Medium pressure was perfect. I feel like with medium pressure I usually find it either too hard or too soft but this was perfect throughout. She just did a phenomenal job with the massage - usually there is at least one moment in a massage where I'm not comfortable or something disappoints or feels awkward, sometimes it even feels robotic - to the point where I thought I'd stop getting them because maybe I am just not into them anymore. Very poor customer service. Will not come back again. We were here a year ago and were treated with better customer service, hence why we came back again. The atmosphere is so serene and the tratment so relaxing. All of the attendants are very gracious, skilled, and attentive; always checking to see how we felt. It was a first-time experience for my friend and she was well pleased. It was not my first time, but it had been a while since I was there. I kept hoping that the service had not changed. I am so happy to have received the same great service I was used to and to bless my friend with such a pleasant experience. The price increased the week that I booked, but it was well worth it. We plan to visit more often.

Mariss: I have been carrying around the weight of the world on my shoulders, neck and feet. I heard about the high praises at this foot spa, and made a last minute appointment for this Easter weekend. I was happy to hear back from the business via text offering to accommodate me. Lauren was kind and professional. I decided on the Girly Spa Package Deluxe. My service started with an ionic detox in a private room with a reclining chair. The detox therapy uses negative ions to cleanse the body of toxins. The ions attach themselves to the toxins and then are flushed out through the feet, which are immersed in a saltwater bath. You are hooked up to the machine and place your feet in a bucket to soak. The bucket was uncomfortable to me. Not so relaxing. There are several quiet signs surrounding the spa, yet the customers continued to have private conversations that I could overhear. I would advise you to bring headphones, if you want to nap or be at peace. The spa is small, so conversations do carry from the foot spa stations and reception desk. The rooms are kept very cold, I would advise you to bring a snuggy or fleece blanket. This made it hard to relax.My feet were dried and wrapped for the keratin skin treatment. I didn’t notice any difference in my feet after this service. The massage was the best part of the service. Betsy gave a through massage with a decent amount of pressure for 60 minutes. This involves shoulders, arms, neck, hands and feet. The hot stone to finish was great because it warmed me up. I feel light as a feather now. The service ended with a spa pedicure. I decided on the peppermint essential oil for my water. Your services are done by separate staff, so keep that in mind. Someone does the pedicure, another person paints your toes. The paint job was thorough and I was happy about that.I was very pleased with the staff here. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Other than the loud noise level and cold temperature, I would return for a massage service.

Reese R: Sadly I wasn’t impressed with this place. It took me a long time to come there and pay over $60 for a pedi, but the reviews were so good, so I gave it a shot. First you start with “reflexology” which was a nice man aggressively rubbing your legs from the knee down and feet, which actually hurt. Not reflexology. Then I was moved to a lady who did the rest of the pedi, but didn’t even cover my nails with the polish. Parts of several toes were missing polish, nails weren’t filed straight, and left polish on my skin. I was disappointed with the quality and will not be back sadly.

With 22 years of experience, she’s earned the title of EXPERT in the field of aesthetic care. She’s kind, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. Even when I moved away, she kept my skin care regiment in tact and I would fly in from Atlanta routinely JUST to see her. I suffered from mask acne during the pandemic and can confidently say her treatment plan worked beautifully. There is no quick fix to facial care plans unfortunately. BUT quality work makes the difference and I can proudly say I’m in great hands with Mrs. Lina. If you’re contemplating seeing a professional to aid in your skin care journey, look no further.

I don’t recommend you being naïve and uneducated as I was. I booked a For Her package that consisted of a massage, facial and foot detox. I’ve never had any of these services done nor have I been to this establishment before. I went in with no expectations and little to no questions , definitely my mistake. I got there, the ambience was on point! The music, the way I was greeted, the oil diffusers, all of it tied in together so well. I had my massage first. Absolutely NO complaints, Kelly did amazing! Then I got to my facial and everything went so quickly I can’t even tell you how we got from the standard facial to a chemical peel. There were so many steps I couldn’t tell what was what. I had no idea this process would be as painful and restrictive as it is. I should’ve spoken up but I was left in the room for 15-20 minutes alone in between each step. I always find it hard to be rude to someone in the service industry. I am more displeased with myself but definitely displeased with the facial because I apparently allowed myself to be talked into a wayyyy more expensive experience that requires wayyyy more maintenance. I can’t be in the sun, there is a whole process I have to go through to wash my face AND my skin is peeling. I’ve had to go to work all week like this. Now I respect that this is a place of business but as a first time client that knew nothing before arriving I feel a chemical peel was highly unnecessary. I had maybe 3 bumps on my face and some dark spots. That’s it. Also, probably partially my fault as well, I had something to do that afternoon. I booked my appointment at 10am, thinking I’d be gone by 1p, no later, since the services combined were only 2 1/2 hours. I was wrong again. I had to leave without the door detox. I feel if I’d gotten the standard facial I thought I was getting, there would’ve been time for it. I was also charged for all this, of course. So expensive! I paid half at booking only thinking I’d have to pay the other have and it really put a damper on my funds for the day. She THEN made 2 additional appointments. She was going to do that foot detox at a later appointment but I’m not interested. I have since cancelled them both. I just wanted a regular day at the spa but I think I’ll stick to doing spa days at home. This 4 star rating is solely for the massage.

And she’s been to many different specialists for different procedures but none were as good as Lena and that’s why she spends the money to come back to Raleigh from New York. She won’t take a chance of anyone messing her up. She is older and it’s hard to get good results with someone her age.Lena got rid of black spots on my face that she said tend to be with people of color (like Morgan freeman has) and my mother’s face was covered with those spots. They plagued the both of us.My mother and I are satisfied. These are spots I THOUGHT I could never get rid of!!! makeup didn’t cover them, nothing covered them. She totally removed them. A dream come true!! And with very little discomfort. I know we’re all different with skin texture and color. It worked for my mother and me. Lena has improved my skin texture and overproduction of oil and big pores.Am I happy, oh yeaa!It’s not just me saying it, she was awarded the best facial in Raleigh for her microdermabrasion treatment.If you’re interested I have the before and after photos to prove to you the removal of the fibromas , that’s what Lena calls them, people think they can never get rid of.

During the past 6 years I have had many treatments here including waxing, eyelash dyeing, glycolic peels, facials, detox footpaths, exfoliation and recently, microblading of my eyebrows. Lina is an artist and was able to perfectly shape my brows, fill in and match the medium blond color for a more natural, symmetric and youthful look. Everything is so peacefully and hygenically clean.

Cynthia Richwine: Don't go for vichy shower. Table was wobbly shower heads were broken. What a waste. Dishonesty. I told them specifically I wanted the shower if the shower heads weren't working I wanted to cancel and they said no no no the shower heads would be working and the showerheads were not working 6 were working unevenly 2 we're broken the bed was wobbly the whole system needs replaced So dishonest to charge someone for service $80 they cannot provide that service... She did she did offer me another option of some infrared solid dad solid bed that I don't believe the infrared is working I refused pay my money and will not be going back

Lina is a consummate professional with years of experience that shows in her work. I also returned for a touch up. I am very happy with the results and intend to return for a facial.
