My second time I was informed only of negative things about having a procedure to terminate(no actual info or resources)and I was also told by the women doing my ultrasound to “not take action because I would probably miscarry” extremely hurtful words despite my situation and extremely inappropriate. I was original pleased with my first visit. I won’t be returning for any type of service after this. They present themselves to be a safe haven for anyone dealing with a pregnancy but I felt terrible after leaving here. Would NOT recommend if I could give 0 stars I would

Courtney Severns: The women there were very nice but do not go here if you are undecided or less than 5 weeks. When I found I was pregnant, my boyfriend called to schedule my appointment. When he scheduled the appointment, they said they would run a pregnancy test AND do an ultrasound. I took off work because those were my expectations. When I arrived, they did a pregnancy test but were hesitant to do an ultrasound because I was 5 weeks 4 days. That was my main reason for scheduling there because they said an ultrasound would be done. I insisted I wanted one because that’s what they told me on the phone and what I went there for. They eventually did it. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t having an ectopic pregnancy because I had cramps and bleeding. I also expressed to them that I was undecided on if I wanted to go through with the pregnancy or not. They are pro life despite what their website says. They kept calling it a fetus and would get an attitude when they would talk about anything abortion related. At the end, they gave me a box with a onesie, pregnancy book, etc. It made me feel awful and heartbroken. This is never an easy choice but they should not say they help with abortions when they make you feel terrible for considering one. It is like they are trying to persuade you not to have one when they don’t know the circumstances you are in.

The sonogram tech informed me that I was having either a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. She advised me to go the ER to be seen immediately so I went. The doctors at the ER told me that the pregnancy was just fine and I am in the early stages of pregnancy. Rachel gave me a traumatizing experience due to her lack of knowledge. Maybe they need to look into getting better equipment and a more experienced/educated staff. I cried my entire way to the hospital, to be told everything was okay. I’m grateful everything turned out good but the emotional toll this took on my partner and i could have been avoided if Rachel (durham sonogram tech) was more experienced and had better schooling. CW: Um 😐 in the picture I am sharing I don’t know what on earth happened here because I never ever bruise like this especially not for blood drawn. I been in hospital days with IV and I never bruise. 1 hour later after blood drawn I started bruising it’s been many days and instead of getting better it looks worse. I did tell the lady that no one ever did that location where she put the needle and that it was very painful. She looked at me like she could care one bit if I was in pain or not and completely ignored me. I guess you have no say just be quiet and appreciate that they “helping” you. If she would have been a bit more considerate I wouldn’t be here upset. I am worry now that she hurt a vein or something. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back, I’m scared now.

CJ Cornette: Had an issue and accidentally ordered a test at the wrong location. Natasha went out of her way and called another location to coordinate swapping the tests. Great customer service!
