Giggles Drop-In Child Care of Cary: what do users think?
hamilton watts (Ham): Drop off and pick up at this location is a breeze, I have never had a problem at Giggles and my daughter loves it there!
Danielle Cotten: Our family is forever grateful for the giggles staff in Cary! Each and everyone of them has a passion and care for the kids! Very easy to work with and affordable.
Emily Richardson: My boys are age 2 and 5 and love Giggles and always have a great time. We have been several times in the past few months since moving to the area.
Candace Williams: I picked my son up today and noticed he had a girl's pull up on and none of his pull-ups were used!! The excuse I received was they were busy so they just threw something on him because they couldn't find his things and they didn't think it was a big deal! Let's not forget we have to pull numbered baskets to place there things in so things like this DON'T HAPPEN! This is absolutely unexcusable! One, pull-ups are expensive so you don't pull from another's child's supply especially when he had his own, secondly what if my child was allergic to that brand of pull-ups and wipes used, thirdly it's for girls!!! I've had some previous concerns but this tops the cake for me! We will definitely be finding a true state regulated facility! These people have bit off more then they can chew!
Debra Achan: My 7 year old daughter just finished the Spring break camp! To say she had a blast is an understatement! The camp provides different daily activities and lunch. She was excited everyday to go on her new adventure! Best of all she came home happy and exhausted! We also participated in the summer camp last summer as we will again this year!! The camp counselors are attentive and amazing! Especially Ms. C!!!No better feeling knowing that your child is having a great time and under the care of the best Giggles team while you are a work!! Truly, Giggles, gives me peace of mind!!Thank You Team Giggles!!
Addy Rogers: We love Giggles! They are a life saver for us. We really were impressed by the Spring Break Camp for our 2 kids. Amazing and fun staff leading the camp and our kids have had so much fun every single day.
Chelsea Johnson: I’ve used giggles for a long time for my almost 7yo, and she always has a good time. It’s been great for teacher workdays and days out of school so I can still work. Unfortunately, our experiences have slowly been getting worse and worse, and today when I picked my daughter up I was extremely alarmed but what I saw. A small baby was being held by a child not even older than 5 years and crying, no adult near or in sight. The baby cried as another child grabbed its arm, trying to pull it away from the other child, basically playing tug of war while the baby cried. No adult intervened, and sadly didn’t even observe. It was extremely concerning. There was a 2:30 ratio of kids to adults, with one adult tied up manning their front desk while one adult was “watching” 30+ kids. It didn’t feel safe and the kids felt essentially totally unsupervised. For a kid my kids age, I would be less concerned, but for small children as a parent I’d feel very unsafe. We will no longer be going there after what I saw today.
Kaitlynd West: We absolutely have loved Giggles for the last 2 years!! It’s my daughter’s favorite incentive, and she LOVED looking forward to going! If she had good behavior at school, I’d send her off to Giggles for several hours. UNFORTUNATELY, Giggles no longer accommodates childcare needs for any more than 4 hours a day. Which means both my daughter and I are disappointed, as it was a great set-up. Apparently something with the state of NC, so I hope they are able to get it sorted and go back to the way it was
Jessy Rocks: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
Inessa Bergeron: I dropped off my children there for only 3 hours and it was the worst experience ever for them. My children were bullied, physically and emotionally hurt, and the counselors couldn't care less. I could not believe it when my daughter showed me her bruised and swollen foot after I picked them up. There cussing going by other attendees, middle finger stuck at them, even threats. And the counselors did absolutely nothing about it!! Not only that, but the little babies don't get changed and get picked on by older kids. There were many kids who would pull their masks down and wear them under their chin, and they would be yelling and screaming while they were not masked. The food was awful. They don't even have chairs for the attendees, they had them sit on some kind of plastic boxes which hurt their bottoms. The toys are broken. Oh my gosh, I don't know how this place is still in business. Parents be aware!
Brittany Jones: We have been using giggles for our daughter for over six years now. She loves spending time there with friends. She comes home with new arts and crafts masterpieces all the time that the teachers work on with her and others. Their after school program is affordable and reliable, and gives me peace of mind since I can’t be there after school. They have been consistent throughout the years, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for part time care for their children.
Brittany Keen: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMy boys have been going to giggles over 2 years now!! The kids and staff our pretty much a part of our family now!!! Thank you for all that you do for us!! Love you all!!!!
Caitlin Roberts: Giggles has been a LIFESAVER!! We have a regular daycare we use but sometimes we have teacher workdays or my husband and I work half days and don’t want to make the drive to daycare for a short few hours…that’s where Giggles comes in. I love that it literally works as a “drop-in” daycare, so if you have last minute plans, mother-in-laws falls through, etc. you don’t have to explain anything to them-they’re always there ready. My son loves the atmosphere and leaves all played-out with a smile on his face. We always feel safe leaving him there. The staff is always super attentive and doesn’t mind my nervous mom calls to check in. Highly recommend!
Denisse Sinclair: My daughter had fun but I didn't have a good vibe from one of the "teachers". I don't think she has the patience that requires to be in charge of kids. I heard her yell loud in a rude manner to a few kids that were trying to put their toys down the slide. I understand it's not safe to do that but even if you have to be louder so that kids can hear you sometimes, you can do it in a different way and she wasn't too far from them anyway. I'm sure she could've handled that in a different way. This is my personal opinion. I think kids should be treated with respect.
Patrick Gillespie: Our son LOVES Giggles! He attends both the Cary and Raleigh location and has so many friends between the other children and even the counselors. Some days we drop him off and he is greeted by a group of children chanting his name waiting for him and others he wants to cling to the counselors who are all happy to hold him and play with him. When we pick him up in the afternoons he is always exhausted from playing and falls asleep in the car before we make it home. The manager Jill is awesome and has always been happy to answer any of our questions and help us whenever we needed it. Thanks Giggles!
Tyler Musslewhite: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueFun, safe, affordable child care! My preschooler was a regular attendee here for over a year and loved it! Made lots of friends and developed great relationships with the staff. Highly recommend, especially the membership packages!
umran: Critical:Professionalism,QualityThey don’t care and watch kids what’s going with kids. My son and daughter was crying when I picked them up. When I asked them somebody hit them. The. I asked the the person who is in charge with kids she said she doesn’t know. So sad that place is still exist.
Taylor Coletta: My three boys have been going to Giggles semi-regularly for years now. They ask me at least weekly when they can go again. The fact that they love it so much gives this mom piece of mind in leaving them there. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they always make sure the kids are well taken care of. It’s affordable and a lifesaver sometimes for those impromptu work meetings that should’ve been an email or if I just really need a few hours to myself as a single mom. Overall, we love Giggles!
Michelle Morris: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueAn Amazing child care , very patient and kind hearted ! I definitely would recommend to others !
Teslar: Positive:Quality,ReliabilityThese guys are the best!
Morgan Long: They always take great care of our son!

Cranfield Academy - Cary: what do users think?
Addi Hofmann: Staffing is a major concern. Like many others, this facility is very short staffed. They lost a director over a year ago and never filled the position. The assistant director left several months ago and the position has not been filled. The kids/small toddlers are sent back and forth between classrooms to meet minimum ratios throughout the day. Rooms that used to be staffed with 2 people are down to 1 and there is no staff to buffer when someone leaves. This place has been a good home for us (2 kids) for a couple of years and has overall been great fit with caring teachers/staff! I will happily update this review if staffing improves but want others seeking childcare to be informed.**update: 5/9/23: they have hired a director but still have not replaced the assistant director. I’m not sure if there is a plan to. Staffing is still not good and the kids get shuffled around between the classrooms to try to meet ratios throughout the day.
