Ashley Miller: Came in just to get mascara today with my daughter and Frankie at the register was so nice and friendly. Such a delight to have great customer service when we go places and she was IT! Love her and we just met her!

Stephanie Reese: The store is so dirty. The testers are missing in several make up lines. The products are dusty and the store has major stock issues. They are always out of inventory so you are better off ordering online. They staff tells you to order online and they will ship for free because they don’t have inventory. I’m not wasting my time shopping in this store and going to Ulta because they have inventory and at least their store is clean and they have testers. This store is so filthy and unsanitary, I’m surprised they don’t get violations for it. Definitely not well managed and it’s shocking that corporate allows it to operate in this condition.

Michael Scott ‘s Paper Company: Yes it’s obvious that Sephora is expensive. But their customer service makes up for it. They are very helpful, understanding, and all resemble as experts in their store. Although it’s busy, they definitely know how to keep their lines moving.
Jelena Stankovic: I called this morning to ask about their return policy as the ilia products I bought were causing me to break out. I had given them a few months to see if it was me or the product itself. Anyway I called to ask if I can exchange for something else I didn’t even want a refund just a foundation that didn’t make me breakout. The girl on the phone told me 60 days for a refund and 90 days for store credit. I was at the 90 day mark so I drove 45 minutes and was told this is not the return policy by some he/she looking person who was disgustingly rude to me. The “manager” some blonde lady came over with an attitude and was mouthing off to me that her employees would never say that. I explained to her that I literally spoke to someone a few hours ago and they told me to come in. My fault I should have gotten the employees name. The manager is very unprofessional and doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. I mean who can blame her she is a BIG SHOT MANAGER at Sephora lol. Definitely won’t be back at this location and get a real job if you want to act like a big shot manager and learn some manners girl!
B B: Last reviewer isn't lying, customer service sucks here with the 2 or 3 people I've tried to get help me. #shoppingwhilewhite lol. They don't discriminate in whom they ignore. The tall big curly hair latina ignored me when i asked for help. And went to help another customer. And this chocolate complexion girl did the same thing to me when i asked to get color matched. She just looked at me & walked to the register 🙄...Guess u gotta walk in looking like a millionaire.And this store gets the most crowded out of the sephoras in town.However; during the weekday I was greeted by Sade. She was an angel 😇 that stood out in a store full of rude workers. She was knowledgable & went over & beyond!Helped me find a primer that worked for my skin! Went a different time & she helped me match a foundation for my complexion/skin concerns. And was good at multi tasking multiple customers during a busy rush. Love her!!!! I highly recommend her when you go!

My wife sent me in with specific needs and I was welcomed and helped and my expectations were greatly exceeded. Daljit was a standout. I feel like I've found a store I can feel comfortable going into.

nic nic: This Sephora is aaaiight, but I mean it is in the mall and there is a lot of people passing through here depending on what day of the week and time you come. I was not greeted and no one the entire 20 minutes I was there asked if I needed any assistance. I understand they’re busy and it’s easy to miss people coming in. Stock was just ok. Every time I go here all the good stuff is never in stock. It’s like they get stock once a month. Also feel like the girls they hired here could be nicer. Three stars may actually be too generous. The Sephora on NC state campus and brier creek are my favorites.
J Neum: Terrible customer service. Nobody ever acknowledges me when I go in there and i can never get any help. I understand being busy but twice now (on 2 different visits), i have approached an associate for help and they said they were busy but would send someone over to me. I waited….and waited…and waited…nothing. I don’t mind waiting, but all I could do was assume I was forgotten about since nobody ever came over to at least tell me it would be a little longer of a wait. It’s just rude! Also, they are very often out of what i want anyway so i think I’ll just stick with Ulta where I tend to have a much better experience!

After arguing that it wasnt ready , Laura W came over and was very helpful. She informed Daljit that i was right. She is also the assistant manager so hopefully something will be done about him dismissing people. Extremely unprofessional!

NS Showell: I went to the Crabtree mall Sephora for a 60 min make over and was sooooo disappointed! First the mua was lacking knowledge of the makeup they had in the store...couldn't color match me OR find a full coverage foundation. His attitude was horrible and was very impatient and seemed to be in a rush. The makeup was sloppy and all over my the collar of my shirt and jacket. The look was rushed an horrible. I don't recommend this Sephora for beauty service.

