Andy Mesa: Do not do business with Darryl unless you enjoy being defrauded, please heed the warnings of everyone writing reviews here.In Feb 2022 I paid Darryl $1700 (including a $300 refundable core deposit) for a rebuilt 22RE that I desperately needed for my motorhome. We picked a day for it to be delivered, and I drove up to NC to have it installed. I paid for two days at a hotel while I waited for Darryl to show up. After many assurances he would arrive on time, he ended up arriving a day late, costing both me and my mechanic money. Darryl refused to take my core when he arrived and did not give me my $300 deposit back, saying he had to inspect it first.After the new motor was installed, it immediately started consuming massive amounts of oil. I was assured by Darryl that the rings just hadn't seated, and I made sure to follow proper break in procedures. I proceeded to drive the motor 6000 miles back home, and it proceeded to consume a quart of oil every 100 or so miles. At first Darryl agreed to send replacement rings, which he never did, and then offered to send me my old engine, which after months of back and forth he never did.He kept stringing me along saying this or that part needed to arrive, and that the address I gave him wasn't valid (I gave him several different valid addresses). Finally, months after I had quit my job and driven hundreds of miles back to my mechanic to get the second motor installed, he said the motor wasn't coming.He then said my deposit was "in the mail" but after months of waiting it too never arrived. So now I have a faulty engine and I'm out $2800 (with labor costs) and much more when you include gas and time.I can only conclude from this and the many other reviews here that Darryl is a fraud. Deal with him at your own risk.

Juan Martinez: Save yourself the time and look somewhere else. I made arrangements to come give my deposit and when I arrive no one answered and has yet to call me back. Then to top it off a nosy office manager to the storage buildings came out and harassed me. I’m a man of faith and believe I was saved from an even worst situation at the end of the day.
Kimberly Peters: Terrible told 3 weeks. Took 3 months and then parts are missing off the motor and my husband had to call several times and then he meets to bring the rest of the parts and is late causing my husband to wait. We would never recommend if I could give them no stars I would.

A wonderful tech named Tyler came out, figured out the problem, and was able to make a recommendation on a repair.He was able to order the part and come back a week later and finish the job.In the meantime, he was able to fix the issue enough to make the vent useable which was greatly appreciated.Was very happy with the job done! S H: Ali, the tech called me and Requested to move appointment to a date and time more convenient for them and then were late. Unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful to me in my own home. Had home owners on phone with me, they heard the bad behavior as well. After poor performance, being late, rude, and disrespectful they then attempted to shame and blame me for them not doing their job by stating my appointment wasn't for another day and they were off the clock at 6:30PM. THEY CALLED ME to reschedule, TWICE (I saved the voicemails), and then didn't arrive until AFTER 6:30PM. They insisted I had to completely rearrange my entire kitchen only to NOT do the work. I will make sure to report to CINCH Home Services as well any other venue on this company, repairman, and company manager/supervisor. Amy Bugno: At first I thought this provider was responsible and respectable. I was booked through cinchhomeservices.com I was having an issue with my Frigidaire refrigerator, indicated by a code on the front and a strange noise, and the technician came to inspect. He could not find any direct issues that day, but gave me some things to observe and said to stay in touch with him and he would come back to fix the problem once he had more information. I paid him $80 for that visit. I followed up via text a few times and he responded with advice, but then when it got to a point where I really needed him to come back and fix the machine, he stopped responding to my texts. I called twice and left voicemails - still no response. Finally, I had someone else call from another number, and he picked up. He claimed that he could not come fix my machine due to health concerns. We asked for a refund and he said that I would need to contact Cinch to get my money back. I called Cinch and they said no, the payment went directly to him. When faced with a bad review, he then offered to come fix the machine today. Guess those health concerns weren't so concerning anymore. I told him no and that I would hire another, more reliable and respectable company to fix my problem. Renee Wood: We discovered that our dryer wasn’t working late last night. We just moved to North Carolina and had no clue who to call, so I went down the list on Google. I left several voicemails and was only able to get in touch with one other business who didn’t have availability until next week. I’m 9 months pregnant and on bedrest and needed to get it repaired quickly. RIF answered the phone immediately and had someone at my house in about an hour. Paul Mattera: RIF Appliances was NOT available after several phone calls and with full voicemail box, unable to leave message. When I did talk to the service technician, he hung up the phone and HE did not call ME back after several text messages to his phone. He failed to repair a simple newer model Maytag washer machine and it appears he was not knowledgeable.
