Ashley Miller: Came in just to get mascara today with my daughter and Frankie at the register was so nice and friendly. Such a delight to have great customer service when we go places and she was IT! Love her and we just met her!

Iva Hutníková: The worst Sephora I’ve ever been to!! Junky, dirty, products all over the place. Don’t even get me started on their lazy staff. 10 people chatting when I asked them for help they just gave me a look like I’m bothering them. Their manager clearly doing something wrong.

Stephanie Reese: The store is so dirty. The testers are missing in several make up lines. The products are dusty and the store has major stock issues. They are always out of inventory so you are better off ordering online. They staff tells you to order online and they will ship for free because they don’t have inventory. I’m not wasting my time shopping in this store and going to Ulta because they have inventory and at least their store is clean and they have testers. This store is so filthy and unsanitary, I’m surprised they don’t get violations for it. Definitely not well managed and it’s shocking that corporate allows it to operate in this condition.

Michael Scott ‘s Paper Company: Yes it’s obvious that Sephora is expensive. But their customer service makes up for it. They are very helpful, understanding, and all resemble as experts in their store. Although it’s busy, they definitely know how to keep their lines moving.
Jelena Stankovic: I called this morning to ask about their return policy as the ilia products I bought were causing me to break out. I had given them a few months to see if it was me or the product itself. Anyway I called to ask if I can exchange for something else I didn’t even want a refund just a foundation that didn’t make me breakout. The girl on the phone told me 60 days for a refund and 90 days for store credit. I was at the 90 day mark so I drove 45 minutes and was told this is not the return policy by some he/she looking person who was disgustingly rude to me. The “manager” some blonde lady came over with an attitude and was mouthing off to me that her employees would never say that. I explained to her that I literally spoke to someone a few hours ago and they told me to come in. My fault I should have gotten the employees name. The manager is very unprofessional and doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. I mean who can blame her she is a BIG SHOT MANAGER at Sephora lol. Definitely won’t be back at this location and get a real job if you want to act like a big shot manager and learn some manners girl!

The tall big curly hair latina ignored me when i asked for help. And went to help another customer. And this chocolate complexion girl did the same thing to me when i asked to get color matched. She just looked at me & walked to the register 🙄...Guess u gotta walk in looking like a millionaire.And this store gets the most crowded out of the sephoras in town.However; during the weekday I was greeted by Sade. She was an angel 😇 that stood out in a store full of rude workers. She was knowledgable & went over & beyond!Helped me find a primer that worked for my skin! Went a different time & she helped me match a foundation for my complexion/skin concerns. And was good at multi tasking multiple customers during a busy rush. Love her!!!! My wife sent me in with specific needs and I was welcomed and helped and my expectations were greatly exceeded. Daljit was a standout. I feel like I've found a store I can feel comfortable going into.

nic nic: This Sephora is aaaiight, but I mean it is in the mall and there is a lot of people passing through here depending on what day of the week and time you come. I was not greeted and no one the entire 20 minutes I was there asked if I needed any assistance. I understand they’re busy and it’s easy to miss people coming in. Stock was just ok. Every time I go here all the good stuff is never in stock. It’s like they get stock once a month. Also feel like the girls they hired here could be nicer. Three stars may actually be too generous. The Sephora on NC state campus and brier creek are my favorites.
J Neum: Terrible customer service. Nobody ever acknowledges me when I go in there and i can never get any help. I understand being busy but twice now (on 2 different visits), i have approached an associate for help and they said they were busy but would send someone over to me. I waited….and waited…and waited…nothing. I don’t mind waiting, but all I could do was assume I was forgotten about since nobody ever came over to at least tell me it would be a little longer of a wait. It’s just rude! Also, they are very often out of what i want anyway so i think I’ll just stick with Ulta where I tend to have a much better experience!

