Brynn Hegnes: The manager Ashely is an incredible asset to this store.On numerous occasions she's magically appeared and solved my problem in record time, without ever being annoying or salesy.She demonstrates great leadership skills, and she knows the store like the back of her hand.
Tina Vora: The girls at the front desk were very helpful. Izzy and another girl. I liked that they told me about the buy one get one 50% off promotion they had, which I was not even aware of. I ended up buying two jeans and they also helped me save extra money with 15% discount. More than the discount or the extra savings, I really appreciated the customer service and proactiveness. I do own a retail business myself and I know how it important it is to talk to your clients about existing deals and promotions. It always helps to upsell. Retain these girls.
Brittany Cullipher: I spend tons of money at these stores. The manager wouldn’t return anything because they “had been worn” so I took them to another store and they accepted it. I stood in line for over 20 minutes and the manager Jenn had a serious attitude about helping anybody. She had the two people in front of me go back and look for different sizes instead of just grabbing it for them while they were literally checking out.There was nobody in the store. Only maybe three people checking out and it took too long to take care of a couple people with only one bag of things. The manager is lazy and should work on her attitude when her entire career consists of “helping people” and “customer service.” Yikes!

Francisco Nino: I love the new design of this American Eagle. It looks so much more appealing and modern. Great section in mens and women’s. The entire store was well organized and stocked. Everyone was nice and welcoming. They were also helpful in picking a coat out for me and checking out.

Anyway, I start my new job on Monday and needed an extremely specific pair of jeans ASAP.Kaitlyn was soooo helpful and nice. She didn't offer any judgment on my size and tried very hard to find these jeans in my size and style. Kaitlyn found the perfect pair for me, and I couldn't be happier! She really saved the day. Uliana Iurovskaia: They make up prices if there is no tag. Picked up an item on clearance, it didn't have a proper price tag just a sticker. It said $12. The cashier couldn't find the sticker ( It probably fell off as i was walking to the checkout). They tried looking for a similar item but didn't find any and just made up a price of $15 while I told the cashier it was $12 to which they responded " well, is their a sticker"?

Coffee Brown-Gardner: Customer service at this location is not good, you should not have customers waiting for a dressing room when you have a total of 8 dressing rooms and only choose to open 3.

Kimberly Montalvo: They have the “extended hours” closing at 10 but by 9:30 lights shut off and music cut off. They practically kicked us out in the middle of our Christmas shopping. So why have it open til 10.
Teri Carpenter: Terrible customer service at this location! I placed an order for two items and drove 30 minutes to pick it up right at opening. I, of course, wanted to try them on before driving all the way home and was met with clearly an attitude from the manager on duty. She said “we have them closed since there is no one to watch them”. I stated I had already purchased the items and just needed to make sure they fit and she seemed completely annoyed by the fact. There’s a reason I avoid this location at all costs but unfortunately the one closer to me did not have my items.

Pamela Fonseca: It was 7pm and they closed the fitting room when there was maybe 3 people in the store. When I asked the girl if she could open it she said no. I told her you guys close at nine so there’s no reason for it to be closed right now and she said that there was nobody to watch it even though I saw about five employees just walking around. I know one of them could’ve went to the fitting room. They were just very rude and unprofessional. I will not be shopping at old navy after this.