Krystal Hemmingway: My son started at Cranfield in December of 2022 and it has been one of the worst experiences for the both of us. The staff starting with the teachers all the way up into the corporate office are completely unorganized and lack the communication skills necessary to run a daycare facility properly. I would not recommend anyone leave their child in this schools hands.
Ashley Wolber: The staff is so caring and friendly. They really take the time to address each child’s individual needs.
Tara Mylenski: We’ve been happy here, but have some reservations after Cranfield took over a few months ago. Tuition increased exponentially and quality decreased. They are extremely understaffed (current staff is great but overworked and you can feel their stress). The teachers and children are shuffled around way too much, which leads to a feeling of uneasiness for the kids and the parents. I am optimistic things will improve, but I would not enroll my child until number of staff increases greatly and they go back to the original curriculum. The merger comes with a Montessori curriculum, which I did not agree to when I signed up. I’m a fan of Montessori but not at the younger ages of daycare.
D Jasper: My son has been at this Kids R Kids location for the last 4 years. He is getting ready to graduate from their private kindergarten next week. I can't say enough good things about this daycare/school and all of the staff members. They care about the kids and it shows. I feel like KRK has been a home away from home for my son.On an educational note, my son is off the charts in reading and math. Much of this is due to KRK starting their children off on the Letterland program (What Wake county schools use to help teach reading) at such a young age.Thank you to everyone at Kids R Kids for loving all of these children like they are your own. From my mama heart, I appreciate you more than you know.
Kendalton Draper: Absolutely amazing school. My daughter has been there since she was an infant. I have no complaints and my child loves it there. The teachers and staff are amazing and very communicative about what's going on. My child has learned so much from being there. They also offer extra activities like soccer and dance. This is 100% the best choice in daycares I couldnt ask for better people to teach and help my child grow and be prepared for elementary school.
Danielle Quinn: Our daughter was struggling with remote learning at the start of her kindergarten year (she had never attended full time school), so we began looking for private schools so she could attend in-person. KRK Cary were responsive and accommodated a virtual walkthrough so we could meet the teachers and students. We talked about the curriculum and knew it was a great fit, but we never could have imagined how amazing this place would be for our daughter. In a few short months, she went from a reluctant learner with anxiety about school (since the virtual set up went so poorly), to a thriving student who can’t wait to go each day. We know this is largely due to the teacher, Ms. Michelle, who is so in-tune and dedicated to her students. We get consistent, personalized updates about the day and her progress so we can have meaningful conversations with our daughter when she comes home and can continue building on what she’s been mastering at school. It feels like we have an actual support system to ensure our daughter’s success - what more could a parent ask for?
Laura Sokash: KRK did a great job making our children feel welcome as we transitioned into the school in the middle of the covid-19 crazy. The private kindergarten was created this year. The curriculum is organized, educational, and character focused. It is tailored to meet each child where they are developmentally. The school and teachers are advocates for the children and have great communication with the parents. Our child is happy and I can't imagine a better kindergarten experience.
Michelle Studios: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessMy children went to kids or kids almost 20 years ago and they still remember the names of the teachers that were there. Some of those teachers are still there. That says something very special
Christopher Shumake: Walked in on the 4 year old to find a mid-morning game of "jesus loves you," and we followed up to learn about a "blessing song" that starts "god we thank you."Walked in on the 2 year old to find, repeatedly, the class gathered and watching a tablet together. Office denied any use of tablets.Nothing in the center documentation discusses religion, no one offered information on religiously-themed content before we joined, camera feeds are silent w/out microphones, and indoctrinating my children is unacceptable.
Diane Johnson: My older daughter has gone here for summer camp for the last 2 years, which has been a great experience. This year, my younger daughter had a 1 month gap in care before starting kindergarten, and so we put her in the Pre-K class. It was really amazing. The wonderful teachers (Dovile and Sara) managed to spark her curiosity and get her excited about kindergarten, which she had been anxious about. She came home wanting to practice writing letters for the first time! And she was really happy every day at pick up, talking about her great day. I only wish we had taken her to kids r kids earlier! One final comment: both of my kids (even my super picky eater) LOVED the food. Thanks Ms Vee!
Briarly Reed: Kids R Kids is a fantastic early education center! They live up to their motto of hugging first and then teaching. My girl has been well loved and cared for by her "family" of teachers and admin from age 2 until now at age 4. We had hoped to graduate from the kindergarten prep here, but my change in job locations has required us to make a move of convenience. We are so sad to leave you all!! If you are the parent of a prospective student, please know your children will be loved, respected, inspired, and they will learn lessons of character and friendship building far beyond just phonics and basics of mathematics. We will miss those transparent walls bursting with the colors of art and creativity, that open, warm environment. Thank you, Kids R Kids, for 3 wonderful years of hugging, loving, and genuinely caring for our girl!
Wendy Xu: They are not nice for my child.
Amanda Draper: Kids R Kids Cary has been amazing! We love all of the teachers and directors. Wouldn't send my baby girl anywhere else!
Qiyi Yang: 5-star child development center, it’s not just daycare, it’s school that your child will learn and progress every day. Letterland is taught regularly to make your child get a smooth transition when they go to elementary school. Stuff and room teach are very nice and full of love.
Kerri Krasney: Kids R Kids was the best possible choice when caring for my little ones. My oldest was nurtured through a speech delay and is now talking and reading away in kindergarten, none of which could have been possible without the devoted team at KRK. Aside from knowing my kids were getting the best education here, I always trusted they were safe and loved, and that knowledge was absolutely invaluable. Thank you Kids R Kids for being a home away from home for my precious little ones!
Jodi Flora: Loved KRK so much! All the teachers and directors were wonderful.
Ashley Waples: We have really enjoyed the extracurricular activities at Kids R Kids.
Shannon May: Love Love Love this Academy! My oldest was more than ready for Kindergarten which was a blessing because he was able to acclimate wonderful to starting school! Also the teachers care so much for each child not just educationally but teach them in many different facets of life I.e. manners and picking up after themselves.
Elizabeth Hall: Our daughter has been at Kids R Kids for 3 yrs now and we could not be happier. She loves her time there. There are always hugs and love to give.Such a great place!
Vanessa: We've been with KRK Cary for about a year now and we have been very happy with our experience. Our daughter is 3 and has gone from knowing most of her alphabet and numbers when she started to now being able to read basic BOB books and do simple addition. The teachers are wonderful and I like that there is little turnover in both the teachers and the students.

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of West Cary: what do users think?
Brittany White: Worst billing cycle. It's a Thursday first off. Second, there were weeks that they didn't pull payments from my account then they pulled a lump sum out.
Shri Ruge: I highly recommend Kids R kids West Cary. Everyone is very friendly. My daughter enjoyed her class, learned lots of new things, created amazing crafts. Due to Covid she was at home and we were worried on her first day at Kids R kids but Ms. Mary and Ms. Chelsey were so awesome and loving that she enjoyed her first day! Loved the Tadpoles and Watch me grow app. Everyone is welcoming and helpful.
Amy Crapo: I worked here from August 10th 2020 to May of 2022. The owner has refused to change my information so I can access my tax information. The information to do that was given in December of 2020 and as of right now March of 2023 he still hasn’t done it. He has also failed to give others their W2s. Don’t work here!!!