First the mua was lacking knowledge of the makeup they had in the store...couldn't color match me OR find a full coverage foundation. When I informed this associate what I was looking for and if they could point me to the men's products, I was quickly informed "All the products here are gender neutral, but yes we have a wash for beards." They were obviously, annoyed with my 'ignorance'.I'm all about equality, read some of my previous reviews, about other negative experiences related to inequality. But it's just unnecessary to have to 'educate' customers like this, and not with the attitude. I didn't come there to offend, I just wanted a nice Valentine's gift for my husband. And show my child what a Mall shopping trip is like.When I go to a store looking for kids stuff, I ask for the kid's section. When I go to the store looking for women's items, I ask for the women's section. I don't ask where is the gender neutral items, because I assume anyone can really use anything. Help me get to the things I need faster, because as a customer that's what I'm looking for. Sorry if this is offensive or traditional thinking, but it's how things are organized. I've been walking this earth as a Black Asian woman for 40 years, please don't come at me about the struggles.This was just a really awkward experience. The first time I shopped at a Lush was over 15 yrs ago. I love the store, but this doesn't make me want to come back anytime soon.Additionally, the rainbow bomb we purchased tinted my son's skin a reddish tone after his bath.And the fragrance I purchased, Lust, the smell disappears very quickly. $65.00 for 1oz of fragrance that vanishes in an hour? Come on. I regret not getting the receipt and just taking everything back.

That in itself was impressive. She is stellar! I had a better shopping experience with Gabriela at Lush, than I had with my personal shopper at Louis Vuitton.

The ordering process via phone is as seamless as it could be, and they make pickup convenient. I'm certain, COVID-19 came out of nowhere, but they are handling all of this so well. When you call T-Mobile to activate the card they cannot find it in their system. They also CHARGED me $10 for the SIM, which according to T-Mobile they should not have done. I should have received the SIM card and had the activation done for free.Update: turns out another store couldn't activate my SIM either, so I can't blame them for a bad SIM. It should have been free though. Changed my star rating to 4 because it wasn't their fault the SIM didn't work.

The men’s section is truly awful, stocking only giant logo brands and plastic shoes. The women’s selection is better, but the layout of long rails, with clothes crammed in makes it feel like bargain hunting experience at a thrift shop. On our last few visits the staff have been inattentive and on their phones. Not worth the 45 minute drive anymore

First being when I called I was informed that they wouldn't do my daughter's ears at the same time because she is a baby and not 2 and over. Second being that I wasn't informed till after the fact that I had to pay for the advanced cleaning solution vs the regular cleaning solution because they didn't have any. I felt like that was not my fault and having to pay an extra $12 roughly seemed a little crazy to me. I feel like I should have been given it for the price of what I actually wanted. If I was informed this in advance I honestly would have taken her to another store. My third complaint being that they had signs advertising buy 3, get 3 free earrings. Well that was not the case when I checked out and I later check my receipt. I would have not bought 6 otherwise.

Ben Henshaw: Took my car in for rotational and they did not rotate one side because one of the tires was "bald". That is not how I would describe it, but the tread was worn quite a bit compared to the other tires. This was not explained to me when the car was returned, but just written in the back page of my paper work in the "notes" that nobody reads. So I had to bring it back the next day.These tires (Goodrich) were rated at 65K miles that I bought from Costco and somehow one tire had gone bald in less than 20K with regular rotations (and another one was close behind). The wear was even across both tires so it was not an alignment issue.They offered to replace the tire for me since it was under warranty, but since I bought the tire on special I still had to pay $85 for the replacement (difference between sales cost and regular cost). So be aware, if you buy a tire during a sale to save money, it could bite you later on.I opted to replace the "bald" one and the other one that had excessive wear, but that one was not bad enough to be covered (I guess), so it was $256.00 to replace two worn tires under Costco warranty that were rated at 65K with less than 20K on them. That doesn't seem like much of a warranty to me. Will not be buying tires or getting service done at Costco again.
