8k Starzzz: This place has always been good but it has changed over the years. We ordered food and 2 plates came quick but uncooked and the other 2 plates took a extra 15 minutes we had to wait for the other plates to eat together and by that time it was cold. Also the people that work here and not very used to Spanish it is supposed to be a Mexican restaurant and where you can talk in your own language. Not very pleased with this place.
Erin Glosser: I've been here a few times over the years and most of the time the food and margaritas are reliably good. Good chips and your usual main dishes like carne asada. This last time we went later in the evening, about an hour before close but still busy. It took 15 or so minutes for them to bring us anything after seating us, then the waiter forgot our order moments after taking it, and we rarely got checked on. Just wasn't a great experience over all. And the food tasted fine but sat heavy on our stomaches. I hope next time is better.

Jennifer Lawson: I’ve eaten at this restaurant once before and the food was great. So I decided to order takeout for tonight. I ordered delivery through Uber eats.A minute after I placed my order on the app, I was told my item was sold out. Okay no big deal, I was able to choose a new item. Delivery took about an hour, not the restaurant’s fault, still annoying, but okay all good.I finally get my food and I don’t have the correct items. I check the receipt attached to the bag and those look correct. I was given two chimichangas type items, not the 3-combo taco, enchilada and burrito order I had placed. I also received a large bag of chips, but they forgot my side of cheese dip.To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I tried calling the restaurant six times, and no one picked up. Also, voice mail was not an option.Very disappointed, I do not recommend ordering takeout from this restaurant.

mayas world: I have come here before and have no recollection of it being as bad as it was. Our servers name was Tatiana. She was rude from the begging and did not attend to us well. She fought us the whole time, and then my order came wrong. Not to mention she barley came back to check on us. In the end she did have her manager discount the meal but the poor service and overall ruined the experience as a whole.

But when you are seated at tables along rear wall, there is a speaker right over the tables blasting so loud that everyone at the table is shouting to be heard. Joanne Oler: I’ll start on a positive and say our server, Jonee, and the hostess Aiyana were both wonderful! I was immediately concerned when the chips arrived with salsa and what looked like ranch dressing the salsa was a pleasant surprise; it was very fresh tasting and had a good bit of heat. The other dip was a jalapeño ranch dressing-might have been good on a salad but not chips. The chips were very thin and extremely salty. We ordered the queso, which was basically velveeta with some spices, some of the worst I’ve ever had. I had the soft chicken tacos and they arrived unassembled -only the chicken was inside the tortilla, everything else was on the plate next to the flavorless rice and beans. The margarita seemed to lack any alcohol and tasted more like limeade. Detroit Sunflower: Chuy’s is one of my favorite places, especially because of the delicious soft flour tortillas and the north hills location! However, we had a very sub par experience here the other day! One of us ordered The Elvis dish and it was terrible! When we let the restaurant team member know that the dish was awful, they basically didn’t care. I don’t know why they even ask “how is everything?” if they don’t actually care what the answer is. We’ll be back, but it will be after awhile of taking a break!