Cristiane Sommer: I was hopeful that this school would work out for our son, but our experience was disappointing. After three weeks, we reached the conclusion that we could not trust our son's teacher and that Kids R Kids was not a good fit for our family. Here are some of the situations that we experienced:- My son had a fever on his third day at school, and his teacher didn’t tell us. Another person who works at the daycare saw my husband in the parking lot and told him. We checked his temperature at home that day and he indeed had a fever and was sick.- To help my son adapt to the new environment, I left him fewer hours at school. One day I arrived during snack time and his teacher was rude with me. She took my son out of my arms and shut the classroom door in my face. She did not acknowledge my apology, nor said hi to me (obs: it was not supposed to be snack time according to the schedule that she sent me).- I tried to send books and toys that my son enjoys to help him adapt. I shared with his teacher the songs he likes to listen to. She showed little interest in my input and gave me no feedback on whether or not my suggestions were helping. Overall, his teacher had very little patience when interacting with me or my husband.- The school’s meals were far off the diet that my son’s pediatrician recommended: lots of healthy fats, protein, and veggies/fruits. For instance, the afternoon snacks were water, milk, crackers, or some variation of that. A small variety of fruits and veggies were offered only during lunch. The only option that they gave me was to offer PediaSure to supplement my son’s diet. And, even so, his teacher sent the PediaSure bottles sealed back in my son’s backpack on more than one occasion. After pointing out all these issues to one of the school administrators, she agreed not to charge us for the upcoming weeks. She also said that, to her knowledge, my son did not have a fever at school. Finally, she told me that the school was going to supervise my son's former teacher for a month. I'm giving two stars instead of one because this school administrator was always polite when talking to me.
Karen D. Boyle: Our son had a great experience at Kids R Kids West Cary. Miss Mary and Miss Chelsea did a wonderful job preparing my son for kindergarten; he says kindergarten is easy! He loved all the different activities and challenges at KRK. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. We appreciate the teachers making learning fun and creative, and are thankful for the love they showed our son!
Rebecca Malone: The Best! Both of my girls started Kids 'R' Kids West Cary in the infant room and now one of them is in the Pre School class! My oldest loves going to "class" and is eager to learn. We have since moved out of Cary but choose to drive a longer commute to continue with the teachers, staff and curriculum we love. The director, Tammy, is always professional and very responsive to any questions. I know my babies are safe with her and her staff.
Danielle Carey: We started at KRK-West Cary mid-pandemic and I have been very happy with the care we have received. Ms. Janice helps keep parents informed and looks at each child's individual needs to help them reach their potential. I am a very hands-on parent and I never feel like I am bothering the staff by requesting more information or clarification. We are so happy to be apart of the Kids R Kids- West Cary family.
Alicia S. Wellman: My daughter has attended KRK West Cary since she was an infant. We absolutely love the staff and school. Teachers and staff are very open and friendly and the curriculum is outstanding. We are glad we selected KRK West Cary as our daughters childcare center!
Amar Pillai: Our experience with Kids R Kids of West Cary has been very positive. Our three year old child just restarted daycare after staying at home for well over a year because of the pandemic. The admin staff and principal were very understanding and took a lot of effort to help reacclimate our daughter to the school environment. The teachers are very caring and went the extra mile to make our daughter feel comfortable. They keep the students engaged with a lot of activities throughout the day. The biggest thing we miss is not being able to interact and meet with the teachers because of the safety protocols introduced because of the pandemic. This not anyone's fault and it is required for the safety of the students and staff at the school. To summarize, our experience at the school has been the best.
Amritesh Chatterjee: We had a good tour of the school and we shortlisted KRKWC as our kiddo’s daycare and confirmed the same to school director. She shared all the document and we mutually confirmed to complete the payment and registration on next two days. But in the morning she called and conveyed that position is filled and our son need to wait for next school year. Extremely unprofessional and lack of transparency in communication you can expect from so called 5 star daycare.
Jason Chou: Frankly suspicious of the previous negative review here. *Maintenance: It is bizarre and likely false when she states that this school takes too long for maintenance or repairs when I PERSONALLY have witnessed the owner regularly calling in contractors to fix and maintain the facility. *Paid reviews: NEVER occurred in all of 2020 to myself and never was promised ever by the staff and to any other parent I talked to. *Money issues: Every daycare in 2020 including KRK certainly had to cut back extra staff / cut costs, but their most senior teachers, and experienced staff are still here today. Their basic supplies fee is no different from other daycares in the area. Requesting books / items is solely due to rotating themes and nothing to do with lack of supplies.Throughout the 2020 pandemic, it was certainly scary to have kids go to school or any group environment. After being forced by a previous daycare (All Starz Cary) to leave (banning children from returning to school for 30 days after returning from a safe trip!), we are grateful we found this school to have teachers that were loving, knowledgeable, caring, along with staff that followed professional medical advice and common sense. The fact that I can talk to the owner of this KRK when needed, and communicate honestly with the directors and staff is something that all parents should expect from any daycare. Congratulations to KRK for having a great team, providing an awesome learning environment to my children. Keep up the great work!
Melissa Verdery: If you are wondering why there are a bunch of great reviews all in a row from 2 years ago, it is because they gave each parent a tuition credit to write them. Though I am sure they are sincere, the parents were not excited enough about the school to go directly to google without prompting to write a review. The request was made because every review on google up to that point was poor. This school has wonderful caring teachers that don't last long due to the management. They have recently had a bunch of really great teachers leave the school. They ask parents to bring in colored paper (really, you can't afford a dollar for a pack of paper) and other minor supplies. They don't have a lot of options for books in the classroom and rely on the parents to bring in books to supplement their library. There are repairs that take weeks and months to be made even though the teachers and the directors ask the owner about it. Because they are a franchise they have to abide by Kids R Kids Corporate rules which may not work for all children. Their top priority is making money first and putting what is in the best interest of the child second.
Marjan Ramaraju: The staff and teachers go the extra mile for the kids. They are loving and helpful to us and our daughter. They made her feel welcome from day one and collaborated closely with us for a smooth transition for her during the pandemic. They make us feel appreciated. We really like the care they provide our daughter. Kids R Kids West Cary is great!
Siva Shankar Gadipalli: Management is very rude and no proper payment system.
Matt Gitzinger: Incredibly impressed by the 1) education, 2) the friendliness of staff, 3) the ease of pick up and drop off, as well as 4) the facility. Our girls impress us regularly with what they've learned at KRK. The teachers are incredibly kind and helpful. The tech tools and teacher practices make for a quick visit (especially if you're running late) and the facility is very clean and up-to-date. *I also appreciate the regular communication with us by e-mail and the use of text for any urgent concern. Very pleased with KRK-West Cary.
Brian Rackley: I couldn't be happier. From the wonderful environment to the fantastic educators. Kids R Kids West Cary is 5 stars and my son has been blessed with the experience!
John Bailey: My wife and I have had to move for our jobs multiple times during our son’s early years. Therefore, we have seen three different daycares in the last three years. Kids ‘R’ Kids West Cary is a superb daycare and does it right. They allow for flexibility with dietary preferences and early education intervention strategies. The staff does more than just keep their heads above water with the kids. It feels like they are vested in how your child is progressing.
Sriram Srinivasan: Friendly front desk office and lovely teachers. So far my kids are having a good time.
Agustin and Rachel Xoconostle: Our kids both had a great experience at kids r kids ! They made good friends, learned a lot but also played a lot, were prepared for kindergarten, and I liked that they provided fresh meals prepared there. The best part for us though, was definitely the many caring and loving teachers that they had!