Super sweet and helpful throughout. I definitely recommend this location over the one at Fenton (Cary) where they seem to be much more pretentious.

keema: The male that worked tonight at the Sephora 12/15/22 had an attitude or chip on his shoulder. He watched me and my daughter from behind the register look and pick up items from the fenty skin display, never came to ask if we needed any help. Then waited until I walked away to another section to approach me from behind with a basket saying I need to stay in the store with the Sephora items. I advised him that yes I know this and then he turns around to walk away and he says your welcome. Firstly I am a woman I felt he was very rude by his approach. Instead of him having an attitude he should have been lending his help. Another employee was in there talking to their friend the whole time, not one associate asked if they could help me. I have been in this location a few times before and never had an issue. I usually am overwhelmed with all the associates extending their help. I will be retuning my purchases tomorrow and ordering directly thru fenty and wait for them in the mail before I get mediocre service again.

Luna Solaris: Usually sephora employees are rude, but not today! They were extremely nice, helped around with ease.
Claudia H: Store was clean and easy to navigate. Only one cashier while the other 3-4 employees were just walking around the store. A line had formed of at least 5 people, but none of the other employees helped the cashier to move the line faster, creating a long wait time.
Carlotta: I have problems buying foundation and taking it home, and it does not match. I saw a commercial that Sephora has a color match process. I called and was told to ask for it when you come. First time in store. Lots of people in this small space. I don't like cramped spaces because I tend to overlook things I may want to purchase. I was greeted, and I said I needed a foundation match. She calls on her headset, and someone appears. I was asked if I wanted full or light coverage. We walked over and looked at some colors, and she sponge test them on me, then asked which one I liked. That was not what the commercial showed. I paid more money here to get home and think once again, I should have gotten the other color.
Callen Sterling: Most of the staff is quite helpful, however, not sure if he is new but, there is an incredibly racist white guy with curly blond hair who was extremely rude and bigoted. Was very shocked as I've never experienced a racist encounter at Sephora of all places, but was taken aback by his blatantly racist and disgusting behaviour. Don't understand why they hire people like who purposefully make people feel invisible.
Julia Young: Called to place a hold on an order. I was told there were two left in stock and that one would be held in the back and that I needed to come in before the store closed. I got there about an hour and a half later (well before closing). The manager (I believe) went to grab the hold and told me that there was nothing under my name. Luckily the sales associate that helped place the hold over the phone was in store so she apparently explained the situation to him. I guess the item was out of stock and had been for a while? I don't really understand where she was seeing that there were two in stock but he said it had something to do with the fact that she was at register while taking my call. He said he would try to fix this problem and started looking for the product in store. While looking, he started a conversation with another couple that he seemed to know. I was standing awkwardly behind him for six minutes while he chatted with them. Multiple associates came up to me and asked if I needed help during that time and I just told them I was waiting.Eventually we go through the whole store, he tells me it's not in stock. We go to place an order to get the item from another store. Once we get to the payment section I ask to use points as the item was a points reward. He says I can't order an item for the points reward. He gave me two samples as an apology. I asked when the item would be back in stock, he said they have no idea.I completely understand that Sephora is incredibly popular, and I don't blame the workers at all. It seems like the inventory system is messed up and the store itself tends to be understaffed in certain areas like register and management. I just wish I didn't waste two hours of my day trying to get the product I wanted.For everyone who took the time to read this entire review, I would advise you double check that the hold item is actually there before you go to pick it up. The staff is super kind, but be warned that they are often out of popular products and be prepared for a somewhat hectic shopping experience.I've been to this store multiple times and tend to have a pretty good experience. Sales associates are always kind and helpful, and tend to have good recommendations. Only reason I'm not giving this review higher stars is because I would like the aforementioned problems to be addressed by store management and I don't know if they'll pay attention other wise.

I placed an order which was cancelled by Sephora 2 days later. When I called I was given bogus information that the order was cancelled because a rep did not mage a note that they verified my billing address. I was told almost $400 in gift cards would be refunded within 2 business days. Today I was informed that my gift cards had already been used and the Supervisor “is not sure there is anything that can be done.” I asked for his manager or the department he was escalating too and he refused to provide either informing me that he would escalate. Sephora - not walking away from $400 in gift cards. I want refunded. You may want to start with the rep who processed whatever new order the cards were used towards. I’ll be sending a letter to corporate. Once this is resolved I will never purchase from Sephora again. This entire princess has been a nightmare! Horrible service and seriously employees who steal customer information??? Beware!
