Jayanth Reddy: There's very few stores in the triangle and this one doesn't have enough display models of shoes, tshirts and other sports athleisure. The staff were very friendly but sadly the store is too small .

The1stPrototype: Will never spend my money here. First and last time visiting was Saturday evening. Made to feel uncomfortable bc the store closed in 10 minutes. Asked if they had a specific type of shoe to help speed up the process, was told womens was on one side and men's was on the other... It was one gentleman in particular that just shouldn't work in customer service if they dont know how to communicate without being rude.

Fernando Vega.: The reason for the 2 stars is that the young lady that I asked for help was rude and her facial expressions when speaking to me was also rude. Almost as if my appearance was a problem.To the young guy who I ended up going up to thank for being nice and helpful. Respect my brother, but I wish the same rude young lady didn’t check me out on the two sneakers I purchase. Was rude once again when I went to double-check the pricing of the sneakers I was purchasing.Please learn how to deal with people/customers, we are there for the experience. If you are having a bad day learn to leave it at the door when going into work.

Nikita Whitaker: Horrible customer service. We will never go to this store again to try to purchase anything. After walking in no one acknowledged us even being in the store. Instead of one of the 5 people working coming over to ask us if we needed assistance I had to ask if a size was available. While standing in the women's section there was a few pairs of shoes I was interested in but no one bothered to ask if we needed help. I will continue to buy my shoes online or just go to another store before I ever spend my money in here. Your workers would rather stand up front by the register and discuss what they are eating for dinner than help customers. Poor service.

T L: This store has horrible customer service. My mother & I went in over the weekend. We walked towards the back where Troy (looked @ his picture on the wall to get his name) was standing, as we approached he actually turned his back to us. Stood like that for awhile & when we didn’t walk away he proceeded to walk to the back. No one else in the store spoke to us or asked to assist. Sad in a store full of black men we felt discrimination. Looking at the other reviews this behavior is common & management is not addressing it.

Barbara Velasquez: After going to the Nike drop website for some panda dunks 🐼 for my daughter Bday after every failed attempt. I sat in my car thinking about the new spot that just had opened literally in tears trying to find these shoes without having to pay over price for them as I was walking towards the door I knew I probably wasn’t gonna walk out with them because I knew they would have been sold out . I walked towards the shoes to only see that they were not on display ☹️ but that’s when 2 Amazing gentleman approached me (RELL & SEAN) to ask me about about what I was looking for. Me desperately trying to make my daughters birthday a special one I told him what I was longing for and he said YES! The magic word that he has them I was so overwhelmed and wanted to cry but I was too embarrassed to lol when I say that there are truly good people out there and great customer service on point….. I couldn’t ask for anything better this has been my Amazing experience and I will definitely come there again 💙 Rell & Sean You guys are THE BEST!

Jasmine B: Today I went to the Nike store at Fenton square and was highly disappointed. I had a coupon through the official Nike app for 15% off in store and was told that I couldn’t use it. I normally order all my shoes from the app and have them shipped, but I was out with family at Fenton Square and decided to go inside of Nike store.As I was about to purchase I showed the cashier my coupon and he states the don’t use the coupons because boosters use the coupon to buy the shoes and recreate Nike accounts to continue to use the 15% off. Not sure what that had to do with me. I made my purchase anyway without the 15% off. I asked how long has this been a rule and he states “about a month or so”. I’m completely confused because I have a friend who was just there last week and was able to use her 15% off without any problems. Not to throw the race card but my friend is white and of course I am black. This has been sitting heavy on my heart since I left earlier today so I felt compelled to write this review.

Tech Hub: Decent customer service but meager selection at the store. The company is great overall but this particular location will be hit or miss in terms of servicing your needs IF your needs include footwear, bottoms and a top to your liking (especially if you're a guy on the larger side).

Adam was very gracious and quick at check out.Returned the next day needing to exchange for a 1/2 size up and was freaking out Bc I never got the email receipt but thankfully Adam remembered me and was swift with the exchange process.As someone who suffers from high social anxiety, I was in and out in less than 10 mins each time and that means so much to a person like me.

D. Moone: however. The store was closed until after 10:00 AM because he had not yet arrived. He literally had associates standing outside with the customers in waiting for the store to open. He offered no apologies for the delays in opening nor did he greet any of the customers upon entering. He disappeared to the back not too long after opening thereby leaving his two staff members to totally fend for themselves in a busy store. What's more, he did not thank us for our business nor extend common courtesies after we purchased over $400 in merchandise. I'm not certain if he's the Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Lead but people like him should not be in positions of leadership because it puts a bad mark on your bottomline and reputation in the community.