Debbie Phipps: Our daughter has attended Kids R Kids since she was 3 months old. As all parents know, it’s hard to leave your child, but KRK has made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We have been impressed with all of her teachers, and we can tell how much they care about her. Even after we moved away from Cary, we have continued to drive her 25 minutes each way to keep her at KRK because it’s impossible to imagine a better place for her. We cannot recommend KRK more highly!
Mickey Deet: Saw this place on the news. Where a 14 month old got 3rd degree burns, over two years ago! Still no change! Just goes to show the principal and owner still do not care about the children, all they care about is the $$$ and this is just a tip of the iceberg.

SPANISH FOR FUN! Cary: what do users think?
Myosha McFarland: I absolutely LOVE SFF Cary! We started December 2022 and ever since, the entire staff has been excited to have us there. Our infant was even able to participate in the Christmas performance and it was only our 3rd day there! That made us feel so special! The staff makes sure they know the names and parents of every child. It's just like a big family being a part of this school. I also love how SFF incorporates a Spanish immersion curriculum even for the babies. We can definitely tell that our baby is learning and understanding so much and he's only 6 months! Our baby is fed on time, clean always, and comes home happy. I HIGHLY recommend SFF to any parent that is searching for a school. You will not be disappointed!!!!
staci s: Updated:My son continues to attend SFF! and continues to grow and develop in a loving, supportive, and educational environment! Ms.Mariam and Ms. Indira in the toddlers class were so caring and good with the kids that it was hard to leave them when my son aged out of their class. However Ms. Mayi and Ms. Laura in the Preschool class are just as wonderful and helped him quickly transition into their class! Teachers communicate well with parents so that we can all work as a team to help our kids develop. Thank you for all the love and care you give!----------------------------------My son has attended Spanish For Fun since he was 4 months old and I'm so grateful to everyone at SFF! for all the love & care they've shown him. Under Miss Elsa's care in the Infants classroom, he thrived and was always shown great affection. She even made sure to send pictures of his favorite toy so that I could get a version for him to play with at home! He has since moved up to the Toddlers classroom and his teachers there (led by Miss Tania with Miss Doris, Miss Manuela, and Miss Aday) are so loving and dedicated to their students' intellectual and emotional development. We get regular updates about their classroom activities and it helps me reinforce his learning with activities at home. Lastly the administration at SFF! is similarly excellent. Miss Natalia and Miss Luvia are always very responsive to any questions and very involved with their students' development. It's so reassuring to this first-time mom to see him happily walk into school and look forward to seeing his teachers and classmates. As he moves through future classrooms, I'm confident he'll receive the same wonderful care he's had over the last 14 months!
Josie Bodle: Our son has attended SFF! Cary since he was 14 weeks old. After touring several other daycares, we felt SFF! had the most enthusiastic, loving, caring teachers and he would have the unique benefit of Spanish immersion. He is now 3.5 years old and speaks Spanish very comfortably with his teachers and peers in spite of our very limited Spanish at home. We and our son love all the teachers and staff members. They have all guided him from being an infant, through learning to walk, talk, potty train and now they are providing a wonderful learning environment which will help prepare him for elementary school. I cannot speak highly enough of the teachers and staff. We are so happy we chose SFF for our son’s early childhood education and will send our daughter there later this year.
Allie Oxtoby: Everyone is so personable and I know my son is getting a great age appropriate education in Spanish.
Alexandra Liebl: Our daughter, an infant, attends Spanish for Fun and loves it. She is always so happy when we go in and the teachers clearly care for her and all the students. As parents we feel assured she is in a safe, educational space that keeps us informed about her well being. They also go out of their way to provide fun social events for the kids enrichment. We wil keep her here as long as we can.
Nicole Kleinstreuer: Spanish For Fun is a living, nurturing, educational environment for our son, and we could not be happier with the care he receives there. The teachers and the leadership are incredible - warm, attentive, and with just the right amount of structure to help him grow and learn. We feel so lucky to have found SFF!
Maru Gonzalez: When it comes to quality of care and curriculum, Spanish for Fun! is in a league of its own. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming; I felt confident knowing my children were receiving the best care and preparation for kindergarten. We have been so fortunate to send all three of our children to Spanish for Fun, where they thrived socially, emotionally, and academically. We are so grateful to the entire team of dedicated educators.
mandesa smith: We absolutely love Spanish For Fun Cary! We have been there for almost a year. My child and I love her teachers. She reaches for them when she arrives to school. Maestra Elsa, Maestra Natalia and Maestra Doris are the best! They really love and nurture my child! They keep me informed of her needs and development. They have enriched her beyond her intellect and language skills. She really is an independent person that also follows directions. I love that the teachers send us photos, daily updates and what the lesson was for the day. We also get parent teacher conferences. The cameras are great quality which is helpful while I am at work. The management, assistants and chef are all helpful, pleasant and wonderful. My child eats proper homecooked meals. Honestly I can't speak highly enough of our school! I would definitely recommend this special place to anyone.
Heather Durand: Our daughter has been going to Spanish for Fun for almost a year now. She loves it and we love it as parents. All the teachers and staff are so kind and caring. They know all the kids so well and are always friendly. We are a mixed family with one American and one Latino at home and we like that she has somewhere else outside of home to speak and learn Spanish. Ms edaliz is a great director and Ms Patti is the wonderful teacher.
Alex Wheeler: We chose SFF for the Spanish immersion and stayed for the loving environment and warm teachers. We wouldn't send our babies anywhere else.
May PM: Daycare, with spacious and clean class rooms and friendly staff from administration, teachers and all staff 5☆
Amanda Elson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness
Trevor Walker: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessVery good school and teachers.
Maria Lopez-May: I cannot rave enough about how amazing Spanish for Fun Cary is. We have two kids there, a 4 year old who started the day he turned 3, and a 2 year old who started when she was 9 months. We moved from the Midwest and as expected, it was a tough transition for our oldest. The staff and teachers at SFF were so patient, they gave us daily updates, reassured us that he would adjust. They strategized to get him with kids who were more outgoing and slowly he started coming around. Soon, he loved his new school! It’s now been over a year, and our kids feel so loved and cared for, and as parents I know they are getting both academic training and socio-emotional learning. The staff is communicative and truly genuinely care for every child. The safety standards have been TOP NOTCH - I so appreciate the many many precautions they take and that they’re strict about masks, hand washing, napping 6 feet apart, etc.A few special mentions - Ms Natalia, the assistant director, is exceptional. I feel so at ease when she has called me about an accident (my toddler is so accident prone!) and when she’s in charge. Our kids absolutely love her, she is kind, patient, firm and so caring. Ms Lady, the preschool teacher, is outstanding!! She has so much energy, treats every child like her own, really takes the time to explain things, holds kiddos accountable but with so much love. Ms Cristina and Ms Nelly, preschool, have unbelievable patience and show so much empathy for the transition. Ms Tania, in the toddlers room, has been asked by our daughter all the time - she always wants to be with her! She really nurtures her and challenges her - our daughter is doing incredibly well! Truly all the teachers are amazing, we feel so lucky to have found such an incredible place just moving here.Overall, I cannot say enough good things, attentive, caring, really focused on helping kids manage their feelings and be kind, responsible citizens! GRACIAS SFF staff and teachers for all you do!!!One final note, I did not mention anything about Spanish immersion BC we speak Spanish at home. That said, I’m so impressed with our friends kids and how well they speak it!!
