Mientras estuvimos allí, había un gran grupo formado por varias familias que dominaban la piscina. A pesar de que la piscina tenía una política de "No hay juguetes", cada uno de estos niños tenía una pistola de agua y rociaba agresivamente a otros niños, padres y sus cosas. Golpear a los niños en la cabeza con pistolas de agua. Nadie los detuvo, ni dijo nada. Los padres gritaban constantemente improperios, se peleaban con otras familias y eran increíblemente disruptivos. Vi que agarraron a varios niños por la garganta y los mantuvieron bajo el agua, pero los salvavidas "no pudieron hacer nada al respecto".Nadie tuvo una experiencia agradable en esta piscina porque nadie quitaría ese grupo.

I dropped off my pool vacuum here after the other Leslie location in Cary had issues with their manager (fixed robots) and was let go 😐 it is a 2 hour round trip for me to get to this location 😅 so I would appreciate a courtesy call about an update on my robot before I make the journey out.

Keith Cathcart: I've been looking for an alternative to Rising Sun and Pools and this is the place. They have the supplies you need and unlike they other place, they actually treat you nicely, greet you with a smile, and actually appreciate your business. I would encourage everyone to give Leslie's pool supply a try.

Sunshine 2312: Leslie Pool Supplies in Raleigh has terrible customer service. We placed an order for Pentair Pool Pump with Mannie. Was supposed to arrive quickly. Six weeks later still not delivered. Kept calling back asking Mannie to let us know what was going on. After eight weeks we hear Leslie Pool Supplies discovers the Pentair Pump was discontinued. Called back and was told Mannie no longer worked there and the guy answering the phone could not help us at all. Ridiculous!!

The Frost Family: I've been to the store several times this summer and always a great experience. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. And, the pool has been sparkling clear all season. Even though we had a pool in the backyard growing up (so I thought I knew everything), the staff has taught me so much it's incredible! And free of charge. But, of course, I check there first for anything and everything pool related. That's just a smart way to run a business. The big bonus is that they have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, they kept me from buying a lot of chemicals I didn't need. I can't say that about other places.

David Mize: For near two months I've tried to get Atantic Spa to respond to my leaking Saratoga Spa, that I bought in October 2022. Their tech identified the leak, left and i have not heard back. I've have left multiple VM's without a response or action. I'm sure if I called to buy something, they'd be all over it. Please fix or replace my spa.

Debra Gooch: The hot tub is great. We've had it 5 years. Our cover is deteriorating and allowing water to leak in the tub. My husband called and ordered the cover (we thought) and was told it would be six to eight weeks but he would check to see if there was one in the warehouse. We called this week to check on the cover b/c it's been 5 weeks. We were told by the same salesman that he is going to order the cover now since he couldn't find one. We will have it in 6-8 weeks! This is absurd! We should already have the cover. I was very disappointed.
Tom Sullivan: Incredibly happy with the service I received from Atlantic Spas and Billiards. I had an equipment warranty issue which was very difficult for several different reasons and involved many different interested parties. ASB spent a LOT of time working through all of it on my behalf and crafted an incredibly fair solution. They really do care about the customer (I can't think of the last time I said that). I'm impressed to the point that I'm trying to figure out what else I can buy from them!

Dylan Taylor: Compré un nuevo Hot Springs Highlife Aria Spa de Atlantic el año pasado y finalmente llegó después de 9 meses de espera. La consulta de ventas en persona y la entrega fueron excelentes, y pudieron colocarlo exactamente donde lo quería con facilidad. Tuve un problema con una orden de cambio que no se ingresó en su computadora y lo hicieron bien, reemplazando las selecciones que cambié después de la entrega: mejores escaleras y ozonizador en lugar de sistema de sal. Tampoco tuve problemas para que aceptaran reemplazar una esquina que estaba rota en el momento de la entrega, aunque todavía estoy esperando esa. Desearía que me dieran algún tipo de tutorial de puesta en marcha para la química cuando se entregó, así como un resumen del mantenimiento que tengo que hacer: qué se debe agregar o limpiar y cuándo hacerlo, ya que ha sido bastante intimidante. y es difícil hacerlo bien para un propietario primerizo, pero han estado respondiendo mis preguntas cuando llamo y hablo con sus representantes de ventas. Me encanta el Aria, es un producto de muy alta calidad, y recomendaría los spas Hot Springs a cualquiera que esté pensando en comprar un jacuzzi.
