Matthew McCoy: Fantastic product. The chimney chase cover fit perfectly and looks fantastic. It was packaged like Fort Knox so everything arrived safely. Definitely recommend the lift gate as the wood packaging adds some heft. Awesome service and craftsmanship!

Gutter Guys: We have used K&M sheet metal now a couple times for some custom order material for our gutter business. First off, they have a huge selection of custom order pieces that give quite a variety for special projects. We have now showcased some of their products as add-ons for jobs because of quality and reliability. Communication from order to delivery has been great, lots of emails and tracking numbers to go by. Even with busy times job dates have been more than accurate. We couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with. Thank you guys so much and look forward to continued business in the future. (I actually saw the UPS driver hurl the box out of the truck and into the street) when I contacted K&M sheet metal they re-fabricated the item and we received the replacement in LESS than week .BTW , this was the week leading up to Christmas 2020 ! Randy Goins: I've hired Colonial Materials for multiple sheet rock deliveries since 2012, back when the company was Triangle Materials. Each of my experiences have ran smooth with no issues. On this particular delivery, the crew was delivering 70 sheets at a residential property, through a 50' casement window and delivered down a narrow hallway into an attic I am prepping for renovation. The crew on the job, LeRon and Tyler both represented Colonial Materials with professionalism and class. They worked at a steady pace, respected the home and were very kind, personable people. They left the home in immaculate condition, without even a dent on the window or walls. Overall, just an exceptional execution. I'd recommend requesting Tyler and LeRon for your delivery - they did excellent in all aspects of the job - operating crane truck, boom lift and product. Well done, Colonial Materials, LeRon, Tyler, David, Bob, Kelly & John - each of you represented your brand at the highest level.

Four stars because the people were nice and they emediatly started unloading me.. make sure and walk around first to see the layout.. now the way they had me do it was to go down to the rail car and three point turn.. so turn to the right at end of the building, back up on the right side of the rail car then turn right going back out toward the gate to setup for the dock.. there may be trucks and forklifts on the end of building.. and cars going in and out of the gate while you're trying to back 🙄.. not a lot of space to move.. anyway go inside the first man door and see which bay is open before you back one or the other may be blocked with pallets they had me back into the one closest to the man door.. definitely not meant for 53" at all may take you a few tries.. watch out you don't hit the gate trying to back in.. Hard to back but this Swift made it in.. Good Luck! 👍

Kenneth Long: I’m giving it 3 stars because of the staff in my opinion they were helpful and polite. I didn’t rate it higher because I’m looking at it from a truck drivers perspective. If you are bring a sleeper and a 53’ trailer BEWARE!!!! Is all I can say. Now Ive been driving big rigs since 2008 and even though I’m not the best backer in the world I can back and this place is not and I will repeat is not set up for sleeper cabs and 53’s. If you can’t blind back forget it all together and my advice bring your tandems all the way up as far as they can go. Take your time and if there’s someone around to help do not be afraid to ask Good Luck
sergiy lazarev: Slowest receiving!!! Truck drivers avoid! Fork lift guys walking around talking on their phones. After 45 mins of waiting i came up to one of them and asked nicely if he could start unloading me cause i have another drop and a pick up appt. The guy was laughing in my face and kept on saying one phrase: sir I'm doing my job. Ended up arguing with the office ppl, and they had to send another guy to unload me. It took him 15 mins to get me empty. Total waiting time 1hr 20min to take 5 bundles off. Never again

Amy was just using me as their bill collector. Pretty rotten company to use the homeowner as a pawn.The Internet is a powerful thing Amy!!

Xinran Li: The only contractor with Home Depot is ARS for installing new HVAC unit in Raleigh area. However, they provide really poor job.ARS installed a brand new HVAC unit at end of March. It has been repairing for at least 7 times wasted days of our time. As now, June 5, my air conditioner is still waiting for parts. The cover/hood left wide open. The manager Brandon promised us they will replace the cover and install the missing parts. But they never do. Brandon also ignores our call and messages. Till, it has been 6 weeks since we talk to the manager Brandon. Nothing has been done.Besides, the technician damaged the coil fins while they were "repairing" the brand new unit they just installed, and they are not promising to repair it.In the contract, they promised to refund and remove the unit within one year if we are not satisfied with their product and service. When I request refund, they just sent a technician, talk to you and promising to repair, which is something they never does.I heard ARS is a good company for plumbing. However, for HVAC installation and repair, they are not professional based on what they did, such as misconnecting wires during installation which damages the outside unit, failed to repair, ignoring costumers and not being responsible, not following the contract.

Absolute hot garbage wasting 4 hours of my day

After 5 more minutes of him meandering the aisle , he told me the longer version they sold (already in my hand) couldn’t be cut there. I was super surprised in the lack of intent to help or ability to resolve the issue. Instead he tried to sell me a hacksaw to make one cut. Super disappointed….