Martha Marti: Positive:QualityOur son loves it here! Everyone is so friendly and knows him by name but we especially love Ms. Elsa and Ms. Natalia!
Elian Gilarranz: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
Emily Thompson: Positive:Value
Jamie We: So glad so choose SFF...the ladies in the babies room make us feel so comfortable with leaving such a little babe all day. Our baby always comes home clean, well fed and happy. They keep us up to date on her activity and progression as she grows. As first time parents we are learning more from the teachers than we could get from anyone else, they give us much wanted advise and tips!! Love that they have a video cam and use an appt to send feedings, naps and photos(love getting those photos mid day). If we ever have a question their directors get back to us within hours!
Sierra Pegues: Well ran day care with a detailed learning program. So far, I have had experience with the Infant class and the lead teachers as well as floaters are very actively engaged and super friendly. The staff and teachers from other classrooms speak to me in the hallways. The director and assistant director are very professional but also engaged with the students and parents. They know me and my child by name, and even give updates on what they observed in the classrooms. I recommend the facility to anyone who is considering it. Special shoutouts to Elsa, Gabby, Brenda, Natalia and Ingrid for their professionalism and courtesy!
Jamie Al-Akkari: My son has been at Spanish for Fun part time for a year now, and he loves it. Although his speaking isn't fluent yet, his listening comprehension nearly is, and he has just turned 3. The teachers are so sweet and nurturing, and they always have a smile on their faces. I love that my child is being exposed to different cultures so young, and that he has the opportunity to be bilingual at such a young age--all while in a fun, loving environment that really values young children.

Kiddie Academy of West Cary: what do users think?
Lixia Zhao: We started our son’s daycare at Kiddie Academy of West Cary in July 2019 with a friend’s referral. We are so happy with our choice. KAWC is a wonderful daycare with amazing staff, caring and professional. He easily adjusted to the new life with the help of his first two teachers. His 2-year-old teachers did a great job with potty training, and we did not struggle even a little bit at home. In his pre-K class, he really learned a lot: letters, numbers, social skills, and a lot more; the amazing teachers always knew how to encourage him to his great potential. Also, they always do a great job at cleaning, I never worried about it even during the pandemic. At KAWC, we always see smiles from the reception lady, owner, managers, cook, his teachers from 2-year-old to pre-K and even teachers not from his classes. They know his name and talk with him when we come and leave the school. We really appreciate the support and care provided here. The good time that our son spent here will be a special memory and treasure for him.
Christina Aiken McDonald: Our children attended Kiddie Academy of West Cary from 2017 to 2023 (from toddler classrooms to Pre-K classrooms), and we could not have been more pleased with the care and teaching provided. The teachers each of them had were kind, compassionate, and had a passion for nurturing and caring for little people. The administration team was wonderful and always available to answer questions or hear about our concerns. Leaving the school, our children are well equipped to begin kindergarten; in both the education and and social fronts. We highly recommend this school!
Oleksandr Morochenets: We are delighted to share our heartfelt feedback about our experience at Kiddie Academy of West Cary. This year, as our son turned 5 years old, we can't help but reflect on the wonderful journey we have had with Ms. Nermine and Mr. Jacob. If given the chance, we would choose Kiddie Academy again in a heartbeat and entrust our child to the care and guidance of these exceptional teachers.Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for the immense love and support that Ms. Nermine has showered upon our son. Her dedication and passion for teaching have played a pivotal role in his growth and development. Under her guidance, our son has blossomed, learning to count, write letters, and actively engage with his peers. We are profoundly grateful for the nurturing environment she has created and the invaluable knowledge she has imparted.Equally deserving of praise is Mr. Jacob, whose impact on our son's educational journey has been remarkable. His dedication and commitment to fostering a love for learning have left an indelible impression. We are amazed by the strides our son has made under his guidance and grateful for the knowledge and skills he has instilled. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mrs. Tracy Wilson, the Director of Kiddie Academy of West Cary. Tracy's leadership and passion for early childhood education are truly inspiring. Her nurturing and caring nature have made a significant difference in our child's experience at the academy. We consider ourselves fortunate to have crossed paths with such an exceptional educational leader. As we bid farewell, our hearts are filled with both joy and sadness. Joy for the incredible journey our son has had at Kiddie Academy, and sadness because it means saying goodbye to a place and people who have become a second family to us. We will forever cherish the memories and the positive impact that Kiddie Academy and its devoted teachers have had on our child's early years. With deepest gratitude and fond memories,Alex Morochenets & Anna Shumbasova
Yu Sun Chung: We are so sad to leave here but our 2-year-old son had great time here! He spent almost two years at this school. All teachers and staff are truly caring for kids. My son had a bit of rough time in the first couple of weeks for adjustment but when he joined Ms. Noel's angelfish classroom, he immediately felt comfortable because Ms. Noel and other sub-teachers truly provided warm welcoming and caring for his emotional need. We also really liked the center program. We will miss this school and teachers so much!!!
Ali: just wanted to comment on how wonderfully, amazingly blessed that we all are this Easter holiday to have such wonderful caretakers and providers at Kiddie Academy in West Cary!!Specifically , I am in awe of the great care and overall just "motherly love" that Miss Noel and Miss Lamiracle give Isaiah, all his classmates, and all the children of Awesome Angelfish classroom. I intermittently check in on the cameras usually around my break time at work, and I see them rocking and soothing each and every individual child that requires extra attention at meal time and nap time. They are nothing short of amazing and my grandson is very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful caretaking and educating community. The administration is amazing as well, Ms Tracy, Ms Smitha, and Miss Meka always greet Isaiah with a smile and a conversation every single day he is there...If you only knew how much these little gestures mean in the grand scale of our life right now ( he's been through so many transitions in the past 2 years, I'm just trying to give him some stability) it's just overwhelming.I am so grateful for each and everyone of the people that are involved in the caretaking of these young minds daily, I'm just feeling so blessed and wanted to share how happy I am that Isaiah gets to be a part of this experience every single day!!! I love all these people, especially our educators! Here's to a Happy Holiday weekend!Allison Hopkins, BSN, RN (Isaiah's Mimi)
Daija Jone: They lack caring for others. I was going through alot at the time and even though certain things weren’t my fault (dealing with state work policy) and in my control I still got released. They say they will help you with this and that and try to work with you but they don’t…my advice to that is don’t say you’ll do something if you won’t. Also while working there for only a month I had gotten diagnosed with type 1, it has its perks that a 20 year old could not have known her self. With that being said if one of your workers are going through something try not to ask questions like “why do you want to work with kids?” because I picked the job for a reason I Love kids and it’s going to forever be that way. Being treated like this made me wonder how are the children really getting cared for if they can’t communicate certain issues and you had a person that could communicate and you treated me like nothing at the end. But I wish nothing but blessings.
Eric Hampton Jr: Our experience regarding our two LO’s was subpar. We had numerous concerns and conversations with administration. Ultimately we made the decision pull our kids.
Tajia: My daughter has been going here for about a month and we absolutely LOVE IT! She is learning so much, making new friends, and all the teachers are super supportive and welcoming. From the first day, everyone made us feel like family and that was super important to me as a single mom. It really does take a village and I’m happy to say Kiddie Academy is apart of mine!
Joyce J: Kiddie academy is an awesome center where our little one is really thriving and looks forward to go to school everyday. I would definitely recommend Kiddie academy.
