But, of course, I check there first for anything and everything pool related. That's just a smart way to run a business. The big bonus is that they have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, they kept me from buying a lot of chemicals I didn't need. I can't say that about other places.

I called ahead to ask about it and was talked to in the most condescending tone ever and told that the terms I was using for the names of the chemicals were wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go in in person, because some people aren’t as good over the phone.In person it only got worse. The woman working the front counter had short hair, can’t remember her name though. She acted like I was bothering her with my presence. I stayed really chill the whole time and continued to ask my questions and she remained very rude, short, and condescending while, what seemed like reluctantly, showing me the chemicals they had for what I needed.I was desperate for chemicals because neighboring pool stores were out, so I bought my chemicals and left the store… Then I immediately got on the phone with my wife and told her “I don’t care if we are desperate for chemicals ever again, I will never go back to this place and tell everyone I know to steer clear of it.”Admittedly, this was last summer and I was upset but very busy and forgot about writing a review… But I just drove by them right now and remembered! Here’s that one star review I’ve been meaning to do since last year!

LPS Kitty Cat: Very very rude people working here. I was looking for some shock and as soon as I walked through the door a lady asked can I help you very rudely. I stated I’m just looking for some shock for my pool. Her response was I can’t sell it to you. I said why not. She said she can only sell it if she can test my water and that she doesn’t see any water in my hand so she can’t sell it to me. I’m glad she was so rude so fast before they ever got any of my money. I went to rising sum pools at white oak and they were very nice and helpful not rude like this place. I suggest to find a different place to get your pool needs

Holly Carroll: I went to this store on April 27 and purchased a skimmer basket and ordered a silt bag from their Raleigh location to be brought to Garner on Thursday April 29. I contacted them around lunch time on the 29th and asked if my bag had arrived. The girl I spoke with put me on hold went to check and came back to the phone and let me know she did not see it. She told me she would call me back and let me know. Never heard anything. I called on Saturday May 1 and spoke to a gentleman and he told me no it hasn't arrived yet but assured me that it would be here Tuesday May 4th. I contacted them Tuesday around 12:45 and she said that it still has not come. I explained that I was assured that I would have my silt bag on Tuesday. She then stated she could link me to parts and sales. I declined and said don't worry about it, its clear that I am not going to get the things I ordered. She said ok and that was the end of the conversation. Will not be going back.
