Amanda Newsom: I can’t say enough good things about this company. We were recently in the process of trying to replace 27 windows and 4 doors in our home and had received several quotes that were well above our price range, but also well above what we thought was reasonable. After almost giving up on the project, we were given a referral to go talk to window works. We haven’t blinked at that decision. They were completely reasonable (not cheap, but fair) and we were able to get complete replacements with the top of the line windows for nearly the same price as the vinyl inserts from other companies. Their staff was very courteous of our cats, respectful of our home and even helped walk us through many of our decisions as we weren’t familiar with windows before this process. I highly recommended using Window Works for any of your window and/or door needs.

Dean Marsinelli: Window Works is an A+ family business that I recommend to anyone needing windows or doors. I went there needing 38 windows for a house I bought that I was going install myself with my dad. Justin went over all the options they offered (they have a showroom with plenty of windows and doors) and was able to explain the pros and cons of different types of windows and options; he wasn't interested in selling me something I didn't need. His dad Jeff ended up coming by my house to take official measurements which was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, I can't recommend them enough. Joseph DeCarolis: We had Window Works replace all of the windows in our home. We had the original low-end builder's-grade windows replaced with Anderson 400 Series. Full frame replacement involves a lot of work. In addition to the windows, we also had a 4-panel door installed to replace a set of windows, and a window installed to replace a door, which entailed additional carpentry and finish work. The crew was very professional and I was really pleased with the quality of their work. It's made a huge difference in our home. And the owner Jeff is very easy to work with. I highly recommend, and I plan on using them again to replace our front door.

From the time we placed our order to the completion of the installation, took just about eight weeks in our case to replace 36 windows and our front entryway storm door. Jeff was very responsive and was always following up to ensure satisfaction. Will and his Installer(s) were very meticulous and did not rush anything. After a long product search, I choose the Andersen 400 Woodwright double hung prefinished wood interior with the Fibrex exterior. Jeff answered all of my questions in depth and provided many alternative questions. He didn't try to sell me on anything but instead educated me what my options were. The entire installation crew was local, professional, showed up on time, and were constantly cleaning up debris generated during the replacement project. Final payment invoice was presented only after the project was completed as agreed. Save yourself a lot time and frustration by talking to Window Works first. No one knows more about windows and doors than Jeff Reif and he gave me the very best price, the first time for my replacement window project.
Will: Before choosing Window Works to replace my windows, I did my homework and looked at multiple manufacturers and installers. I decided on Anderson Windows due to the look of the particular window I wanted and the excellent reputation of the brand. The Window Works bid was competitive for the type of windows we wanted, the staff at the office has been responsive, and the installers were very professional. I can say after observing the installation over the past couple days that this company hires experienced, hard working clean cut people. I would definitely recommend them, and the new windows are great.

Jeff did a wonderful job presenting the various options we could use which made it easy to select just the right products for the job.The installation was outstanding. The installation crew, headed by Will, clearly knew what they were doing. They first had to remove the existing screened in parts and make modifications to the existing wall and doorway to enable the installation of the new windows and door and all the necessary trim to finish the job. This was not an easy task but Will and his team had all the right skills, experience, and attention to detail to do an outstanding job. Anthony Scalabrino: I am one of the most particular and meticulous persons. My goal was to find the best value and high quality window to replace my deteriorating wood windows. I landed on the Andersen 400 Woodwright (wood painted interior and composite exterior). I was on deployment and my wife used FaceTime so we could talk to Jeff together. Jeff answered all of my questions in depth and gave me many alternative questions. He didn't try to sell me on anything but instead told me what the options were for what my desires/wants were. Window Works recommends a full frame replacement at a value price which is the ONLY way to go because the frame will rot before your window needs replacing. The crew was local, professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. The best part was that they took the time to demo the product and show me things that needed replacing/repairs before I had a chance to find anything myself (as I said I am very particular). Jeff wouldn't let me pay the complete invoice until the "damaged" sashes were back in stock and installed (minor dings or scratches on the interior wood that I didn't notice at first). Replacements came quickly and were installed timely. I did a TON of research before landing on a window and a company. Save your time please, go talk to Window Works! They know what they are doing and are the BEST at it. FORGET Pella or Renewal by Andersen, don't waste your money. You can get Andersen Windows and other great products at a great price with Window Works!

No explanation as to why.It's been nearly 3 weeks since then and we've yet to hear anything.The missing window is front and center of our home and it's been half-finished for months now with exposed insulation and missing trim.Would NOT recommend this company.

They came in significantly less than two other quotes I received and I just got the best vibes from their sales rep Dallas. My window needed to be custom made because of its odd size but they were on point with their expected wait time. The only real delay with the install was because of my work schedule but thankfully I wasn’t in a rush for it to be installed. Their guys did a great job at taking out the old window and putting in the new one. This old brick ranch isn’t level anymore and some bricks have shifted but they were on point with measuring every cut to make sure it fit correctly.