Tiarra Jackson: I love Kiddie Academy West Cary! The Director Ms.Tracy is awesome and the staff really care for your children. I really like the curriculum and special activities they provide and you get detailed updates of what they are learning. My child is learning so much and he is really happy there. I would definitely recommend!!
Bota N: Our son went to KAWC from January 22 until October and he loved it! Teachers who took care of them are wonderful: Miss Des, Miss Jay, Miss Mary-Rose, Miss Amirah to name a few. Management always has been helpful and proactive, also incredibly friendly, understanding and kind. Miss Tracy, Miss Smita are one of the best managers! Miss Mieke is awesome just by being there and always greeting us with smile !
Anna Shumbasova: I want to share the feedback and words of thank you to our KinderGarden - Kiddie Academy of West Cary. Our first day was almost a month ago, on July 5th 2022. From that time tremendous changes have started with Alex Jr., our 4 y.o son. With the patience and love, with endless care and ocean of understanding Ms. Saranya and Ms. Keyonna daily take care about Alex and help him to overcome all that huge stress that unfortunately, he was faced with when the war has started in Ukraine. Unfortunately, he saw things no one child in the World should see in his/her life ever..That's why we have so much love and words of gratitude to share with Ms. Saranya and Ms. Keyonna. With their help Alex started to smile and laugh again, play with other kids and talk - all that things we believe are normal for kids when they are safe & secure. The help of Teachers is absolutely priceless! What is more I do believe that the Teachers in Kiddie Academy of West Cary are Super Heroes!!! Kids love them and feel like at Home.More over, there is one more person who definitely deserves to be named - is her Majesty, Tracy T. Wilson, Director. I'm not sure was that Hogwarts or any other School for Magicians, she graduated from..anyway, Tracy makes magic work for all the kids and Teachers (but I prefer to say Super Heroes) to make Kiddie Academy of West Cary truly the best place for anyone!Still don't believe? Just come and check it by your own ;)With words of gratitude and love
Carey Rudell: All three of our kids progressed through Kiddie Academy of West Cary. Our youngest started in the infants' room and is just now graduating to enter kindergarten. The center is bright, open, and welcoming with a happy, cheerful atmosphere that's comforting to both kids and parents. We've absolutely loved the teachers - it's been great to see the true care, concern, and commitment they have for our kids. We love that staff turnover is low and the personal relationships and trust the management and teachers develop with kids and parents allows for easy and quick communication. Our kids have really enjoyed Wednesday Spanish classes, the special activities like puppet shows, dance classes, musicians, and science experiments. In the summers, our kids have enjoyed playing on their splash pad on Fridays and watching veggies grow in the raised bed garden in the back. Every day, they've engaged in learning and enriching activities related to math and literacy, at the appropriate level for their age, in preparation for transition to elementary school. We love that Kiddie Academy of West Cary has received national recognition from the Kiddie Academy franchise. Even with more than 200 locations across the country, this branch's director and teachers have won national awards. We'll really miss everyone at the center now that our youngest is ready for school.
Roby Gold: I was hesitant to even tour the daycare as it had bad reviews on YELP. I went anyway deciding to give it a shot. I walk in and even though the gentleman said he sees my tour was booked online the Director and assistant director weren’t there. He says he can walk me around, fine. We start to walk around and look at the classrooms and I immediately want to leave. It was so cold and uninviting that the idea of wanting to send my son there brought me to tears. I’ve worked in quite a few daycares in my early 20s and I’ve never seen one look less cozy and an inviting. I’m sure the teachers are good but I did not have a good feeling entering Kiddie Academy.
Jin Wang: Updated Review (April 2022): It has been 9 months since we re-enrolled our daughter to KAWC. We've got the same awesome experience just as before the pandemic, plus the extra care and safety procedure carried forward by KAWC, including extra sanitization of the classrooms, health check at dropoff everyday, separate age-group management, mask enforcement, open communication about covid-19 cases, and so much more. KAWC is also committed to getting the kids prepared physically, emotionally and academically for Kindergarten. My daughter has been admitted by one of the prestigious private schools, all thanks to KAWC's fantastic curriculum that is built into her daily life.Original Review (June 2020): Kiddie Academy West Cary is amazing! My daughter keeps telling me how she loved her school, her teachers and her friends. All of the teachers and staff there are professional, responsive and warmhearted. They care about every kid's well-being and development. They are open to communication and act quickly.
Kelly C: We absolutely love Kiddie Academy. Our son started going there after almost 16 months home due to Covid. He is thriving and so happy; he enjoys going to school every day. He loves his teachers and all his new friends.
Diann Roberts: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE KA west Cary! I could not be happier with a childcare center. I was so anxious about sending my baby to daycare and honestly I cannot be happier with my choice! My baby smiles every time we pull into the parking lot and that just makes my whole day. Everyone is wonderful from Deepak the owner to Tracey the director , and every single teacher I have came encounter with ! I highly recommend! I loveeeee everyone there and I so appreciate the way Tracey, Mikka and Smita always give such a welcoming feeling during drop off and pickup! Overall the whole KA team is amazing !
Reah Terese: This school is amazing! I have a shy boy who’s a picky eater and while attending Kiddie Academy he came out of his shell and is now willing to try new foods. The staff was very nurturing and in no time knew him by name. They knew my husbands and my name too, which for me, shows they care about their students and their family members. We felt welcomed from the beginning and truly apart of the KAWC Family. Ms. Nermin is an awesome teacher who truly cares about the students she has. She is invested in their learning and well being and my son loved being in her class. They also have a very organized and effective COVID-19 pick up and drop off system. My son is now in elementary school and we were sad to leave, but if we ever have another KAWC is where we’ll be!
Grant: KA of West Cary has been a second home to our daughter for going on two and a half years. The owner, management team, and all the teachers and staff have delivered a welcoming environment where she is truly excited to go each day; they take education seriously and we have enjoyed watching her learn and grow. The owner communicates effectively and shows genuine care for each child in their care; the tone set from the top can be felt with every interaction with each employee.Additionally, the team implemented reasonable COVID standards to receive children in a safe way while also relieving the burden of families so they can continue providing. The team was clear in expectations and enforced the standards to ensure a safe experience for the kiddos and their families.KIddie Academy of West Cary is a wonderful school and we are very appreciative of the team.
prasannakumar ramamoorthy: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value1. Tracy, Smita, Mieke & all the teachers2. Safety3. Management (Deepak)4. Program & Schedule
Silvia Pollastrini: The whole school, teachers and staff members are just great! They are caring, loving and super professional. I've seen my child evolution in learning and enjoying going to school. They are doing a great job with COVID19 protocols and cleaning, keeping everybody safe! I would definitely recommend Kiddie West Cary.

The Goddard School of Cary: what do users think?
Ryne Collins: My son is enrolled at The Goddard School of Cary, and our experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. The dedication and professionalism of the staff leave me in awe each day. They are not merely employees in a childcare center but genuine caregivers, passionately involved in nurturing young minds. Moreover, the administrative team spares no effort in fostering a sense of unity and belonging. They strive tirelessly to make both the students and their families feel part of a vibrant, caring community. For anyone exploring childcare options, I highly recommend that your search ends here. The Goddard School of Cary surpasses all expectations, providing not just quality care and education but also a nurturing environment where children can thrive. It's truly the finest choice in our community for fostering your child's growth and development.
