahead and unload at the new home they said they had to wait together and the trucks would have to go the next day which left us without a bed to sleep in for the night. We were told the trucks would be brought to their facility for safe keeping overnight. After last attempt today I was told that I needed to file a claim. After 5 months and this just came about? Why did it take me calling again today and explaining I would not be making another call to the company the next call would be my lawyer for someone to tell me I need to file a claim? Wrong on so many levels.

I had price compared between several companies, and ultimately chose Miracle Movers because of their customer service and how kind they were when I asked a million questions. The 2 of them showed up on time, had us loaded in under a couple hours, and were great with all our stuff. I loved the constant communication and check ins leading up to the move because I booked a month or so in advance so that was really helpful just to know I wasn't forgotten and I could count on them even beforehand. The move itself went really well! They wrapped everything great and nothing was damaged. It really took a load off of me! I did some of this move on my own and even the little but exhausted me, so after using them for the part I did, I'll absolutely be using them for as much as humanly possible if I ever move again! The pricing was also great! They were about $200 cheaper than other quotes I received for JUST furniture, then even after I added some boxes were still about $100 cheaper than others for just furniture without boxes. So basically I got furniture + boxes for cheaper than other places for just furniture. They were.also very flexible to add on things last minute. Worked amazing for my budget!!

There are so many aspects of a cross country move that can go awry with the physical move being the most susceptible.We moved from Boston to Raleigh and not a single issue was to be had with AME. Monte and his brother, Josh, dead-headed to our apartment and provided the most personable and efficient service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. They clearly knew what they were doing when it came to packing, from nic-naks to full sized dressers, the guys demonstrated delicacy when required and exerted sheer power when necessary.Monte was rescheduled to assist with a different move in MD, and when the customers had to delay the move by 24h, he made the trek back to Raleigh to assist with the unloading. It truly was a wonderful way to be welcomed to our new home state. I scheduled both moves at least 2-3 months ahead of time. The scheduling process was fine, there were some discrepancies with fees but that was quickly resolved.The storage to storage move was scheduled for June 3rd. I got a call the day before to confirm all the details. I was told the movers should be dispatched between 8-9am, maybe a little bit after 9.9:30 rolls around, so I decide to call to see if there was an eta. I spoke with Nick and he checked on the dispatcher and then informed me that the movers who were scheduled to my move were on a job until 4am the night before and were still asleep. He said he wanted to let them sleep in a little more so they could properly do the job. I said okay and gave them another hour.10:30 rolls around and I call back. Nick informs me that he has not gotten ahold of the movers and that he couldn’t do anything about it. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Nick was very rude and just told me I could cancel and get my deposit back.I had to have my husband call them back, because I was too frustrated to speak with Nick again, to cancel the move as well as the move scheduled for later in the month. This is a very unprofessional and rude company. I would not recommend them one bit.

The truck wasn’t big enough to accommodate the movement, resulting in multiple trips. An extra 2 hrs cost be $630.00. I was billed fast but my responses from management were slow. Boxes were labeled to designate areas. 70% of boxes were placed in random locations. Table was left flipped over after installation. Bags and items stack on top of each other instead laying items systematically. Crew was polite but process and overall satisfaction was not there.

They moved fast but carefully. My mother in law came out and gave some snacks/drinks to them and Rob made sure to express his sincere appreciation before leaving….what a classy guy!I have no doubt that I will call rent a vet again if I need moving and I will ask for Rob and Isaiah.

Natasha Norins, Ed. D.: 2/4 movers actually showed up. Our move did not get finished and had to hire a totally different company to finish the job the next day. The movers who did show up worked very hard to accomplish the job but their company didn’t communicate with me directly or them, and the other two movers never showed. We had a big move from a 4.5 bedroom house to another 3 level home. I’m surprised at what they did accomplish. The company lowered the price more than half but if I had known that I’d still not be completely moved by the 2nd day I would have hired a different company. The guys did the best they could with little commitment from their management.

These young men helped us with a big dorm move, lugging heavy items halfway across campus in the rain and up 3 flights of stairs with a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to help in any way they could and moved everything quickly and effortlessly. We were endlessly impressed by them the whole time and are also convinced that they have super human strength after seeing how easy they made all that heavy lifting look! They were professional, friendly, polite, respectful, and were eager to help and get the job done. Their work ethic is truly exceptional.
