S H: Ali, the tech called me and Requested to move appointment to a date and time more convenient for them and then were late. Unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful to me in my own home. Had home owners on phone with me, they heard the bad behavior as well. After poor performance, being late, rude, and disrespectful they then attempted to shame and blame me for them not doing their job by stating my appointment wasn't for another day and they were off the clock at 6:30PM. THEY CALLED ME to reschedule, TWICE (I saved the voicemails), and then didn't arrive until AFTER 6:30PM. They insisted I had to completely rearrange my entire kitchen only to NOT do the work. I will make sure to report to CINCH Home Services as well any other venue on this company, repairman, and company manager/supervisor. I was booked through cinchhomeservices.com I was having an issue with my Frigidaire refrigerator, indicated by a code on the front and a strange noise, and the technician came to inspect. He could not find any direct issues that day, but gave me some things to observe and said to stay in touch with him and he would come back to fix the problem once he had more information. I paid him $80 for that visit. I followed up via text a few times and he responded with advice, but then when it got to a point where I really needed him to come back and fix the machine, he stopped responding to my texts. I called twice and left voicemails - still no response. Finally, I had someone else call from another number, and he picked up. He claimed that he could not come fix my machine due to health concerns. We asked for a refund and he said that I would need to contact Cinch to get my money back. I called Cinch and they said no, the payment went directly to him. When faced with a bad review, he then offered to come fix the machine today. Guess those health concerns weren't so concerning anymore. I told him no and that I would hire another, more reliable and respectable company to fix my problem. When I did talk to the service technician, he hung up the phone and HE did not call ME back after several text messages to his phone. Found a reasonably price one and came following week to install (as they said they would) and works as expected. This group is small, super friendly, they call 30 min before arrival, and they arrive. I set up an appointment with someone "for the morning" which made planning difficult, but I understand people are busy so I cleared my morning schedule because I really need my dryer looked at ($105 fee just to come out and look...). Nobody ever showed up. Again, people are busy so I called the office to check in the afternoon and give them a second chance. Got their voice-mail, left a message, and never heard back. Don't risk it with them unless you have an extremely flexible schedule and a non urgent issue.

Aisha Cell: Nasser fixed my food processor, magimix 4500 which has a sticky button issue. He charged fairly for the issue. He is a nice, kind, handy man. I was thinking to mail it to the original magimix repair center in Utah(Le chef) but I don’t wanna take a risk to mail it because my food processor is a really expensive appliance. I gave a chance to try local repair center and I am so happy with my decision and Nasser’s work. Highly recommended... thank you Nasser and Raleigh appliance repair center...

Alice Gillespie: I called The Appliance Service Center to repair my dryer. I explained my issue and the error code the dryer was displaying. Nasser came to my home told me he couldn't fix the dryer and if he could fix it he was too old to move my appliance to access the back of the dryer. He was literally at my home for less than 5 minutes and did NOTHING. If he was physically unable to service my dryer then he never should have accepted the job. He then proceeded to charge me $105.00. I DO NOT recommend this company. It was a total scam as far as I'm concerned!Service:Dryer repair