Morris Hamilton: We have been a Goddard family since 2017. To say that we trust them with our kids is an understatement. In this case, you can judge a book by its cover. When you walk into the building, the front area looks clean and inviting, and that first impression is exactly what you should expect from Goddard Cary. Our children rarely get sick because Goddard takes hygiene seriously. Children must wash their hands upon arrival, and throughout the pandemic, Goddard did their best to follow CDC guidelines. Needless to say, Goddard makes us feel safe about our kids' wellness. As for the inviting part, I encourage you to take a tour. The teachers really care about their kids and their development, and you can't get past the front desk without a warm smile and a hello!Lastly, we've had two kids transition from Goddard to elementary school, and Goddard definitely made it easy for us. Our children were ready and willing to learn when they started kindergarten, and they continue to excel in their primary education.
Heather Willrich: My son and I moved to NC from Texas when he was 10 months old, and I initially enrolled him at another school. After about 2 months, it became clear that it was not a good fit, and I moved him to the Goddard School of Cary. Everyone at the school, from the teachers to the staff, is just amazing, and my son is so happy and thriving again! I have never worried about him once since he has been enrolled here. It's been such a relief, and it makes me so happy to see him doing so well. We will be moving back to Texas soon, and we will miss everyone at the school!
Yasmin Ravenwolfe: The Goddard school has been an amazing experience for our daughter, who has been attending for the last 1.5 years. She’s reached all her milestones earlier because of the curriculum and support of the teachers. All the teachers and admin staff are super knowledgeable in child development and make an effort to get to know all the kids. Communication between staff and parents is frequent and detailed. The owner’s daughters attend Goddard themselves so we always feel assured that our daughter is getting the best care. We couldn’t imagine her going anywhere else!
Mayra Szeto: My daughter enrolled at The Goddard School of Cary at 4 months old. It was incredibly difficult to send her to school when my maternity leave ended. The infant classroom teachers were absolutely amazing. I felt that my daughter was cared for and loved but most importantly safe. I received photos throughout the day of various activities. She was always happy, playing, and learning. Thank you to Ms. Sara for being an invaluable infant teacher. My ladybug smiles wide when she is passed off to her!
Brittany: My Family has been apart of the Goddard school for about 3 years now. We have never felt welcomed. The only reason my son attended this childcare facility is because everyone else didn’t have any availability. If I had the choice. No, my kid would not have been in this school as long as he did. My son is experiencing terrible twos right now and everything he is doing is normal and I had him checked out at the doctor to verify. The teachers were unable to provide adequate care for my son during this important stage of life. We were threatened to be removed from the school and that my son would have two chances and we would be permanently dismissed. I feel this is discrimination and they’ve wanted us kicked out a long time ago. We never made late payments or anything. The school just did not like us as a family. I do not recommend people of color to attend here… They are a bit racist
Eliana Sammons: Everything is very safe and structured. I love getting updates from the school throughout the day when I’m at work. Our baby has made a lot of friends already and has great relationships with the adults in his life there! We are thankful.
Hannah Noonan: We have loved our experience with the Goddard School of Cary. As hard as it is to leave my baby with someone else, I know that she is cared for and safe. She loves going and has made wonderful connections with all of her teachers. They are reassuring and always available to answer my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
Charlotte Koehler: Absolutely amazing school. I have 4 kids who all went there and they loved it. The staff is friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend this school.
Ashley Fina: My daughter has been going here for about 3 years now and I can't say enough good things about this place! My daughter loves being there and is always happy when I pick her up. All of the staff is very kind and you can tell they care about the kids. They are very accommodating to any of your childs needs and have great communication with the parents. Also, they have several fun activities for the kids throughout the year! My daughter and I will be sad to leave when it's finally time for kindergarten.
Ashlei Sykes: The Goddard School on Maynard Road has been a wonderful home away from home for our children. In addition to regular attentive care, children have the opportunity to engage in all kinds of extras including language immersion, athletic skills building, art projects, music, science, multicultural activities and more. My preschooler often shows me yoga poses and strategies for calming down :-). I can easily say that my children learn something new every single day. Most important to us, though, has been the true love that their teachers have shown. And the attention and care given to any concern or question. Children grow and change and not every moment is perfect – I feel comfort each day knowing that they are well cared for and thriving thanks to the Goddard community’s support.
April Tate: Great staff!! It takes a village and Goddard is apart of my village… Special thanks to the front office and especially Ms. Monica!!
Katie Poulios: Three of my children have attended here and we are thrilled with the quality of care and education that my children have received. Highly recommend!
Jared Richardson: We are incredibly happy with our son’s development and the staff is always friendly and caring! I would highly recommend this school to any of our friends.
eunice yi: Our 2 kids (4.5yr and 20m) have been going to Goddard since they were 3m and we are still so happy with the school - so much so that we could not even bring ourselves to switch to a new location that opened up 5 min from our house because we were already settled with the teachers at this school! The directors and teachers all will try to work with you on any concerns and they communicate any challenges or issues they see so that everyone can work on things together. For instance, we were potty training the oldest and made good progress during a long weekend going without pullups, but worried that putting him back in pullups would lead to regression. Goddard said no problem, just send lots of extra clothes and we will make sure to take him to potty more often! Another example - we had rather unique bottles for both of them when they were babies, and they worked with us to make things as easy as possible for us to continue using them :)We love being able to be back inside the school now and talking with the teachers again. They provide a nice overview of how the kids were during the day and I love all the pictures we get :)
Caiti Heil: My two kids have been at Goddard for over two years, and our family has been very happy with the leadership, teachers, and support that our kids receive. Childcare has been a roller coaster the last couple of years and I strongly believe that Lea and team have done everything they could to protect the overall health and wellbeing of the children (and staff) at Goddard. The teachers and directors are so sweet to my kids, even teachers from different classrooms know my kids, listen patiently to their stories, and my older son literally gives every one of them a hug as we leave everyday. Some of our favorite highlights have been 1) the sports enrichment program with Coach Goffrey and Coach Mona who come and do different sports every Wednesday, 2) the celebration of cultural holidays, seasons, etc. through experiments, art, reading, special visitors, etc., 3) having quarterly parent-teacher meetings in addition to the notes that get sent home daily, 4) flexibility and assistance in getting extra outside support for therapy that takes place on the premises, 5) the daily structure that supports both academic and social growth. Highly recommend Goddard of Cary to all parents!
Renee Scaggs: Both of our children attend this school and we haven't had many concerns. Our daughter comes home having learned something new many times which always makes us proud and glad we're sending her here. The only concern I've had is around communication. For example it'll be spirit day or picture day and I'll see the reminder to send my child in XYZ color at 7am which is when I'm already in transit with getting her there. I'd like to be notified at least one day before, I don't know if the morning of is helpful to other parents but it isn't for me. Overall great school, just the personal preference on improving communication.
Laura Ciompi: Nothing but good things to say about the Goddard School of Cary. My son has been attending the school since Fall 2020 and my daughter started in Summer 2021. Each of them has had kind, loving and patient teachers who have helped them learn and grow as they moved through the classrooms. Ms. Sara in the infant room is fantastic - gentle, happy, and you can tell she loves working with babies. Even though my daughter is in a toddler classroom now she will still come say hello to us and check on how we are doing. Ms. Harsha in the pre-K room is wonderful as well - so fun, happy and engaged with the kids! It's not easy working with a room of four year olds but she is great! My kids love going to school and are (almost always!) happy to go to their classrooms in the morning and see their friends. They also have lots of fun events and activities during the year for the kids to enjoy. The owner, Ms. Lea, is a good leader and is one of the main reasons we chose this center. She has a clear vision for how the school should be run and always communicates well with families. The directors/admin staff - Ms. Stacey, Ms. Monica, and Ms. Karen - are all lovely and helpful as well. There is always a smiling face when you walk in the door! I love that all the staff know my children's names and give them big hellos when we come in. Any closings or changes are communicated in advance - a huge help when you have two working parents. Overall, I highly recommend this school!
Jamie Reichenbach: I'm so happy we chose The Goddard School of Cary for our child. We have had such a great experience, from the teachers to the administration. Everyone has been so kind, caring and helpful. We've seen such a tremendous growth in our child since he started here almost 10 months ago. I highly recommend Goddard Cary!
Vinay Kishore: My daughter is with goddard for 4 months now... And we could not be more happy and relieved!!!We feel fortunate to be part of Goddard family. Lea, Karen, Stacey and Monica are fantastic - always greeting with big smile and checking on how our daughter has been doing... The teachers are wonderful as well - Miss Samantha is exceptional... Miss Caroline is so caring, so is Miss Ashley.Thank you Goddard :)
Kathleen Azzam: Our son has been thriving at Goddard for the past 2 years. His classroom teachers inform us of his achievements and/or struggles so we can help him at home - easy to work with. We like all the activities they engage him with, and used some of Goddard's shared curriculum during the short breaks from school. As a Registered Biosafety Profesional, I was happy he was at this school, and overall confident with the decisions made in regards to the pandemic.

Kiddie Academy of Cary: what do users think?
Robin P: Very nice teachers that work on child’s development. Offer notes at the end of everyday on what your child did that day. Very happy our child is able to attend.
Fabian Sanchez: Staff is great and friendly
N G: Staff is very friendly and I couldn’t ask for better teachers for my 4 month old. Ms. Tia is always very nice and I feel so comfortable leaving him in her care. The updates and photos we get during the day are great & I love that he is on a schedule. My baby is always very content when I pick him up. I love the artwork we receive as well.
V H: We love love Kiddie Academy of Cary! Our son graduated from the school & we are so happy with how much he has learned through his years at KAC. The teachers are amazing and the administration is very friendly and professional. The owners do care about the families and the staff. I love that they have cameras & their menu is healthy. Highly recommend!
Michele Fisher: Critical:Professionalism,Quality
Erica B (Iamerica_B): KKA is awesome we love it here!
Kimberly Ebron: Can I have the corporate number or can corporate contact me.I had a issue and upper management the owner did help resolve without a problem.
Mariah Hunt: As a parent of a toddler who attends Kiddie Academy of Cary, I do have to do some climate control based on a previous review a parent wrote about the center. It was not a correct depiction of the center my child attends. That was an isolated incident or should I say incidents seeing as though that parent has caused trouble at least two times while I have dropped my child off to school. Kiddie Academy of Cary has been nothing but exceptional when it comes to the childcare environment and education of the center. The staff at KAC are very involved and friendly. My child and I are greeted as soon as we walk in by both the Assistant Director and Director and any other staff member we may see on our way to my child’s classroom. The teachers are even more amazing! They have a unique relationship with each child they serve and you can tell that they genuinely love what they do!
Rebekah Ward: - owners increase the tuition by 5% every year but this is not disclosed when you first enroll- teacher turnover is extremely high- owners and director are not easy to work with
Laila Farzana: Overall, we had a great experience at Kiddie Academy of Cary. This facility uses watchmegrow service which allows the families watch their children throughout the day from anywhere on their computer or smart devices. For daily updates they use a service called tadpoles. Not only did they post the daily activities and lesson plans, but also pictures and video clips, that we could download and save. My daughter had a great time at the daycare. She stayed there up until she started kindergarten .
chantel washington: I really enjoy the individualized care that is given to my child and the milestones that are captured on camera so that I can hold onto the precious memories.
Francine S: My son loved his experience at Kiddie Academy! He started attending around age 3 until he went to Kindergarten this past fall. I loved that I could watch him from my iPhone while I was in my office. I also liked the fact that they provided healthy snacks and lunches each day.
Dustin Cote: Under new ownership and I'm not sure if it's an improvement yet or not. Basically, the new ownership is very interested in firming up the billing policies and that's a good thing. I just don't know about the focus on retaining the good staff that exist in especially the older age rooms. I like this place for the teachers not the owners though. The director is pretty good and reasonable to deal with as well. We've had a few different complaints (bad new teacher, kids shuffling rooms unexpectedly, blankets when sleeping) and we've been able to address all of it pretty well. I'd give 5 stars if you didn't have to keep paying when you go on vacation (wouldn't mind paying if I knew the teachers were getting the money, but I'm not sure that's the case at all). Good work here overall.
Dionne Johnson: Great daycare! They really care about the kids and giving them the best care!
Alanna S: The facility is nice, and we especially liked the teacher of the younger infant class (Ms. Acecily). She was very caring and sang or did activities with the kids when there wasn't a baby to be fed or changed. However the management at Kiddie Academy of Cary is dysfunctional and untrustworthy. On our tour, we were told that our child would never be moved out of his room. From the very first day and everyday after that (without informing me first), my child was moved from the younger infant room to the older infant room at 4:30. Prior to signing the contract, we asked about the vacation policy (2 weeks off at half tuition after being there for 6 months) and mentioned that we take vacations in December (only 3 months after we started). The director told us that they make exceptions, and that that should not be a problem. We also asked about the policy with the deposit; if things didn't work out (due to, for example illness) and we couldn't give 4 weeks notice, would we lose the deposit. She again said that it is a case-by-case basis and she has never not refunded a deposit. Needless to say, everything we asked about prior to signing became an issue. The owner and director are not on the same page; the owner is a stickler for his contract, and in retrospect it seems like the director says whatever the customers want to hear to get people to sign.We ended up taking our child out of daycare due to health reasons; he was far too distracted to feed well there; he started daycare at the 10th percentile for weight and ended up in the 3rd percentile after 4.5 months. We walked in first thing on a Monday morning to talk to the director to inform them that our son would no longer be attending the daycare effective immediately. We didn't question her when she said the deposit would be taken (despite what was discussed about the deposit prior to signing). We did however ask if the tuition we paid for that week could be refunded, and she said that that shouldn't be a problem. And of course, it was a problem. The owner refuses to refund us the tuition, and he hasn't given an explanation as to why.Another area of frustration was that whatever requests we made were always initially denied. We had to have at least 2 or more conversations with the director before she stopped to actually think what we were asking for. We saw that we weren't the only parents who had to do this. Example: When our child first started solids, we asked that his food be heated. The teacher was new and told us to ask the director. The director told us that there was no way for the center to heat up baby food, and that baby food does not need to be heated. Thus we sent our child with only fruity purees because he wouldn't eat his veggie purees cold. Later on, we found out that the teacher in the older infant classroom was heating up baby food in the bottle warmers, so we really don't understand why we were told that it could not be done. Another example: When we asked why our child's food was being transferred from his tupperware to a school bowl when it can easily just be fed from his own bowl (and thus minimizing food waste from transferring), the director said that it was a sanitation regulation. Except I checked with another 5 star daycare, and it isn't. We're also told that kids cannot be in sleepsacks without a dr's note because it is a state regulation. Again, it isn't. The state allows sleepsacks in daycares without a doctors note. The over-the-top restrictions that the teachers have to follow at this particular daycare makes me think that they care more about maintaining a perfect sanitation grade than what is in the best interest of the children. It's a shame that the management was so poor for an otherwise nice facility and teachers.
